I just don’t get the Matt and Lucy coupling. She’s not terrible looking, but come on (even not preggers, she’s just average). And she was a bartender with a kid for god’s sake and he went to Harvard. Couldn’t he have done better? Isn’t he bored with her? I guess I was hoping he’d hook up with some kind of super smart bad ass and they’d do great things together.

Same kinda goes for Ben and Jen. He’s annoying as hell, but he’s no dummy and she just seems so limited and bland (no, not because there’s no scandal associated with her).
    Thoughts?

See, I like Lucy because she’s a real “average” person – as opposed to fake “average” like the interchangable Jennifers – Garner and Aniston.

I give Matt a lot of credit for being a good actor who makes great career choices, and for keeping out of the tabloids. I give him credit for dating, marrying and starting a blended family with a normal person like Lucy – and judging them only from red carpets and what little I hear about them, they seem really happy.

Ben Affleck is not a v. good actor, and he’s made some horrible career choices. And Garner seems hellbent on, in the words of Lainey (laineygossip) ingratiating herself on the Minivan Majority. I liked her in Juno, and that was the character, not the actress. And you’re right, Zoe. Together, they’re just BLAND…zzz…zzz…

I like all of them and I don’t like many – good luck to them.

Oh man, just look at the body language. You really don’t need a story when there’s body language like that.

I like these two couples alot, and Ben and Jen seem like a normal, happy couple to me. As for body language, they are smiling in the car.
