Ditto most everyone else – not tooooo creeped out by a teenager in too much makeup (what else is new) but VERY MUCH CREEPED OUT by teenage boy groping his mother. Gay or not, it’s ODD behavior, no matter whether the rest of the family was standing by un-phased or not.

unfortunately, a lot of high fashion models are only 15..
Adrianna Lima got her big break as a model at 13…
so in this industry there is never a “she’s too young.” The younger, the better.

These aren’t inappropriate. I know everyone wants them to be, but they aren’t. Especially compared to Kendall’s earlier photoshoots. This is tame. This is SEVENTEEN magazine’s artsy spread. Those saying you wouldn’t let your 15 y/o dress like that – your 15 y/o isn’t a professional model signed by an agency and this isn’t how this particular 15 y/o dresses in reality. Say what you want about the Kardashians, but the two youngest never leave the house in anything but age appropriate clothes. This isn’t how they appear on their dumb shows or in candids. Much like other young, teenaged models, they are frequently shot looking and dressing MUCH older in photoshoots, but I’ve never seen them papped looking nearly as “inappropriate.” Kris Jenner is psycho, not stupid.

and while we’re on the subject, i find it fascinating that we are outraged by celebrity teens who model in provocative ways when many many high profile models are underage and posing just as, if not more, provocatively. i’m not saying i think it’s ok, just pointing out the double standard. the bottom line is, until the fashion industry stops idealizing a female form that is exemplified in the pre-pubescent, we will have plenty of half-dressed 16 year olds in our magazines.

these kinds of spreads are trendsetting, and makes 15yos think its totally cool and age appropriate to dress like that. i mean, why not, it’s in SEVENTEEN. i foresee many dramatic weepy teens and parents engaged in room doors banged shut in ‘my parents (f*cktards!) just dont understand!!!’ melodrama. it makes you look older, more matured than you really are, ready for sex.

Perhaps these new pictures aren’t *too* big a deal… but as I added to a comment in another story related to these youngest 2…
I came across this picture from the ‘beach bikini’ shoot with Kendall… People were complaining about ‘cleavage’ showing in the other pics, but you can *almost* see nip in this one. (Not to mention it’s totally ‘sensual’ in an inappropriate way.)

i think we should be asking what guys think when they see 15yos wearing this look on the streets – us, girls, we do it all the time behind closed doors getting all excited about the promise of our impending womanhood. its what id do WITH my younger sisters – its fun, but IF i were a guy, im pretty sure i would definitely think differently if i saw girls like this on a friday night out, and they are not my sisters

It just kind of reflects on the time. When I was that age (already? dam) baggy shirts with a knot on the end (yeah, I had one of those accessories to help me) and somehwat baggy shorts and also lots of faux ‘jewelry’- meaining beads and bows- were ok. But yes it wasnt as sexualized as it is here. I’ll be damned is you were lucky enough to borrow some lip gloss from your ‘cooler’ friend, who had more relaxed parents cos most of us sure as hell were without makeup. It was more ‘fun’ looking than sexy. More innocent. Go back even one mroe generation, and models were a bit older, and definitely this age range were covered up a lot more, or at least I think so? Maybe I wish so? I think its just that our society is so bombarded with this stuff, it seems normal and ok by now- people are desensitized. I personally have seen worse, so Im rather chill abotu it.
What I find disgusting in it all, is Khloes ‘tweets’ which are really commercials, meant to market her sisters more and garner publicity and thus, revenue. She isnt really being a sister when she says that, she is being a publicity agent. And 9/10 people dont realize this. And THAT, my friends, makes me sick.

That is true, & in the case of these pictures, that’s not a big deal. She naturally looks older than she is, which I think is what strikes some people.
But because she *is* so young, simply being told to pose a certain way by a photographer doesn’t make it appropriate. (Like laying down looking up with that smoldering ‘come & get me‘ look… Or posing in such a way that she’s squeezing her breasts together. They just imply *so* much sex appeal that it makes it ‘too much’ for someone not even more than 15.
