yeah, she has to deny rumors because the premeditated attempt to get out of ones contract is seen as a breech and all her money goes away. if she just gets fired then she gets to keep the money she’s been paid. totally with you kaiser, and geronimo! king mullet top is one of the worst examples of a “mom”anger i’ve seen……what an ass!

The Cyruses (or maybe Cyri is the appropriate plural?
) are hillbillies who don’t understand what contracts are. How stupid do you have to be to think that being a diva on set would make mega corporation Disney let go of one of their biggest cash cows? All that would achieve is angering them and probably getting locked into a longer contract as punishment. There is probably some sort of clause that lets them do it…the Disney legal team is HELLA scary like that!
Not to mention Disney would probably put out some studio black list and she’ll never get hired by anyone again a la Hilary Duff. Or just spread the rumor that she’s a diva and she’ll go the way of Lohan.
