I bet ya that when this kid turns 20 and has done a lot of crazy stuff already ( referring to britney, lindsay, paris!) she’ll wish to be just a simple kid but it’ll be too late cuz NOW the time when she’s supposed to be one

Nodules don’t affect singers whose technique is appropriate and don’t try to overextend themselves. Mariah Carey’s case is very particular, because she has always had a gruelling schedule and her public always expects her to hit notes that lie far beyond her natural range. Also, constantly using superhead voice in a forceful manner is extremely damaging for one’s vocal chords.
However, in cases like Miley Cyrus or Justin Timberlake… Well, has anyone heard them singing live? Not only are their voices atrocious, but they have trouble hitting the easiest of notes and their technique is awful. What truly surprises me is that this hasn’t happened before.

I agree with Pont Neuf. Miley doesn’t have a a voice to ruin. Bitch can’t sing.

I hope her voice is destroyed. And if she really is trying to get fired, I hope she and her father try to get out of their contracts so Disney can sue them and take back the money they earned.
Really, I hope her career is ruined. I hate this little harlot.

As a trained singer, I can’t believe Miley’s never had any voice lessons…most artists are put with a vocal coach the second they go in to cut an album or go out on tour. You have to know how to stretch and warm up your voice, or you’ll do serious damage in the long run.

I had a nodule when I was in my early 20’s. My doctor told me that it was from singing or talking without taking in air. Like, have you ever tried to drag out a note and then had to gsap for air? That is bad for your cords. I joke that mine came from talking too much, but I think I can trace it back to the Spice Girls song “Wannabe”. There is a verse where all the girls sing a line one after the other and I would try to do the whole thing and would just end up choking and coughing. And this was just in my commute to and from work.

I wish her daddy would stop trying to live through her. Living in the hometown he came from, I’m so tired of hearing about him…

i agree with pont neuf and codzilla: protect what voice? she’s really not very talented, she’s just a poptart, all image, no substance.

Um, and the obvious… let’s hope no smoking either. Britney smokes like a chimney wonder if she has run into this problem? Or does this have nothing to do with nodules? Regardless if I made a living singing I would protect my voice.
Like my friend who was a foot model who wore thick socks in doc martens all the time to protect her commodity/feet, ha. -

If losing her job will make her go away, then I will not pretend to be sad about that nodule. Of course I hope she ends up healthy. Out of our faces atleast.

Pont Neuf is actually extremely incorrect. I’ve actually had vocal nodules and as a result i have a gained large amount of exceptional technical training. Nodules, in their own, put immense strain on the vocal chords, there is just NO way one could have a large vocal career, and keep their voice healthy. It’s why Mariah Carey’s voice has probably disintegrated over the years. Additionally, you can’t acquire nodes if you have good technical training. It’s virtually impossible. If you’re doing everything right, why should something go wrong

she can’t sing to begin with.her voice is really normal, u know…like any other little girl out there…its not powerful, nor beautiful nor can she hit the high or low notes.a good voice come from ppl like christina aguilera or mariah carey but not miley cyrus and so it doesnt really matter if she loses her voice.she still has her millions of dollars to fall backk on and oh, by the way, it will only be a couple of years later that miley become a has-been.she seriously has got no special talent.her singing sucks, her actings so damme exaggerated and her ‘role model’ image is getting really bad.only a few more years to go before she starts falling from grace so she better go earn some more money before her ‘career’ dies out

even britney spears can sing much better than her at that age. lol she’s got no other talent though other than writing teeny bopper songs. but i like the bolt soundtrack though. she can’t dance and her acting is ok.

She can ´t sing. But I think the most singers from Disney Channel are talentless.
