  1. Ahh… my favorite type of thread about a sport I love and a guy I don’t. Quick note… he’s not THE most famous guy in football by any means. Even by today’s standards, he still has Brett Favre to contend with and one or two others. Well known, yes… THE ONE, no.

She’s allowed to hate football. Only in recent years have I noticed that females of my acquaintance allowed themselves to actually enjoy the game. Prior to that, there was a clear separation of genders - woman shopped while men watched football. Since I hate to shop, I ended up staying home watching football  Haven’t regretted a moment of it since! It’s a good connection for my entire family.

Anywho, it’s sort of bitchy to assume that he’s the reason she doesn’t like football. He IS probably a good part of it, but not everyone likes sports.

  3. Love football myself, but she’s certainly entitled to her own opinion. I doubt that it has that much to do with her old flame and baby daddy.

  4. Wow, what is with the Bridget hate???

After a 3 year relationship her ex starts dating a supermodel right away. She is pregnant but he’s more concerned with making out with Giselle in Paris.

She has the right to be ticked off with him. I can’t stand Tom Brady because of it! He’s the biggest cad and so many women excuse his a##hole behavior because you think he’s “hot”.

Jude Law stopped being hot to me when he was revealed to be a womanizing cad. Same thing with Brady.

  6. We hate her because at her age she knows how to NOT get pregnant when a relationship is dying. She had to know, after 3 years, what kind of chump he was.

She is a gold digger. Now HE pays.

  7. Who’s the ‘we’ you’re speaking on behalf of? And liking what her ex does for a living is not a prerequisite for liking and having a civil relationship with him.

  8. I don’t agree at all, with Bridget being “a gold-digger,” she had her own damn money (might not have been as much as his) but nontheless, she wasn’t on her way to homelessness anytime soon! And it doesn’t matter what age you are; if you have sex with protection or not there’s always a possibility that you can get pregnant! So with that being said, we don’t know what her circumstances were; she had her baby, she hates football, big FREAKING DEAL!

  9. Why are the hate all round? Bridget’s comment was totally harmless given the question posed… but I don’t get why Tom’s a cad. They broke up, for whatever reason. Does a pregnancy mean Tom has to do a 180 on his feelings. If they decided they didn’t want to be in a relationship together, that’s separate from the baby issue. Don’t use a baby as a relationship band aid. If Brig had a new boyfriend soon after she’d be applauded for “moving on”, but Tom’s a cad for landing a new GF, or is it because she’s a high profile supermodel?

  10. I unexpectedly got pregnant ten months after having my first child, and I had been with my husband for five years. Surprises happen. 8O

Edit: Go Niners! (Yes, they suck balls, but I’ve spent the last 13 years praying for a miracle and I’m not stopping now!)

  12. Go COWBOYS!!! I luv Tony Romo and so what if his gf is a bimboo. On another note, sounds like Bridget still has ill feelings for her EX beau but is civil for the sake of her son.

  13. Thank you RAN. I was going to make that point too. With Brett Favre as an example. Even now, without scrolling back to the article, I couldnt tell you what team brady plays on, or if i’ve ever even seen him play.

and for the supermodel thing? i know there are people out there that don’t know who giselle is…but cindy crawford? everyone knows her. heidi klum, christie brinkley. hell. even tyra banks.

  14. I can understand why she hates him. I understand why she did not give her son his name. I understand why she doesn’t want him around much. I understand why she left NYC and moved full time to LA, her career.

I am sure the next 17 years will be hell on Earth for Tom. Boo fucking hoo.

  15. Is her hating football supposed to hurt Tom Brady? I don’t get it. I love football but it’s hard to find women, or other moms who do. They’re out there I know, it’s just not as common. Since it’s how her baby’s daddy makes a living she needs to put a sock in it. However I don’t like Tom Brady, nor do I like the women he picks.

  16. First, no one recognizes Bridget! She is a no one, nothing, baby trapper.

Second, she should LOVE football as it is her only source of some sweet income and the only publicity she gets - all from Tom Brady’s fame in playing football.

Third, Bridget is still not over TB??? After 2 years she needs to move on, get a job and a boyfriend. TB must have been some sweet lovin to still be this upset and bitter!

  17. Tom is a stupid cad. Bridgette Moynihan is a total snack! Yummy. Giselle looks like a man in drag.
