Michael Jackson planning a comeback tour

Michael Jackson is apparently ready to get back to work. After over a decade without producing any useful music, Jackson has been working on his latest album and is even planning a world tour. His reason? No, not his nearly brokenness. He wants his children to see what he does for a living. That’s right, Jacko’s ready to rip off the surgery mask and dance.

MICHAEL JACKSON is on the verge of agreeing a huge comeback tour. The King Of Pop has told fans that plans for his big stage return next year are well under way. And he is lining up a 30-date tour taking in 30 cities around the world. Jacko is currently based in Las Vegas, where he is recording material for a new album at The Palms casino resort. And the oddball singer has now flown to Los Angeles to discuss details of his comeback with top music execs.

With his return imminent, the Thriller star left his mask and other face-hiding apparatus at home as he was pictured shopping in Hollywood. He didn’t do a bad job of looking like the pop star we once knew and loved. Jacko revealed his concert plans to fans before leaving for LA this week.

One follower revealed: “Michael said he wasn’t doing a Vegas residency but was going on a world tour, taking in 30 cities next year. He said he wanted to do it for his kids. He wants them to see what he does, and he wants to take them on the road. He said he was on his way to Los Angeles to finalise the details.”

Jacko’s three children — PRINCE MICHAEL, PRINCE MICHAEL II and PARIS — were not even born when he did his last major tour in 1996. He was rumoured to be in negotiations to sign up for a lucrative residency at one of Las Vegas’s top casinos — but has opted instead to go on the globe-trotting tour so more fans could see the show.

The past ten years have seen Jacko plagued with financial difficulties. But even if he’s a penny short of the full shilling, he still has some of the most devoted fans in pop and could sell out any venue many times over. That should get the cash rolling in again…

Hopefully those migraines and vertigo that plagued sister Janet won’t turn out to be a genetic condition that crops up whenever a Jackson has a pressure-filled comeback concert tour.

I think the Sun is right: Michael could make a ton of money. While he doesn’t hold much respect in terms of his musical talents, most everyone will agree he’s still got them. Getting to see him perform for the first time in twelve years would be a pretty big deal. I think if he hadn’t let his own craziness/creepiness get in the way, Jackson could have been the male Madonna in terms of reinventing himself and staying consistently credible in the music industry for decades. No matter what, he’ll probably sell out every city: people will want to see him if for nothing else but the novelty factor.

If I was managing him I would put him in a Celineesque Vegas show. He could go wild with effects and rake in a boat load of money. And he could live next door to Seigfried and Roy and compare surgeons and whatnot.

Sadly, I don’t care – his time has passed. Although, I think Ron has a good idea – it sure seemed to work for Celine Dion

Can’t imagine what a ticket would cost. Sorry, I don’t want this man to profit off of my hard earned cash. I refuse to be an enabler.

I just don’t know if you can compare Michael Jackson in the same category as Madonna. To much damning issues will cause a lot of followers not to go to his concerts. Escpecially people with children.

If he sticks to the 80′s songs I would definitely pay money to see his show. I remember being totally obsessed with him when I was around 3 or 4 (Thriller years), but right around the “Heal The World” time I lost interest. I can’t really imagine any new songs of his actually being good. Case in point, Madonna. She sucks hardcore now and I don’t like how she refuses to sing the songs that made her famous.

“While he doesn’t hold much respect in terms of his musical talents”????

That’s really, really untrue. Even among those who agree that MJ is a bit crazy in the brains, I’ve never heard *anyone* doubt the man’s incredible musical talents. Loony or not, Michael Jackson is an undisputed musical and dance genius.

He should just stay under wraps. I don’t like to be reminded of his predilection for little boys.

I will love to see him in a concert. He is the greatest entertainer that ever walked on stage. It’ll be great to say that I saw a living legend one day in my life.

Michael Jackson was a Paedophile, and saying that he was a great Singer,Song writer is rather like saying that Adolf Hitler was a good Artist or that Fred West was a great builder,or Ian Huntley was a good school caretaker,or that Peter Sutcliffe was a good Lorry driver.
