  1. Yeah, I like them too. And I think that she was doing a lot of charity work before she was recieving a lot of recognition for it wasn’t she? Rock on wit yo bad selves. At least they are doing some good in the world.

  2. Well, that’s one way to spend Christmas…I have to confess that all the prep work, gift buying, family, cooking, traveling and stress and the rest of it got to me this year — maybe going away or giving back is the way to go, at least once in a while.

  4. I agree. If they did charity work without the publicity blitz, they would not need the security that they have now. These celeb do-gooders need to give the PR blitz a rest. What they do is little for what is accomplished. Perhaps if someone like Mother Teresa would arise again, then something substantial would happen. It is when you live among the poor and ill and treat them in their neighborhoods that real progress is accomplished, not this drive by, make me feel good publicity.

  5. You know, that is what bugs me about them to Mr. T. You finally nailed it for me. It’s this ‘drive by’ charity work. Stop by one place for a few days, send the place into a tizzy with reporters following them everywhere and then bop back out.

  6. They are definitely doing great things for people, but take a damn break and spend some time at home with your family already! She looks like she’s going to snap in half. Even her forehead is bony.
