Vin Diesel suits up for his walk of fame ceremony: would you hit it?

Vin Diesel

These are photos of Vin Diesel at his Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony yesterday, and you know this means one thing and one thing only: Universal must be at least a little bit nervous about Riddick. They really needn’t worry though, right? Vin’s star power is riding high after so many consecutive Fast and Furious movies, although it’s been nearly a decade since Chronicles of Riddick proved to be a moderate success.

Really though, I wanted to write about these photos because Vin showed up with his long-term girlfriend, Paloma Jimenez, and their two adorable children, Hania Riley and a son whose name has (to my knowledge) yet to be revealed. This little boy is so cute, and I absolutely love his hair. Hey, you never know — this could be the texture of Vin’s real hair. I’ve seen Vin with some cruelly Photoshopped hair before, but has anyone seen him with anything other than stubble or a completely clean shaven look?

Vin Diesel

At any rate, I’ve always found Vin to be pretty damn sexy even though he doesn’t always look good to me. In fact, I find him to be ridiculously pumped-up at times to the point where it’s like he’s trying to prove something, but then he opens his mouth, and that gravelly voice wins me over completely. It’s like the opposite of David Beckham’s sex appeal, you know? Oh, and look who showed up to support her frequent co-star … the very gorgeous Michelle Rodriguez. Vin and Michelle supposedly dated in 2001, and they seem to be great friends now.

Oh, right. You wanted photos of Vin with his actual star? Well here you go.

Eh…maybe? He seems like a softie, that’s always a win for me.

I’ve wanted to hit it since he was a bouncer at the club called The Tunnel back in the day. I have my ups and down with Vin but yes I would still hit it. All he has to do is whisper in my ear in that raspy voice and the panties are coming off.

BTW Bedhead to answer your question he keeps it bald because Vin used to have a wavy fro; I guess that’s the Black in him. (He’s Black and Italian). He used to also try to dance old school hip hop. I’m talking back in the days of break dancing.

      • Toot says:

His hair doesn’t look “wavy” to me in that pic of him I posted below and that’s why he keeps it bald. His hair tells his roots.

      • V4Real says:

Curly/wavy whatever. Think about Black hair for a moment. Think about Shemar Moore when he had hair, it was a small fro but with curls or waves if you want to talk semantics. It’s hard to tell in that photo you posted but it was not just a straight fro. Check out poster Sarah’s photo, it’s a better pic of him.

      • BorgQueen says:

Ohh shit. You remember him from the Tunnel’s days too. Damn maybe we know each other. I was a regular every Friday & Sat nite.

      • V4Real says:

@BorgQueen Word! The Tunnel used to be banging in the 90’s. Couldn’t beat the location right off the West Side Highway. It got a little scary towrds the end with the rowdy crowd but yes Vin used to flex his muscles as a bouncer there.

      • BorgQueen says:

That was sure the good ole days. I LOVED TUNNEL. The music, the X, the different rooms & VIP rooms. How about Sound Factory or even Roxy?

      • V4Real says:

        @Borg

Late response, work called me away. I used to be a frequent flyer of Sound Factory as well as the after hours called Exit. We might have house danced right next to each other during one of our X fill nights or mornings for the better part. I believe there were times I went to Sound Factory on what was technically Sunday morning (but some considered Saturday being that we might have went out on Saturday night but ended up in The Factory by 2:30am Sunday morning)and strolled out of there on Monday morning. I loved the fact that it remained dark and you had no sense of time in that place.

I once partied with Cuba Gooding Jr at the Roxy. This was around the time of his movie Men of Honor when his career was still hot. His cousin was friends with the hockey player I was friends with. We got Cuba to come to a BDAY party with my friends and later I went with him, my friend and his people in his limo to the VIP reserved table he had at The Roxy. It felt damn good being escorted from the limo with Cuba by security pass the velvet ropes, through the club door, across the crowded dance floor to his VIP table. Pardon the run on sentences and the long post but I just went all nostalgic for the old days when you mention Sound Factory and The Roxy.

  2. T.Fanty says:

He looks like an aging Essex stock trader. No. No.No.

Michelle Rodriguez, on the other hand, is looking better and better…

  3. His kids are adorable! And is it just me or does his girlfriend look A LOT like Maichelle? He clearly has a type 🙂

  4. ADD says:

I thought he was gay? (According to lainey blinds). He has gf and kids?!!

  5. Jennifer says:

He definitely has the sexy gene. Someone once described him as a “giant teddy bear.” I like to think of him as a tough exterior with a good heart. Very attractive family!

  6. Nev says:

    My absolute number one guy!!!!!!

    SWOON.

  7. mytbean says:

I love me some Vin. Either he has great PR or he really is a nice guy. I’m hoping for the latter as it’s a rare thing to survive once they make it big.

As for the gay rumors… I wouldn’t be surprised – even with kids. For whatever reason, if I’m attracted to them then they turn out to be gay. lol

  8. mel2 says:

Definitely would hit it. His family is gorgeous.

  9. Toot says:

Vin’s hair is not like his son. Here’s Vin with an afro when he was young.

    http://www.weirdhut.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/breakdance-Young-Vin-Diesel.jpg

Hair is nothing like his son’s.

    • Cel says:

I disagree. My biracial family members’ hair is very similar to both. When it is shorter, if the curl is brushed through, it looks like Vin’s when short. When it grows out longer, it looks very much like his son’s. My biracial daughters hair looks very much like his sons.

  10. Aud says:

I can’t stand the tone of his voice. Something is very wrong there.

  11. sarah says:

He had curly hair when he was young. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/07/19/vin-diesel-yearbook-photo_n_1686075.html

For the question, YES YES YES.

  12. Amory says:

I like him – he seems to have a great work ethic and hustles for his jobs.

His family is gorgeous, and he stays away from Hollywood craziness.

  13. mkyarwood says:

I’ve never wanted to hit it, but I’ve always had a soft spot for Vin Diesel. He is very intelligent, and chose a specific path through Hollywood so he could be successful. He had said he wanted to write and direct, back when he was triple X’ing it. I wish he would!

  14. Lucrezia says:

Would definitely hit. He plays D&D. How many gamer geeks look like that ?!? You can’t even see the obligatory gamer Cheetos stains!

  15. blue marie says:

No, no I wouldn’t.. he has a nice looking family

  16. missanne says:

everyone is sweating in these pictures

  17. truthful says:

    NO

    cute lil family though.

  18. antisocial says:

oh god yes, yes pleeeease. That body, that VOICE! Love him, have always loved him.

  19. MonicaQ says:

The voice, the growl, he plays D&D, he has his own gaming studio–he’s my Hollywood Crush ever since I heard his voice on Iron Giant.

  20. Elisabeth says:

    no thank you #yuck

  21. Yelly says:

He got a star on the walk of fame?! Geez I guess anybody can get one these days. I’ll be getting mine next month.

    • Cel says:

It used to be more prestigious but now I think it’s more about money than one would hope.

  22. Simply Red says:

I would hit once then keep it moving…

  23. ShakenNotStirred says:

Why are people dissing his star? He has a solid fanbase and he’s always accommodating and nice to fans. I love him in the Fast and Furious films, Riddick too. He’s also very marketing savvy.

  24. krat says:

I find him to be very appealing, mostly based on the charisma he has. Like a Tom Hanks thing, with more sex appeal. He’s quite obviously intelligent, has chosen to live a very quiet life outside of his films, and I really can’t think of any negative stories about him, even speculative ones.

  25. Happy21 says:

Back in the XXX days I swooned over him constantly but now not so much; however, he still has appeal for me and I’d still hit it!

  26. INeedANap says:

Every day and twice on Sunday.

I had the good fortune to play Munchkins with him at Drgaon*Con like 5 years ago (Munchkins is a parody version of D&D and only takes about an hour or so to play). He was really sweet and without artifice, just a genuinely good guy. And if you think his voice is sexy on film, you should hear him in person. Whiskey on gravel mmmm.

    • Anne De Vries says:

HE PLAYS MUNCHKIN?! Ahem, sorry. Just find that particularly endearing 🙂
      (lucky you!)

  27. Darkladi says:

    I’d tag me some Riddick

  28. Anne De Vries says:

I always did, and still do, fancy the pants off of him. My days of active fannish interest are long behind me though, I didn’t even know he had a family.

  29. Musey says:

He’s gorgeous, he’s reportedly a really nice person, he has an amazing voice, and he’s a Dame Judi Dench fanboy who taught her how to play Dungeons and Dragons. How could I not want to hit that? Unf. I’ve had a thing for him since high school.

And his kids are super adorable.

  30. Bex says:

That voice!!! Plus he’s a giant science-first gaming nerd but is no weakling. Forever freebie!

  31. Naps says:

Vin was HOT in XXX. I remember drooling when I first saw that movie!

  32. Lark says:

    Yes, I would and I don’t know why 🙂
