Madonna was looking curiously her age despite the plastic surgery and predictable attention-getting attire in a recent photo spread. In some shots the 50 year-old pop star is seen posing in white string underwear with white pantyhose and a surgical-type bandage wrapped tightly around her top. In others she’s wearing a nude-colored corset, her face close to the camera, lined and unairbrushed. She’s still very pretty despite her personality and the all work she’s had done, but she’s human and is not perfect-looking or completely smoothed over, which is said to have royally pissed off her madgesty. While some people were giving Madonna credit for allowing raw close up photos to be released, that of course wasn’t the case. Those photos were leaked before the Photoshop artists did their magic.
Madonna is also said to have enjoyed a recent getaway with Alex Rodriguez, with whom she was thought to have split up with. She was recently linked with a much younger Brazilian model, but that seemed like a publicity stunt on the model’s part. Whether or not the guy was actually doing the deed with Madonna was something I prefer not to think about:

Madge spent last weekend with the Yankee slugger - and Joe Torre target - at the East Hampton home of Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld, sources said. But the downtime did little to calm the recently divorced pop star’s nerves. She’s fuming over unflattering photos from her album cover shoot that were leaked online. A snitch said, “Madonna called up the label screaming when the photos got out.” Madonna’s rep didn’t return e-mails.

Madonna was seen out at dinner with the Seinfelds two weeks ago so it doesn’t seem surprising that all these vile people are friends or that they stay over at each other’s estates.
Guy Ritchie was in the Poconos last weekend with sons Rocco, 8, and David, 3, and was seen hitting the slopes with Rocco. Maybe that’s when their mom had a weekend getaway with A-Rod. I wonder if it was a blissful type reunion or if it involved a lot of accusations, sulking and apologies.

It didn’t occur to me until last week - when AOL pointed their mouse - that there was anything wrong (other than the subject and attire) with the shots. She would look like that at 50, which is pretty damn good. I thought that the mood of the photo shoot was ‘raw’ including her body and face. Considering she has been trying to shock the public for the last 25 years, her untouched image succeeds in doing that.

Madonna, grow up and get a grip, honey! Enough is enough. When is she going to act her own age? We are talking about a 50 year old woman, with three kids and two ex-husbands in the package. It’s pathetic to see her showing off her crotch in every picture she takes. I know, she’s probably in the middle of some middle age crisis, and with this kind of picture, she’s trying to show the others she’s still sexy and relevant. But, she comes across as desperate. Nothing more than that. She should follow the example of women like Susan Sarandon and Kristin Scott Thomas, who are very beautiful and sexy after years after their 40th birthdays, without embarassing themselves with this kind of immature behaviour.

The plural of ‘monkey’ is ‘monkeys,’ not ‘monkies.’
Make all the comments you want about the headline posts but maybe you should leave other people alone until you: a) know whereof you speak and; b) actually have a reason to call somebody out.

I was wondering why she would let those photos be published. Now I do. Despite all of the work she’s had done to her face she still looks 50 and the skin around her eyes is badly wrinkled.

I’m with GWC - I just thought it was Madge doing ‘raw’ and that was how the shoot was meant to look. Apart from the bizarre ‘bandage’ underwear, I thought she actually looked pretty good. Woman needs to relax and stop with the control freakery.

Should you care to look back a few posts, this Baho decided to put “her” sights on me. I was involved with another poster and SHE began the attack. This Baho has decided to make me “her” target. I could give two shakes of a lambs tail what some whacko on a blog had to say…..
BUT… get your facts straight first. we ALL make spelling mistakes and have varying opinions, only SOME of us choose to take up personal vendettas. It is those people I PITY the most. Not having anything else in their little world but a blog to get validation from.

Well I have no idea about the previous post, but I can say that both “blonde” and “blond” are correct. However, “blonde” is the feminine version, and “blond” is the masculine. So Madonna is blonde, and Brad Pitt was blond.
She doesn’t look too bad in these. I mean, she doesn’t look like she is 20, but she’s doing pretty good for her age. Although I agree with everyone else, less crotch please. Somethings just can’t be unseen.

There is so much variation in the English language it’s astounding, and this is precisely what makes it so difficult for non-native speakers of English to learn.

The unretouched pics are perfectly normal but when you’re a narcissist like Madonna that’s not good enough, you have a delusional self-image that must be matched in the pics. Narcissists LOVE airbrushing!
