People always talk about Kylie Jenner’s lips. They talk about her lips like she’s only had lip work, like that’s the only change. Girl has had a complete face and body overall, let’s be real. She’s had so much augmented on her body, every time I see her, it’s like I’m seeing a whole new person. Still, her lip work is probably the most famous augmentation. It’s the most noticeable, and she lied about it for a while before finally admitting that she gets lip fillers. Now that Kylie is knocked up, I worry that she’s going to be in for a rude awakening about all of her augmentations and such. Now her plastic surgeon says that of course he would never, ever work on a pregnant woman.
Kylie Jenner‘s trademark lips could be no more. The 20-year-old reality star, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Travis Scott, admitted to getting “temporary lip fillers” on a 2015 episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” but now that she’s expecting, doctors say she may have to leave her plump pout behind.
“I recommend that women stop getting lip fillers as soon as they learn they are pregnant,” Dr. Simon Ourian, a cosmetic and plastic surgeon who has worked with Jenner, told Page Six. “No one knows the implications of lip fillers on pregnant patients since dermal fillers haven’t been tested on pregnant women.”
Although he may be approached by pregnant women looking to have work done, Ourian has a strict policy about not giving lip injections to those with child.
“I would never knowingly administer lip injections to a pregnant patient,” he said. “In fact, it is my policy not to perform any procedures at all on pregnant women.”
Despite not being able to visit Dr. Ourian while she’s expecting, there’s a good chance Jenner’s pucker will stay put.
“If a woman receives lip fillers before becoming pregnant, the results can last several months into her pregnancy, especially if she received one of the newer longer-lasting fillers,” he said. “Additionally, many women experience naturally increased lip size during pregnancy due to increased levels of estrogen, blood flow, fluids, and swelling caused by pregnancy, regardless of whether they ever received lip fillers previously.”
It’s true that many women find that pregnancy gives them naturally fuller lips. Everyone from Angelina Jolie to Beyonce to Jessica Simpson, all had swollen lips during their pregnancy, especially in the last months. Ten bucks says that Kylie still tries to get lip injections though. I mean, come on, I seriously doubt that she only goes to just ONE plastic surgeon. This guy might have some medical ethics, but who’s to say that some shady filler-and-Botox dealer wouldn’t inject Kylie for some quick cash?

Ah, yes, it’s good to know we still have strong and ethical plastic surgeons in this country. It’s totally fine for a minor to buy a new face, but thank god we drew the line at pregnant women

her original looks are hardly hidden. all he has to do is google her. plus everyone knows she’s messed with her face – he won’t be surprised.
But people forget. This dude has probably only seen her like this. She has Jenner genes, not Kris’. Caitlyn and Kendall are long and lean but neither has full lips either. Well Caitlyn does now…..but I digress. This little sad girl wanted to look like Kim and Khloe who don’t look like their original selves either. Khloe has been through so many noses. She obviously isn’t a Kardashian. Kim perfected (in her opinion) what she considered flaws, but still is recognizable as Kim. Kylie changed everything from the lips to brow to boobs to butt. I find it disturbing. Hope she doesn’t do anything to harm the next generation of these people. Poor fetus.
Well the baby is a girl and will have Kylie’s original features (nothing wrong with that).
She may have her dad’s features as well, she has genes from both parents. Kim’s children both look like Kanye. I doubt anyone thought the original Kylie was an eyesore, even though same came up with the phony baloney story of how a boy made fun of her mouth. If you’re going to lie, do it well. She wants what in her opinion is perfection, exactly like Kim. They both looked ok without the myriad of surgeries, but they might have that disease where they see something different. Considering how Kanye’s mother died, one would think they might consider the consequences…..but I made the mistake of using the word “think” when talking about these arrogant woman/girls. *Khloe looks like neither Kris or Robert Kardashian while Kim, Kourtney and Rob look just like their dad……..this is in answer to who is more insecure downthread, Khloe or Kylie…Khloe by a landslide.*
I think “sue-ability” is a more likely explanation for the doctor’s conservative stance than “medical ethics.” That’s just a guess, though.

Oh yes she can afford to go out of the county to get whatever she wants done. Will likely ratchet up everything back in place after birth like Kim. With all the scar tissue will probably need surrogate too if she wants more kids. People don’t realize how damaging and the unknown trauma plastic surgeries do to your body. Love yourself natural! Glad 90s minimal grunge is coming back.
She’s good at flattering selfies but in candids her face is already melting. They will not age well, just look at their doctor.
Her work looks bad in video as well. You’re right.. I think her candid photos are definitely shocking sometimes. She often looks radically different than her heavily edited selfies.
Sitting still at the right angle she’s really very pretty. But as soon as she moves she looks freaky and plastic. The lips wrinkle and lump up, her cheeks jut out, not to mention she can barely speak properly with the lips flapping together it’s really unsettling. I would be mortified seeing myself on camera the way she looks.
Dr Ourian is sketchy as hell – look him up. I would not be surprised if he filled her lips while pregnant.
I agree that she’ll find somebody willing to do it, even if she has to jaunt down to Mexico. Her brand is built on that new face and body.

She could get lip fillers, plastic surgery, it does not matter…that baby is screwed no matter what. So is Khloe’s.
If she has to go back to her original face for any length of time, I would be very surprised if she even left the house. It’s a shame how much she appears to have disliked herself and been uncomfortable in her own skin.. she has changed nearly everything about herself. I see pictures of her when she was younger, pre-surgery, and she looked not only cute and fresh-faced, but also happier and more confident. Even on the earlier seasons of the show, she had a lot of personality… now it’s like she talks in a monotone voice and is afraid to move her face too much. I think she’s really this family’s true tragedy. She’s got a ton of money, but I don’t believe she has any real happiness in her life.

Serious question: Why do so many of you assume she will be a bad mom and intentionally do things to harm her baby during pregnancy and beyond? I’m not understanding all the hate for Kylie. She seems to be a decent person. I haven’t heard of any bad behavior or criminal history from her.

Am I being cynical or.. does it seem like it’s already basically a known that he will do a procedure now (or has already) and he’s protecting himself and her from future heat from the press when there aren’t pics of her with thinner lips? New longer lasting injections, lips naturally swell in pregnancy..
I think his “I would never KNOWINGLY do work on a pregnant woman” comment was made because he knows she’s been to his office since becoming pregnant & he’s shifting blame/trying to distance himself from being the doctor who works on pregnant women. He can just say he didn’t realize at the time that she was pregnant.
Considering they are still playing the “Kylie hasn’t confirmed anything” game I would not be surprised if you are 100% correct.

Oh poor, poor Kylie. Poor girl. Talk about a problem! How will she cope? How will her fans cope?! Must be hard. I feel for you, Kylie. I’m almost crying. Poor you. Poor you Thin Lips. And oh my God – does this mean the bottom will dissolve too??? I feel faint… must go…
I think that what a lot of these kids need is therapy, but instead their parents buy them plastic surgery. (See also, Christie Brinkley’s daughter, Olivia Newton John’s daughter, etc.). Plastic surgery is so much easier than therapy. Instant fix! Or, the cynic in me thinks that maybe, just maybe, the parents really ARE ashamed of their less-than-physically-perfect daughters, and subtlely or not so subtlely push them in that direction. And/or maybe the aging women “compete” with their younger daughter’s looks, and push themselves into the surgery first, which then sets an example for the kids. But whatever the reason, it really is sad.

Even if she doesnt try to get injections or her doctors dont do it, its not like shes going to go back to having thin lips again. Fillers last several months. Shes still gonna have her big lips by the time she pops the baby out.
I love the articles on this site. But this headline is inaccurate and misleading. IF she is pregnant, he wouldn’t work on her but her pregnancy/ “pregnancy” is never mentioned.
