He twists the truth so much – notice how he says it’s a cold case? That’s to make it appear like there is some kind of actual lingering question as to this case. There is not – nobody regards this case as open – not the police, not the medical examiner, not the family, nobody.
Also, his whole theory is that Joe killed the young lady because they were having an affair that he needed to hide. He is smearing a dead women by suggesting that she engaged in an affair with a married man and that she was unfaithful to her own husband. This man is now having to see the President besmirch his wife, who is not here to defend herself. How must he feel? What thoughts must be in his head? And Jack Dorsey is pathetic for permitting this.
As painful as it will be for them, I hope the Klausutis family sues both Trump and Twitter. Lori Klausutis is not a public figure. Trump is accusing her of adultery with no proof whatsoever and the woman can’t defend herself. Twitter is allowing him to do it. Sue!

I agree, except it’s like NDA’s. They aren’t really enforceable but nobody wants to pay for the legal battles against them. Joe could sue the president and win, it would be such an emotional and financial drain. It shouldn’t be on a private citizen to fund the resistance against a private platform’s willingness to allow the President to lie and propagate and spew hatred.
It’s about due time somebody did, to be honest, at the least because it would open up the conversation about the responsibility big social media corporations have in misinformation campaigns. And in this case, it’s such an obvious violation of the TOS in contrast to how they treat other users that they wouldn’t have much of a leg to stand on in court.
Sorry, not sorry: Fuck Twitter for allowing this. He is a president in name only, and he should not be the exception to the rule. People have been banned for less. He has gotten away with inciting violence and spreading misinformation with nearly every tweet, including giving credence to conspiracy theories. It’s true that if banned, he would just find another platform, but let him. Let him melt down first.
They don’t even have to ban him – Lori’s husband is only asking for the offensive tweets to be deleted. That’s not even a ban! And Twitter has done it in the past – they’ve suspended or deleted the accounts of several high level Iranian politicians for calling the violence against Israel or Jews (which was the correct call). What makes Trump different?

Twitter responded with some lame bs about reviewing their rules. In other words, they aren’t going to remove them. They aren’t going to anger the Orange Menace or his followers. Jack has to keep those dollars flowing in.
All of this is just so disheartening…that this kind of behavior is being viewed as acceptable to anyone. Take out the politics, hard to do I know, but when did we become so hateful to each other. When did we become so outrageous & also too numb to react with outrage. I remember when Trump claimed that he helped to make Joe & Mika a success…while suspecting Joe of a crime while doing so???? Where’s the outrage about THAT? But then associating with & elevating someone you are implicating is a murderer is just normal now???? Where’s the outrage about THAT? It’s only a short hop to assume Trump thought or knew Epstein was a sexual predator while Trump was partying with him because it was beneficial to himself.
