Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce stepped out for dinner at the Polo Bar last night

This is the Kansas City Chiefs’ bye week, so instead of sticking around Kansas City, Travis Kelce is in New York with his fiancee Taylor Swift. Last night, they went to dinner at the Polo Bar, which has a dress code! They don’t allow you to dine there if you’re wearing jeggings or sweats or hoodies. Which might explain why Taylor and Travis both wore trousers and sweaters. The menu at the Polo Bar looks great too. I wonder what they ordered.

This feels like their first New York outing in a while, right? I genuinely wonder if, once they’re married, they’ll end up settling down somewhere other than New York. Taylor loves her place in New York, but her NYC life can be so chaotic. They were swarmed by paparazzi and fans outside the restaurant and I’m sure Taylor’s security had a difficult time.

While I don’t pay super-close attention to football whatsoever, even I know that the Chiefs are in the middle of a pretty terrible season. On the New Heights podcast, Travis sort of admitted as much and he said he’s trying hard to shake it off. I really hope Chiefs fans don’t blame that sh-t on Taylor. Blame it on the MAGA Mahomes fam!!

I have seen Taylor in action long enough to recognize a planned distraction from that Kayla Nicole clapback LOL!

  2. Lilly (with the double-L) says:

I’m down for seeing happy couples being happy. Thanks!

  3. Kirsten says:

I actually like both of their outfits – they’re good versions of casual luxe that seem comfortable too.

  4. Smart&Messy says:

Her hair, skin and styling is lovely here.

  5. Becks1 says:

Mark the date yall. This may be the first time I’ve liked one of her “street” outfits lol.

My Bills were victorious over the Chiefs this past weekend. Any problems the Chiefs are having have nothing to do with Taylor and all about (or a big part) that their QB, MAGA Mahomes couldn’t seem to get the ball where it needed to be. Overthrows, an interception, he got sacked a bunch of times (Bosa was beautiful!), career worst!

And yeah, as die hard Bills Mafia, watching the gladiator who was risking his life playing violent chess get tackled by Bishop and got the wind kicked out of him.

    Go Bills.

This Eagles fan was rooting for y’all every step of the way lmaooooo. F*** the Chiefs and crybaby Patrick “Beaker” Mahomes.

    • fineapplewinner says:

Imagine snarking about Mahomes being MAGA when your QB is….*checks notes* Josh Allen…

Let’s not start on that golf trip either, shall we?

      • Jamie says:

I’m a Bills fan and I have to know about the golf trip!?
Look, they are probably all voting R because they care most about their taxes. A good lesson to not hero-worship any of these dudes.

      • fineapplewinner says:

Several Bills players went golfing with Trump on President’s Day (including golden boy Dalton Kincaid). That’s one of the many reasons it’s so ridiculous when supporters of other teams try and feign moral superiority over Chiefs players, particularly Patrick Mahomes who’s never even expressed one bit of support for Trump.

Obviously all teams have a load of Trumpies but at least make the criticism accurate (Chris Jones is right there) and try not to act like your own team is any better. People already got smacked in the face by their hypocrisy when they acted like the Eagles were some kind of liberal team during the Super Bowl.

I am a Bills fan, but Josh Allen is a republican and he had some really problematic tweets before coming to the NFL. He just learned to lock down being public with his beliefs. It is silly to put any of these athletes on a pedestal.

    • Sue says:

Fellow Bills mafia here. I was cackling when I saw the Chiefs are now “In the Hunt” for the playoffs. Without the refs helping them to win every step of the way, it’s obvious that the Chiefs are a decent but not phenomenal team that they were being made out to be the past couple years.
I cannot stand Kermit the Frog Mahomes. I also can’t stand when women are blamed for something they have nothing to do with. The armchair quarterbacks online were blaming Hailee Steinfeld when the Bills lost just two games. Uggggggh. Shut up, Chad.

    • Becks1 says:

As a Ravens fan I was also rooting for the Bills! (don’t count us out yet……lmao.)

    • aang says:

      Go Bills!

So much for New Yorkers being chill around celebrities. Those fans taking pics look kinda insane.

    • Kitten says:

I think that’s less of a commentary on New Yorkers and more of a commentary on the fanaticism of Swifties.

    • Josephine says:

They chose the Polo Bar and this feels like a pap walk. Tons of celebrities walk through NYC without fanfare every day (and scoot in and out through the kitchen). I’m just glad that she must be feeling safer after Kirk made her a target with the deplorables.

      • Lorelei says:

Yeah, I have a feeling that security was in place outside before they even arrived…that is something NY’ers might stop for, just to see what’s going on, out of curiosity.

If their car just pulled up and they walked in, there wouldn’t have even been time for all of those gawkers to gather.

She’s not wearing a bold red lip color. Changing it up is almost always a good idea.

  9. NotSoSocialB says:

Did she get a chin implant??
Also, does anyone know what her necklace is?

That’s my kind of cool weather outfit. Simple, tasteful, understated chic. Bet that sweater is some super soft, long fiber cashmere. Trousers look like soft, worsted wool.

  10. aang says:

Anyone notice she is wearing a black belt in some of the photos but no belt in others? Did she have it in her purse? Did she eat too much and take it off?

  11. Newt says:

She should wear pants more. This whole outfit is really good. A more mature look for her. I’ve long believed she needs to add some length to her shorts. Yes, she has great legs, but her short skirts need to be a tad longer IMO.

  12. Glitterachi says:

No point in blaming Taylor for the Chiefs when Travis personally is having an excellent season*. He’s leading all tight ends in receiving yards yet again.

(*obviously blaming a woman who doesn’t set foot on the field is never a valid point, but you get where I’m coming from)

    • Smalltowngirl says:

I just came to say this, I think it would be hard to blame Taylor when Travis is one of the best parts of the current Chief’s team. Mahomes has been very hot and miss and there have been some serious coaching issues.

  13. VilleRose says:

They both look nice. Honestly this is the first time I think I’ve seen Taylor dress in a mature, adult way. Her regular style has always been super girly and feminine which is fine but we’ve always known she definitely has arrested development and a high school mentality. It’s nice to see her in a more sleek style for a change.

  14. Aimee says:

I love Travis but really sick of the Chiefs. Anyone but them please!!!!
