Did you know that Connor Cruise is a much in-demand DJ? Well, he’s still technically a teenager but is pulling in very livable wages by earning $5,000 to $10,000 per gig under the moniker “DJ C-Squared.” I’d like to think he’s putting that money away for his eventual defection from Scientology, but that’s probably just wishful thinking on my part.

At any rate, Connor just turned 17-years-old, and he celebrated his birthday in grand fashion at Hyde Lounge in Los Angeles. Here’s a photo of his DJ-themed cake, which looks pretty funky but not at all appetizing.

Connor’s older sister, Isabella was also in attendance to support her little brother. They seem really close, and you can see photos of the two siblings embracing here with a few details about the party described by the Mail:

But in contrast, Tom Cruise’s eldest daughter Isabella is rarely seen.

However, the shy 19-year-old made a rare public appearance last night as she joined her little brother Connor at his 17th birthday party.

The aspiring DJ, who is starting to become a regular of the LA party scene, proudly posed up with his sister at the bash at the Hyde lounge.

Wearing a red hat, cardigan and multi-coloured T-shirt, Isabella – known to her friends and family as Bella – looked thrilled to be celebrating with her brother.

And the teenager were free to do what they want without being chaperoned by Cruise, 49, and stepmother Katie Holmes, 33.

At first, I was wondering why Tom and Katie weren’t in attendance at the party, but it’s nice that Connor was able to enjoy an evening with his (100% Scientology) friends without having to worry about Tom busting a move on the dance floor. Good on Tom for letting Connor have the spotlight for the evening. Unfortunately, Connor also decided to leave the Jesus necklace at home. Here’s a close-up of his new bling:

Connor is certainly turning out to be the handsome young fellow. I also find it interesting that his sneakers look a lot like Robert Downey Jr.’s instead of Tom’s shoes. There’s another conspiracy theory for the rebellion theme!

Later on in the evening, Connor took to the turntables. Presumably, he was paid to have his party at Hyde, so it would naturally follow that DJ-ing was part of the stint.

And now for an extremely odd photo of Connor alongside Christina Fulton (Weston Cage’s perpetually questionably dressed mother) at the recent Big Bang 2012 New Year’s event. I guess she was just there for the party.

In retrospect, we should have seen this coming — Weston Cage has scored a reality show — but let’s recap the situation anyway. In June of this year, Weston publicly flew into a physical rage and tried to beat the crap out of his personal trainer, who had made the mistake of telling him to not order an unhealthy dish for lunch. After a quick hospitalization, Weston was out on the streets and proceeded (one month later) to get himself arrested on felony domestic violence charges. During this incident, his pregnant wife, Nikki Williams was also arrested after she got blazingly drunk and threatened to jump off a balcony. One week later, Weston went to dinner with Nikki and his scantily-clad mother, Christina Fulton, and showed off his roundhouse kick for the paps. Then the next week, Weston was arrested again on fresh felony domestic violence charges. In late July, Weston checked into rehab where he’s remained until this day.

For her part, Nikki has “stood by her man” and refused to press charges; she has also admitted that she was drinking while pregnant on the night she was arrested, saying “That was the only occasion I consumed alcohol since I found out that I’m pregnant and I really regret my decision to do so.” Nikki also added, in regard to herself and Weston, “We may be passionate, but we are not crazy.” Well, that last part is definitely debatable.

Also over the summer, Nikki signed a recording contract with J Records (the label of Alicia Keys and Pitbull). Exactly why they signed her is a mystery because a quick check on her MySpace page reveals that Nikki screams instead of sings, especially in a song called “Get Back in Your Cage,” the title of which simply cannot be a coincidence. J Records has since shuttered; most of its artists were absorbed by RCA records although Nikki’s fate under the label is undetermined. She has removed “J records artist” from her Twitter profile. In addition and if her tweets are to be believed, she’s either no longer pregnant or still drinking while pregnant because she’s tweeted about drinking alcohol on many occasions and as recently as Oct. 18 (“Happy Hour Happily.”) and Oct. 14 (“Beer thirty!“). Certainly, all of this will add to the drama of the impending reality show that will also star Weston and Christina too:

Christina Fulton and 20-year-old Weston Cage – who checked into rehab in July and was arrested twice on suspicion of domestic violence following a fight with wife Nikki –have agreed to be followed by cameras for “Uncaged,” a new VH1 programme.

A source told America’s Star magazine: “Christina said the show will be like a modern-day Addams Family. Weston just wants to show the world he’s not mentally ill.”

News of the show comes after Christina revealed plans to release an album, also called Uncaged, which features lyrical attacks on her ex-partner.

Speaking about the record, she said: “This has been a cathartic experience to help me move forward from the past.”

Her first single, “Thank You,” features the lyrics: “You stood there and you lied right through your teeth / You gave me your word you promised everything – You’re not the guy that I fell for, you’re the monster I left / Such a snake, my worst mistake, yea, all you made was a mess. I learned to hate what you stand for, can’t believe I was blind / But you’ll get yours and I’ll be fine, honey, all in good time.”

In an interesting cross between trainwreck universes, Christina’s “Thank You” apparently premiered on “Jersey Shore,” Season 4, Episode 9 (otherwise known as “Three Men and a Snooki”). About a month ago, Christina also appeared on CNN to talk with Dr. Drew about her son’s drug and alcohol addictions. My question is this — Christina and Nicolas haven’t been together in almost two decades, so why did she wait until now to really start talking smack about him? My best guess is one (or both) of the following reasons: (1) Weston didn’t really lose his sh-t until recently, since mental illness often reaches its peak in early adulthood, and now is the time to capitalize on those problems and also blame some crap on Nicolas too; (2) Since Weston is 20-years-old now, she’s probably recently ran out of child support money.

At any rate, we can now look forward to watching Weston, Christina, and darling Nikki doing their “modern-day Addams Family” routine on television. The really sad part is that I probably won’t be able to stop myself from watching.

Goth rocker/movie star progeny Weston Cage is spreading his crazy mofo vibe around once again. Luckily, no one got hurt this time, unlike on July 4th, when Weston and his sketchy wife of two months, Nikki Williams, were both booked on felony domestic violence charges. On July 6th, Weston commenced a Twitter rant (which has been documented at TMZ) that featured him vowing to divorce Nikki, who he claims is pregnant with his child but seriously considering an abortion. Although I’m not sure why, if she’s knocked up, these two were both blazingly drunk, and she was threatening to jump off a balcony or whatever. Well, these two lovebirds have (momentarily) patched things up, if the above photo of them heading out for dinner at Boa Steakhouse is to be believed. Oh, and the blonde on Weston’s right is his mother, Christina Fulton. I would die if my mother dressed like that, in public or otherwise.

Strangely, Weston has also shaved off his once luxurious (yeah, right) gothy locks that he seemed to wear so proudly, but I may have discovered the reason why, according to an update from Nikki’s Twitter page from five days ago: “My husband is now a blonde. hahahahaha.” So I guess his hair looked terrible and was probably so damaged from the bleaching process that Weston decided to just shave it all off instead of trying to fix it. Just as well, right? Now we can see his crazy eyes all the better.

Another thing happened last night. During an apparent smoke break, Weston decided to show off karate moves for the paparazzi. More specifically, he demonstrated his own twisted (inaccurate) version of the notorious roundhouse kick that resulted in his hospitalization for a mental evaluation last month after he aimed it towards his physical trainer during a lunchtime temper tantrum. Dude is just not right.

Nicolas Cage threw a lot of money around, and that seems to have included his ex girlfriend and the mother of his oldest son. Cage, who owes over $6 million to the US government and is being sued by – and suing – his former business manager, is now being sued by his ex, Christina Fulton. Fulton, 42, claims that Cage took back a house he gave to her in 2001 for raising their son and that one of his employees racked up charges on one of her credit cards. According to the lawsuit, Fulton is over $1.2 million in debt and wants $13 million from Cage:

Christina Fulton, mother of Cage’s eldest child Weston, 18, is suing the actor for fraud and breach of contract, alleging she’s been caught in the web of his financial mismanagement and is now more than $1.2 million in debt herself, Los Angeles court papers show.

Cage stated in an October lawsuit he faces financial ruin after allegedly being duped by a former accountant, Samuel Levin. The actor currently owes $6.3 million in back taxes, recently defaulted on a $2 million loan, and has begun a massive sell-off of homes, cars, yachts and other possessions to recoup his losses.

Fulton, 42, a former actress, says she was provided an L.A. home years ago by Cage in exchange for raising Weston, and believed the property was under her name. That is until September, when Cage allegedly served her with a 60-day notice to get out.

Fulton says that because of Cage and Levin’s negligence, she now owes the IRS more than $1 million, in addition to $250,000 in unpaid credit card debt. She says the credit card was supposed to be paid off regularly by Cage and that fraudulent charges were racked up by a staffer hired by the actor who didn’t undergo a sufficient background check.

All told, Fulton says damages to her exceed $13 million.

Levin, the accountant, has countersued Cage, stating the actor’s financial collapse was due to his “compulsive, self-destructive spending.”

Cage’s attorney Marty Singer tells PEOPLE: “This lawsuit is ridiculous and absurd. Nicolas Cage has given her approximately three million every year for many years, even though he was only obligated to pay her six thousand a month in child support. We expect this lawsuit to be promptly thrown out.”

If this is true and Cage only owed Fulton $6,000 a month but was giving her three million a year and a free house I don’t have a lot of sympathy for her. It’s not like Cage owes her more money just because he decided to give his son a life of luxury. On the other hand, if she believed the home was in her name and had a bunch of fraudulent charges on her credit card from one of Cage’s employees she should be compensated. It’s not Fulton’s fault that Cage was massively overextended.

Radar Online has the court filing for this case and there’s some interesting dirt in there. Fulton’s filing mentions her troubled relationship with Cage in the early 80s and states that they lived together for four years and that Cage emotionally and physically abused her:

After living together off and on for approximately four years [after Weston was born in 1990], and not being able to live with the mental, physical and emotional abuse inflicted upon her by Cage, and feeling that she was subjecting Weston to an unhealthy environment, Plaintiff together with Weston moved out of her common residence with Cage.

The legal document goes on to say that Cage bought Fulton and his son a house in 2001 and told her “that she could restore and decorate… to her liking as it was going to be a permanent residence and as title would be transferred to her as soon as arrangements could be made.” What’s more is that Cage allegedly sent an e-mail to Fulton in 2009 telling her to sell the home if she needed money. It was only when she tried to sell that she realized it was still in Cage’s name. Then at the end of September she got a notice to move out followed by foreclosure notices.

Cage’s financial situation is surely a mess and it’s not surprising that he let down some people who were depending on him. The guy was a compulsive spender and only a massive setback like this was going to stop him.

By the way, have you seen Nicolas Cage’s oldest son? He’s in the photo above. He’s a big kid with long hair and a punk look and I assumed he was in his twenties. He’s only 18, though, and it looks like he could be fending for himself unless his dad steps back in to help.
