These are pics of Kim yesterday in LA, coming out of her gym. She looks… yeah. She looks fine. When I was writing about Jessica Simpson’s huge baby bump, it occurred to me that if I ever get pregnant (not likely), I will carry more like Jessica and Kim. I have a big booty and big boobs, and I have the kind of build that would “pop” early. So while I think it’s funny that Kim is doing all of this crazy stuff to hide her wideness, let’s also remember… this was always the way she was going to carry, you know? Also: did you know that Kanye is still buying his baby-mama all kinds of crazy jewelry? ‘Ye already dropped tens of thousands of dollars on jewelry for Kim at the Paris Cartier store, and now he’s gotten her a $70,000 Cartier panther cuff. Kim showed it off on Twitter:

I love Cartier’s Panther collection, but I think that cuff is fug, right? It’s too gaudy.

In other news, there’s SO MUCH DRAMA with Kim’s divorce case and it’s all centered around Kris Humphries and how he’s a big loser. Yesterday, TMZ got the leak from Kim’s camp – go here to see. Basically, Kim’s lawyer Laura Wasser has told the court that Kris and his lawyer have been using the divorce case to attempt to derail and destroy the Kardashian family’s reality shows. Wasser claims Team Humphries doesn’t give a crap about the divorce, they’re just focusing on the reality shows. I didn’t think it was that big of a deal, but hours later Kris’s lawyer quit on his ass! Marshall Waller filed documents for the change in counsel saying that he was quitting because there was “an irremediable breakdown of the attorney-client relationship.” And then this happened:

Sources connected with Kris tell TMZ … attorney Marshall Waller made it clear to his client … there are NO legal grounds for annulling his marriage to Kim, because there’s absolutely NO evidence of fraud.

Our sources say Waller and Kris reached an impasse … because Kris’ out-of-state attorney, Lee Hutton won’t budge from the whole annulment thing. So, as TMZ first reported, Waller filed legal docs Thursday asking the judge to get him the hell out of the case.

And get this … In Waller’s motion to be relieved as counsel, he zings Kris by saying they have “irreconcilable differences” — EXACTLY the grounds for a garden-variety divorce.

One final thing … lawyers for Kim and Kris are in court this morning, and as we previously reported, Kim’s lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, will demand a trial date as early as next month. The question now — will Kris argue that since he just lost his California lawyer, he needs more time?

If the judge buys Kris’ rather lame argument, it will be the 4th time the judge would have delayed the trial for a 72-day marriage that effectively ended nearly a year-and-a-half ago.

Kris Humphries’s lawyer filed some paperwork yesterday, and I’m struggling to make sense of what it means legally. I think Kim Kardashian’s lawyer is still trying to wrangle a faster divorce, and Kris’s lawyer filed some papers to say why it should NOT be a quick divorce…? Something something. Here’s TMZ’s story:

Kris Humphries just filed legal docs saying he doesn’t understand the urgency for a quick divorce, and he shouldn’t have to jump just because Kim Kardashian got accidentally knocked up.

Kris’ lawyer, Marshall Waller, says in the docs, “What is really going on here is that an ‘urgency’ in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial.”

And get this … after the word “pregnancy” there’s a footnote that reads, “Indeed, why would [Kim] plan to get pregnant in the midst of divorce proceedings?”

Translation — Waller thinks Kim is putting a gun to his client’s head, which is bizarre because the divorce has dragged on for well over a year for a marriage that lasted 72 days.

Waller says Kim shouldn’t worry about the legal presumption that Kris is the father of Kim’s kid because she got pregnant while they were still married — Waller says Kris is happy to stipulate he’s not the daddy.

Kris says in the docs he wants to be present for Kim’s deposition and has a right to be there, but due to his work schedule he’s unavailable until mid-May or June.

We’re guessing the judge is going to lose patience at the trial setting conference and set the divorce trial for March.

Kris’s lawyer made sure to note that Kim’s pregnancy is “something (Humphries) had nothing to do with.” So… bear with me (I’m on heavy-duty decongestants)… yeah, I was right. Kim was trying to speed up the divorce yet again and Kris’s lawyer is all “She just wants to speed up the divorce because she’s pregnant, and not with her legal husband’s baby, because she’s kind of slutty.” And the judge is all “Um, really? Let’s set this crap for March.”

But this isn’t Kim’s only legal/PR play – just after Kris’s lawyer came out, TMZ reported this “Pity Poor Kim” piece that quite honestly sounds like something from Duchess Kate’s playbook:

Kim Kardashian’s doctor thinks Kim’s unborn baby may be at risk, because of the stress Kris Humphries is causing by dragging out their divorce … TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … several days ago Kim called her doctor in the middle of the night to come to the house because she was having severe pains. The doctor examined her, but then warned he believed the problems were largely stress-related.

Sources say … the only significant stress in her life right now is the divorce. And hours before her meeting Tuesday with her lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, Kim’s pains returned in full force.

The doctor warned Kim she needs to handle the stress or else there could be “long-term effects.” The doctor did not elaborate, but we’re told Kim is freaked out her baby may be at risk.

Of course it’s perfectly possible that Kim is feeling a lot of stress and that her doctors are worried about her. But announcing it like this, to TMZ, right after Kris’s lawyer counters… it’s a PR move. Still, I do hope Kim’s pregnancy will be healthy. Prayers for Kat-Face!

I know Kanye West is not well-liked around these parts, but he seems like he’s really making the effort to be a good boyfriend. I’m completely serious! These are new pics of Kanye and Kim in Paris, where they’ve been on a crazy shopping spree for the better part of a week. On Friday, Kanye took Kim shopping at the Hermes, Cartier, Lanvin and Ermanno Scervino stores. He bought her a bunch of stuff too!! Yes, it’s materialistic, but I think it’s sweet that Kanye likes to take Kim shopping and he buys her pretty things. Gah! Don’t yell at me. I even sort of think it’s cute that Kanye isn’t bothered by Kim’s awful style. LOOK AT THAT DRESS. It’s like she thinks huge ruffles and baggy everything will somehow “mask” her pregnancy. That is just an awful dress for a pregnant woman. Completely. I’m sure she left white feathers all over Paris too.

There are several Kardashian stories spinning around this weekend (as always), but if you don’t mind, I’m going to avoid that breast milk story like the plague – you can see the video and coverage here. I’m not into it. I’m not judging breast milk or anything, I simply don’t want to watch the video. But as always, I’m open to covering Kardashian Kash and The Great Divorce War. On Friday, Radar claimed that Kim offered Kris Humphries $10 million to just go away and play with his basketball and leave her the hell alone. I’m sure that went well.

Kim Kardashian offered her estranged husband, Kris Humphries, a cool $10 million in a desperate bid to settle their bitter divorce battle once and for all — but he turned her down flat — RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

“After Kim filed for divorce, she offered Kris a $10 million payoff, with the agreement that he would not continue to pursue an annulment to their marriage on the grounds of fraud,” a source close to the situation tells Radar exclusively.

Kim’s rep told RadarOnline.com: “This is obviously yet another inaccurate report that lacks facts. No such deal was ever made.”

Unfortunately for Kim though, money didn’t sway the NBA star, and he vowed to stick to his guns and prove in a court of law that their short-lived marriage was a sham.

“Kris flatly rejected the offer because it has never been about money for him,” the source says. “He wants to be able to marry in a church again, with a clear conscience, when he finds someone special. Kris is deeply religious and he believes that the only way he can do that is if his marriage to Kim is annulled.

“Kris wants to move on with his life just as badly as Kim does – he is constantly getting heckled by NBA players and fans – and he just wants to be able to close this disastrous chapter in his life once and for all. If Kim would just agree to grant him the annulment, they could both move on with their lives.”

As it stands though, the earliest their divorce trial can be scheduled to begin is the middle of June in order to accommodate Kris’ busy basketball schedule. So, Kim will likely still be married to Humphries, her second husband, when she gives birth to her new boyfriend Kanye West‘s baby in early July.

Reports circulated recently that Kris demanded a $10 million payment from Kim to grant her a divorce, but the source tells Radar that is categorically not true.

“That absolutely never happened.,” the source vows. “Kris has given a sworn declaration that he has never asked Kim for a single dime. The only thing he has asked for, and continues to ask for, is for her to agree to an annulment.”

The whole point of holding the divorce hostage from Kris’s perspective is that if Kris gets his annulment, the pre-nup and confidentiality clauses are moot, so he can get more money for selling Kim out, plus he’ll probably sue her for lost earnings (profits from selling their wedding). For Kris, it’s about staying in her life and making her “pay” for leaving him both financially and psychologically. I keep saying, this guy is a total d-bag. But! Shortly after that report from Radar, TMZ had an interesting follow-up/denial:

TMZ first reported … Kris demanded $7 MILLION to walk away from their marriage … but Kim told him to pound sand. Contrary to recent reports, Kim has never offered Kris a penny to settle the divorce case.

We know … Kim’s position has always been that Kris actually MADE money by marrying her and therefore she doesn’t owe him anything. But now, our sources say, Kim feels Kris has needlessly dragged this on for so long and it cost her so much $$$ in legal fees and other expenses … she wants the NBA star to cover those costs.

Sources tell us … Kim’s fees have ballooned to around $250,000 … and Kris has spent somewhere in the same neighborhood. And our sources say … Kim is more than happy to try the case before a judge, because she’s convinced she’ll win the divorce and he’ll walk away owing her.

I do tend to think that Kim is going to walk away, when all is said and done, with more than Kris thinks. I just don’t believe he has the strong legal position he seems to think he has – he wasn’t forced into marrying her. He wasn’t forced into proposing. He was just the nearest idiot around when Kim wanted to get married (by the time she was 30). Maybe it was “fraud” in the ethical or moral sense, but not the legal or criminal sense.

Here are some photos of Kim Kardashian departing from Fort Lauderdale airport two days ago, catching a flight to Kuwait. Kim is in the Middle East right now! You know why? She’s promoting her milkshakes. Literally. She’s doing photo ops and promotion for Millions of Milkshakes. I can only guess that the money is fantastic. Funnily enough, Kim wore this same sheer blouse when she arrived in Kuwait, and she even wore this outfit to meet the American ambassador to Kuwait. Because of course. She’s all class!

Meanwhile, did you know that Kim and Kris Humphries are STILL married? True story. And Kim is super-pissed about it too. Her lawyer just released a bitchy statement about how long this is taking:

More than a year after divorce papers were filed, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are still unhappily married in the eyes of the law. Now, Kardashian’s lawyer says the reality star wants a trial ASAP to bring the ordeal to an end.

“Ms. Kardashian is now handcuffed to Kris Humphries,” her A-list attorney Laura Wasser told an L.A. Superior Court judge Wednesday. “These delays are forcing her to be married. She wants to dissolve her marriage so she can move on with her life. I don’t think [Kris] has a case, it’s a fishing expedition.”

Added Wasser to PEOPLE outside the courtroom: “We want a trial because that’s the only way this will end. There was no fraud.”

Humphries’s attorneys have been gathering evidence to prove their claim the 72-day union was based on fraud, going so far as to depose Kardashian’s mother, her wedding planner and even her current boyfriend Kanye West. Humphries, who is seeking an annulment (typically used to clear one’s marital record, often for religious reasons), has claimed in documents that Kardashian “had no intent of being married” and that it was all “for the benefit of her TV show.”

“All she has to do is agree to an annulment [based on fraud],” his attorney Marshall Waller said in court.

Waller expressed frustration that “third parties” involved in the case have been slow to surrender evidence, including those involved in the production of Kardashian’s show.

“These are people who are hard to locate,” Waller said, who added that private investigators are seeking out desired witnesses.

Asked outside the courtroom if a trial was inevitable, Humphries’s attorney told PEOPLE, “Every case is capable of settling before trial.”

The judge set a Feb. 15 hearing date to determine when a trial might begin.

I know many of you are on Team Basketball Humphries, but I just can’t get on board. I think Humphries is an idiot, and I think his grudge against Kim is particularly immature. He’s still pissed off that he came across like an idiot on the Kardashian show, and that Kim could dump him with such ease. Don’t get me wrong, Kim’s an idiot too, and she’s totally at fault as well. The last time we paid any amount of attention to Kris “basketball” Humphries’ personal life, he was being accused of impregnating a women he tried to deny ever dating, even though there were plenty of photos of the two of them together on vacation, and he gave her courtside seats to his games. It turns out the woman was just leaking the fake pregnancy stories to TMZ in an attempt to get back at Humphries, who had threatened to sue her for going public with their relationship.

Kris is still trying to play the wronged party when it comes to his long-over marriage to Kim Kardashian, and that involves making it look like he’s pining away for her when in reality he’s boning randoms and trying to keep it casual. The divorce between Kris and Kim will never end, and Kris is reportedly trying to drag it out for as long as possible. Well that strategy may backfire on him, because he’s facing more trouble in his personal life. A chick is suing Kris for giving her herpes! Hahaha. All of this (allegedly) went down in 2010 before Kris met Kim, but it’s still bad news for his divorce I would guess, since he and his lawyer are quick to deny the accusations. They don’t deny that he hooked up with her though. Here’s that story. (Note that this is NOT the same girl who made the pregnancy accusation. This woman is named Kyla, that other woman was named Myla, lol!)

Kris Humphries has just been sued by a woman who claims he gave her herpes … TMZ has learned.

Kayla Goldberg claims she met Kris in August, 2010 at the Newsroom Cafe on Robertson Blvd in L.A. — long before Kris met Kim Kardashian. The two flirted, exchanged numbers, and Kayla claims that night they met up at Trousdale nightclub on the Sunset Strip.

According to the suit, Kris came on to Kayla, touching, kissing and dancing with her. Kayla claims he took her to his hotel and they had sex multiple times … including oral sex. The suit claims during a portion of the sexual encounter Kris did not wear a condom.

The lawsuit claims Kris did not inform Kayla he had herpes — and she claims in the suit that he did indeed have the disease.

Kayla says a week later she was diagnosed with herpes. Her symptoms included a sore throat, fever, body aches and immobilizing pain, as well as extreme vaginal irritation and painful lesions on her genitalia.

She’s suing for sexual battery claiming Kris knew he had herpes when they hooked up and didn’t tell her.

“Kris was recently accused by another woman of giving her Herpes, this happened within the last two months,” a source close to the NBA star tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. “Kris tested negative for it though and for any other sexually transmitted disease and he is absolutely steadfast that he has never given anyone Herpes. Kris plans on vigorously fighting the lawsuit filed against him by Kayla Goldberg and is considering counter-suing her for defamation.”

As previously reported, Goldberg alleges that she met Humphries at The Newsroom Cafe in Los Angeles on August 31, 2010 and that the two went on to have unprotected sex in his hotel room at the Thompson Hotel.

“Once Kayla Goldberg and Kris Humphries arrived at his hotel room they had sexual intercourse more than once, becoming intimate partners,” the court documents assert. “During their interactions Humphries also performed oral sex on Goldberg….Defendant Humphries did not at any time inform Plaintiff that he was infected with the incurable venereal disease, Herpes Simplex Virus.”

Goldberg claims she was “free of any venereal diseases at the time she commenced her intimate relationship with Kris Humphries…Goldberg developed symptoms of herpes about or around four to five days after the first sexual encounter with Humphries. These symptoms included sore throat, fever, body aches and immobilizing pain, extreme pain, extreme vaginal irritation and painful lesions on her genitalia. A doctor officially diagnosed Goldberg with Herpes on September 8, 2010, through an examination and swab test.”

Humphries is currently embroiled in a legal battle with his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian to end their 72-day-marriage. Kardashian is now dating Kanye West.

“Kris will take the advice of his lawyers, but he absolutely wants to take legal action against Kayla Goldberg for her actions and this lawsuit,” the insider reveals. – From Radar

Of course Kris is threatening to sue, he threatened to sue that Myla chick when she dared tell TMZ that she was seeing him. I believe this lawsuit, because I don’t think anyone would go through all the trouble of using their full name and suing unless it was true. I could be wrong. Celebrities, even d-listers like this tool, attract frivolous lawsuits. Also, read that Radar story carefully, another woman accused Kris of giving her herpes within the last two months, so he knows he doesn’t have it because he took a test at that time. That’s a bit suspect. If the other woman was that Myla chick, I could see how she would make it up to get under his skin, but come on. This guy is a douche of the highest order. He’s not denying sleeping with this woman, he’s denying giving her herpes. How often is he hooking up with random chicks to have not one but two go public with these type of accusations? These are the tip of the iceberg of randoms.

Oh, I already know that people are going to yell at me on this one. I can’t help it – I really dislike Kris Humphries. I disliked him when he was engaged to Kim Kardashian, and I disliked him during the marriage, but since they split up… good God, is he annoying. I understand that many of you want to make Kris Humphries the patron saint of the “Anti-Kardashian Movement”. To which I say… if you’re putting that much time and effort into hating the Kardashians, they’ve won. It’s better to stay noncommittal, indifferent, apathetic about them. They thrive when you have strong feelings for or against them. Personally, I sometimes enjoy writing about the Kardashians, and I will occasionally take their “side” in a conflict. This is a good example of me taking their side – there is absolutely NO reason why Kim and Kris Humphries could not have finalized their divorce by now. And seriously, Kris is the one dragging it out. He thinks he’s “proving” something, but he’s just so friggin’ dumb (basketball WHAT?), and he doesn’t get that most people simply don’t care anymore.

It’s been almost a year since Kim Kardashian married Kris Humphries in a lavish ceremony in Montecito, Calif. And while the E! star filed to end the marriage after 72 days, the divorce proceedings continue to drag on. Kardashian’s attorney Laura Wasser and Humphries’ attorney Marshall Waller appeared before Judge Stephen Moloney on Wednesday morning in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Waller said he has so much discovery request that he thinks it would be at least four months before he’s ready for trial, adding that Kardashian’s side has not been cooperative during the deposition/discovery process.

“I don’t want to use the word uncooperative, but they are not making the process easier,” Waller told the judge.

Waller said that, so far, he has been able to serve depositions on Kris Jenner, but has been unsuccessful obtaining Jenner’s business records.

“I’m not going to depose Ms. Jenner until I get the business records,” Waller stated. “I’m trying to get information.”

Waller said he is seeking this information to prove the marriage was a fraud and that Kardashian had no intention of going through with the marriage. The attorney said while he has served subpoenas on NBCUniversal, Bunim/Murray and Jenner Communications, only NBC has responded, saying it might have a warehouse of documents that fit the subpoena request.

Waller also said he has not only been trying to serve and depose Kardashian’s boyfriend, Kanye West, but plans to depose 33 witnesses in total.

Meanwhile, Wasser, Kardashian’s lawyer, said she had been told that a “strange individual outside my client’s house was ringing the doorbell and said he had a box for Mr. West.”

Wasser said when the individual left a Nordstrom box at the door, inside was a deposition request for West, adding that she did not understand why Waller tried to serve West by sending a process server with a box to Kardashian’s home when Wasser said she would have gladly given them the name of West’s attorney.

“To say I am frustrated is an understatement,” said Wasser, who outlined what she described as delays and nonresponsive behavior on Humphries’ side. She said her office has been more than cooperative, even flying to Minnesota to depose Humphries. Wasser said her office is also deposing Humphries’ girlfriend in New York State on Tuesday.

Wasser went on to say that at this point Kardashian has incurred $250,000 in attorney fees.

“It’s expensive,” Wasser said. “And I’m at a loss to figure out what the holdup is. They had a prenup and were married 72 days.”

Wasser insisted she plans on making Humphries pay the fees in the end.

“We are going to ask for every cent of those fees back from his client,” Wasser informed the judge. “To what end does he want this annulment?”

Judge Moloney set the next court date at Nov. 28 for a status conference. Kardashian filed for divorce from Humphries on Oct. 31 to end the short union, citing irreconcilable differences and noting in her papers there was a prenuptial agreement. A month later, however, Humphries fired back, requesting instead for a legal separation or an annulment and made no mention of a prenup. Until a divorce is granted, the two are still legally married.

Do you see? Kris Humphries is still trying to prove “fraud”. Because he doesn’t want to admit that he’s an idiot and Kim’s an idiot and they should have never gotten married in the first place. Humphries was all for the “fraud” until Kim realized just how dumb she’d been and dumped him. That’s just my take on the situation. I just don’t see Humphries as “The Dude Who Will Take Down The Kardashians”. He’s just The Dude Who Is A Minor Annoyance. Ugh. I can’t believe this is still a story.

This story is reaching epically stupid heights, but it remains mildly amusing so we’ll cover it. So we just heard that Kris Humphries’ ex girlfriend, Myla Sinajaj, is three months pregnant. Myla has been feeding stories to TMZ, so it’s pretty much known that she’s the one who told them the news. This seems to be supported by photos of her looking rather curvy in a bikini in Miami last month. She was also photographed with what looked like a genuine baby bump just this Friday, you can see those photos here. All of this is complicated by the fact that Kris tried to deny having anything to do with Myla, that she hit back by telling TMZ about their relationship, that both sides threatened lawsuits against the other and that she’s now trying to get back with him. She seems to be playing the press and Kris, and her story has changed about whether she told Kris she was pregnant before she leaked the news to TMZ.

Well Myla tweeted this bikini photo as supposed evidence that she’s not pregnant. Only it looks old to me, because this is what she looked like on Friday. She didn’t lose 15-20 pounds in a few days unless it was by the Photoshop diet. Myla tweeted: “Uhhh ooooo Loook No babyy bump! ‪#Shocker‬ yes I’m a thick curvy girl *All natural I’m comfortable in my skin.” She also promised to be recording a video to set the record straight. “I’m doing a Video right NOW that I will Post with the TRUTH out of MY mouth and kill all these ‘sources’ story’s” This girl cannot even pluralize properly. Plus, of course she’s TMZ’s source. People barely care about her as it is, it’s not like she has someone close to her selling her out.

The more I learn about this woman, the more obvious it is that Kris hooked up with a more budget, less intelligent version of his soon-to-be ex wife, and that’s really saying something. Myla has also hooked hooked up with other unnamed low-level celebrities, according to whatever Kris’ lawyer told the NY Post, which I wouldn’t doubt. She finally got a semi-noteworthy (although not for long) one on the hook and she’s playing it for all it’s worth. I’m not saying Kris is blameless in this, he’s the one who slept with her for months, allegedly had unprotected sex, and then tried to say he barely knew her. If this chic really is pregnant, I feel sorry for that baby. As it is, I’m hoping she gained a few and is trying to get publicity and Kris’ attention by claiming she’s pregnant. It obviously worked for her to some extent.

We just heard that Kris Humphries’ ex girlfriend, the one he tried to deny having anything to do with, is pregnant with his baby. Kris’ ex Myla told TMZ the news before she told Kris, at least according to TMZ’s report on it earlier. Only Myla changed her story (or maybe TMZ got their details wrong) since TMZ is now reporting that Kris “had discussed the possibility with [Myla that she was pregnant] for weeks.” And Kris never bothered to tell his family that he got his “secret” girlfriend pregnant.

The family of Kris Humphries heard he might be a daddy the same way you did — in the media — and they are hoping it turns out he is not the father of Myla Sinanaj’s baby … TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Kris never told his family Myla might be pregnant, even though he had discussed the possibility with her for weeks. We’re told Kris’ family was disappointed that he kept it a secret from them and they had to read about it like everyone else.

We’re told Kris has spoken with his family since the news broke, but he spoke only vaguely about the situation and gave them no details.

According to our sources, Kris’ family will love the child unconditionally if it turns to be his … but they are privately hoping it isn’t.

Kris and Myla are currently talking, Myla wants him back and is not going to file suit against him for defamation or something, and Kris is trying to get Myla to sign a confidentiality agreement. You can read about it here. As I said the last time I covered it, there are so many details in this story that it makes my head hurt. I also just read on The Superficial that Myla is the source who told TMZ that Kris told her that Kris Jenner directed Kim’s sex tape with Ray-J and made Kim reshoot it when it wasn’t to her liking. Did you follow that?

On our last Kris Humphries story, a lot of you mentioned that the fact that he was dating again after his failed marriage didn’t disprove his claim that he was heartbroken when Kim dumped him. I agree with that, but Kris’ strategy was so simplistic that neither he nor his lawyer understood how to make their case in court without making the case that he had remained single. In fact he had “sources” tell his go-to outlet, Radar, that he wouldn’t date until his divorce was finalized. After Kris was spotted out with Myla last month, a ringer for Kim if you have a few beers and squint hard, a “source” aka Kris’ laywer, told Radar, “Kris won’t even consider dating anyone until his divorce to Kim is finalized. Kris is very much aware that Kim is dating Kanye West, and he could truly care less. He wishes her nothing but the best, and if she can be happy with Kanye, great. He just isn’t ready to date yet and doesn’t want to get in a serious relationship right now..”

So I guess in Kris’ mind, dating = publicly acknowledging a woman he’s been screwing for several months. Having unprotected sex with her, giving her and her family courtside tickets to his basketball games, and taking her on vacation with him does not equal dating. In his basketball-centric mind, procreation probably doesn’t mean dating either, unless people find out. That could be why he didn’t bother telling his family about it. “I’m not dating her, she can’t be pregnant with my baby! I’m so focused on basketball, I have no idea how this happened.” To be fair to Kris, it’s possible he didn’t even know Myla is allegedly pregnant until she told TMZ. Her damn story has changed so much.

After I wrote all that, I saw this story on Radar that Kris’ lawyer is now advising him to settle in his divorce with Kim Kardashian. Radar has consistently been team Kris, so it’s notable that they’re quoting a source who says that Kris’ lawyer thinks his chances against Kim are very low. “Kris is now being advised to settle with Kim and move on. Proving that the marriage was fraudulent, and he got duped into it will be a very, very hard argument to win at trial. Kris is still hell bent on going to trial. He wants to publicly humiliate Kim as much as possible. What Kris doesn’t seem to grasp is that he could end up paying for Kim’s legal fees if the judge rules against him. Kris needs to let go and move on, he says he has done so, but he clearly hasn’t.”

Also, Myla is probably going to be deposed by Kim’s side to testify, which will of course hurt Basketball’s weak case. The takeaway in this story? The divorce should be settled soon, and people will hopefully lose whatever waning interest they had in Kris Humphries soon too.

We haven’t covered the ongoing news about Kris Humphries, because we got the impression that you didn’t care too much. From a gossip standpoint, there’s been some excellent dirt in this mess. But it’s Kris Humphries, it’s like gossiping about one of your distant cousins you barely think about, the one that’s slow and gets into trouble a lot. You gossip about him when you remember to, but nothing really surprises you when it comes to that guy.

As you know, Kris Humphries is in the drawn-out process of divorcing Kim Kardashian, which is sure to last exponentially longer than their marriage. His strategy has been to seem heartbroken, so that he can act like he truly loved Kim and she ditched him. As part of that, he can’t be publicly seen dating anyone prior to their divorce being finalized, only Kris made the mistake of dating a real famewhore who tried to call him on it publicly when he dumped her. There was a whole back-and-forth in the media with Kris and this woman he dated, Myla Sinanaj. Kris’ lawyer fired back at her claims that she was dating him, which she has evidence of including photos with Kris at the beach and courtside at one of his games. Kris claimed that Myla was trying to extort him, he allegedly got the FBI involved for some stupid reason, and it just got ridiculous. The last time we reported on this, Myla claimed that Kris’ lawyer had tried to intimidate her and get her fired by calling her job and claiming that she was a prostitute. No joke.

So guess what’s up now? The girl Kris called a prostitute because she had the audacity to tell the press she was dating him – is pregnant.

Kris Humphries may not be the sharpest tool, but he sure is potent, because TMZ has learned his ex-girlfriend, Myla Sinanaj is PREGNANT.

Sources directly connected with Myla tell us Myla confirmed Monday that she’s 3 months pregnant and says Kris is definitely the father.

This could be used in Kris’ divorce with Kim Kardashian, because Kris has claimed he was devastated by the break-up and suffered emotionally. This development further cements the fact that Kris moved on quickly.

We’re told Myla plans to have the baby but wants to raise it alone, because she believes Kris has betrayed her by talking crap about their relationship.

But here’s the rub … We’re told for the past 3 weeks, Kris and Myla have been communicating regularly.

Oh yeah, here’s the other rub — she hasn’t told Kris yet.

This story is so complicated it makes my head hurt a little, but I have to say it’s possible that this woman is just playing the pregnancy card to mess with Kris, or that she’s pregnant with another guy’s baby. It’s also possible she’s really pregnant with Kris’ baby, and Mr. Basketball is going to have to pay some hefty child support for the next 18 years. He should have wrapped it up.

As for what’s happening with Kris and Kim’s divorce, it depends on which side you believe. Kris’ deposition was last week. Radar is team Kris and claim that he’s making a solid case that their marriage was fraudulent on Kim’s part. TMZ is team Kim and they claim that Kris offered no evidence of fraud and is trying to play off his relationship with Myla as if she’s just a friend. A friend who’s pregnant with his baby I guess. You know she’s going to get herself papped once she starts showing too.

Kaiser believes that people aren’t really interested in Kris Humphries when his famous ex isn’t involved, which is probably true, but this story is so outrageous it bears repeating. So Kris was dating a budget Kim Kardashian lookalike for the last five months.TMZ has run some of the details about the relationship, presumably direct from the woman, Fatmire Sinanaj (aka Myla). They had photos of the two together at the beach, and photos of Myla courtside at Kris’ game. In response to Myla going public with their relationship, Kris broke up with her and had his lawyer send her a cease and desist. Kris’ divorce strategy is to appear heartbroken by Kim and like he’s pining away for her, and news about him dating another woman doesn’t jibe with that.

Well it gets better. Myla wasn’t backing down, and Kris went on to claim that she was trying to extort money from him. He allegedly even tried to get the FBI involved, as if they don’t have anything better to do than support a millionaire basketball player’s side in a divorce. Supposedly nothing worked and so Kris and his lawyer took out the big guns – they called Myla’s boss and tried to claim she was a prostitute. Myla works in a high end NY Hotel, and Kris’ lawyer called the manager with these outrageous claims in an attempt to intimidate her. Are you kidding me? Here’s the story from TMZ:

Kris Humphries sicked his lawyer on the fancy New York City hotel his ex-girlfriend works at, telling the manager that Myla Sinanaj ran a brothel out of the hotel and had sex with hotel guests … so claims Myla’s lawyer.

Joe Tacopina, who now reps Myla, tells TMZ … Kris and his lawyer have been on a search and destroy mission against his client, trying to hide the fact that they have been in a relationship for 5 months.

Tacopina says Kris’ lawyer called the hotel manager last week and made the claims. Tacopina believes Kris and his lawyer wanted to get Myla fired, to make a point that she had better shut her mouth about her relationship with Kris … or else.

By the way, sources connected with Kris confirm his lawyer made the call.

We’re told hotel management investigated and quickly determined the allegations were baseless.

Tacopina tells us … a defamation case against Kris now looms large, and he had better apologize quickly for what he says is shameful, vindictive conduct.

But a source connected with Kris tells TMZ, “He will not be apologizing.”

This is some fifth grade, movie-of-the week move. Who does this? This same thing happened to me in like fourth or fifth grade. A kid on the playground told me he would spread the rumor that I was a prostitute if wouldn’t be his girlfriend. I went home and told my parents because I had no idea what that even meant. This just goes to show that Kris Humphries has the mentality of a child. He somehow managed to hire a lawyer at the same level of stunted emotional maturity. I’m wondering how the conversation between Kris and his lawyer went while plotting out this idiotic strategy. “I know, let’s call her job and get her fired. We’ll say she’s a hooker. Dur. Basketball.”
