I have had problems with colored contacts ripping, while the regular contacts seem to hold up a little better. They are also not always as well fitted to the eye.

I doubt that she had “eye-lift” surgery for vanity. Having had a lazy eye my whole life, as well, I can tell you that there are very few things that can correct them–surgery being one, and usually that’s temporary. I have had three, they all failed after a few years. I find it a little rude to call her eye “wonky” or say that you felt sorry for her because of it. My god, people, get over it. Some 10% of us have lazy or crossed eyes. Whatever. It’s a fact of life, and there is nothing we can do about it. Her eye surgery, if it happened, was probably just to fix her eye muscles to correct the lazy eye.

Her eye isn’t the problem its her eye LID. A lot of people have naturally h ooded eyelids and get surgery to fix it when they’re young…(or want to at least ) I’d love it if we could find some young pictures of her to see if her eyelid dropped then. I always thought it was a combination of having it naturally and being drunk and high all the time.

sorry cici, I was not that informed about it and did not mean to be offensive. My best friend in high school had a lazy eye too. I was relying too much on the NY Post article, which basically said the surgery caused her eye condition, not that it was meant to correct it.

There are before and after pics of Paris at awfulplasticsurgery.com. Judging from the amount of work she’s had done on her face (she’s pretty much had a complete facial reconstruction), a botched eyelift is not out of the question. I always assumed the wonky eye was due to one of her plastic surgeries gone wrong.

Thanks Jenna, I was about to say that. Both Paris and her sister Nicky have had a heavy amount of work done.
People need to get over believing Paris is a ‘natural’ anything.
In fact, I thought the lazy eye was because she slept in the contacts when she shouldn’t have and messed up the lid. But this explanation is just as likely.

Yes, there were some of her as a teen hanging around once. Brown eyes and different face - but she wasn’t hideous.

Personally I don’t see anything wrong with the way she looked before…I think you must have some serious self-esteem problems to have that much work done to your face.

Judging from those pictures, she looked so much better without the blue contacts and orange skin. Sad that people will warp their own personal beauty to look like… well, like present-day Paris Hilton.

Wow….I just looked at the old pictures of Paris! She it hasn’t been ‘that’ many years and she barely looks like her old self.

You know kathy saw those droopy eyelids, and big noses on HER girls, and freaked, and come hell or highwater, they were off to mama Hiltons plastic surgeons office to get their faces & noses fixed.
she was pissed because her daughters were not born beautiful, and in paris’ case, not born with blue eyes. -

That’s not the reason. I’ve seen pictures of her when she was little (like around 3) and she already had the wonky eye.

i think that the colored contacts only make it worse. i used to wear them and sometimes they would float off-center and look odd.
