  1. Ugh I hate this. Why do they have to use celebrities to market EVERYTHING these days? FGS, this is for kids. Why should they care about stupid old fish lips Scarlett? She doesn’t look like Cinderella and Beyonce looks ridiculous as Alice. I really hate the fact that they feel the need to attach a celebrity to everything.

  2. I think ScarJo works as Cinderella, but Beyonce as Alice? Was everybody else busy that day?

  3. Who is with Beyonce there? One guy looks kind of like Lyle Lovett.

  4. Am I the only one who thinks Scarlett looks manly? She may have perfect hair, lucious lips and big boobs but she must have a lot of testosterone coursing through her veins because she just so….masculine!

  5. Personally, I think they’re great pictures and well done. But it’s definitely for the parents and not for the kids. The kids only want to see their tried-and-true animated version. And you’re right, they shouldn’t need celebrities to sell this.

  6. That guy looks like Lyle Lovett because he IS Lyle Lovett!

  7. I think it’s a very neat artistic thing, much better than ANYTHING that has come out of Disney (not counting Pixar) for the past five years or so. I think it’s really cool seeing real people as classic Disney characters.

I do think the Beyonce as Alice is a bit odd, but I don’t see any reason to be quite so negative about the whole thing. They’re beautiful photos, and as an art geek I can’t wait to see the ads so I can look at them closer.

  8. And the other guy is Oliver Platt. LOVE him!

Heheh I once wore a bridesmaid dress just like what Scarlett is wearing.

  9. Sheesh, there are more important things to get worked up about. Its a bit of fantasy for pete’s sake.

Scarlet is a perfect choice for the Cinderella part because she’s gorgeous, FEMININE and talented and in my opinion, deserves kudos for conducting herself like a young lady and not a cheap, drug addled, pox ridden skank like some of her contemporaries.
