Rosie O’Donnell, 46, has had very prominent-looking veneers for some time. She was photographed during her hosting duties for the Annual Kids Night on Broadway event in NY last night, and her teeth looked positively huge. It’s like they’re taking over her face. I compared her teeth to the earlier version, and she’s definitely had them redone. Why do people think giant piano key slabs look attractive in their mouths? Her teeth were much better before.
I used to like Rosie back when she was on “The View” arguing with Elisabeth, but then I was subjected to her excuse for a variety show, the hour long Thanksgiving show that probably single-handedly took down the resurgence in variety shows that we were expecting. She was arrogant, unfunny, and ruined the possibly decent acts she had booked by talking too much and dominating the show. She pretty much acted like everyone’s been accusing her of behaving for years.
Rosie will next star in the Lifetime movie “America,” in which she plays a therapist who helps a troubled foster teen. As long as Rosie’s lines are scripted and someone else wrote them, she should do fine. The role is close to Rosie’s heart as she is a longterm adoption rights advocate. Rosie and her partner, Kelli Carpenter, have four children, three of which are adopted.
Rosie is helping raise awareness of her “Broadway Kids” organization, which gives children an opportunity to take dance and music instruction from professionals. It’s described as “an education organization dedicated to enriching the lives of children through the arts.”

She always looks like she is chomping lock jawed on a chunk of rawhide when she smiles, it’s painful to look at.

Her teeth looked much more natural before. Hopefully the chiclet teeth trend will go out with the collagen lips and 70’s porn ’stache….and soon.

Her new teeth are extremely white! which makes them look even bigger.
I am also a victim of “cosmetic” dentistry. I lost a front tooth, and my dentist gave me a new set of front teeth that are bigger than my original teeth. They look OK but are uncomfortable (I think they’re slightly too big for my mouth.) I was stunned when he did this.
A lot of dentists today are pushing people to get replacements, bonding, etc., and be warned that their idea of nice-looking teeth is big teeth. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It’s extremely profitable for dentists. Unless there is a real problem that must be fixed, you should keep the teeth you have for as long as you can. Cosmetic teeth replacement is expensive and can have unexpected side effects.

I think they look beautiful on her. I like Rosie and just like every other Hollywood celebrity has updated her look.. good for her and it makes her more attractive..

I hardly notice the difference and don’t think they’re all that bad, but maybe I’m just saying that because I was naturally “blessed” with large teeth (which I assure you I’ve hated since my preteen years). It’d be more noticeable if she had a skinnier face. Probably the worst offense is that the smile is so un-smile-like. She looks like she’s in pain! Poor thing.

Eh, if your teeth are too big you can get them FIXED (filed down perhaps?) instead of whining about it.

She probably just had the old ones whitened. Anyway, they look great now.
She has a very intense, forced looking smile. Perhaps her unposed smiles look more natural.
I’ve had bonding for 20 years on my front teeth to fix imperfections and it’s fantastic…would recommend it to anyone.

She said in her blog that Kelly’s dad (who is a dentist) gave her these new, larger whiter teeth. I liked her teeth before (and he re-did her original caps a few years ago too). The new, super-white huge teeth on anyone always look like dentures to me–but I love Rosie no matter what!

It’s actually some sort of veneer that goes Over your regular teeth. The chicklet trend you see on every new starlet out there, until they can get enough money saved to fix their natural teeth.

I’m pretty sure there are hundreds of people out here who would slap her teeth in their mouth in a heartbeat. Yeah, myself included. I hate my teeth…unfortunately just can’t afford the thousands of dollars it takes for veneers.
That being said, NO, I’m not a Rosie fan. And yes, it does look like she’s trying to push out a too-large turd and smiling through the pain. -

I adore Rosie.. the only reason why everyone turned on her, is because she happened to have an opinion “some” didn’t agree with. I have a lot of respect for her.. Poor thing, all the unfair abuse she’s been getting.. add to it all the shallow comments about her shape.. WTF, in a country with almost 2/3 of its population being obese.. give me a freakin’ break!!!

I can’t stand this woman but - ladies - she looks great: younger, more beautiful and full of energy and positivity. Give her a break. Women look weak with small teeth.

John, the picture is from Europe where dates are written day/month/year.
Maybe if you got out of the double-wide once in a while and traveled a bit you wouldn’t be so quick to make yourself look like a moron.
