Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake were last linked together when they shared a romantic ski vacation at Sundance at the end of January. Timberlake had already been quietly seeing Scarlett Johansson at that point, and seems to have hooked up with her again post-Biel. There didn’t seem to be any hard feelings between Biel and Johansson, though, as they were spotted shopping together for couture in Paris last month. Shopping has the power to unit even the staunchest rivals.

Johansson sort of hinted in celebrity-code that she and Timberlake were over. In a recent interview with Seventeen Magazine, she said: “We live in a world today where if two people are single and they’re both famous - you’re going to be linked with somebody. When I’m single, I don’t try to find someone. I focus on a guy if he’s a boyfriend, but I don’t focus on finding a boyfriend. Anyway, they’re never around when you want them!”

To me that sounded like she was either dissatisfied with Timberlake or was split with him at that point.

Now the word is that Timberlake and Biel are giving it another go, which may explain why he’s never around for Scarlett:

Sources tell Star that his relationship with Jessica Biel, which seemed to cool after a January fling, is heating up again. Jessica made a top-secret visit to March 31’s Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards in LA, which Justin was hosting. “Jessica was worried because he’d suffered from nasty food poisoning the day before,” says a source. “She kept bringing him water before he went on stage. She stayed backstage the whole time, and everyone was talking about how they are a full-on couple now.” Confirms another source, “One woman who was around Justin all night told me, ‘Yup, they’re dating - and it’s serious!’” Indeed a third source says Justin “thinks she’s supersweet. And there’s no pressure with her - she’s down-to-earth and knows hot to have a good time.”

It could just be conjecture based on the fact that Biel was backstage at the Kids’ Choice Awards, but they’re quoting three supposed sources, which kind of convinces me. They were also supposedly seen making out at a party on April 6th.

Now Scarlet Johansson is said to be dating Ryan Reynolds and the funny thing is that he was also dating Jessica Biel before she got re-acquainted with Justin Timberlake!

It would be fun to see Timberlake back with Johansson and Reynolds back with Biel through some kind of friendship swap pact between Biel and Johansson. Regardless it’s a good thing those two are sort-of friends as they have a lot to fight over.
