Yesterday we told you about the new photo spread in the April issue of Glamour in which stars such as Alicia Keys and Hayden Panetierre posed as iconic American women. Lindsay Lohan was part of this group of young women, posing quite convincingly as “Boy Toy” era-Madonna. The spread was supposed to be a fun, playful take on some influential American women, but leave it to Lohan to make it all about her. Apparently, Lindsay was under the impression that her photo was going to make the cover of Glamour, and when the mag came out featuring Katie Holmes instead, she was fuming.
Lindsay Lohan is feuding with an unlikely person — Katie Holmes.
According to a source close to Lohan, the leggings entrepreneur/actress was expected to appear on the cover of the April edition of Glamour magazine, but instead the coveted cover went to Holmes.
“(Lohan) did this big Madonna-themed photo shoot and she was totally under the impression it would be the cover,” says the source. “Her Marilyn Monroe shoot for New York Magazine seemed to make her relevant when she did it, she thought the same would happen this time. Only she wasn’t on the cover, Katie was, and she’s mad at her now.”
Another insider says that the cover was never part of the plan. “If that was Lindsay’s impression, it was a mistake. She was always going to be inside the magazine.”
Lindsay’s Marilyn Monroe shoot made the cover because at the time, there was still a small percentage of the population that hadn’t seen her naked yet. And since she’d just left rehab, she sort of was still relevant at the time. Since then, she’s pissed away any good will she might have had post-rehab by doing absolutely nothing with herself. She’s gone from being one of Hollywood’s most sought-after young actresses to an occasional magazine model. Why should she get the cover of anything? At least Katie Holmes is an actual working actress. Anyway, it’s just another example of how Lindsay is jealous of other actresses. Katie is only the latest in a long line of women that Lindsay has feuded with, including Scarlett Johansson, Hilary Duff, Ashlee Simpson, America Ferrera, Megan Fox….this list goes on and on.

Shouldnt she be mad at Glamour? Its not like Katie said “PUT ME ON THE COVER OR ELSE!!” Glamour is obviously smart. If they want their mag to sell they wont put a 3x rehabbed w/ a ruined career on the cover.

We all see how hard Lindsay has it, what with the shopping, spending, buying, traveling and fighting with her girlfriend that she does.
