Octomom Nadya Suleman is facing foreclosure after her father, the owner of the home where she lives with her 14 children, failed to make a $450,000 balloon payment that was due in mid March. Suleman has been offered a lucrative contract with porn company Vivid that would pay off her mortgage entirely, but we haven’t heard whether she’ll take them up on their offer. Instead of going for the easy money by showing off her scientifically enhanced baby-maker, Suleman and her family are using the survival route they’ve relied on for decades – they’re scamming and conniving. According to Radar Online, they’re threatening the last homeowner with a lawsuit for damages to the home they claims were not disclosed ahead of time. Of course they’re doing that – they want to get out of paying the nearly half million they owe! Nadya and her father have both separately filed for bankruptcy in the past five years and Nadya’s dad’s last home was similarly foreclosed. He works as an Arabic translator and consultant in the Iraq war, but told Oprah last year he had just $100 in his bank account.
It is business as usual at the La Habra, California Home of Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman, RadarOnline.com has learned. And no foreclosure papers have been served.
Tuesday was the deadline for Nadya’s father Ed Doud to settle a dispute with the previous owner of the house, Amer Haddadin, or face foreclosure.
Haddadin claims that Nadya’s father bought the house a year ago, but hasn’t made good on a $450,000 balloon payment.
Nadya’s mother Angela admitted to RadarOnline.com that Nadya owes money, but the family says what the previous owner did is far worse. And, they are threatening a lawsuit.
Attorney Jeff Czech says “the rain water was improperly drained toward the house, resulting in one head injury to a child along with water damage to personal property.” Angela claims Nadya has spent thousands on repairs. And Nadya’s father claims the damages were not disclosed in the sale of the home.

It could be true that there were damages to the home, but given Nadya and her father’s history of working the system I doubt it. She was also on disability for a bad back and was relying on food stamps when she had artificial insemination and got pregnant repeatedly with her six older children.
There is one way that Suleman and her dad can help pay for their mortgage. She’s agreed to let PETA put up a sign on her front lawn that says “Don’t let your dog or cat become an ‘Octomom’ Always Spay or Neuter.” Suleman will probably use the PETA money toward her next round of IVF.
What a load of crap. My airconditioner hasn’t worked in my house for 3 weeks now and I still have to pay rent. Could you imagine if a normal person decided to use that as an excuse? The bank or the landlord would tell you to pack your crap and hit the road.
It’s called a home inspection. It happens BEFORE you sign the papers. If you choose not to do it, then you bought it as-is and it’s now your responsibility. You don’t just get to stop paying for something because you decide you don’t like it or it doesn’t meet ur standards anymore. That’s called TOO BAD!
1st of all, damage caused by your BeBe’s kids doesn’t count. I’m pretty sure her brood has done significant damage to the house.
2nd of all, starting foreclosure procedures doesn’t mean she’s going to receive papers that same day. It’s a process.
Sounds like she is renting from a slumlord. Oh, that’s right – she’s technically leasing the house from her dad! No assets on paper mean she still qualifies for welfare!!
They do seem like scam artists, though I use the word “artist” loosely, as everyone can see through everything they try to do.
Does anybody believe a word that comes out of this woman’s mouth? Perhaps if her antics go unreported, she may just go away (one can only hope).
Yeah and I’m not so sure I believe her kid got “head injuries” from water damage in the house. Also I can only IMAGINE what damage those kids do to that house.

If you gave her ten million bucks she still wouldn’t pay that bill. She’d go rent a mansion and leave that guy high and dry. Hey, her name is not on anything. And her dad will be off in Iraq.
She probably could have paid this, she made money this year off of her kids and display of herself. But she spent the money on plastic surgery, and a lot of it. She also refused the free nannies and got her own so she could do as she liked. I cannot fathom what all those nannies 24/7.
We would all love to blow off our mortgages and rent and just spend the money on the things that make us feel good. But a sane person doesn’t because we need to keep a roof over our families’ heads. Octo does not get this, and she has proven over and over that she will spend every last dime on herself and then cry for help and use her family to get saved. As long as she’s got those kids she can’t be put out on the street. This makes her unfit to parent, and the kids should be taken away from her. Let her live in a shelter.

Spend the bill money frivolously then claim you withheld the owed money because you were some sort of victim of your creditor.
Octoliar should have written proof of demand prior to commencing non-payments.

I’m just curious if it’s really ASSISTANCE if you’re living 100% off of it to the point where you can enjoy perks like plastic surgery and crap. I was just seeking some HELP until work picked up. I have enough respect for myself not to abuse said system.

UGGHHH! This thing makes me sick beyond words. Is the Dept of welfare in California turning a blind eye to this thing or what? How the heck can someone who is openly milking the system getting away with it. I am now anti-PITA for this too, I’ll bet they will see a major reduction in donations now that people know the money is going into this things’ pockets. Its sickening. The sad part is some gullible people actually donated to her to help and all she did was use the money on herself for her surgeries and other needless things. Makes me sick…literally. @EarthWindFire8- There is no shame in needing assistance if you honestly need it to get by. That is what it is there for. No one who bitches about paying taxes for public assistance is actually pissed off about giving poor babies milk or poor families a roof over their heads. Perhaps that is why we are seeing her out and about with her children these past few days. First, four in a stroller, out in the park, but with no intention of actually letting anyone out of their stroller. And today, with ONE baby–who pulled away when she was being kissed by her notamomma. How many babies do that? My little girl never did that and neither did my baby boy. Of course, I was no stranger whom they saw for five minutes once or twice a week either. I am certain that baby doesn’t even know that Nadya is the one who gave birth to her. (I refuse to say mother.)
