Michael Douglas’ son rats out Mexican drug cartel, Michael & Catherine fear for their lives

wenn3504564
This is like something from that Traffic movie that Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones starred in. It’s also giving me flashbacks to the awesome season of “Breaking Bad” that just finished. Michael Douglas’ son, Cameron, 32, from Douglas’ first marriage to Diandra Luker, is currently serving a five year sentence in federal prison on narcotics trafficking charges. He was basically shipping meth cross country and selling large quantities of it. (You can read more about his storied criminal history here.) Cameron’s sentence was apparently cut in half due to the fact that he testified against a Mexican drug dealer, who was convicted and sentenced to five years in prison as a result. Cameron is set to testify against yet another dealer later this month. Cameron could be put into protective custody in prison to protect him from retaliation, and there’s a real fear that Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones could be targeted. Even if the Enquirer is just jumping to conclusions here, they’re probably right.

Michael’s son Cameron, 32, who is currently serving a five-year prison sentence on federal narcotics charges, was the government’s star witness in early October against one of his suppliers. The federal trial in Manhattan ended recently with a conviction.

Cameron, whose sentence was cut in half because of his cooperation, is set to return to the stand in late October for the trial of yet another dealer. Those close to his famous father fear the 67 year-old Oscar winner could be targeted by ruthless criminals in retaliation for Cameron’s testimony.

“Michael feels Cameron got what he deserves for possessing and dealing cocaine and crystal meth, but his pals are concerned that he will in the crosshairs of Cameron’s dealers,” a source who once worked for the family revealed. While Cameron may be placed in protective custody to prevent retaliation at the Lewisburg, PA prison where he’s serving his sentence, sources speculate that his family could be in grave danger.

“Since they are out in public, they could be hunted down,” maintained the source. “I think they’ll have to beef up security and hire bodyguards to keep an eye on them around the clock.”

[From The National Enquirer, print edition, October 24, 2011]

The first dealer Cameron testified against was an illegal Mexican immigrant, hence the connection to the Mexican drug cartel. The source says “These are bad dudes with a lot of money and guns at their disposal. They will stop at nothing to seek revenge.” That’s scary as hell! Micheal and Catherine have dealt with creepy homicidal stalkers, they’ve dealt with mean ass taunting paparazzi, but they’ve never had to deal with drug dealers out for revenge. I hope they get some really good security.

Michael Douglas’ son sentenced to five years for drug trafficking

Michael Douglas and his ex-wife Diandra Douglas leave a Manhattan federal court after the sentencing of their son Cameron Douglas in New York
Michael Douglas oldest son, Cameron, 31, was sentenced in Manhattan yesterday to five years in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute drugs and heroin possession. Cameron is the only child of Douglas and his first wife, Diandra Luker, who he was with from 1977-2000 before he married Catherine Zeta-Jones. Last July, Cameron was busted selling about a pound and a half of methamphetamine, valued at $18,000, to an undercover DEA agent at a NY hotel. The bust was part of a sting operation and it came out that Cameron was also selling drugs through the mail and shipping them cross country, which is a federal offense.

Cameron has been in federal prison since last August, having screwed himself out of house arrest at a posh upper east side townhouse when his girlfriend was busted trying to slip him heroin in the battery chamber of an electric toothbrush.

Cameron’s dad, his step mom Catherine Zeta-Jones, and his famous grandfather, Kirk Douglas, all wrote letters to the judge pleading for leniency. There were 37 letters of support for Cameron in total. It may have worked. Earlier reports had Cameron facing a minimum ten year sentence, but he was reportedly cooperative and somehow able to get a lesser sentence.

A judge sentenced Michael Douglas’ son to five years in prison Tuesday for dealing methamphetamine from a trendy Manhattan hotel, calling it his “last chance to make it.”

U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman announced the sentence after hearing 31-year-old Cameron Douglas ask for mercy as his Academy Award-winning father and mother, Diandra, listened behind him in a packed courtroom.

“I’d like to apologize to my family and my loved ones for putting them through this nightmare of my making,” Douglas said.

The Hollywood scion and admitted heroin addict also was ordered to forfeit $300,000. A pre-sentence report listed his net worth as $500,000.

As they left federal court in Manhattan, Michael Douglas and his ex-wife had to fight through a writhing mass of photographers to reach a waiting SUV.

Federal agents arrested Douglas last summer at the Hotel Gansevoort in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District. Prosecutors alleged that he was the middleman in a scheme to smuggle large amounts of meth from California to New York, sometimes using overnight mail.

Early in a sentencing hearing that stretched more than an hour, the judge described how Douglas had abused drugs since age 13 and noted that he had been sober in prison since last August, his longest drug-free stint since his teenage years.

He noted that he had read at least 37 letters of support from family – including his film legend grandfather, Kirk, stepmother Catherine Zeta-Jones and NBA executive Pat Riley – friends and supporters who “believe he has finally bottomed out in terms of his addiction and may be ready to turn his life around.”

But Berman also expressed doubt Douglas would turn his back on drugs after pleading guilty in January to conspiracy to distribute drugs.

“In my estimation, that will be a very difficult chore,” he said. “I think this case and this sentencing may well be his last chance to make it.”

The conspiracy charge carried a mandatory 10 years in prison, but the judge said the government had agreed that Douglas qualified for a lesser sentence. It had been revealed at a pretrial hearing that Douglas had tried to cooperate.

The defense had requested that Douglas be sentenced to time served or, at most, 3 1/2 years in prison.

When given a chance to speak, Douglas said he was blind to the opportunities to overcome his addiction earlier in life.

“As a result, I squandered a lot of them,” he said. “If I should be so fortunate as to have another chance, I will never squander that opportunity.”

[From The Huffington Post]

So Cameron was facing a minimum ten years in prison and he only got five. Five years sounds pretty light for shipping meth across country and getting busted using drugs while on house arrest. He probably got off much easier due to his famous family and high paid attorneys, but Cameron will still have to do hard time. I don’t feel for this kid. He’ll get out of prison and have a huge support system and plenty of money to fall back on, unlike most convicted felons. For some people, all the opportunities in the world don’t make a difference until it’s almost too late.

Michael Douglas was never a sex addict, but was a bad father

mdvf

Last week, Michael Douglas’s 30-year-old son Cameron had his hearing last week on the felony drug charges he’s facing. At the hearing, Cameron’s lawyers pretty much blamed Michael for all of his addiction and legal problems. Now, while I’ll buy that Cameron probably had a very screwed childhood, and that addictive personalities run in families, at the age of 30 years old, it’s a little tired to continue to blame your daddy. Meanwhile, Michael is blaming himself too in a new Vanity Fair interview (full piece here).

The article points out that Kirk Douglas (Michael’s dad), Eric Douglas (Michael’s brother) and Michael himself have all had addiction problems, with Eric even dying of a drug overdose in 2004. Michael tells the magazine, regarding Cameron: “Anybody who has a relative or child in substance abuse has some idea of what this feels like. This is one of those worst-case scenarios. It will ultimately be a painful lesson and very expensive as far as time is concerned. I don’t wish it on anybody, but then, you know, look, everybody’s got difficult things in life… my priorities were very similar [to my father’s… Career first.” Of course, it also sounds like Michael still blames his daddy for some of his crap too:

Michael on second-generation Hollywood actors: “The history of second-generation actors isn’t great in our industry. It’s kind of a tragic road, actually.”

On his father, Kirk Douglas: “He was a very intense, talented survivalist… He was consumed with clawing out and making something of himself, and he probably was a little early in his career to have children. Certainly didn’t get a chance to enjoy them until later in life.”

On producing Oscar-winning film One Flew Over the Cuckoo‘s Nest, and not casting his dad: “My father has played up his disappointment with that pretty good,” says Douglas, managing a chuckle. “God bless him, he’s 93. I finally said, ‘Dad, I worked six years getting this together … ’ I have to remind him, I shared part of my producing back-end with him, so he ended up making more money off that movie than he had in any other picture.”

On Oliver Stone: Douglas credits director Oliver Stone’s callousness in getting the performance out of him. As Douglas tells it, one day when he was in his trailer, Stone came in and said, “You look like you haven’t acted before in your life.” Douglas was immediately put on edge. “Ultimately what he was doing,” says Douglas, “he wanted a little more nastiness. The guy [Stone] is not afraid if you want to spew or vent it on him, as long as it comes out.” The role earned Douglas the Oscar for best actor.

His 1992 rehab stay: In 1992, Michael went into rehab, prompting the rumor that he was there for sex addiction. “It stuck,” he says, pinning the blame on an unscrupulous British journalist who just wanted to jazz up his story. (Kirk, who also had a fidelity problem, didn’t see anything wrong with the sex-addiction charge; he actually thought it was kind of funny.) Michael successfully completed the rehab program, but it was too late to fix his family. Just as his father had done, Michael parted ways with his wife and left behind a son who would have acting aspirations and an absent, superstar father.

Of his son Cameron‘s drug and legal problems: “We always tend to be kinder or make more of an effort to strangers than we do to the person closest to us,” Douglas says of what he’s learned about making marriages work. “Anybody who has a relative or child in substance abuse has some idea of what this feels like. This is one of those worst-case scenarios,” Douglas says. “It will ultimately be a painful lesson and very expensive as far as time is concerned. I don’t wish it on anybody, but then, you know, look, everybody’s got difficult things in life.” Though Douglas isn’t one for public hand-wringing, he can’t help but see his own role in Cameron’s fate. “My priorities were very similar [to my father’s],” Douglas says about Cameron’s formative years. “Career first.”

[From Vanity Fair]

Eh. Is it okay if I just dislike every member of this family? I think Kirk was probably one of the biggest sons of bitches ever, and Michael doesn’t seem like the best guy either. As for Cameron? Well, maybe ten years in prison will get him to wake up and take some responsibility. That being said, I just re-watched Romancing the Stone, and Michael used to be so good-looking and so cool! I love that movie. I wonder if Michael’s going to have some kind of late-life career renaissance now that Wall Street 2 is coming out? Weirder things have happened.

Michael Douglas’ son faces minimum 10 years in prison for drug trafficking

Ghosts of Girlfriends Past premiere held in Los Angeles
Micheal Douglas’ son Cameron, 31, was arrested in late July of last year for dealing methamphetamine at a NY hotel. He was the target of a sting operation by the DEA, and it later came out that he was dealing drugs cross country and shipping them through the mail, a federal offense, with the help of his girlfriend. While Cameron was under house arrest at the $9.25 million upper east side townhouse owned by his mother, Diandra Luker, (Micheal Douglas’ first wife, from 1977-2000 before he married Catherine Zeta-Jones), his girlfriend was busted trying to slip him heroin in the battery compartment of an electric toothbrush. Cameron was then shipped to a Federal prison.

Yesterday Cameron plead guilty to conspiracy to distribute drugs and heroin possession as part of a plea deal. He faces a minimum of 10 years in jail. Cameron’s dad Michael Douglas released a statement last year that the family was “devastated and very disappointed in Cameron’s recent behavior.” He said a little more in a recent interview published in AARP Magazine, as E! Online reports:

Michael’s eldest son, Cameron Douglas.. this morning pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute drugs and heroin possession as part of a plea deal which nevertheless guarantees a minimum—minimum—10-year prison term.

The 31-year-old admitted to selling large quantities of methamphetamine and cocaine prior to his arrest last year, which was preceded by a three-year investigation by the DEA.

“I began supplying on a regular basis,” Douglas said in court.

In addition to the conspiracy charge, he also fessed up to possessing heroin. That count came about after his girlfriend was caught trying to smuggle the drug to him via an electric toothbrush while he was under house arrest last summer.

“Yes, your honor,” he told the judge when asked if he knew what he was doing was wrong.
As for what his famous father feels about his possible life sentence, Michael opened up to the AARP earlier this month.

“It’s been very painful,” he said, going on to acknowledge that he wasn’t exactly a rock-solid presence in his son’s life growing up.

“I’ll assume whatever responsibilities I have to. Would it have been better to have been around more? Absolutely. There were absences, and I was no angel.

“Cameron has a lot of his life ahead,” he says. “He now recognizes his own demons and struggles.”

[From E! Online]

Star Magazine reported that Cameron Douglas had an $80 million trust fund, but who knows how accurate that is. Clearly he had a very privileged upbringing and a lot of chances in life and now he’s squandered it all away. It’s possible Cameron won’t serve the minimum of ten years in prison. E! Online notes that “As details of Cameron’s plea bargain with prosecutors have not been disclosed, it’s unclear whether he will be held to the usual decade-minimum incarceration.” Sentencing is on April 27.

Michael Douglas’ statement about son; Cameron moved to Federal prison

wenn2393780
Yesterday, we heard that the girlfriend of Cameron Douglas, Michael Douglas’ 30 year-old son, was arrested for attempting to slip him heroin in an electric toothbrush while he was under house arrest. Cameron was busted for dealing methamphetamine late last month in an extensive sting set up by the DEA using an undercover witness. Official documents reveal that he and his girlfriend shipped drugs cross country in packages containing bath products and scented candles.

Unsurprisingly, Cameron has been moved to Federal Prison following his girlfriend’s stunt, and will no longer be under house arrest in his mom’s $9.25 million upper east side townhouse. (The NY Daily News reports that the townhouse was owned by Cameron’s biological mother, Diandra, while People Magazine reported it was owned by his step mother, Catherine Zeta-Jones.) There won’t be any more takeout and drug deliveries for Cameron, because he’s been reassigned to Federal prison to await drug trafficking charges.

It looks as though an electric toothbrush has conjured some dangerous consequences for Cameron Douglas.

The son of actor Michael Douglas has reportedly been moved from a cushy penthouse home monitoring to the Metropolitan Correctional Center in NYC.

Douglas was under the watch of a private security company, allegedly at the home of his mother Diandra, when his girlfriend Kelly Sott delivered an electric toothbrush stuffed with heroin in the battery compartment.

Sott claimed no knowledge of the heroin stored inside the brush, and is coincidentally being held at the same federal detention center.

[From Radar Online]

Cameron’s famous dad has issued a statement about his son’s arrest, and it’s brief and to-the-point. Michael Douglas, 64, says his family is “devastated” and “disappointed” and focuses on Cameron’s addiction without alluding to the fact that he was dealing drugs. In my opinion, this is much different than simply being a junkie. Radar also reminds us about Michael’s “sex addiction” in the 1980s, back when he was married to Cameron’s mom, his first wife Diandra. Many of you mentioned this in the comments.

“The family is devastated and very disappointed in Cameron’s recent behavior. Any family who has dealt with substance abuse knows how devastating it can be,” Douglas said in a statement…

Accomplished actor Michael is no stranger to testing his parents–the actor went through a very public battle with so-called sex addiction in the 80s.

[From RadarOnline]

I don’t blame the Douglas family for not mentioning the drug dealing part, but they must have had suspicions about what Cameron was up to. Maybe they assumed he was dabbling but didn’t realize that he had a whole business built up – enough to draw the attention of the Feds and earn Cameron some serious time behind bars. I’m very interested to follow this case as it proceeds to trial and wonder if we’ll be learning more about Cameron’s operation and especially his clientele.

Cameron Douglas’ girlfriend arrested for slipping him heroin in a toothbrush

Ghosts Of Girlfriends Past Los Angeles Premiere
I have to admit to being fascinated with the story of Cameron Douglas. Cameron, 30, is the eldest son of Michael Douglas. He has an $80 million trust fund and comes from a privileged family of famous actors, but still chose a life as a drug dealer to the elite. Cameron’s operation was huge and he regularly traveled across country to deal methamphetamine, often shipping drugs and accepting cash through FedEx. The DEA closed in on him late last month after an extensive sting, arresting Cameron at a hip NY hotel after he’d dealt $18,000 worth of meth. He faces a minimum sentence of ten years and could get as much as life in prison. The latest news in this sordid tale has Cameron’s girlfriend, Kelly Sott, attempting to smuggle drugs to him at his NY apartment, where he was under house arrest. She tried to pass him an electric toothbrush with the battery compartment filled with heroin. The toothbrush was intercepted and Kelly was arrested.

The girlfriend of actor Cameron Douglas was arrested Monday for allegedly trying to smuggle heroin to him in an electric toothbrush, court papers show.

Kelly Sott was busted after passing the toothbrush to Douglas while he was under home detention following a court hearing on his drug charges. She was arrested at the Hotel Gansevoort in Manhattan where she was staying.

Douglas, 30, the son of actor Michael Douglas, was arrested at the same hotel last week and faces a methamphetamine-dealing charge.

Douglas had been on house arrest at the New York home of his stepmother, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and went to court for an appearance Monday. The home is being monitored by a private security company.

According to a federal complaint, a security guard overheard a phone conversation in which Douglas asked for a toothbrush. Douglas “appeared to be very concerned about when the toothbrush would be delivered,” the complaint says. According to another guard, Douglas had already been provided with a toothbrush a few days earlier.

Later that day, Sott arrived and delivered a black bag containing various items including an electric toothbrush. One of the guards searched the battery compartment of the toothbrush and discovered approximately “19 glassines containing a brownish substance that appeared to be heroin,” the complaint says. A field test revealed it to be about seven grams of heroin, according to the complaint.

After Sott’s arrest, a search of the hotel room where she was staying also uncovered other glassines with what appeared to be heroin and small amounts of suspected crystal methamphetamine and marijuana.

[From People.com]

The most interesting part of this story is the criminal complaint against Sott, available in PDF form, which includes a first-person account from the DEA agent who busted Cameron with the help of an undercover witness. Cameron is not named, but it’s easy to figure out that he’s being referred to using the code “CC-1.” Apparently Kelly helped Cameron ship drugs throughout the US, and is named as the person who shipped a package containing meth in late July to their cooperating witness. The witness is described as a person who has “been charged with, and plead guilty to, federal narcotics violates, and is cooperating with the Government in the hope of receiving a reduced sentence.” Kelly shipped the meth to their witness by using an assumed name at a mailbox store and paying in cash. The package contained “a gift basket wrapped in cellophane containing a scented candle and bath-related products, as well as three round canisters containing crystal rock-like substances which appeared to be crystal meth.”

It looks like Cameron’s girlfriend is also going to jail, and that they’re both about to go through withdrawl considering how much evidence of heroin use was found in her room. Now that someone’s attempted to slip Cameron drugs, does this mean that a judge will take him off house arrest and put his ass in jail as he awaits trial?

Michael Douglas’ son arrested for dealing meth at NY hotel

wenn2393806
Micheal Douglas’ son, Cameron Douglas, 30, was arrested in New York last week in an undercover sting operation by the DEA. He had dealt about a pound and a half of methamphetamine, valued at over $18,000, and had 8 ounces remaining on him. Cameron was busted for possession of liquid cocaine in 2007. Earlier this year, he was evicted from his $4,200 a month rented home in LA for non-payment of rent. The landlord told Star that he left a mess of drug paraphernalia behind and that the neighbors complained about the number of people visiting at all hours. Reports at the time claimed that Cameron has an $80 million trust fund and could have certainly afforded to rent the home.

Cameron Douglas was arrested July 28 by the DEA at a hip Manhattan hotel. The 30-year-old son of Michael and his ex-wife Diandra, has a lengthy history of drug abuse, rehab, arrests and imprisonment.

The bust took place at the Gansevoort Hotel, a source told The New York Post. An undercover DEA operation allegedly found he was carrying about eight ounces of crystal meth, and had dealt $18,000 worth of the drug at the time they took him into custody.

[From Radar Online]

Cameron is Douglas’ only child from his first marriage, to Diandra Luker from 1977 to 2000. Michael Douglas next married Catherine Zeta-Jones in late 2000 and they have two young children, Dylan, 9, and Carys, 6.

The Douglas family has a history of drug and alcohol abuse. In 1992, Michael went to rehab for alcoholism. It seems to have worked well for him because we haven’t heard since that he has a problem. Michael’s half brother, Cameron’s uncle, died of a drug and alcohol overdose in 2004. Screen legend Kirk Douglas, the 92 year old patriarch of the family, spoke in 2007 about the pain of losing his son at the young age of 46:

Still haunted by the tragedy, the 90-year-old [source article is from 2007] ‘Spartacus’ star told a rapt audience in New York recently: “The natural tendency is to blame yourself.

“What did I do wrong, and what more could I have done to help? His death is hard to get over.

“It broke my heart that my son Eric died at 46, and I’m still alive. I felt guilty that my youngest son lived a life of pain and died before I did.

“He didn’t have a chance to taste the sweetness of life. He didn’t get to fall in love, get married and have children. Is it my fault? Did I somehow cause him to choose this path?

“My wife Annie and I discuss it. We know for years and years we tried to do everything we could.”

Kirk said the family placed Eric in a long list of rehabilitation centers. “But nothing helped.”

[From The National Enquirer, print edition, April 9, 2007]

Maybe Cameron’s arrest will give him the motivation he needs to change his life. He knows what happened to his uncle and how heartbroken it made his grandfather. It’s sad and a waste that he’s going down that same path when he has more money and opportunities than most people can ever dream of. His dad could have wisely cut off access to his trust fund somehow, but he’s so well connected and privileged that he could have easily made something of his life instead of dealing drugs. There’s still plenty of time if he wants it.

Michael Douglas’ son Cameron evicted, leaves behind drugs

wenn266311
Cameron Douglas, son of Michael douglas and his first wife of 23 years Diandra Luker, has been evicted from his home, leaving a mess of drug paraphernalia for his landlord to clean up. Landlord Sky Reiss gave details on state of the home after he had to evict Cameron and his housemate.

Reiss began eviction proceedings in October (08) after the elder Douglas paid just “a couple of months” rent.

Star’s report claims authorities then visited the property with an eviction notice on 3 February (09), prompting Cameron and his roommate to flee, leaving behind a mess that included drug paraphernalia.

Reiss has changed the locks and is giving the men until 17 February (09) to collect their belongings.

He says, “It’s been a nightmare for me… he (Douglas) stopped paying his $4,200 rent on time after two months and the payments started getting later and later.

“It was a disgusting mess. There were bloody rags in the trash and a drug-testing kit. There was a small mirror with white powder still on it and a glass for mixing chemicals. The neighbours were always complaining to me about people coming and going from the house at all hours.”

Contact Music

This story originated in Star magazine, which is known for being less than accurate, but given Cameron’s previous conviction for cocaine possession in October 2007 it isn’t a huge stretch to believe that he might still be using drugs.

Cameron has a reported $80million trust fund, which Star implies he was using to pay his $4,200 a month rent on the Laurel Canyon residence. Cameron and friend moved into the house less than a year ago, in March, and stopped making payments shortly after. Then Reiss approached Michael Douglas, who also paid the rent for a brief time before stopping.

Cameron is a minor actor, I’m not sure if he does any other work. He played a small role in a film called Loaded in 2008, and has one project lined up for 2009. Prior to that his IMDB page only lists one project in 2005, another in 2003. Loaded was about a young wealthy kid who gets involved in drugs, although Cameron did not play the central role.

He did have a major role in It Runs In The Family in 2003 with Kirk and Michael Douglas. Drug may indeed run in the family, Michael Douglas went to rehab in 1992 for alcohol abuse. His uncle Eric Douglas died of a drug overdose in 2004. Hopefully these experiences give his family some understanding of addiction and they help Cameron get any help he might need.

Cameron and Michael Douglas are shown at the premiere of the HBO documentary “A father… A son… Once upon a time in Hollywood’ on 7/14/05. The film is about Micheal and Kirk Douglas.

Michael Douglas’s son found with liquid cocaine

top-wenn266196.jpg

Michael Douglas may lead a pretty charmed life with wife Catherine Zeta-Jones, but his adult son from his first marriage, Cameron, can’t quite say the same. He was found with liquid cocaine in his car in Santa Barbara and charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance and felony possession of a controlled substance. Didn’t he watch his dad in “Traffic?”

Cameron Douglas, 28, the son of actor Michael Douglas, is to stand trial on cocaine possession charges in the US. Christopher Lane, 30, Cameron Douglas’s companion, shares the charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle. An extra charge of being under the influence of a controlled substance was added for Mr. Douglas.

A Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s deputy says Mr. Douglas and Mr. Lane were found in a car near a motel on 22 July. Deputy James McKarrell, the only witness at the hearing, said he and another deputy found a syringe on the car floorboard with liquid cocaine in it. The deputy said Mr. Lane claimed ownership of the syringe, and both men were arrested. But Mr. Douglas’s lawyer, Juan Huerta, said Mr. McKarrell failed to do his job by not testing the two men for sobriety. Superior Court Judge Joseph Lodge upheld the charges at a pre-trial hearing. The men are due to make their first court appearance for the case on 16 November.

[From the BBC]

Well that must be quite the feather in their father’s cap. Michael Douglas recently described his close relationship with his two young kids with Catherine Zeta Jones as very close. “I go to school events and recitals and all that stuff. I pick them up after school. I love it. It keeps me out of trouble. We spend a lot of time together as a family unit.” Let’s hope he’s as close to Cameron, and will get him some help. I’m no drug expert, but I’m pretty sure liquid anything is a really, really bad idea.
