There are a couple juicy Kate Gosselin stories in this week’s tabloids. It’s hard to believe that Kate still rates gossiping about, but there’s plenty of negative dirt on her so you can see the appeal. First off, The National Enquirer has a story that Kate doesn’t pay attention to her kids at all except when the cameras are around. She’s said to be obsessed with making money and marketing herself, to the point that she only plays with her children when they’re being filmed or photographed. Kate makes a whopping $250k an episode so she can probably afford to give it a rest and let loose with her kids. It’s too bad that the stick up her butt is pretty much permanent. Here’s part of the Enquirer’s story:

Kate Gosselin is so obsessed with making money that she’s suffering a major meltdown and her kids are turning against her, sources tell the Enquirer.

The overwhelmed single mom leaves her children mostly in the hands of nannies, and now they prefer to spend time with their dad Jon, insiders say…

“When she’s not with the kids, she’s hustling for work. She knows that she’s not spending enough time with them, but she needs to earn the money to support them all.

“She cries to friends, ‘What am I supposed to do? If I slow down, this could all go away, and we’ll be out on the street!”

Her ex-husband Jon currently does not have a job, and Kate can’t count on any financial help from him.

With Kate so focused on cash, the family’s estate in Wernersville, PA is more like a corporate office than a family home, added another source.

“Everything is for show. You’re not there unless you or someone is being paid…

“Kate always said the kids love filming, and they do – because it forces her to interact with them.”

Even worse, the children… are starting to feel as if Kate loves them only when cameras are around, said the source.

“Kate will take the kids out to play, but she stays only long enough for photographers to get pictures of her with them. Then she goes back to work in her home office and the nannies take over,” the insider revealed.

I don’t like this woman, but the story sounds straight from Jon. It even goes on to claim that the kids like him and his girlfriend better and call the girlfriend “mom.” If Kate had a 9-5 job she would be away from the house during that time. If she relies on nannies to watch the kids all the time and late into the night that’s one thing, but if she does it so she can work during the day I don’t see the problem. I don’t agree with her choice of career, namely putting her kids on television, but that’s different from bashing her for using nannies so she can work. However, she should be spending time with them when the cameras aren’t around, and if she’s not doing that then this criticism is dead on.

Star has another big story about Jon Gosselin’s “tell all” and how it’s going to expose Kate. We’ve already heard that he’s writing a book, but according to PopEater it’s going to be a parenting-type book that of course has no publishers yet interested.

Star claims that Jon will tell all, though, and that he’s going to reveal Kate’s secrets. According to Star, Kate was probably already sleeping with her married bodyguard back when she was living with Jon and they were not yet separated. I wouldn’t put it past Jon to rewrite history in an attempt to make himself look like the wronged party, but it could have happened this way. We know they’re boning now. Here are the highlights from Star. (These are paraphrased except where there are quotes.)

- Bodyguard Steve Nield was staying in the basement when Jon was still living in the house. “Although Kate had a habit of sleeping late, leaving Jon to wake and feed the kids, ‘She suddenly started going down there to ‘work out’ in the mornings.’” TLC staff eventually made Steve leave.

- Kate belittled Jon. “She’d scream at him and call him names in front of their family and friends… Kate is really aggressive… a few times he could tell she was about to get physical and he’d… walk away.”

- Kate begged Jon to take her back for the show. “He has tons of texts and voicemails from Kate telling him she loved him and they should stay together for the show. Even after all the women he’s been with, Jon believes he could have gone back to Kate as recently as this spring.”

Jon doesn’t have much that we don’t already know, and he’s trying to drum up interest in whatever book he can write that will sell. If he does paint Kate as a controlling meanie who doesn’t love her kids he’ll be able to earn a little money at least. It seems like these people’s 15 minutes are just about up, especially Jon’s. Maybe that’s why Kate is freaking out and trying so hard to get paid while she can.

Kate Gosselin has long been rumored to be banging her “bodyguard” Steve Neild. The rumors have been persistently following them ever since the Gosselin’s marriage imploded publicly, as Steve travels with Kate almost everywhere. Kate also spent last Thanksgiving with Steve… and his wife. And earlier this summer, there was a funny story about how Steve “encouraged” Kate to get her boobs done. Like he had a strong opinion about it.

Anyway, I’ve always believed that they were hitting it. And now the veil is gradually being lifted. Us Weekly has an interesting story in this week’s issue about Kate and Steve – according to their sources, “during a recent family vacation to Bald Head Island in North Carolina, witnesses say that the two strolled on the beach each night.” One witness says: “They looked at each other like they were an item.” Sources also say that Steve is very close to the kids, and that he texts the kids every night and that he’s more of a “family member.”

CB also pointed me to this eyewitness account published at The Huffington Post a few weeks ago, and it’s about this same vacation to Bald Head Island. The account is very lengthy and detailed, and you can read it here. The relevant part is this:

Wednesday finally brought an off-camera beach outing. Kate had swapped the modest two-piece she’d had on for filming for a nude-colored sparkly string bikini. The only other adult present, a middle-aged, athletic man with a full head of gray hair, sat very close to her. “Steve, Steve!” the kids called as he splashed them from a bucket of water. I later identified him as Steve Neild, a longtime bodyguard and travel companion who is married and was rumored to have served as Kate’s boob job consultant last year.

I took a couple pictures with my phone and ended up catching Steve’s attention. He jogged over to my beach chair and asked in a stern British accent, “Would you mind not taking pictures of the children?” I didn’t point out I was more interested in snapping him and Kate touching legs. I agreed, and firmly, protectively, he said, “Erase those, now.” I knew he had no legal basis, but allowed him to bully me because I had already saved the halfway decent ones and I did not want to become his enemy with several days left in the week. In exchange, Steve asked if I would like a picture with Kate. It seemed like a routine offer meant to disarm citizen paparazzi.

“Sure,” I said, and we strolled over to Kate, who was staring into space, apparently unaware of the exchange. “I’m a big fan of the show,” I told her. I have never seen an episode of the show, but it seemed like the least sinister motivation to offer. Steve asked Kate to pose.

“Come now, get up!” he said.

“In a bikini?” she whined. Her skin was a deep orange, her long nails perfectly French manicured. She wore dangly silver earrings and multiple necklaces. She pulled on a long white cover-up, ignoring Steve’s repeated assurances that she looked “fantastic” in her bikini.

“One condition,” she told me. “You can’t post this on Facebook or anything. We’re anonymous here and we’d like to stay that way.”

I nodded, wondering how she equated anonymity with bringing a large crew to film her family vacation. Kate struck a red-carpet pose, hand on hip, facing into the wind (“My hair blows back this way,” she explained), and we awkwardly embraced as Steve fumbled with my iPhone.

TLC has ordered a full season of a new reality show featuring NY’s Carpio sextuplets, 22 month old multiples born to a couple originally from Ecuador who became naturalized US citizens and now live in Queens. The Carpios have a nine year old son in addition to their sextuplets, four boys and two girls. They’re struggling to get by, with dad Victor making just $1,800 a month as a maintenance worker. Up until this point they’ve had help from donations and volunteers, with with some minor media coverage helping their cause. All that’s about to change as the Carpios have landed a 12 episode deal with TLC. I really hope they’re getting paid commensurate with what Kate Gosselin is pulling down, $250,000 a episode. That’s a lot of money but if Kate can “earn” it for sitting around and gazing at her navel while the staff and camera crew watch her kids than then the Carpios should make at least that.

Move over Gosselins: TLC has signed on a new family with sextuplets and ordered eight episodes of ‘Sextuplets Take New York.’

Victor and Digna Carpio of Queens, NY, have four boys and two girls: Genesis, Joel, Justin, Jezreel, Jayden and Danelia, all 22 months old. The children are billed as the first Hispanic sextuplets born in the US, according to The Hollywood Reporter. They also have a 9-year-old son.

The family is on a tight budget – before the show, Victor made $1,800 a month as a maintenance worker, according to a 2009 New York Daily News story.

“We fell in love with them,” said Nancy Daniels, senior VP of production and development at TLC. “All of our shows look at interesting families and interesting live. They’re struggling with taking care of a lot of small children who are all the same age and overrunning their house.”

The series is set to premiere September 14. Also coming up on TLC this season: ‘Sister Wives,’ a reality version of HBO’s polygamy series ‘Big Love.’

Doesn’t it seem like these families are just commodities, like once they’re used up there will always be another family with more kids than they can handle ready to take their place? I know it was fun to watch Kate browbeat Jon until he took up with one coed after another in a hopeless attempt to get his manhood back, but those two annoying people have kids who are going to have to watch their parents’ marital problems on television some day. Now we have another family that may be put together and looking great on the surface but they’re going to be picked apart and made into cutouts for our viewing pleasure. As I was writing this, I noticed that Michael K. at D-Listed already covered it. His title for this story is “Welcome to TLC, Your Lives Are Now Ruined.” I love quoting D-Listed because I couldn’t put it better myself. Sure their material needs will be taken care of, but once fame sets in there’s no going back. Just look at Kate Gosselin now vs. how she used to be. Now tell me, is she better off? She surely thinks so. Now scroll down and gaze at Jon Gosselin’s ugly mug. That’s the bloated face of reality television.

We’ve heard plenty of stories about what a demanding insufferable diva Kate Gosselin is, and this latest one kind of takes the cake. Kate was in Alaska to go camping with former Governor Sarah Palin and Palin’s dad and brother as part of a pre-arranged plot for Kate’s reality show with her kids. The Palins had tents set up and picnic-type food for dinner like Lunchables. Nothing was good enough for Kate, who bitched and moaned the whole time until she was set up in a cabin with a bathroom and electricity. She didn’t even stay for the two days that were planned and left after just one night in the cabin.

Kate Gosselin’s much-hyped Alaskan camping trip with Sarah Palin turned into a nightmare when [Kate] suffered a diva-like meltdown – and stormed off despite Sarah’s please.

The reality show star stayed at the campsite for just two hours of the planned two-day adventure – and left amid an avalanche of insults, complaints and tears, the Enquirer learned exclusively…

On July 26, Kate plus her 8 and a full TLC film crew arrived at the Palin’s Wasilla home.

Kate decided right then she didn’t want to go camping because it was raining.

The plan was for the Palin family – including the ex-governor, her father and brother – to give Kate and her brood a taste of the Alaskan wilderness. They would fly on seaplanes to the remote site for activities, including fishing, panning for gold and the two-night campout.

Katie’s bodyguard Steve Neild persuaded her to get on the seaplane to fly to the campsite, but she was complaining the entire time – about the weather, the food and rustic atmosphere, revealed the insider.

At the campgrounds, the mega-mom’s mood turned even more sour when she saw the bathroom facilities.

“They handed her a bucket with a toilet seat on top,” said the insider.

“Kate said, ‘What the hell am I going to do with this!’

“Then she burst into tears and started moaning that she wanted to leave.

“When it was time to eat, Kate opened the cooler prepared for her and the children and three another fit when she saw prepackaged mini meals.

“There were tiny pieces of cheese and processed meats along with crackers and a few condiments.

“She said ‘My kids can’t eat this crap, they need a real meal! Then she started griping – in front of Sarah – that the ex-governor’s food was better than hers.

“Sarah’s meal was grilled hamburgers and hotdogs!”

Kate was also disgusted by the primitive conditions at the campgrounds and let everyone know it.

“I can’t have my kids stay in a dirty place like this,” she fumed, according to the close source.

Sarah was shocked but bit her lip, said the source. “She said ‘Come on, give it a little time, it’ll be fun, we’ll make it fun.’”

While the stunned TV crew apologized profusely to the Palins, a cabin with modern conveniences was arranged for Kate and the kids….

“Selfish Kate ditched the Palins, who spent the night in their tents,” said the close source. And the next morning, everyone flew back to the family’s Wasilla home, a day earlier than planned.

Can you imagine? The Palins took two whole days out of what must be very busy schedules to go on that trip with Kate, only to be met with absolutely no gratitude and her nasty complaints! Kids usually don’t notice if things are dirty, (at least mine doesn’t, but I know some kids are fussy like that) and are often game to go camping and be out in the woods as long as their parents don’t mind. Kate made a big deal out of roughing it just for a couple days and couldn’t even stay the allotted time in a cabin with a bathroom and electricity. I understand how she got skeeved out by the bucket toilet, though. I’m not an outdoors person, but I like to think I would have tried to make the best of it for the sake of my kids and some show that was taping me the entire time. This woman is too much. Would she still be such a piece of work if she never tasted fame?

This week’s National Enquirer has a breakdown of Kate Gosselin’s expenses as well as an explanation for why we continue to see her bitchface all over the place despite the fact that the public is actively working to ignore her. Kate is allegedly afraid she’ll go broke, and is trying to get paid now when she has a chance to cash in. I can’t blame her for that I guess and it’s pretty obvious that Jon isn’t going to provide for her. Does she have to have a full time bodyguard and a house full of staff to boss around, though? I guess we know the answer to that.

The National Enquirer has a close relationship with Radar Online, which gets a lot of exclusives from Kate. (And runs a lot of photos of her and glowing stories about her.) I bet they have this information on good authority.

Kate Gosselin is terrified that she will go broke!

The 35-year-old mother of eight is frantic with worry that she won’t be able to support her huge brood, said a close friend.

“Kate says she cant count on her ex-husband Jon because he’s broke too! She’s freaking out that he’s not going to be able to make his child support payments.”

While Kate is signed for a series of “Kate Plus Eight” specials and “Twist of Kate” on the TLC network, she has huge expenses.

“Kate’s got mortgage payments of about $10,000 on her $1.3 million home in Wernersville, PA,” said the friend, and the kids are in private schools – that’s about $4,000 in tuition a year – times eight.

She also spends about $300,000 a year on nannies and bodyguards.

“On top of that, she’s got car payments, her private travel costs, and frequent trips to beauty and tanning salons,” said the friend.

Kate is also desperately trying to put away money for the kids’ college costs, which she expects will be massive.

She had hoped to get a financial boost with her recent book, “I Just Want You To Know…” but it tanked, reportedly selling less than 20,000 copies.

“Kate realizes that her fame is going to last only so long, and she’s trying to make as much money as she can while people still care about her.”

$300,000 a year on staff alone? There are A-List celebrities with stalkers who don’t spend a quarter of that on staff. Kate could, I don’t know, get rid of that bodyguard she either lusts after or is already sleeping with (depending on which reports you believe). She could downsize her house to something more affordable or get rid of her pricey hair extensions. Maybe she could cut down on orange spray tans and put the kids in public school. Her only option isn’t a media career, but she’s tasted the good life now and there’s no going back. Unfortunately that means she’ll be around for as long as the public can tolerate her. (For many of us, that point has already passed.)

In related news proving the point that we’ve reached Gosselin saturation, Jon is considering writing some kind of book but doesn’t have a deal yet, Kate tells Extra she doesn’t want to be alone but it looking for a take-charge guy for a change, and Jon spelled his new girlfriend’s name wrong in that giant tattoo he got on his back in Korean. It’s ok, she won’t last through the end of the summer anyway.

Last week, a photographer got a truly horrible photo of Kate Gosselin, looking crazy Bo to the Toxed, and a million internet rumors were sprung. It didn’t help that Us Weekly, ever awesome, decided to throw up this unfortunate photo and ask several plastic surgeons to way in on what was deemed Kate’s Botox Blunder. The Botox experts really did think Kate had gotten ‘Toxed, and that it was a really horrible, budget job, probably at the hands of someone inexperienced. Well, one week later and Kate has gotten on her high horse to proclaim her Botoxy innocence!

With the rumors flying that Kate Gosselin had a botched Botox job, the reality mom wants to inject some sense into the discussion. It ain’t true, she says.

“Read my eyebrows: No Botox!” Gosselin, 35, tells PEOPLE.

Reports began to circulate about a possible Botox procedure after a photo showing Gosselin with her eyebrows particularly arched surfaced last week. But the Kate Plus 8 star is laughing off the speculation.

Says a source close to Gosselin: “Kate thinks it’s hilarious that one photo of her with her eyebrows raised has caused such a stir. It’s ridiculous–she hasn’t done anything.”

Meanwhile, Gosselin is continuing an all-natural beauty regimen — she’s sticking with her all-organic diet and recently began daily runs near her Wernersville, Pa., home.

Eh. Okay, maybe it was just a bad photo, I could buy that. But this “friend” with the “caused such a stir” quote. Really, Kate? Like that’s all anybody and everybody has been talking about for a whole week. Because it’s all about KATE. Always and forever. The Botox thing was a funny story, and a believable story – especially considering Kate has already had work done – but it just drives home the point for me that Kate really thinks she’s a genuine celebrity. She doesn’t get that she’s a punchline.

Nevermind that she probably can’t sing. Nevermind that she obviously can’t dance. Kate Gosselin is going to shove her “smugface diva posing as working mommy” brand down our throats any way she sees fit and we are going to buy it, damnit. Popeater reports that Kate has grand plans to release a Christmas album in which she and her eight little moneymakers sing. I’m so sure it will be a best seller.

Kate Gosselin wants to show America that it’s not just her dance skills that are a hidden talent. Now, the famous mom and her eight adorable tots want to release a holiday CD packed full of all her favorite religious classics.

“Kate is pitching a CD of holiday songs sung by herself and all her children,” a record executive tells me. “She sees herself as a modern day Maria from ‘The Sound of Music,’ except this time the family singers won’t be the Von Trap family, they would be the Gosselins.”

And it’s not like Kate is the first reality star to release a record. Three of the ladies from Bravo’s ‘Real Housewives’ franchise have put out singles (my ears!) and who can forget that Jessica Simpson, at the height of her reality show career, put out a Christmas CD where she sang ‘The Little Drummer Boy’ as a duet with lil’ sis Ashlee. I swear to you this actually exists.

“Don’t be fooled,” a friend of Kate’s tells me. “Kate sees herself as a brand. She knows her fifteen minutes are not going to last forever and wants to make the most of it. After all, it’s Kate that’s putting the food on the table for all those children.”

I don’t know how Kate finds the time to be a reality star, author, dancer, mother of eight and now singer, but let’s all hope that her singing is a touch better than her dancing. Kate will have a little time to practice, as sources tell me that no major label has offered her a deal just yet. But just you wait until they hear those adorable little eight voices singing ‘I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus’! How could anyone say no?

What’s next for Kate, a country music career, a perfume, and/or a clothing line? Her last book in which she shared personal letters to her kids tanked, so she’s got to come up with something to keep us talking about her. She should get even more plastic surgery and try to land another another reality star or a failed musician. Just wait, she’ll latch on to some gullible dumb guy we’ve sort-of heard of before. He’ll smile and pose with her at appearances until her controlling ways overwhelm him and he slinks away. I do think there’s someone out there for Kate, and that she’ll hook up with a new guy sooner rather than later. She knows her career depends on it, and if she’s pitching a holiday album she’s obviously desperate. The mewling cat Christmas album will sell more copies this year.

Update: Kate’s rep denies this report, and tells US Weekly it’s “absolutely untrue.” Thank goodness.

Kate Gosselin has earned her second OK! cover in three weeks with this latest “10 pounds in 10 days” story. I thought we were on our way to being rid of her, but like the Kardashians she just keeps popping up and using her sad personal life to promote something. Two weeks ago Kate earned an OK! cover with the news that she might date again and now she’s bragging about her fast weight loss. Many of us want to shed pounds fast for summer but I doubt there are few desperate enough to take advice from Kate Gosselin. Still, I spotted 3 people with that old beaver haircut of hers while traveling through the south over the weekend so she must have some influence.

I don’t care how skinny Kate gets, I don’t want to look like her. I don’t see how people find her attractive at all. Getting back to the story, it’s just not healthy to lose 10 pounds in 10 days. I’ve mentioned before that I’ve done it with a lot of exercise and healthy eating, but it never lasts for me and the weight loss ends up evening out to about 2-3 pounds a week anyway. It’s more realistic and sustainable to lose weight gradually.

Meanwhile Kate went out running wearing only a sports bra and alerted the paparazzi to capture her surgically enhanced spraytan abs. US Weekly has the photo and asks if her abs are airbrushed on. They quote experts who conclude that it’s a lot of hard work along with an even spray tan. It doesn’t matter how buff Kate Gosselin gets, she’ll still have her personality to overshadow whatever budget look she’s able to achieve.

Life & Style is claiming in this week’s issue that Kate Gosselin has spent $21,000 on her hair – this year. So far. According to their insider, Kate has been going to stylist Ted Gibson (who was responsible for the 22-hour budget-weaving process back in January) to get her hair “did” over and over. The insider claims: “She had her extensions reapplied two weeks ago. Extensions cost $5,000, color costs about $500 and cuts with Ted Gibson are $950- each without tax.” And what about her being a poor single mother who is just doing all of this for her children, so they won’t have to go without… without a mother with a budget weave? Another insider snipes: “Her extensions take six to eight hours!” Life & Style then estimates that Kate has spent 50 hours since January in the hair stylist’s salon. That’s a lot of time and money to look so cheap, right? To look like, on a good day, a Real Housewife reject.

Speaking of Kate spending her millions of dollars on crap she doesn’t need, Us Weekly is calling Kate out on what they see as her “botched Botox job”. They threw up a side-by-side before and after photos which they claim shows Kate’s botched Botox – the photos are here. I’m sorry, we don’t have access to the photo of Kate’s Botoxy face, because it is really funny, and I do think she got something done. Anyway, Us Weekly got some plastic surgeons to comment on the hideous work:

Kate Gosselin had oddly spiked eyebrows and a noticeably smoother face as she ran errands in Pennsylvania on Monday. The reason? After comparing before and after photos (left), plastic surgeons tell UsMagazine.com the reality mom, 35, had botox treatments gone wrong.

“She looked much better in the earlier photo: great hair, nice smile and a normal brow position,” says Dr. Michael Olding, the chief of The George Washington University’s division of plastic surgery.

In the “after” photo, she “has the typical appearance of Dysport or Botox poorly placed in the space between the brows where frown lies occur,” adds Olding. But because Gosselin didn’t have any injectables put in her forehead, “the lateral part of her brow is elevated in an abnormally high position, which my patients refer to as McDonald’s arches!”

Explains NYC-based Dr. Steven Pearlman, “The center of her eyebrows are dropped and spread, which can happen from Botox treatment of the forehead frown lines.”

Pearlman believes Gosselin may have been injected in the shape of a “V” on her forehead, meaning the muscles near her temple weren’t affected “so they over act, giving this Jack Nicholson type of look! Her upper eyelids look a little hollow, which can be as a result of the brows being pulled upward.”

Gosselin’s surgeon is slammed by ScientificSkin.com owner Dr. Kenneth Beer: “This is a bad injection technique with poor placement. The injections were done in a cookbook pattern with no consideration for her particular anatomy. Her outer brow is too peaked, which gives her a devilish appearance.”

Luckily for Gosselin, the botched Botox “can be corrected by a few injections above her eyebrows to let them drop a bit,” says Dr. Tony Youn. “Or by just waiting a few months for the Botox effects to subside.”

This isn’t Gosselin’s first plastic surgery. Us Weekly has reported the Twist of Kate star consulted her bodyguard, Steve Neild (with whom she has denied having an affair), before undergoing a March 2009 breast enhancement. After delivering sextuplets, she also got a free tummy tuck by Dr. Lawrence Glassman. (A few years later, her estranged husband, Jon, dated the doctor’s 23-year-old daughter, Hailey Glassman.)

I find it rather sad/funny that Kate Gosselin is trying to desperately to be a “star” or “celebrity” in the more conventional sense. This is a women who has no artistic talent whatsoever – she can’t dance, sing, or act, she can’t find any kind of charm or charisma, and she’s basically a dumb grifter who figured out a way to make money under the guise of “motherhood”. She actually thinks she’s competing on the same level as someone like, say, Megan Fox, or Julia Roberts. She thinks she’s America’s Sweetheart. And America’s Sweetheart has to look good! Hence the Botox, the budget weave, the boob job, and the progressively revealing clothing – she wants attention, she wants to be a “star.” Too bad she has no style or talent or anything to hold our interest other than as a bizarre, random object of ridicule.

So, the general consensus is that Kate Gosselin is boning her bodyguard Steve Neild, right? That’s how it’s always struck me, and I just asked CB, and she thinks it’s on between Kate and Steve too. Why do we think this? Probably because he spends way more time with Kate than with his wife. And because he and Kate are literally always together. And because he advises her on things like her breast implants.

Bosom buddy, indeed! Mom of eight Kate Gosselin, 35, is rarely seen without her trusted bodyguard of three years, Steve Neild. During her recent run on Dancing with the Stars, a show source says, the New Zealander was “omnipresent on the set — at rehearsals, on the press line, everywhere!”

And now a source says in the new Us Weekly the married father of two not only drove Gosselin to the doctor when she got breast enhancements March 30, 2009, but even weighed in on what the result should be: “Kate was going to have one kind of breast augmentation, but she changed her mind after talking to Steve about what would look best.”

(Multiple sources tell Us Weekkly the procedure — which can cost $10,000 — took place. Gosselin went from a size 4 shirt to a size 6 shirt.)

Asked about a boob job earlier this year, Gosselin responded, “Plastic surgery? Please. Who has time to even think about it, let alone do it?”

Well, she did: The TLC star’s tummy tuck was documented on a 2007 episode of Jon and Kate Plus 8!

Could this all be innocent? Sure. If I was considering implants (HA, I’m a DD-cup), I would consult various men (not necessarily lovers), just to get their take on what kind of size and stuff they prefer, in general. I’ve actually considered breast reduction, and I’ve already asked various men what they think about that (a resounding “HELL NO”). So is Us Weekly twisting something innocent? Eh. I still think she and Steve are getting it on.
