Whenever I think of Kate Major and Michael Lohan’s relationship, I remember an interview she did on Dr. Drew, in November, 2011, while Micheal was in jail for abusing her. She talked about the physical and emotional abuse he’d inflicted on her, and said that he was threatening that he would release a sex tape he made of the two of them, without her knowledge. (At that point he’d already released nude photos of her, taken while she was asleep.) Kate also had to confront one of Michael’s other lovers on Dr. Drew, a woman who claimed to have dated him during the time that he was supposed to be serious with Kate.

So not only did Michael Lohan beat Kate Major, he was also cheating on her. For her part, Kate had some serious issues of her own, with at least two arrests for drunken violent behavior (not involving Lohan). She went to rehab in late 2011.

The incident Major was being interviewed about was just one of many abusive situations we’ve heard between these two, as well as one in a long list of Michael being abusive toward the women in his life. So this latest news, that these two just had a baby together, is one I’ll approach with a lot of apprehension. Also, Michael got Kate pregnant while she had a restraining order against him. Classy. Big day for Michael Lohan … his daughter escaped jail … and his fiancee just gave birth to a BOUNCING BABY BOY!!!

While Lindsay was sweatin’ it out in court, Kate Major went into labor at a Florida hospital.

We’re told Kate gave birth to a son — Landon Major Lohan — at 11:39 AM PT.

The baby weighed in at 19 3/4 inches, 7 lbs 5 oz … and is already wanted in 3 states (kidding!).

We’re told Michael was with Kate the entire time … and even cut the umbilical cord.

A rep for the family tells us baby, Michael and Kate are all doing great.

I’ve already said my piece about these people, and I just hope for the sake of that baby that they can change. Michael Lohan has shown his true colors many, many times over the years I’ve been covering celebrity gossip, so it’s hard to see how he’ll ever be more than a despicable conniving piece of sh*t, but I could be wrong.

Moving on, the name Landon is interesting. I’ve never heard it before, and it reminds me of the late Michael Landon, whom I think of as a decent guy. It does have a very trendy kind of quality to it, but it’s not a bad name. Congrats?

For the most part, I’m happy to ignore Michael Lohan. I wish he didn’t exist, and he’s completely worthless (at best) and (at worst) a violent, abusive, vagina-kicker. But Michael Lohan does exist, out there in the world, when he’s not in jail for DUIs or kickin’ vadges. For more than a year, Michael had an on-and-off relationship (that’s seriously the best way I can say it) with former Star Magazine reporter Kate Major. Major also had a brief affair with Jon Gosselin, and after Gosselin dumped her, Major started up with Michael Lohan. It’s not like Major and Lohan have some great love affair or anything – she’s called the cops on him, he’s called the cops on her, she’s given interviews about his physical abuse, and CB is sure that Kate has a drinking problem to boot. Michael has substance abuse problems as well, just FYI. The last time CB wrote about Major was January of this year, when Major was arrested in Florida (where else?) for beating the crap out of her neighbors and being a violent, racist, crazy bitch.

So you know where this is headed. This delicate flower and her immortal beloved have made a baby together.

There’s going to be a new addition to the Lohan litter — but fear not … it’s not Lindsay who’s preggers. TMZ has learned Lindsay’s gonna have another sibling, courtesy of Kate Major and Michael Lohan.

According to our sources, Kate is in her first trimester. But get this … the restraining order she had against MiLo was lifted lifted only a few weeks ago … so the act of conception was illegal.

Our sources say Michael has not told Lindsay or any of his other children the happy news yet. So Lindsay, we’re pleased to inform you you’re gonna have a brother or sister to whom you can teach the ropes.

A rep for the couple confirms the pregnancy, but wouldn’t comment further.

I’m not too familiar with reading police reports. The lengthy one on TMZ describing the drunken, abusive antics of Kate Major, a former Star Magazine reporter better known as both Michael Lohan and Jon Gosselin’s ex, makes me think that writing police reports must be a pain in the ass. Like how do cops remember and retall all the crazy things that whacked out perps do while on their watch? I would be inclined to write “bitch was crazy” when describing someone like Kate Major, who attacked two of her neighbors seemingly without provocation, resisted arrest while shouting obscenities, and continued her antics at the police station, where she was again belligerent and slapped a cop. Kate Major is a racist, boob-punching, foul-mouthed, cop-assaulting criminal … if you believe the police report filed after her arrest in Boca Raton this weekend.

It’s insane — according to the report, obtained by TMZ, cops were called to an apartment parking lot around 9:45 PM on Saturday night … after Michael Lohan’s ex-GF was observed beating the crap out of a man and his wife.

Cops say … when they arrived to the scene, Major was being restrained on the ground by several people who saw her attack Rosario Tapia and Juan Jimenez.

The officer who wrote the police report explained, ‘I attempted to speak with Major, who was screaming and yelling obscenities at Tapia, calling her a ‘fat f**k’ and a ‘b*tch’.”

Jimenez told police … he has NO IDEA why he and his wife were attacked … but explained he and Tapia pulled into the parking lot and noticed someone had parked in their assigned space. So they were waiting for another spot to open … when Major came bolting towards the car out of nowhere.

Jimenez claims Major opened the door and went crazy — calling him and his wife “several racial names” before Major attacked his wife in the hands, breast and face.

When cops tried to arrest Major, police say she resisted arrest and tried to kick the officers.

Major was eventually arrested for battery and transported to a nearby jail — where she was an EVEN BIGGER pain in the ass, according to the report.

Cops say she yelled at police — and tried to make a break for it. At one point, cops say, she slapped the arresting officer and called him a “fat f**k.”

She was later charged with resisting arrest with violence and battery on a police officer.

Major has since been released from custody … but it sounds like this situation is far from over.

This chick just got out of 30 days in rehab a little over a week ago. She appeared as a guest on “Celebrity Rehab,” where her dysfunctional relationship with Michael Lohan played out in front of the camera. I guess the season aired last fall, and I just saw an awful clip from it on the best clips of 2011 episode of “The Soup.” Kate was crying and asked Michael why he was still with her, and he yelled something about how she would take it in any hole. He phrased it ever so slightly less crass than that, but that’s exactly what he meant. That sounds like a risky prospect for both of them, and I’ll just leave it at that.

Oh and in the police report they state that Kate’s roommate was with her when she decided to confront the neighbors by pulling them out of their car and yelling racist remarks at them. Then the roommate claims she was somehow absent and left the scene when Kate started to get physical. There’s more to this story than we’re being told, but it boils down to this chick being a mean drunken mess.

Kate Major gives Michael Lohan’s other piece the side eye

Remember Kate Major? She’s the former Star Magazine reporter who hooked up with Jon Gosselin in 2009 and then cried in several interviews about how he promised her a job as his assistant, prompting her to quit her job gossiping. Jon of course ditched her after just two weeks for another woman. Then she started dating Michael Lohan and was involved in an abusive relationship with him for over a year. Major was on the Dr. Drew show yesterday detailing the physical and emotional abuse she suffered while dating Lohan. I saw a bunch of clips online from the show and it was hard to watch. She explained that Lohan, currently in jail, had threatened to kill her and then commit suicide, and that he regularly flew into rages and hurt her. She also said that Lohan was in possession of sex tapes of the two of them together that he made without her knowledge and that he was threatening to release them. Also, there was a very awkward scene were another one of Lohan’s ex lovers was on the couch with Kate and talked about how she had a relationship with Michael while he was supposedly dating Kate. Poor Kate was seething and holding back tears.

I came away from watching that feeling sorry for her and thinking that Kate had a drinking problem. I’ve seen her look drunk in interviews before and on Dr. Drew she looked bloated and hungover to me. Well my assumption probably wasn’t far off the mark. Kate was hauled off a Delta flight early Monday morning for being drunk and she was arrested for being abusive to the person escorting her off the plane. TMZ had the detail that she was even in first class. The Dr. Drew show must have been paying for it.

According to the LAX police department, Kate was denied boarding by Delta airline “due to being intoxicated” at 12:05 am Monday.

“Los Angeles Airport Police responded to Terminal #6 (in the gate area) for a report of an irate passenger refusing to de-board an aircraft as requested by the airline.

“As Major deplaned under escort by airline personnel, she committed battery on the subject conducting the escort,” according to the statement released.

Kate was placed under a citizen’s arrest and airport police took her into custody, processed her into the Airport Police station and she was released about 2 am. Lindsay was released from jail at 1:30 am.

Kate has a court date schedule for this arrest at a later date, but she has to be in court on Tuesday, November 8 for her temporary restraining order against Michael Lohan, who is in jail right now for violating the restraining order.

Michael has a November 9 court date.

I guess you’d have to have some major issues to date both Jon Gosselin and Michael Lohan. This woman is a wreck, and sadly now I’m starting to believe some of Michael Lohan’s claims that she was abusive to him, too. I’m sure she got the worst of it, but it sounds they had an incredibly toxic relationship. You just know that Lohan is going to get out of jail and go running back to her. We’re sure to hear about it, because it won’t end well.

The last we heard of Lindsay Lohan’s abusive father, Michael, he was being charged with domestic violence after visiting his on-again girlfriend in Tampa, FL earlier this week ahead of a hearing they were set to attend for an earlier instance of domestic violence between them. Lohan’s girlfriend, Kate Major, claims that during that visit they had sex, after which she got upset because he didn’t pull out as she requested. Lohan also went wild, Gibson-style, over not getting a beej. Major told police that Lohan grabbed and shoved her, causing bruising, and that he threatened to throw her off the balcony and slit her wrists. After that happened Lohan was presumably told to stay away from Major. So of course he called her a bunch of times and probably taped it all. Major then called the cops to complain. When police went to Lohan’s hotel to arrest him, he jumped off the third floor balcony, got hurt of course and then tried to hide in some trees. Later he claimed that it was all Major’s fault anyway. What a dumbass.

Michael Lohan was just arrested AGAIN in Florida after allegedly contacting his GF Kate Major — and law enforcement tells TMZ, he tried to escape by jumping off a 3rd-story balcony … and plummeting 34 feet to the ground.

According to law enforcement sources, Tampa police responded to a call early this morning from Kate, who claimed Michael had been trying to contact her by phone and wouldn’t leave her alone.

We’re told officers interviewed Kate at her apartment after she made the call — the same apartment where Michael allegedly bruised her up earlier this week — and while they were there, Michael allegedly called again.

According to law enforcement, officers believed Michael was a “threat” — so they rolled up to his hotel to arrest him.

But here’s the crazy part — law enforcement tells TMZ, Michael tried to escape by hopping his 3rd story balcony … but crashed to the ground … and then tried to hide in some trees.

After officers pulled him down, Michael was placed under arrest for violating a condition of his pretrial release (presumably for contacting Kate) … and resisting arrest without violence.

Michael is currently back in custody — at the same jail he was released from less than twelve hours ago.

5:30 AM — Michael is currently in the hospital getting a possible foot injury checked out.

Well at least he doesn’t have to claim he’s suffering from chest pains in order to go to the hospital instead of the jail this time! Major issued a statement to TMZ claiming that “I am sick of being lied about by Michael Lohan Sr.’s false allegations about his continual physical and mental abuse toward me.” Lohan spoke to paparazzo (video below and onRadar) stating that “Major ‘baited’ him into calling her by claiming she was about to be evicted from her apartment.” I believe Major, not that I care too much either way. How much do you want to bet that Lohan called the photographer himself and then sold the footage?

Michael Lohan has been arrested, yet again, for yet another domestic violence incident with a girlfriend. When it comes to Lindsay’s dad’s storied criminal history it’s hard to recount it all, but been accused on other occasions of abusing at least two different girlfriends, including the latest on-again one, Kate Major, who can’t seem to quit him. He also spent two years in prison on a four year sentence for several charges including assault and drunk driving. (Before he was even out of jail in ’07 he would regularly communicate with the press about Lindsay, of course.)

TMZ has the details from the police report and it’s disturbing. Apparently Lohan and Major fought when she wouldn’t give him a beej, and also after they had sex and he refused to pull out. It’s unclear if the two incidents are the same. Lohan squeezed Major’s arms, pushed her, and threatened to slit her wrists and throw her off the balcony. Lohan complained of chest pains, so instead of being taken to jail he was taken to the hospital. This is the exact same thing he did in March when he was arrested for three counts of felony domestic violence against Major. He complained of chest pains and got taken to the hospital back then too. Rinse and repeat.

Michael Lohan’s ex-girlfriend told police … he flipped out and threatened to kill her because “she wouldn’t give him a ‘bl*w job’” … this according to the police report obtained by TMZ.

According to the report, Lohan’s ex, Kate Major, told police Michael came over to her Tampa apartment last night, when he began to yell at her about an upcoming domestic violence court hearing. Major claims the argument got heated … and MiLo got violent.

Major claims Lohan pushed her multiple times and squeezed her arms. She claims Mike also told her he would “slit both his wrist and her wrist. He also threatened to throw her off the balcony (4th floor).”

Kate says Michael threw a TV remote control at her … but he missed, so he smashed her cell phone.

Major also told police Lohan came over to her apartment the night before … and they got into an argument that turned physical. Major says she threatened to call police, but Michael banged his head on a door, causing his forehead to bleed … and warned that if cops came over, he would blame her for the injury.

Major told cops she regretted not calling police at the time, but insists “she was scared.”

Lohan also spoke with police …insisting last night’s incident was triggered by a sexual encounter … described in graphic detail in the police report.

“[Kate Major] did not want Michael to ejaculate inside her. Michael Lohan stated he did ejaculate in her and his girlfriend got very angry.”

Michael told cops Kate told him she may have been pregnant from previous sexual encounters with him … which caused an argument … but Lohan insists he never laid a hand on Kate.

Michael also told cops the cut on his forehead was caused by Kate … who slammed her apartment door in his face on the previous night.

As we previously reported, Lohan complained of chest pains … so cops took him to a nearby Tampa hospital, where he was treated … and then arrested for domestic violence.

Lohan claimed in his statement to police that he and Kate were going to court today to drop a previous restraining order that was in place against him. We’re guessing those plans have changed.

This is the trashy, abusive manipulative creep that was Lindsay Lohan’s sometimes father figure. In no way does this excuse or justify her behavior, her addictions or her sense of clueless entitlement, it just kind of explains where it came from. Time and again we’ve seen how much of a bottom feeding scumbag Michael Lohan is. It’s just a matter of time before he’s in jail again. Like father like daughter.

In one of an ongoing series of incidents of domestic violence, Michael Lohan was arrested late Monday night after allegedly abusing his girlfriend, who is not named. (It may have been his ex fiance, Kate Major, but it could have been some new girlfriend. Update – it was Kate Major, see below.) I expect to see leaked nude photos of his target any day now.

According to the police report and as detailed on TMZ a phone call was made reporting domestic violence. Cops arrested Lohan and booked him at the station, at which point he asked to go to the hospital for chest pains. (TMZ reports it like he went to the hospital before he was booked, but the police report says he was booked first.) He was then transported to Cedars Sinai. According to People Magazine, he’s still at the hospital. Lohan’s victim had “minor injuries,” but refused treatment. Lohan’s bail has been set at $200,000.

This comes right after a story last week from Lohan’s ex fiance, Kate Major, that he went after her in an angry rage. Kate claims to be broken up with Michael, but to have agreed to go to couples’ therapy with him as part of his treatment for the VH1 reality show Celebrity Rehab. According to Kate, she decided not to participate in therapy when she learned that Lohan had been seeing other women. As reprisal, Michael Lohan chased after her and punched her friend in the face or something. Note that this is a completely different incident from the one Lohan was arrested for.

“I agreed privately to go to Celebrity Rehab over the weekend for couples therapy even though we’ve been broken up – I thought it would be therapeutic for both of us,” Kate told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

“However, I found out all the lies that have been going on with myself, with his friends and with his family in the past few months.

“I still agreed to go to therapy last night though and that’s when all hell broke loose. When I turned up at the center I found out Michael had lied to me about numerous things, including other women. I immediately called the counselors and said I would not be attending the therapy session and I left.

“Michael found out and fled the Pasadena Recovery Center on foot and found me and a friend that I was with. This is when I became very afraid of him and my life and other situations.

“One of the producers found out about Michael leaving rehab and chased after him in his car.

“In the meantime, Michael ripped a bracelet off my hand and then punched my girlfriend in the face –it was all caught on camera.

“I was very emotional, and I was very, very scared. The producer tried to get me into his car, along with Michael but I was very fearful, I would not be in the same car as him because of past physical abuse.”

Supposedly that incident with Kate Major’s friend getting punched was all caught on tape by the celebrity rehab people. This guy is an abusive ex con who spent about two years in jail on a four year sentence for multiple charges including DUI and assault. He was released in March, 2007. It’s a shame that he hasn’t violated his probation with this latest incident because he’ll probably get off with a slap on the wrist, just like his famous daughter. I look forward to seeing his mugshot at least.

Update: TMZ has “alleged” details from the night that Lohan was arrested and it involved Kate Major and includes him throwing her across the room and choking her with a towel.

Abusive ex con Michael Lohan has exacted revenge on two of his ex girlfriends by selling nude photos of them to websites. He’s similarly sold and released secretly recorded phone calls with those women, with his then-friend Jon Gosselin, and with his daughter Lindsay begging and crying for help. He’s done all that in addition to holding various press conferences about Lindsay. So it’s more than ripe that Lohan is calling out Demi Lovato’s dad for some very benign comments he made about how cute she was as a little girl and how he agrees that the pressure must have gotten to her. Lohan also threatened Demi’s dad with bodily harm if he talks about Lindsay at all. I have no idea why he’s doing that, and I’ve gone over Demi’s dad’s three interviews on Radar Online as well as some minor comments he made to Access Hollywood and not once does Lindsay’s name come up. What the hell?

Demi’s dad is battling cancer and just completed two months of treatment in the hospital, so it’s pretty despicable that Michael Lohan is threatening to send him there again when he never even mentioned Lindsay. Here’s more.

Despite receiving death threats, Demi Lovato’s estranged father Patrick Lovato refuses to back down from his controversial comments — blaming the temptations of Hollywood for his Disney star daughter’s stint in rehab.

“This is the United States of America, I can talk anytime I want to,” Patrick told RadarOnline when asked if Disney’s lawyers and Demi’s mother, Dianna, had demanded that he stop talking about his daughter’s problems.

Patrick’s relationship with Demi has been strained since he and Dianna divorced in 1994 and has only gotten worse. Now, Michael Lohan, who has a long track record of talking to the media about his own daughter, is offering advice from one dad to another.

“There are two reasons why I have no respect for people who talk or comment about others,” Michael tells me. “First, it’s because, in most cases, those individuals are looking from the outside in, and they are passing judgment or commenting on people they know nothing about. The second reason is because they are too cowardly to say it to the person themselves.”

And Mr. Lovato better think twice before comparing Demi and Lindsay, Lohan warns.

“I ask Demi Lavato’s [sic] father to refrain from making asinine statements about my daughter, or say it to my face himself,” Lohan says. “And if so, I will pay for the transportation and his hospital bills

If anyone can find any statement where Demi Lovato’s dad made any reference to Lindsay, please comment with a link. As it is, it just sounds like Michael Lohan is picking on another estranged dad of a famous troubled daughter who is trying to use his past relationship for some cash and press. It’s like Lohan think he’s cornered the market on that racket and is going to take down anyone who tries to step in. He even sold the photos and story of his “private” reunion with Lindsay to Radar Online – right after holding a press conference saying he wouldn’t reveal any more details to the press. Pathetic.

In the wake of Lindsay’s incarceration and pending court-ordered rehab, Michael Lohan has a real chance to redeem himself, a la K-Fed, and say “I told you so.” When compared to Lindsay’s enabling delusional hard-partying mom Dina, Michael could easily come off as the more responsible party who is looking out for his daughter’s interests. He’s managed to piss all that away with a mean temper that comes out in interviews as frustrated rants, and behind closed doors as violent abuse. Now that the news is out that Michael Lohan (“allegedly”) threw his girlfriend, former Star reporter Kate Major, over a chair and kicked her in the face, he’s decided that the best way to deal with the media fallout is to sell unflattering nude photos of her that were obviously taken without her knowledge while she was passed out in bed. If you didn’t think he could sink any lower than leaking tapes of his sobbing daughter begging for help, you were wrong. Michael sold the photos to the highest bidder, and justified his actions by claiming that he’s supported Major for the past few months. “She has no money, no job and she’s been living off of me for the last 8 months… and her dad just cut her off. If she doesn’t stop the nonsense, more and more will come out. I am tired of being used and people who need to make up stories to make money off others. I have more important issues to deal with than Kate Major.”

TMZ has a video of a paparazzo on the street asking Kate about the abuse and the nude photos. She calls them “disgusting” and says they were taken in April when she was asleep. As for whether she’s going to take legal action against Micahel for releasing them, she said that it’s up to her lawyers.

Michael Lohan turns in list of Lindsay’s doctors to Sheriff
Meanwhile Michael Lohan is still trying to play the savior dad to Lindsay in the media. He went to the LA county Sheriff’s Department yesterday to turn in “a list of doctors he claims ‘over-prescribed’ drugs“ to Lindsay. The doctor who gave her Dilaudid should definitely be investigated, I’ll give him that. You have to question this man’s motivations in light of all we know about him, however.

Michael asks Robert Downey Jr. and Mark Wahlberg to visit Lindsay in jail
Michael did a radio interview yesterday in which he claimed to have tried to contact both Robert Downey Jr. and Mark Wahlberg and asked them to visit Lindsay in jail. It’s ridiculous and overreaching, like everything else this family does. The Lohans have a little more time to find a celebrity willing to visit Lindsay in jail. The latest news has her staying in jail until at least Sunday – not even two weeks out of a 90 day sentence.

Shock of shocks, violent felon Michael Lohan might have bit and kicked his fiancée Kate Major (she was also a Star Mag writer and Lindsay‘s former assistant). Who could have predicted this turn of events? Oh, right. Everyone. Because Michael Lohan is a verbally and physically abusive prick. Seven months ago, it was a different girl – his then-girlfriend Erin Muller. I had to look it up to get the specifics, because all I really remembered was that Michael allegedly kicked Erin… on her vagina (Michael later denied it, but his denial sounded more like “She deserved it”). This time around, with Kate Major, Michael allegedly kicked Kate in the face. UGH, this f-cking pig.

Sources tell TMZ Michael Lohan’s fiancee filed a report with the Southampton Town Police claiming Michael physically attacked her during an argument.

We’re told Kate Major claims … on Monday at around 2 PM, just before Michael flew to L.A. for Lindsay Lohan’s hearing, they began arguing and Michael allegedly shoved her over a chair, injuring her shoulder.

Sources say Major claims while she was on the ground Michael kicked her in the face.

Major claims she went to the hospital and has pictures of her injuries.

We contacted Michael, who told TMZ he got in an argument with Kate on Monday over their upcoming TV show, but he didn’t touch her and she’s making it all up.

Send the motherf-cker back to jail. I’m too lazy to look it up, but I know Michael has been in and out of jail at least twice, and I know that he has a history of physically abusing his girlfriends, fiancées and wives. Of course his behavior (not to mention his f-cked up genes) had an effect on Lindsay’s crackhead drama. But more likely than not, what Lindsay really learned from Michael is that whenever she does something horrible, it’s best to just deny, lie and act like a martyr when someone calls you on your bullsh-t.
