Noah Cyrus, 10 years old, is our new Ali Lohan, right?

noah_cyrus_3_wenn3038069

Here are some new photos of Miley Cyrus’s mom Tish and Miley’s 10-year-old sister Noah out and about in Hollywood yesterday. Actually, WENN notes that Tish is bringing Noah to an audition for The Wizards of Waverly Place. Is this how children dress for auditions? Did Noah borrow her big sister’s biker boots and Tish arranged for Noah to wear a little mini-dress? Of course, this is WAY more covered up than Noah usually is. Remember her Halloween costume last year (she was some kind of dominatrix, I believe)? Of how about her little outfit she wore backstage at one of Miley’s shows, when Noah performed Akon’s “Smack That” to a crowd of adults? Yeah. The Cyrus family wouldn’t know “appropriate” if it beat them with a mullet. Also – this is kind of a random outing for a paparazzi to catch – is Tish calling the paps?

I consistently get the feeling that Noah is to the Cyrus family what Ali Lohan is to the Lohan family. Ali = Noah, right? They are younger sisters of successful older sisters, and both Ali and Noah seem to want to emulate their big sisters’ fame, but not necessarily their career success. Maybe I’m not giving Noah a chance though – she could be as much of a workhorse as Miley – Miley has spent her teenage years working her ass off and supporting her family, and maybe that’s what Noah wants too. But I still think that Tish and The Mullet need their heads examined – any comparison between the Cyruses and the Lohans should be cause for extreme alarm, and Tish and Billy Ray just sit back and do nothing. Nothing but allow their 10-year-old daughter to promote her own lingerie line, that is.

One more thing – Noah is still on Twitter. Last year, CB called out Tish and Billy Ray for allowing Noah so much free access to Twitter, and for letting her post all of those odd Twit-pics that must be Exhibit A-Z in some pedobear’s trial. Anyway, apparently Noah was tweeting away her heartbreak when she learned that Justin Bieber had a girlfriend. She tweeted: “u dont know who u r but u also dont know u broke my heart and millions of others.” Ugh.

She certainly knows where the camera is at all times, doesn’t she? She’s very aware of it. Just wait.

I’m sorry…but the first word that comes to mind with those pictures is inbred.

I know she’s just a kid…but seriously….like something straight out of the hills have eyes.

  2. kim says:

She’s ten. Maybe we should give her an opportunity to grow up a little and prover herself, before we make and firm judgments.

  3. smith says:

Pancake – skillet – moon face child.

Kaiser you showed amazing restraint (not feeling well?) when comparing Noah to Ali by not mentioning the (unfortunate) unattractive facial similarities. Both big sisters aren’t great beauties but man it get’s worse going down the line.

Or maybe it’s just the Cyrus’ – the rest of the Lohan clan isn’t bad-looking. All of Miley’s siblings got the worst of both parents.

Wow, I’ve never been so mean b4 my coffee. Peace out.

  4. texasmom says:

Wow, this little girl is the same age as my daughter. So I’m not going to say anything mean, except about her parents: JERKS!!!!!

  5. Victoria says:

Tish gets a big kick out of wearing the same clothes (look at the boots) as her children.

  6. Samigirl says:

Let’s give her a chance to grow into her looks. I wasn’t the prettiest thing at 10…or 15…but I’ve grown into my looks just fine 🙂

  7. saintdevil says:

C’mon guys, since she is 10 years old and probably uses the internet, or her classmates do, why not cut her some slack?

  8. devilgirl says:

LOL@Stef!. The Hills Have Eyes comment had me rolling!

  9. Victoria says:

The Cyrus family wouldn’t know “appropriate” if it beat them with a mullet.

wha ha ha ha ha ha!!!! Ill be looking for these two to win parents of the year esp since Dina Lohan won it!

  10. DD says:

I think she’s cute, she looks like a real kid and not Hollywood’s idea of a kid. Also, I think those look like jumper/shorts to me.

  11. mln says:

@saintdevil & kim if she was just a kid and not a “working actress” about to take over the world like her older sister you might have a point. But she more than likely is following in Miley’s path, don’t you find it disturbing that a 10 year-old is posing for paps while her mom stands there clueless???

  12. Celebitchy says:

Please let’s not comment on this little girls’ looks. What Kaiser is saying here is that Noah’s parents need to set limits with her, but it looks like they’re encouraging her to dress this way and court the press. It’s on her parents, not her.

  13. e-non says:

how about directing the commentary at the parents’ exploitation of another child; instead of beating up on a friggin 10yo.

  14. l says:

why is her hair dyed so young?

  15. trollydolly says:

It’s a bit cruel to snark on a 10 year old looks – even if this is a gossip website! I can’t believe the inappropriate clothing though.

  16. Kaiser says:

Yes, I very consciously didn’t talk about Noah’s looks because I don’t think it’s appropriate, nor fair. I do tend to focus on what can be controlled – what she wears, how she acts around photographers and any camera, really. And Tish and The Mullet are ridiculous.

  17. Victoria says:

    Is Noah’s skirt/dress too short?

  18. texasmom says:

Really guys, 10-year-olds don’t have great judgment about where they belong or what they should wear. I know this from having one in my house — she has a very vague and unrealistic ideas of what the world is like. In these pictures I see Noah looking at the cameras with exactly the same excited interest that my kid would have in the same situation.

Kids like Ali and Noah have no chance. They have siblings that have some talent or appeal, setting unrealistic expectations about what life is all about, and parents who are not protectors but exploiters.

  19. Ursaline says:

Ok, am I the only one who sees an inconsistency with Mama Cyrus wearing a hat and coat while her little chick is in a summer minidress and a little cardigan? TELL THE CHILD NO.

  20. NayNay says:

She is only 10, so hopefully, she will grow into her looks. As it is, it seems she already has picked up on her sister’s inappropriate clothing. I would not allow my 10 year old to wear such a short dress at her age. Maybe I’m old fashion, but that is not appropriate for her to be wearing. Oh great, another daughter for Billy Ray to pimp/sponge off of.

  21. spinner says:

The parents are trotting that child out for public consumption therefore, making her fair game. It really does take extreme restraint not to comment on her unfortunate looks.

  22. Jo 'Mama' Besser says:

I’m not sure what the hair dye is supposed to achieve. It’s weird how it’s de rigeur for all of this little children have colourists on speed dial. Why? Crazies forcing babies into crap, huh?

  23. PrimeO says:

    @12
“It’s on her parents, not her.”

So then why is the title of this post all about the child?

    She’s 10.

I think the title and the way this post has been set up is inappropriate.

  24. LolaBella says:

    I like Tish’s boots.

  25. Feebee says:

OMG she’s 10! Can we lay off her for a few more years? Her parents are setting her up, for what I’m not exactly sure but it won’t be good for her.

Leave alone until she’s at least 13 because in Hollywood years she’ll know what she’s doing.

  26. kelbear says:

I know it’s not right to talk about a child’s looks but I was seriously lmao at what stef(#1) said!!!!

And since when do 10 yr olds dye their hair/.

  27. Kitten says:

I think she’s really cute. The dress is a little short but otherwise, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the rest of her outfit. Then again, I don’t have kids 🙂

  28. Cleo says:

I always thought that Miley Cyrus looks like a Half Chinese actress/jeweler in Hong Kong named Gwennie but her little sister looks even more Asian. WHERE did that come from? Are they descended from Russian Jews victimized by the Mongols?

  29. Tia C says:

@ Stef: LOL! My first thoughts were similar. It’s enough to make you wonder if Tish and Billy Ray might be related…

    *cue the banjo music*

  30. a says:

she looks like a normal kid being dressed by a not so healthy mom.

  31. Persistent Cat says:

Boots like that just aren’t appropriate on a little girl. Especially with knee-high socks and a short dress. I would look like a hooker if I wore that combination.

I agree with a post above, those kids don’t look like their parents.

  32. Me says:

Their son Trace is even scarier.

I think they do look like their parents, Tish is a bit odd looking and it apparently worked out ok for her.

  33. Wif says:

She looks like a normal kid to me. But I’m worried that in 5 years time they’ll have her into the plastic surgeon’s office for veneers and lip plumpers and augmentations and what not. I hope they don’t, but they seem fame obsessed, and normal looking girls don’t get famous.

  34. jan says:

    So, so sad.

Notice the butterfly symbol on mom’s wrist. That’s a mind control symbol. There’s a name for that particular one that uses the butterfly but can’t think of it this minute. I always thought so actually.

You can look up many “instant success” young stars’ names along with the word mind control and see what comes up, i.e. Britney Spears, especially.

  35. Katie says:

Wow, she’s even less attractive than Miley.

  36. Blondie says:

I just want to say that as a normal looking child who will most likely be a normal looking teenager – should she really be pushed into acting / singing?

Unless she is really hollywood standard beautiful she will get so much slack over her image and will likely end up depressed, on drugs or an alcoholic.
Also she has Miley’s success to live up to – I think she should stay far away from celeb land and her parents should not be encouraging her this way – she’s far too young

  37. Crash2GO2 says:

I think she is cute without all the awful makeup I’ve seen her wear. And I think that is a little jumper outfit she is wearing, not a dress or skirt. Love her sweater and boots.

  38. M says:

    Poor thing….
I’ll smash all the mirrors in my house if I’m her.

  39. BReed says:

While I love reading Celebitchy, I find some of the comments about Noah to be bullying and very mean. I would bet some of you would be the first to speak up against bullying & the heartache it causes. This disturbs me. This is the problem with the internet, malicious, bullying comments can be made while we hide behind our computers. This is dangerous. Isn’t this what happened to the Rutgers student a few days ago?? Think about it.

  40. Eileen says:

I totally agree with saving the negativity for the parents-why can’t we do this with ALL the kids we put on here? There were some seriously mean things said about Willow Smith the other day. Not supporting the parents choices or her “career” but adults cutting the kids down is just wrong IMO.

  41. Westcoaster says:

Considering all the negative things that is said about their older siblings, it is a wonder why children like Noah or Ali want to get into the business

  42. Ms_Fu says:

Interesting point, Jan (about the butterfly). Do you think Miley is part of Project Monarch?

  43. Riley says:

This little dude’s boots are awesome! I know what I am asking Santa for this Christmas.

  44. Scarlet Vixen says:

I think the boots MIGHT be okay if she paired them with jeans or leggings. But with a mini-dress?? This little girl–ad yes, 10 is still ‘little’–dresses like a hoochie too much. I know it might be a pain in the butt, but tell your kids NO once in awhile! Be a parent! If your kid wants to wear something inappropriate (too much skin, not seasonally appropriate, etc), then make them wear something else. It’s called parenting, and it won’t kill them-I promise. She might tell you you’re ruining her life, but she’ll get over it. And maybe even appreciate it later on.

  45. serena says:

What the hell with that mini dress?
    And..are her hair bleached?

  46. Lisa S. says:

Wow some of you people who comment on here are mean. I wasn’t even going to read this post, but I was eating lunch , bored and curiosity got the best of me.

#1. Are you fk’n kidding me with insulting this childs looks? I bet you all look like models ya?

#2. Why compare one person to another?

    Ridiculous.

  47. kelbear says:

I think her “dress” is actually a jumper. You can kind of tell it could be shorts and not a mini dress as everyone thinks it is.

  48. melina says:

I know many of you are going to say: “Why do you come here? The site is called celeBITCHY for a reason.” but seriously you guys unless you’re around the kids age, pick on someone your own size! It’s never okay or funny to talk like that about a kid, famous or not.
And Kaiser, I think by equating Noah with Ali, you’re just asking for such comments.

  49. Eileen says:

AND I will gladly tell any of you mothers out there who are judging any child celebrity or of a celebrity on here and you drive your kids around to those crazy-ass pageants where you tan your child, put false teeth, nails and hair, makeup on a 5yr old and have them parade around in a swimsuit for pervy judges to get a cheap ridiculous trophy to STFU and seek help. You can run and tell THAT! Homegirl.
    Ok-I’m done….calming down. lol

  50. KJ says:

@Breed – no, this isn’t at ALL what happened to that kid at Rutgers, and to compare this to that, I think, is an insult to the memory of that college student who took his life because his roommate essentially forced him out of the closet and humiliated him in front of a ton of people. Please don’t compare people calling an ugly kid ugly on a website she’ll never read to a young man taking his own life after probably years of shame about his sexuality only to have his roommate mock him publicly just to be “funny.”

  51. Ferguson. says:

    Yes, I also think it’s a jumper, not a mini-dress.

Leave the little kid alone, I guess we will find out with time if she’s the next Ali Lohan or not. Anyway, her Halloween costume last year was INDEED very inappropriate, I blame the parents.

  52. BReed says:

Dear #50: I understand what you are saying and did not mean to be insulting to the young man at Rutgers. I just have to ask the community who gathers here one question: why be mean to those who are young and don’t have the skills to defend themselves after being insulted or shamed in a public way? It really does bother me. We should all re-examine what we say and who we say it about. Thank you for your comment and I hope this makes my position clearer.

  53. 4Real says:

I don’t like to talk smack about kids. I like her little outfit but seriously what an unfortunate looking child. Maybe she’ll grow into a beautiful swan someday??? Okay I got nothin….

  54. eja102 says:

I see my comment is gone.
Sorry, Kaiser. Perhaps I should have just stuck with “I’d smash all mirrors in the house” rather than provide a well reasoned argument.

  55. wunderkindt says:

However the child is dressed, it is not her fault-it is the parents who are responsible!

She is only 10 right now and will grow into her look.

    Have to say it:

    @ Celebitchy

You should not complain about any of the posts because the commentors are not the ones who put this story online!

Of course you will get comments if you put ANYTHING up, so if you want to shield 10 yr olds from comments, my advice is not to put a story/pics like this online-gossip site or not!

  56. Wiley says:

She looks like Miley and the looks didn’t slow Miley down. Ugly people are “in” now. Oh, wait, I mean “interesting looking” people. What kind of drugs is the mother using?

  57. Johnthing says:

As long as she continues to put herself out there for public consumption, she will have to learn to roll with the insults. She’s not at all attractive and her mother should not indulge her “show business” lifestyle. People like Cyrus and Lohan want the attention but balk at negative remarks. If they can’t take ALL the attention, then stay out of the public eye. All siblings are not created equal and I’m sick of wannabes.

  58. luna says:

Though I do think negatively commenting on a ten year old’s looks is pretty mean (thinking them to yourself is one thing, but publicly making fun of it is another), I do agree with above posts that

    1. The comparison to Ali Lohan is just asking for such comments.

    2. If children are to be protected from adult snarking, then posts that include children should be about their stupid pimp parents.

Also, it’s sad but if she is seeking out a life in the spotlight like her sister (even if it is her parents that are influencing the idea), then she’s probably going to have to get used to the comments on her looks sooner or later anyway.

  59. Belle Epoch says:

Could someone please explain the references to butterflies and Project Monarch? What is this?

  60. Madison says:

Why oh why do they all want to be famous actors/singers, yeah I blame the parents too.

  61. Kitten says:

I’m not even talking about whether this child should be shielded from the public eye or not or whether her parents are bringing her into the lion’s den (which is a valid point btw). I just wonder why people feel the need to trash others (much less a 10-year-old), period. There’s criticism of someone’s style of dress and then there’s flat-out calling someone ugly. It’s just harsh to me but I guess if it makes you feel better? If this girl is on Twitter what’s to say she’s not on this site reading the comments? Young women have it bad enough these days with all the pressure on them, being bombarded with images of perfect women. I just wouldn’t want to feel like I had any part in wrecking a young girl’s self esteem. Not trying to sound preachy, just saying.. *shrug*

  62. Dannnii says:

This conversation and whole post is inappropriate. Picking on children now??

  63. Katija says:

Oh my God, ENOUGH with the Project Monarch. No, George Bush didn’t have hot and heavy sex slave sex with Britney Spears because he’s just that evil. Nor is Obama sticking it to Miley.

    @Belle

Project Monarch loonies are an offshoot of the “America took down the World Trade Center” crowd. They believe that teen stars are brainwashed and controlled to the government – and, beyond that, they believe that they are forced to be politicans’ and CEO’s sex slaves. It’s some dude’s nasty sex fantasy spun way out of control.

  64. Rio says:

I feel awful for saying it, but- that 10 year old has legs to DIE for. She’s gonna be a knockout when she’s older. I don’t understand all the cruel comments about her and Rumer Willis, but whenever we see someone who HAS niped and tucked and shaved things down, we tear them apart as conforming to ‘Hollywood beauty’ standards.
Can we be at least CONSISTENT with our venom?!?

  65. lucy2 says:

I feel sorry for this kid, she probably doesn’t have a chance. She has her sister as (lousy) role model, and her parents clearly don’t care what she does or wears, and just want more fame and money. They truly have no idea what is appropriate or best for kids.
I wouldn’t let a 10 year old on twitter, or any social networking site, but especially not if the family is famous and the child is a semi-public figure. I just feel like it’s asking for trouble.

  66. PsychicEyes says:

She’s cute and normal looking — really people stop hating on this child. Lay the blame where it belongs which are her parents. It seems they have no qualms in selling this little one for more $$$$.

  67. bubbles says:

oh pleeze, Kaiser! any stagemom who pushes her kid out there makes the kid fair game. and unfortunately it is fact that this kid could never get an audition let alone an agent if it wasn’t for her connections. unless it was for ChuNky Cheese. I pulled my gorgeous 9 year old out of modeling and acting because I don’t want her to have to deal with that. especially at that age.

  68. LindaR says:

Ok, ok, I’m someone who will always say lay off the kids. You can check my previous posts re Suri Cruise, Shiloh etc. but the first thing that came to mind when I saw Noah’s face was that she looks like Stewie from Family Guy. Just sayin’. Not a criticism.

  69. BrandyMc says:

She looks like a young shannen doherty( spelling?)

  70. sickofit says:

mom is a famewhore here for sure

  71. Stef says:

Here’s the thing – love this blog, but seriously, I think we all agree she’s not an attractive child. Now, I was a hideous child. But, a.) I wasn’t famous and b.) my parents didn’t trot me out for photo ops/allow me to have a Twitter account (I wasn’t allowed to sign into AOL Kids Only by myself) c.) wear dominatrix outfits for halloween 4.) dance provocatively. My picture also wasn’t on gossip websites. If anyone who posts blogs like this look at this child and think “nope, no one will think this is an ugly child” they are LYING. So in short, clearly the owner of the blog is putting the child up for the scrutiny. It’s okay to say Suri Cruise is a beautiful child (sorry, my own opinion, I think she’s adorable I hope I have 4 that look just like here lol), but we can’t say this 10 year old isn’t? Nope. Sorry. She’s not an attractive child in the least bit. She might grow into her looks, but right now, good god, I’m serious, ever see that episode of the X files where there are those mutant inbred people that bang in the car and they have their mother sister wife lady thing with no arms under the bed on one of those roller boards you use for car engine work? Yeah. Sorry. She screams inbred to me.

And honestly, if she reads this site, her parents are idiots. You can’t allow your child to be exposed at 10 years old like this and still expect the entire world to shield her.

Hills Have Eyes. Here, we can even give her a nice role from the hills have eyes – the little girl with the little red riding hood cape who saves the family. THE END!

  72. Kate says:

You can take the family out of the trailer park, but….

  73. bubbles says:

    hahahahah. yeah! Stewie!

  74. CB Rawks says:

    Poor kid. Very plain.

  75. truthzbetta says:

Scary. What mom in the world would make or let their kid be pedo-bait outside LA? The outfit ain’t right.

I cannot imagine selling my kid to paps and putting her in those outfits.

Momagers and Dadagers are wild. Who else makes their kids work in a profession so many hours a day and pimps them out like this outside Hollywood?

It’s unnatural to not protect your kid let alone use them in hopes of buying your fifth mansion.

  76. jan says:

#63 you are uneducated, are without knowledge on this subject. Don’t be so quick to dismiss this topic. It’s all true and very real and documented. Wake up!

  77. CB Rawks says:

    Yikes.

  78. Dani says:

In that first pic, the look on her face is precious and also telling. She looks like she wants to be doing this and is excited. As adults we all know the garbage that comes w/the business. I don’t want that little girl to be crushed by disappointment if things don’t work out for her. To me there is nothing sadder in life then when a child loses their child like innocence. It comes soon enough in this world. In Hollywood, I would imagine it comes much sooner.

  79. Katija says:

    @Jan

Actually, I’m currently writing my graduate thesis on occult propaganda and conspiracy theories. But then again, you’ve read stuff on THE INTERNET, so surely you’re more well-informed than silly old me.

Honey, I have READ your texts. I’ve read your Cathy O’Brien and your Project MKULTRA as part of my graduate research. If you realized the historical origins of what you have been lead to believe, if you understood that you are yet another peon in a long line of poor peasants who have clung to these conspiracy beliefs as a means to feel as if they are in control, you would be EMBARRASSED. A basic variation on this “New World Order” fear has roots that go back to the middle ages. Please take my class in four-five years. 🙂

  80. Rio says:

    @Katija
    THANK YOU.

    @Jan
Here’s the problem with the Monarch Control bit…now, I enjoy a good conspiracy. I work with former and not-so-former Mafia members for Cripes sake. Here’s the thing- don’t be so quick to dismiss people who DON’T believe in conspiracies.
Like I said, I enjoy a good conspiracy theory. God knows the guys I work with regal me with them daily. I just can’t get behind them. Why? Because it is human nature to BLAB. Look how many people have commented on a story about a NON-CELEBRITY. They guys I work with cannot keep their mouths shut about ANYTHING. Hell, the whole nature of gossip is, well, spilling the beans.
I just cannot get behind the idea of vast conspiracies– especially ones involving people as utterly inconsequential as Disney pop-tarts. I mean, what’s the *point* of brainwashing Mouseketeers? To control the children? I’m a few years younger than Britney Spears (aka, her demographic 10 years ago) so I grew up during the “Disney Renaissance” (“The Little Mermaid”, “Beauty and the Beast”, etc). At the time I didn’t even realize the Mouseketeers still *existed*.

Here’s the truth of why these Disney kids get so screwed up– they’re pushed into the spotlight as KIDS and have to go through puberty (the most awkward time ever) in the public eye. That’s it. Their self-esteem has always been sh*t and they just lose it. I’m a Hollywood kid myself. A lot of my friends are in the same place Britney and Lindsay are right now. I had awesome parents who didn’t shove me into the spotlight and thus, I am normal. Why do some of them have butterfly tattoos? Because those are the top 5 most popular tattoos in the entire country. I know, just by memory, 9 people with butterfly tattoos. They aren’t part of some huge conspiracy. They were just 18 and…uh, kinda tacky.
(Meanwhile *I* at 18 got a BAT, aka the Gothy butterfly. 18 year olds should not be able to get tats…)

That’s enough blathering on my part. Gotta answer “Jimmy the Throat”‘s latest idea on the Kennedy assassination.

    (…okay, so I ended up MOSTLY normal…)

  81. Rio says:

    One last thing…
Y’know who is the best damn Disney kid EVER? The one, given the time period, would be most susceptible to weird brain manipulations?
Forget Justin. Forget Britney. Forget Lindsay. Forget Miley. The absolute BEST Disney kid, the one who will be remembered long beyond any of the previously mentioneds last DVDs have turned to dust?

    KURT F’KING RUSSELL.

That’s right. If Disney can crank out more Snake Plisskens and Jack Burtons, I will throw my entire weight behind their mindzonkin’ experiments.

  82. Mary Jane says:

I LOVE the boots — both pairs!

  83. saintdevil says:

The article is about Noah being pimped and exploited by her horrible parents just like Ali. Not about Noah’s looks or her choices in life – what chance did she have so far?

Celebitchy isn’t forcing or even encouraging you to be so mean to a child of 10 years!

Lindsay is fair game, she’s had time to get a grip and grow up but refuses to do so.
Then again, anyone growing up with the Lohans or Cyruses as parents is bound to be badly warped until at least the middle 20s, IMHO.
