Oh Brendan, where art thou? I’d have to say that when I think “inconsistent careers” he is one of the actors I think of. But he’s had his moments: “Gods and Monsters”, “The Quiet American”. “The Mummy” series was successful, but acting?-meh.
He can’t be a bald action hero like Bruce Willis, but he could go quirky like John Malkovich (who has had his sexy moments-“Dangerous Liaisons?).
I have to admit, I don’t think it looks bad but I don’t like the hair dye color.

Looks like hair transplants if anything, NOT plugs…they don’t do plugs anymore.
As far as Fraser shaving his head…first off, I personally don’t think bald men are very attractive (and I am bald myself) and second, if he did have hair transplants, he probably has a noticeable donor scar in the back of his head.
