Poor Chris Brown. His neighbors are trying to bully him into not playing loud music, not racing his dogs in the hallways of his condo building, and not parking his luxury cars in the disabled parking spots. He’s Chris Brown, don’t they know that he should be able to park wherever and do whatever he wants? TMZ has photos of Chris’ various offending cars taking up handicapped parking spots along with some more details from his disgruntled neighbors.
Chris Brown is at war with his fellow West Hollywood condo owners, who claim the rapper is the neighbor from hell, parking in handicapped spaces, blasting music, and racing dogs in hallways.
TMZ has obtained several pics of Brown’s super-expensive rides … clearly parked in spaces reserved for disabled drivers. We’re told Chris has been ticketed numerous times by the city.
The building manager tells us everyone is fed up and they’re now planning on towing Chris’ cars if he dares park there again.
Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos, tells TMZ, Chris is the one who’s getting screwed. Geragos says, the deed clearly shows the two spaces belong to Chris, but the developer never disclosed the spots were reserved for the handicapped. Geragos says Chris is in litigation with the building over the spaces and plans to fight the tickets as well. But the building manager says Chris is parking in other handicapped spots as well.
But the gripes go beyond parking spaces. Chris’ fellow condo-owners tell TMZ … the dude is utterly disrespectful, blasting loud music and partying day and night … even racing dogs down the hallways at all hours.
And that’s not all. We’re told police showed up this week, after someone vandalized the elevator by carving “C.B.” on the elevator door.

In case you were hoping Chris Brown might stay confined to the world of music making, you’re SOL. He just got a part in an upcoming movie based on serial cheater Steve Harvey’s relationship advice book, Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man. There’s no word on what role Chris will play, but in Chris’ world “thinking like a man” means resolving conflicts by choking, biting, smashing, name-calling and then playing the victim afterwards. It will be hard to buy him as any kind of love interest.

It pisses me off – I have a friend who is disabled (talks with a board and pointer, uses a walker) and he is a class act compared to CB. He could teach CB what it really means to be a man who is fulled with courage and love no matter what.

I’m 26 and physically disabled. I hate Chris Brown even more for that shit. I want him to get the clap or something.
But can we please tone down the handicapped jokes? It’s really not cool. I hate to be a bitch about this, because I love this site and its comment section (seriously ladies, you make me laugh so hard, it’s awesome!); but the handicapped jokes are pretty hurtful. I don’t want to the be the PC-police…just think about it, yeah?
I think it would be awesome for disabled folks who need those spaces to take baseball bats (or canes even, I’d love to whack him in the shins with mine) those fancy cars parked in the spots that people like me need. I wonder if he’d get the picture.

Seriously – a lawyer who gets paid as much as Mark Geragos is dealing with PARKING TICKETS and handicapped spots? This is beyond immature and stupid. I agree with other posts, you can park where you want if you have a driveway. Where does one get such an immense sense of entitlement? I don’t care about his talent, once he showed his true colors, I lost any interest. Mr. Brown needs to grow up.

i have a friend who is 30, and a quadrapalegic due to a stray bullet (he was standing in the wrong place at the wrong time). his girlfriend told me that occasionally in movie theaters people don’t want to move so she can sit next to his wheelchair.

I can’t stand this arrogant bastard, & have refused to support his career in any way, by buying or owning any of his music/products. That will, of course, apply to any movies foolish enough to include him.
I’ll admit that this has sucked a few times, given that I’ll admit the douche is talented. Surprisingly, I like the song with Justin Beiber, but refuse to download it. (But given how much Beiber is supposed to like Rihanna, I don’t understand how he justified working with the idiot. They on the same record label or something?)
