Back in September, during New York Fashion Week, Ali Lohan stepped outside and got pap’d. The paparazzi photos caused a massive stir – Ali looked drastically different. Go here to see those photos. Many of us thought that Ali had gotten some major face work done – a nose job (which she had done months ago), lip injections, and something done to her cheeks. Plus, she had lost a drastic amount of weight. After the photos caused a Crackie Code Red, Linnocent ran to various media outlets to deny that Ali had been worked on, and Ali’s new modeling agency (because she’s a working model now, except that she hasn’t booked any jobs to my knowledge) also issued a denial about Ali’s plastic surgery.
After that, it’s like Ali went into hiding for more than a month. But now that Linnocent needs to look good for the court (I guess?), so LL has been trotting out her little sister for some pap sessions. Ali was spotted in LA over the weekend, shopping with her sister, and then yesterday, Ali was seen entering Linnocent’s Venice Beach condo.
So what changes has Ali gone through lately? Her face is looking much better, I think. Whatever they were injecting into her cheeks has either settled or worked its way out. Her lips don’t look as jacked anymore. And she’s put on a little bit of weight since early September – she still looks very thin, but not as scary-skinny as before. Hopefully, Lindsay and Dina realized that whatever they had encouraged Ali to do was a bad call, and they’ve pulled back. Of course, I am talking about the Lohan family, so this is all probably just a precursor to something even worse.
I’m expecting Ali today, at Linnocent’s court appearance. I mean, it’s not like Ali has school or work or anything. Sigh… poor Ali.

she’s no victim, never got a nose job, weight loss is due to modeling and has nothing to do with Dina or Lindsay, she’s homeschooled. she’s completely normal, believe it or not.

She looks better than she did a while back, but still very unnaturally thin. I feel very badly for her, she’s really grown up in a horrible three ring circus. I hope someday she gets out on her own and is OK.

I think she is very very skinny. Look at her belt and her thighs. I understand that some people are naturally thin (luckies), but this is not natural.

I don’t think Ali got a nose job. If you look at the pic when she’s climbing out of the car you’ll see that’s the nose she’s always had.

She’s just not a model but i feel sorry for her with the family she has so maybe she’ll make enough to save up for college and distance herself from them.

She is a pretty young lady but way too thin. But in the modeling world I guess you can never be too thin. She looks to have lost at least 20 or so pounds. Dina Lohan is a disgrace. She had two beautiful, healthy looking daughters, and now one is a drugged out mess who’s ruined her face and career and the other looks anorexic.

I think she’s had a nose job. Her nose was more hooked or prominent before. And the cheek fillers have settled. Lips look normal. Terribly underweight. He eyes look sunken and her skin is sallow.

I may have problems with weight, but I would never ever want to look that skinny for the sake of modeling. Notice how she’s covering her body with that jacket? She must know she has a problem. I hope she gets help.
