Sonni Pacheco claims Jeremy Renner talked about having her killed

Princess Charlotte is spotted on her first day of School in London!

Over the years, we’ve had tons of stories about Jeremy Renner and Sonni Pacheco, his now ex-wife. Sonni gave birth to their daughter in 2013, and in 2014, Renner confirmed that they had gotten married. Ten months into their marriage, Sonni filed for divorce and she and Renner spent the next three years fighting in court about the terms of their divorce, from alimony to child support to visitation and everything else. It was a pretty ugly fight and for about a year, it seemed like everything had calmed down – they split custody and Ava seems to be adored by both her parents. Then in September, Sonni suddenly filed for full custody of Ava. It felt like something had *just* happened. And now we’re getting a better idea as to what that something was. From TMZ:

Jeremy Renner was coked up and drunk when he began rhapsodizing about killing his ex-wife Sonni, and the night ended with the actor shoving a gun in his mouth and threatening to kill himself … so claims Sonni in new legal docs. Jeremy and Sonni are in a battle royale for custody of their 6-year-old daughter, Ava. She’s asking the judge to change the order from joint custody to sole custody on her part with monitored visitation on Jeremy’s.

Sonni claims last November Jeremy was at a club, high on coke and booze, when he began talking about killing Sonni, telling someone he “could not deal with her anymore, and he just wanted her gone.” According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jeremy put a gun in his mouth, threatened to kill himself, and fired the gun into the ceiling while Ava was asleep in her bedroom.

Sonni claims Jeremy has a history of substance abuse, verbal and emotional abuse. The docs claim Jeremy repeatedly has been under the influence when he had physical custody of Ava. According to the docs, Jeremy once left coke on a bathroom counter which was reachable by Ava. Sonni alleges in one instance, the nanny overheard Jeremy say he was going to Sonni’s house to kill her and then kill himself, because “it was better that Ava had no parents than to have [Sonni] as a mother.”

The docs claim Ava told Sonni various women would come and go from Jeremy’s house, including “Tayler, Kelley, Natalie, Summer, Faith, Christina, Naz and Jessica.”

[From TMZ]

Shortly after TMZ published that story, they added an update from Team Renner where they continue to say that Sonni is a liar and a fantasist and she just wants his money. He also says that he’s not a cokehead or an alcoholic and he even submits to drug testing every three months (which sounds court ordered, frankly?). Renner also says that Sonni tends to bring up abuse claims or legal issues when he has a film to promote. Basically, he continues to argue that Sonni is the crazy one and he wants Sonni’s time with Ava limited until Sonni can work out her “psychological problems.”

I think what’s been clear this whole time is that they never belonged together in the first place, but whatever, it’s too late now and there’s an innocent child in the middle of all this drama. I actually buy that Jeremy Renner is a big partier and a womanizer too. I also remember hearing all of that stuff about how he owns handguns (Sonni has brought that up in court filings). I want to avoid both-sides-ing this because I tend to think we should just believe Sonni for the time being and try to figure it out. I don’t know. Surely there’s a reason why she suddenly wants custody relitigated right now? It feels like something happened and that something might have been Jeremy telling people that Sonni should die.

    I believe her.

    • Aims says:

      Me too.

    • Millennial says:

I do too. She has texts proving he was holding her passport hostage. And the pointing a gun in his mouth/shooting the ceiling things are too specific to be made up IMO.

It all make sense together. I’m not saying she’s perfect, no one is, but I don’t think she’s lying.

    • minx says:

      Same.

      • Kittycat says:

        I believe her.

      • Jax says:

The thing is the way this is reported it sounds like she is alleging he fired a gun into a ceiling at a club while his daughter was home in bed, instead of safe with the mom. That’s the detail where this alleged incident completely falls apart for me in this day and age. No one is covering for him on that. Unless its just bad writing and it was at home. But again I’m not buying it.

Also who cares if women are coming in and out of the house? If it’s not in their custody agreement, she’s doing what men have done to women for years. Painting him as promiscuous to try and sway the court.

I’m definitely interested in seeing how this plays out. He can very well be a jackass but I’m not sure I’m completely buying what she is selling at the moment based on how this was written.

To be fair, I’m dealing with someone in my personal life at the moment who doesn’t have a stable relationship with reality so that is impacting how I’m seeing this. It’s exhausting dealing with them, which if he is doing the things like random drug tests and having someone monitor his time with his daughter, it sounds like he knows he’s always going to be questioned about his relationship with her and he is trying to protect her because of it. I could be wrong but I’m not jumping on the pro Sonni train yet.

      • Mignionette says:

The gun allegation is very easily provable by checking said ceiling.

Also regardless of whether that was the daughters bedroom. It was irresponsible. That kid could have been running around anywhere at any point as kids often do, especially if they are trying to earwig into mummy and daddy arguing again.

Really irresponsible. He sounds like he needs help.

    • Lizzie says:

same. she has no reason to lie. there is probably plenty that has happened that is not documented in the filing that they can’t include b/c she doesn’t have concrete evidence. it doesn’t matter when incidents happen and when you file. maybe her lawyers had a reason not to file before. maybe he was threatening her then and something broke loose and she decided to go back to court. it is just so unfair b/c his money and influence are helping him in court….as evidenced by his super lax BS 3 month drug testing. i hope she gets a restraining order so his guns have to be removed.

      • Arizona says:

I think he’s super weird, but of course she has a reason to lie. she wants full custody of her daughter.

I guess my question is whether he’s always been into coke and drinking, in which case why did they have joint custody for years? and this incident happened almost a year ago but she’s just filing now? I dunno. their entire relationship seems really weird.

      • Jellybean says:

She gets several hundred thousand a year from him so she will not be struggling to pay the bills. Plus, like she did for the divorce, she can hire a top lawyer and he has to pay for it.

    • NotSoSocialButterfly says:

      I do, too, and YIKES.

    • My3cents says:

      I believe her.

  2. JanetFerber says:

He has always given me really bad vibes. Not for one minute do I believe he is a womanizer and I think he had a child as a matter of public convenience for his image. In fact, he’s made stray misogynistic remarks. I can believe that he’d be contemptuous of her (as a “nobody”) and a real pig in a fight.

  3. Arizona says:

I’m a little confused. it sounds like him talking about killing her while he was coked up and putting the gun in his mouth half and at the same time, but he was at the club and also shooting the ceiling in his home where his daughter was sleeping? they must be two separate instances right?

also, if he’s submitting to drug test every 3 months it would be pretty easy to not have Coke show up, considering it doesn’t stay in your system for very long from what I understand. they should be doing weekly unscheduled drug test if they actually want to get a result.

The comment about tons of women is interesting since the prevailing gossip theory was that she was a beard. anyway, he’s always struck me has extremely strange and like something is off. so I tend to believe her. She doesn’t sound super great herself, but it’s unfortunate that there’s a little girl caught up in the middle.

    • DaisySharp says:

But why is the prevailing theory that he is gay? I feel like there are certain comment sections (not here) , that are frequented by the same cast of wanna be characters, always puttin on airs that they know so and so is gay and they are so edgy. Oh give me a break. I don’t think he’s gay. Maybe he’s bi, but I don’t think so. He definitely sleeps with women, either way.

      • Arizona says:

It’s just the only gossip that I’ve heard about him for years and years. and that’s been on sites, not comment sections. I don’t know exactly why. he doesn’t really give me any vibes one way or the other, it’s hard to picture him with women or men haha.

      • DaisySharp says:

@ Arizona LOL. I get that!

      • Joanna says:

I think people think he’s gay because of his longtime friendship w a guy. I’ve read they live together and have a business together. But that doesn’t mean he’s gay….

      • Monicack says:

What is a gay vibe? Enough with this garbage. It’s harmful.

      • Keeks says:

@ Monicack. Being gay is not harmful, neither is a vibe of being gay or a hunch. calm it down over there in trump county

      • Bella Bella says:

I think people think he is gay because he lives with his hairdresser and has for years. Other gossip sites have said the man has pleaded with Jeremy to just be out, but Renner is too scared it will affect his acting career.

    • Jellybean says:

No, he said that since her accusations (3 months?) he has been having random drug tests and has paid for a mental health specialist to supervise their time together. I think it is more a case that he knew what was coming and wanted to have evidence to back him up.

      • Arizona says:

oh. the site says “He also says that he’s not a cokehead or an alcoholic and he even submits to drug testing every three months” so I was going by that.

      • Jellybean says:

TMZ is the original sources “Renner insists he does not abuse drugs or alcohol and even states he submitted to random drug testing for 3 months to defeat Sonni’s claims. According to Renner, those tests all came back negative ……
Jeremy states he even hired a mental health specialist to monitor his visits with Ava to prove he was both sober and a capable parent.”

      • Algernon says:

I assumed he was being tested for Marvel. All those big franchise deals come with strict health and fitness clauses, and drug testing is not uncommon. But doing it on his own to have something to go into court with makes sense, too.

  4. DaisySharp says:

I am so glad this is here, I need to ask something. I know there are a lot of Marvel fans here. Did anyone notice that Renner looked wasted out of his gourd on the Endgame publicity tour? I remember specifically where they were all there, and Feige too, and I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. He was obviously soooo out of it and wasted, and I didn’t understand how they let him on stage, and also, why was no one online talking about this? That I saw anyway.

I mean, I believe my own eyes and I don’t need the validation, but I really can’t believe I’m the only one who saw this?

    And yeah, I believe her.

    • Erinn says:

I didn’t really watch any of the promo tour stuff.

But following all of the app stuff, and the ‘music’ career he’s desperately pushing, I have a VERY VERY VERY hard time believing he isn’t on SOMETHING. I mean, he might simply be an absolute ego maniac. But I think there’s something more to it.

      I don’t doubt Sonni’s story AT ALL.

    • Algernon says:

I didn’t think he seemed any weirder than normal? He’s always so awkward during those things. Also, Chris Evans has showed up drunk to events plenty of times and everyone thinks it’s cute.

      • DaisySharp says:

I don’t know if he was weirder than usual, I didn’t watch many past events. He was wasted, and not on alcohol, during this one. That’s a big deal. Let me know when a woman accuses Evans of threatening to kill her.

  5. Mia4s says:

So something didn’t just happen, it happened last November and she’s filing this now? It’s all beyond concerning. Poor kid, sounds like a mess across the board.

    • Sophia’s Sideye says:

Maybe they’ve been trying to mediate this privately since then? Maybe that’s why JR was doing drug testing and hired a psychologist to evaluate his visitation and then something else happened that made them finally file an official action? JR strikes me as a private person, like any famous person, who’d try to mediate any issues before going to court. Idk, just guessing.

  6. Originaltessa says:

Sonni was likely one of those women. She got pregnant, and now is inextricably linked to a psychotic jackass. I feel bad for Ava. She’s innocent in all of this and her parents need to do better. Yowza.

    • SM says:

This is my hunch as well. She was just one of many and a result of his partying. I hope for a child’s sake, that the mother is indeed a carrying mother, because the dad looks like a mess and overall always gave me creepy vibes.

  7. TheOriginalMia says:

Nah, I still don’t believe her. If this happened in November, why wait until now if her kid was in danger? Why not petition the court the day the Nanny told her all this stuff? Why not after Ava almost got the coke? If she had proof, take it to the court. She waited months and her kid was supposedly in danger of being shot in her bed. I don’t believe it. I do believe Renner heard she was making these allegations and started taking the tests. And there’s no way he would be able to hide coke use, since his hair follicles would tell the tale.

    • Jennifer says:

Did the nanny tell her right when it happened, or did she only recently find out? And do we know he was submitting to hair follicle tests, and not urine or oral swabs? My ex liked to shout from the rooftops he was “clean” when he could pass an oral swab or an extremely diluted urine sample, but when I threatened a hair follicle test I heard crickets from him. I think if he was passing hair follicle tests, his team would specify that.

      • TheOriginalMia says:

My point is she could go to the court and ask them to have him submit to court ordered drug tests. They would do the follicle testing. Then it wouldn’t be him submitting anything. She hasn’t and here we are almost a year later and she’s bringing this stuff up. No, I don’t believe her.

      • Jellybean says:

But why would the nanny wait if she really thought Sonni or the child were in danger?

      • Erinn says:

“But why would the nanny wait if she really thought Sonni or the child were in danger?”

I mean, fear is a pretty strong motivator. If she was genuinely afraid, but needed a steady job, I could see her possibly holding onto that information. It’s not a great plan, but we don’t know what the nanny has seen / heard. It’s certainly not beyond the realm of possibility.

    • DaisySharp says:

I will never understand women doing the labor of defending men, when everything we have seen over the past…well, forever, tells us that is a mistake.

      • otaku fairy.... says:

        👏👏👏.

      • thea says:

        this. thank you!

      • Courtney says:

        Thank you!!

      • TheOriginalMia says:

You can hop off your high horse any time, Daisy. This isn’t about him, as it is about her actions. My child is in a situation involving drugs, alcohol and guns, with a caregiver confirming the details, and I do nothing until months later…yeah, I’m not going to be believed. There is going to be a healthy dose of skepticism about my actions. Because my kid should be first in my mind, regardless of the threats. Sonni doesn’t call the police. She doesn’t notify the court. And to those who think a mother won’t go scorched earth in a custody battle, you’re being naive. Sonni won’t lose custody if her allegations are proven false or baseless. She’ll get admonished and still retain her custody.

      • Christina says:

Easier said than done. If your own rent and food for your kids is in jeopardy if you go to the police, and the child seems safe, you might not report your boss. Maybe she went to Sonni after the gun incident. We just don’t know.

As for why Sonni may not have filed right away, court is about what you can prove. YOU may think you have evidence that puts your kid in danger, but your attorney may be telling you that hearsay is inadmissible and your filing will just anger the judge. It’s why so many women and kids end up dead. Our system of laws is written to protect men: it wasn’t formed to deal with domestic abuse. It’s about what you can prove. And abuse, which is what Renner is described as doing and saying he wanted to do, isn’t something that police protect people from unless a lot of litigation has occurred. If he didn’t shoot anyone but he is thinking about it, they will be in court for years, but she will eventually be able to prove he’s the problem and not her. If she is he problem, it will come out.

      • Kebbie says:

Word, Daisy. We still haven’t learned our lesson, apparently.

It seems to me like Sonni was getting all of her ducks in a row to make sure she had copious amounts of evidence to ensure he be limited to supervised visitation. You don’t go to battle with one witness, you go in with several. Everybody disbelieves women but there is strength in numbers. She obviously knew that.

She’s now got SEVERAL witnesses who saw him blackout drunk, using drugs, and throwing parties while his daughter was in the house. How can anyone believe Sonni is lying at this point?

  8. Jennifer says:

I do not believe that Sonni is lying. I do not believe she would file court documents detailing this incident if she just made this up to ruin his life. She could just leak bad stories to the press. She is risking losing custody herself if his lawyers get their way.

I believe her and I hope that poor child is kept safe.

    • Jellybean says:

She has done a lot of this already and nothing she says seems to stick. Having said that, I do believe the bit about him telling his friends he wished her dead at times and contemplating suicide if he thought he was going to lose his daughter. It is all the other stuff that is likely to be padding, it is her M.O., but I am sure the judge can figure it all out one way of the other. Oh and shooting a hole in the roof is just too wild to be made up, I just doubt that Ava was anywhere around at the time.

      • Jennifer says:

Nothing she says seems to stick, perhaps due to Renner’s legal team and family court’s tendency to revere parent’s rights more than children’s rights. As long as the child isn’t physically abused (with lots of evidence because a child’s own testimony isn’t enough usually), it’s hard to get anything done in family court. Imagine if all the accusations are 100% true, she must be at her wit’s end trying to keep the child safe and nobody is listening and worse, calling her a liar and golddigger. Were any of her previous accusations PROVEN false? Besides his “3 months of drug testing” which is so laughable really at how vague that is and easily manipulated the results can be (it could have been oral swabs for all we know). She must know that his lawyers would counter file for sole custody and she is risking that (and her child support that Renner would like you to think this is all about) to fight this in court. His arguments, and those of a lot of the comments, are that she wants to ruin his image out of spite and is trying to get more money. She could smear him in the press without risking losing custody. She could lose child support if he’s awarded more custody because of this. She has a lot to lose by lying. And until I read about proof that she’s this crazy liar that has such little disregard for her own flesh and blood that she’d file legal motions filled with lies, I will believe her. Full stop.

      • DaisySharp says:

I would love to give a standing ovation to your post Jennifer.

      • Algernon says:

        @ Jennifer

Smearing him in the press probably would cost her, though. He could go to a judge and claim she was prejudicing their child against him. iirc, they were formally warned once to keep it civil for Ava’s sake, so they would both have to be careful about stuff like that getting back to the judge. They’re both drama llamas and this situation has been effed since day one.

      • Christina says:

@Algernon, I was also represented by my ex as the drama llama. It took years to get my kid safe, but all of the lies eventually came out. I was terrified of her being alone with him. No one believed he was dangerous except the psychologists, but they don’t count until the reports are paid for and the work is done. Even then, his parental rights were protected until he attempted to kill her. That’s when I got her back.

My kid is in college now. The ex is in jail for wire fraud in the entertainment business. He STILL isn’t in prison for trying to kill our kid because the DA didn’t have enough evidence to convict, but the medical reports and psychological reports proved she was abused, and she now lives with a brain injury.

I believe Sonni. I get that she was one of his party girls who ended up pregnant, and maybe she is dramatic, but why can’t a woman be a dramatic party girl if she chooses? That doesn’t mean that she is abusive or a gold digger. They were married. They didn’t have to marry, but they did.

  9. Fluffy Donuts says:

I think he’s sleazy af and she’s a gold digger. I feel bad for the kid.

  10. smcollins says:

Messy messy messy. I’m not really a “team” person, but in this case I’m willing to make an exception. Team Ava, all the way.

  11. TheHeat says:

    Team Ava!
I think that both JR & SP are equally toxic, manipulative, and destructive.

  12. Starkiller says:

They both seem like terrible people to me. He was a fool to get involved with this woman and she was a fool to have his child. Absolutely terrible that there’s a child involved in this mess.

  13. Mary says:

I don’t simply just believe her, and she has lots of reasons to attempt do this – including the fact more time sharing equals more money.

Her claim merits investigation. Period. The rest is just projecting without facts.

The court process exists for a reason. And news flash – people lie in family court all the time. I know. I work there.

    • Lila says:

      👍🏼 Completely reasonable response.

    • Sophia’s Sideye says:

How is this projecting? These are papers filed with the the courts and they’re being reported on by TMZ. In fact it’s team Renner they spoke to. I agree her claim merits investigation, that’s why they’re going to court…

  14. Lizzie says:

You dummies are going to feel stupid when this girl is found dead

    • DaisySharp says:

Wow this is an awful thing to say. Which girl, the daughter or Sonni?

      • Lizzie says:

is it? you want to see awful – read some of the comments talking about how sonni is a liar out for money. her ex is making credible threats against her life. plenty of women that other women think are liars and gold diggers and bad mothers end up dead after years of threats just like the ones she is getting from him. his being famous doesn’t mean it can’t end tragically or that she is making it up. i think the way people are talking about this women is sickening.

      • DaisySharp says:

I agree with you about that Lizzie. I apologize.

      • otaku fairy.... says:

That’s an important point, Lizzie. It’s scary.

    • Christina says:

AMEN, Lizzie! Someone who gets it!

The campaigns that men go through to discredit women use us against each other. Everybody wants to say it’s both of them. He’s the one with the powerful machine behind him. No one believed me until my kid was attacked. She could have died. She was knocked out. Hell my kid told me that he’d strike pillows when he spoke of me while she was with him. She said that the only time she couldn’t talk him down was when then discussed me: she was 11-12 years old when that happened. I still wait for him to come kill us. That’s what the psychologists told me. I have an 80-year DVRO.

People who haven’t seen this before don’t understand. And, yes, people lie in court all the time, but the people who don’t are eventually able to prove. I hope it won’t be too late for Ava and Sonni.

  15. RoyalBlue says:

Poor Ava. I absolutely believe Sonni.

  16. Veronica S. says:

I mean, people do ugly things for money all the time, but to be entirely blunt, holding somebody’s passport and papers to block them from leaving the country, to the point where they have to file a court order to get them back, is pretty abusive. There’s not a whole lot of ways to talk around that behavior on his part. Regardless of anything else that winds up shaking up, we shouldn’t make the mistake of assuming he doesn’t hold the majority of the power here given his wealth, position in Hollywood, and connections.

    • Ali says:

This. He’s demonstrated abusive behavior in the past and death threats/murder-suicide is sadly all too common in situations where an abuser is losing control.

    • Jellybean says:

OK I just saw the story in the Mail and I am done.

      • Lady D says:

What does the story say, please? I’m not clcking on the DM.

      • Sam H x says:

Two ex-girlfriends and the nanny have submitted affidavits and messages about Jeremy’s drug taking/partying whilst Ava was about, left drugs within Ava’s reach and disrupted Ava’s sleep with his partying and got drunk every night etc.

When he said he wanted to get rid of Sonni it was witnessed by the two ex-girlfriends. It was the nanny who witnessed the incident where he claimed to be suicidal, put a gun in his mouth and fired it into the ceiling when she left the room.

Between this and the messages between the two – this doesn’t look good for him at all. He sounds like a really awful, disturbing and skeezy mofo. Poor Ava. I believe Sonni too.

  17. Chimney says:

I believe her based on the text exchange alone. He seems like a tiny man who wanted to have control over someone.

  18. HelloSunshine says:

I’m on the fence about this because both of them seem like huge messes but I did want to throw out another theory on the drug testing. He and his lawyer may have offered to do it when they were ironing out custody because they figured it would be something she’d throw out anyway to have him get less time with Ava.

Totally wouldn’t be surprised if he was a raging coke head but drug accusations seem like something that get thrown out in heated custody battles pretty frequently

  19. sassbr says:

Aside from the fact that I just plain believe her, she’s not after his money-if she was, she would have stuck around way longer. But she could not stick it out even a year with that guy and she has been fighting him for custody the whole time. It may have calmed down for a year but a year is a snap of the fingers when you have to deal with these things. A majority of their divorce and custody battle has been highly contentious.

    • Originaltessa says:

Also, ruining his career and reputation isn’t in the best interest of any longterm money prospects for her or for Ava.

  20. A says:

Renner seems like gutter trash so there might be some truth in Soni’s allegations. But she ain’t a saint either IMO she decided to have his kid only because of his bank account and ended up with this toxic mess. Has anyone noticed how Renner likes to make posts hyping up his friendship with his female co-star from time to time? That feels forced to me like he’s trying hard to convince everyone that he’s a not a misgyonistic pig. I feel horrible for little Ava, she deserves better environment.

    • otaku fairy.... says:

Even if the relationship was purely gold-digging, that’s not on the same level as any of this mess.

      • Veronica S says:

And we can stop pretending men don’t have their own agenda marrying these young, economy disadvantaged women. You really think a man marries a model beautiful woman twenty years his junior because he thinks she’s in love with his personality? Get out of here.

      • A says:

@Otauku Fairy & Cindy Um I’m not saying her golddigging was on same level as the mess they created. All I’m saying is that she was in it purely for money and now she’s in middle of this sh-t show. Both of them are trash but still its tough luck for her.

@Veronica S LOL sis if you think Sonni is model good looking then you need to get out more. This is a vile misgynostic man/goldigger situation gone wrong. I never said anything about Jeremy’s agenda behind marrying Sonni. Stop putting words in my mouth and chill out. Go drink some water.

      • Cindy says:

Yeah I don’t think there’s anything noble or respectable about gold digging, but death threats and the abuse Renner is being accused of are DEFINITELY on another league.

This whole thing was a mess from day one. Everything she is saying rings true to me. That guy seems like a sh-tshow. I really wish they didn’t have a kid together.

  22. Cindy says:

If she really were lying, Renner’s team wouldn’t be saying she’s a liar and a fanatist, they’d let the weight of their proof say that for them. The fact they are straight jumping to discredit her character tells me they don’t have any proof that she’s lying. And the fact they don’t have proof she’s lying about something like THAT tells me she’s most likely saying the truth.

  23. DS9 says:

I’ve said previously that I’ve thought they were both messy, that he was controlling, that she blows up things to get some control back in litigation. And I said that because her claims before seemed vague and aimed at certain results.

But all this is very detailed. I believe her and I believe he wants her gone so he can live however he wants with no responsibility. And I believe his behavior and attempts to control her have gotten worse now that it’s clear his career is limited to Marvel’s plans for him.

Reading all this reminds me if Charlie Sheen v. Denise Richardson.

    • Sophia’s Sideye says:

I believe her too. This also reminds me a bit of the Robert Blake situation, which was horrible, and he pretty much got away with it.

  24. Mabs A'Mabbin says:

I have no idea who’s lying, exaggerating or weaving storylines for personal gain. There’s two things, however, I know are factual. Their daughter is innocent, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere that cocaine use and guns lived together.

  25. Liz version 700 says:

I believe her, but even if the truth of this is “somewhere in the middle” the middle is disturbing and awful. I am praying for that child

  26. Melbelle says:

WAITING FOR SCARJO TO COME TO HIS DEFENSE IN 3… 2…

  27. ChicagoAudrey says:

He’s a closeted abusive man and she was his beard/baby mama. It IS messy and hope the kid is ok.

  28. The Recluse says:

    What.a.mess!!!!
    That poor child.
I don’t feel as though I can invest belief in either parent. Perhaps Ava should stay with a safe third party?

  29. JM says:

I almost always believe the woman. But I do not believe this woman.

    • CairinaCat says:

What about the other three women who have signed court documents saying they witnessed it all?
How many women do you need to come forward before you believe what she said?

  30. jenner says:

He gives me Tom Cruise vibes…that crazy intensity, aggressive and entitled.

  31. teehee says:

Absolutely everything aside, can we just stop with the old and tired “just wants money and is lying”- like, at least come up with some new defense.
This makes it obvious how little effort men have to put up to even save their nasty faces. “oh shes just crazy amiright” like, dude nobody respects the patriarchy enough anymore to buy into that.

    • Molly says:

Because there are plenty of women who do lie and are mentally unstable. Sorry but I have dealt with plenty of those in courts, so I can’t pretend women are always pure and can’t do anything wrong ever.
This particular situation is now up for investigation. When we’ll see. But for now these are just accusations.
