MediaTakeOut, not the most reliable source, is reporting that Beyonce and Jay-Z are separating after nearly two years of marriage. Beyonce went stag to the Grammy Awards and was seated next to her very dear sycophantic friend Gwyneth Paltrow. She was just seen on Saturday at an event with Jay-Z, though. According to MediaTakeOut, they’re arguing over whether to have kids and have decided to live on separate coasts for a while. If this is true, that won’t help.

MediaTakeOut.com just received some BLOCKBUSTER news . . . from a person close to Jay Z. Jay Z and Beyonce are taking what our snitch calls a “trial separation.”

According to our snitch the couple has been at odds for the last year. The insider explains,”The biggest thing [they argue about] is about kids, [Jay Z] wants them and Beyonce doesn’t. It’s all about her career, and she doesn’t want to slow down.”

Jigga is so animate about having kids, that MediaTakeOut.com learned he just ENTERED A LEASE to a Los Angeles mansion – without his wife!!! The insider claims, “For now [Jay Z's] going to be staying in LA. Beyonce will be in NY. . . The hope is that with the time apart, the couple will decide to either have kids, or go their separate ways.”

WOW. And we have SECONDARY confirmation of what our insider is claiming. According to multiple [CELEBRITY] guests on Saturday’s RocNation lunch, there was “definitely something wrong” between Jay Z and Beyonce. As one celeb puts it, “They didn’t even look each other in the eye.”

CB and I were divided about whether anyone would be interested in all of the Chelsea Clinton gossip that’s been happening over the past few weeks. Last week (or the week before, whatever), the Enquirer seemed to start things off when they claimed that just a few months in, Chelsea’s marriage was in tatters:

Now Chelsea, 30, is begging her parents – ex-president Bill and Secretary of State Hillary – to straighten out her marital mess, sources say.

Of course there was a denial – straight to People Magazine. A family friend of told People, “The happy couple are happy. Any report suggesting there is trouble in the marriage is absolutely false.” BUT – People ended up confirming certain points of the Enquirer’s reporting – Marc quit his job and he’s now spending his “free time” skiing in Wyoming while Chelsea pursues her PhD at New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service. People notes that Chelsea “is visiting him there when she can” and “A rep for Chelsea declined to comment.” Interesting…

And now Star Magazine has put the drama on their cover this week! According to Jezebel’s tabloid-round-up, an insider tells Star: “Marc made a mistake getting married because he simply wasn’t ready… He pretty much told her he does not see kids in his future.” And Chelsea is “dying to be a mom.” Chelsea and Marc have known each other for decades, and whoops, Marc is already back in New York with Chelsea because they were together at the AmFar event last night. Marc looks sheepish. Like Bubba threatened him with a bat. So… a big to do over nothing?

Well, this should come as an absolute shock! It seems that three months into their marriage, Katy Perry and Russell Brand are already struggling. Who would have thunk it? Oh, right. Everyone. According to Life & Style, Katy is already asking around for the name of a good marriage counselor. Could this report be total crap? Sure. But it feels right, doesn’t it?

Three months into their marriage, Katy Perry and Russell Brand may already be hitting a bump. In January, just weeks before launching her worldwide tour, Katy “started asking friends to recommend a marriage counselor,” an insider tells Life & Style.

The two married in October after just fourth months of dating and a whirlwind 10-month engagement. But since saying their ‘I do’s’, the couple have been pulled in opposite directions by their careers. Russell has been based in LA and NYC, where he’s shooting the movie Arthur, while Katy’s been performing all over the world. And on Feb. 20, she’ll kick off her 95-date, 10 month international California Dreams tour.

When Russell filmed Arthur over the summer, “Katy was around all the time,” a set insider tells Life & Style. For the film’s recent reshoots, however, “She hasn’t been by,” the insider confirms.

While they’re living separate lives already, seeking couples therapy shows Katy and Russell aren’t giving up. The Teenage Dream singer recently told Elle Magazine on her marriage, “I think you can have it all. You just have to work really hard, because great things don’t come easily. Everyone’s been told that marriage is hard work, and it is: You have to make time for the things you love.”

I think it’s more of the two careers on the up-swing more than anything else. While it wouldn’t shock me if Russell was screwing around (with Dame Helen Mirren), I think he might be keeping it in his pants for now. Katy’s about to go on tour, right? And Russell probably has a bunch of projects lined up – which means that they got married when they had a free moment, and now they’re just going off in different directions. They don’t need a marriage counselor – they need to just take some time to be a couple.

I had absolutely no idea that Tim McGraw had a drinking problem several years ago. Did you know that? Apparently, Tim has been very candid about it in interviews over the years, and up until about three years ago, he was pretty much an unapologetic lush who preferred to spend time at bars rather than with his wife and daughters. This is the crux of In Touch Weekly’s “Separate Lives” story on Tim McGraw and Faith Hill – ITW claims that Tim’s alcoholism (if we’re calling it that) has had repercussions in his marriage even now that he’s sober. Tim never went to AA or got with any program. He just decided to stop drinking, and managed to do it (“The George W. Bush Method”). Anyway, ITW basically says that even though Tim is sober now, his marriage to Faith is still kind of crappy, but that no one is talking about divorce… yet:

From a distance, their 14-year-marriage seems like a fairy tale. In fact, Tim McGraw recently boasted about wife Faith Hill, “We’ll be together forever.”

But sources close to the country stars tell In Touch that cracks have long been visible in the façade. “There were times when the fighting would get intense,” one insider says. “It would get out of control.”

Things were so bad, a source claims that Faith and their three daughters stayed in their Belle Meade mansion while Tim started sleeping alone at their farm near Leipers Fork.

“It got too heavy,” adds the insider. According to the same insider, much of the trouble seems to have stemmed from Tim’s admitted drinking problem.

“Tim used to be off his rocker… he was a fun and crazy guy, and he and Faith would argue because she didn’t want him partying.” Even Tim has admitted as much, saying” I only learned hot to text because I would get in trouble when I would call my wife and she would find out I was drinking…Then I started slurring my texts.”

Tim finally decided to get sober three years ago, at his wife’s insistence. But Tim gave up alcohol without the help of a formal 12-step program, a move many experts urge against.

But, despite their troubles, it’s unlikely Tim and Faith will ever split: “Faith has too much pride to let anyone think they don’t have a picture-perfect life.”

To emphasize the “Separate Lives” part of the story, In Touch also includes a photo of their second estate, the farm house that was once owned by Hank Williams. Apparently, Faith hates the house because she find it creepy, and she thinks it’s haunted. It looks nice, though. Nothing that some paint and an exorcism couldn’t cure.

Here’s a question – if Gwyneth needed “help” with playing an addict in Country Strong, why didn’t she just ask her costar Tim McGraw? Why did she have to go to Robert Downey Jr.? Is she an snobby elitist even when it comes to addicts? Also: If you told me that Gwyneth Paltorw was the Typhoid Mary of marriage troubles, I would believe you.

Remember way back when Jennifer Lopez was the biggest star in the world? She was as big as Beyonce is now, except with Ben Affleck instead of Jay-Z. Now, J. Lo can’t buy a hit. Her latest endeavor, American Idol, debuted to lower ratings than hoped (although the show was still #1 that night), and her new single “On the Floor” is getting poor reviews. What’s more is that money problems are causing her and her husband, Marc Anthony, to drift apart, according to In Touch Weekly.

This was supposed to be one of the happiest times of Jennifer Lopez’s life. After suffering several career setbacks in recent years, she’s poised for a massive comeback as a new judge on American Idol. But as her good fortune increases at work, trouble is brewing at home.

Tension has been building between Jennifer and her husband, Marc Anthony, for a while. “They kept it bottled up while she was trying for the job on Idol, but now it’s all coming out,” an insider close to the pair tells In Touch. “Marc, especially, is cracking.”

At war over everything from money problems to Marc’s inability to stay in one place, the insider fears the once-close couple may be at the end of their rope. As In Touch has reported, Marc made the move to LA — a city he dislikes — to support his wife, but a friend admits he gets restless quickly. Now spending less time with their twins, Max and Emme, 2, Marc is so “money hungry,” the insider says, that he is heading on tour in February, just as Idol begins. And in their case, absence doesn’t make the heart grow fonder. Marc, 42, doesn’t communicate well with Jennifer, 41, on the phone, the insider shares: “He either yells at her or doesn’t take her calls. From what I can see, they just aren’t getting along.”

Marc’s recent troubles with the IRS have deepened the rift. Reports surfaced in December that he owed millions in unpaid taxes. Although a rep says he quickly came to an agreement with the IRS, the debacle surprised and angered Jennifer.

Marc’s response? He added more tour dates to his schedule, says the insider, essentially pushing his wife even further away. And the prolonged distance could be a recipe for disaster. “On tour, he’s always drinking and flirting with lots of women,” adds the insider — a situation that a strong, independent woman like J. Lo certainly wouldn’t tolerate for long.

Jennifer and Marc are trying to put on a strong front, like at the Golden Globe awards, but a witness told In Touch that the two barely spoke at the Globe after-parties.

It’s interesting that Jennifer and Marc are fighting over money, despite rolling in dough. I guess money problems are a universal issue in all relationships, whether you make minimum wage or millions.

I think the bad karma of Jennifer’s diva antics when she was on top are coming back to haunt her on her way down. But for the sake of MY karma, I hope she and Marc are able to work things out for their children. Namaste.

What in the world is going on with Eva Longoria? Goodness. First it was TMZ and E! News, then it was People Magazine, and now her marriage/divorce drama has taken the cover of Us Weekly. Us Weekly’s sources tell them that Eva and Tony’s marriage is in serious trouble after she caught him exchanging “personal texts” with a “mutual female friend” for nearly a year. They also claim that Eva is “heartbroken” and that she wants to end the marriage and Tony is the one who wants to stick it out. This goes against TMZ’s story that Tony was the one to file for divorce in Texas. I’d also like to note something peculiar – Eva’s rep went around to every major media outlet yesterday and made them print retractions and denials about an impending divorce, and if the divorce is happening, Eva just lost a lot of media support for pulling what little rank she had over a series of lies.

Eva Longoria Parker and Tony Parker have split after three years of marriage, Us Weekly reveals in its newest issue, on stands Wednesday. Multiple sources tell Us Weekly that Longoria Parker, 35, recently discovered that her husband, 28, has been exchanging personal texts with a mutual female friend for nearly a year — hundreds in just one month.

She plans to file for divorce soon, sources tell Us.

“Eva is heartbroken by the betrayal,” says one insider, adding that her husband confessed to the inappropriateness – which took place for nearly a year – after she confronted him.
Adds another friend, “Once the trust was lost, the marriage was over.”

Nonetheless, the decision to end one of Hollywood’s most affectionate and glamorous romances wasn’t easy.

“Eva truly thought she was going to grow old with Tony and have children with him,” adds the pal. “She’s inconsolable.”

Surprisingly, this Us Weekly story sounds like the one sanctified by Eva’s people, and maybe all of the other stuff was Tony not following her script, as Lainey theorized yesterday. I don’t want to punch Eva when she’s down, so I’m not even going to ask what you think the chances are of Eva and Tony pulling through. But I will say this – at the very least, Eva is getting headlines, right? That must make her happy.

Late Tuesday, some sketchiness started happening. E! News and TMZ both began climbing up Eva Longoria and Tony Parker’s asses. E! News’s Marc Malkin claimed that Eva had withdrawn from one of her completely boring and incessant photo-ops, this time at a CNN event, and Malkin laid on the insinuation about Eva and Tony’s relationship troubled. Then TMZ ran a story about Tony filing for divorce – in Texas. Their sources were two clerks at the Bexar County Courthouse, who claimed that the divorce petition was filed and sealed by a judge. However – TMZ then retracted their story, and E! News ran an update – apparently, NOTHING is happening between Eva and Tony, divorce-wise. However, the whole thing does feel rather sketchy, doesn’t it? LaineyGossip thinks so:

TMZ broke the story earlier today that Tony Parker filed for divorce from Eva Longoria. But her publicist is telling CNN and etalk that this is false. Then I went to refresh TMZ’s page and it was replaced by this article. They say they were originally told by two clerks at a courthouse in Texas that Tony filed and that the documents were sealed by a judge. But now another clerk has come forward to shoot down the two original ones, insisting that no papers were processed, that Tony Parker did not initiative divorce proceedings. In combination with Eva’s rep’s insistence that nothing happened, TMZ has no choice but to retract the story.

So…is this simply a case of a bad source? Or is something else afoot?

TMZ rarely messes up this spectacularly. I mean, sure, everyone gets a sh-tty tip now and again but…

Two hours before TMZ’s original story broke, E! reported that there was some smutty tingling going on in the marriage. Eva was apparently about to pull out of an event. Her people weren’t talking. Some people were whispering. Her team was being particularly cagey. This was followed by the divorce alarm and quick cancellation. Do you buy it? That everything is ok?

It feels strange how this all unfolded. Not sitting well at all. Like it was a communication breakdown. Like one side wasn’t following the other’s orders. Like they were still nailing down a press plan and someone didn’t get the update. Will keep you posted but I wouldn’t brush it off just yet.

Eva’s rep is the one doing all of the damage control – her rep is the one forcing retractions, and pushing the “everything’s fine” story. Now, I don’t even know if Tony has a “rep” – I would guess that he has a manager and a lawyer, at the very least. So why is Team Tony quiet? I agree with Lainey, there is something fishy.

Of course, I have another theory too – maybe they’re totally fine and they just wanted to create a bit of drama so people would pay attention to them, because at this point, Eva can’t pay blogs to put photos of her up. She’s like Rachel Bilson – there are new photos of her every day at our photo agencies, and I and everybody else just skips over that sh-t, because… who cares about Eva Longoria (or Bilson) at this point? What is it, 2004? Could this all just be a famewhore move?

UPDATE: Oh, shiz. People Magazine is calling Eva and Tony out – People’s report says:

Eva Longoria shot down a report that Tony Parker filed for divorce in Texas, but that doesn’t appear to be the end of the marriage drama. A source tells PEOPLE that the Desperate Housewives star plans to file divorce papers of her own as early as Wednesday.

Longoria was “totally and completely blindsided” by reports appearing this week of infidelity by her NBA star husband, the source says.

Just in time for the Blake Lively-Penn Badgley breakup confirmation, Us Weekly has a shocking report about Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner. According to Team Affleck-Garner, everything is going fine and the marriage is not in trouble at all. This flies in the face of multiple reports about their relationship troubles, Ben’s alleged infidelities, his return to gambling and drinking, et cetera.

The Afflecks certainly don’t let work interfere with family time. With Ben Affleck, 38, in Oklahoma shooting a new and untitled film, Jennifer Garner, 38, and their girls make frequent visits. On the agenda? Group outings to local shops and restaurants. But the pair also relish their alone time.

“They’re very much in love,” an Affleck pal tells Us. Indeed, during a September 3 dinner date at Wilshire in Santa Monica, “They were looking into each other’s eyes, holding hands over the table,” says a fellow diner.

Adds the friend, “Things are great with them. Do they fight? Sometimes, but what couple with two jobs and two kids don’t? They’re in a really good place.”

So maybe Jennifer and the girls have only visited him once? For, like, a day? In between photo ops?

But that’s not the point. The point is that this is the official line from the Affleck marriage – everything is going fine, and there will be no split announcements anytime soon. Interesting…

Not only do Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher allegedly have an open marriage, they also like to have the occasional threesome. At least, according to Ashton’s maybe-probably mistress, Brittney Jones, who continues to give interviews to Star Magazine and Radar like she thinks she was riding Tiger Woods for a year. By Brittney’s own account, she and Ashton only had sex (allegedly) a few times, and there was some texting, but it all seemed very easy-breezy hookup style. While I believed Brittney about the sex, I’m not believing all of the extra crap she’s shoveling about Demi and Ashton’s marriage.

Still, people are interested in the theories about how Demi and Ashton make it work. And the answer is not “denial”. Brittney’s theory (which she told to Star Magazine, which Hollywood Life has excerpts from) is Demi lets Ashton bone whoever he wants, and sometimes Demi joins in:

While Brittney thought she could be Ashton’s girlfriend on the side, he quickly squashed that possibility. “He explained that he and Demi had a deal where they had to share lovers. He felt bad that he had been with me and didn’t share,” she claimed.

Ashton and Demi have vehemently denied Brittney’s cheating allegations which she’s continued to make for several weeks in a row.

Did anyone notice the contradiction? “Ashton said he and Demi have an open relationship” and then “He said they share women, but he isn’t supposed to go off and sleep with women on his own. He said Demi had to be there and that Demi likes to pick the girls out.” Which is it? Ashton can bone any girl (“open”) or he can only bone the uggos that Demi approves of (not “open,” just weird)?

So, basically, I want Brittney to shut up now. She’s messing with the original tabloid story that I believed – that Ashton is a lousy cheater and the Demi is in severe denial.

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are getting more attention than they know what to do with. They’re probably happy, in some sense. Their marriage problems and rumored infidelity has made them relevant in a way that nothing else has. And trust me, these two are big famewhores. So, to some extent, they’re probably thankful that Ashton couldn’t keep it in his pants (allegedly)? That he boned some club girl on his wife’s couch and now Demi is back on the cover of People Magazine and everyone is talking about their marriage? Even though I kind of dislike Demi in the general sense, I did think she was better than this. I thought she was the kind of woman who would leave and tell Ashton to go f-ck himself. Turns out I was wrong. According to new reports from Hollywood Life and People Magazine, Demi is sticking with Ashton. Ugh.

Some women would make a beeline for divorce court if their husband was caught cheating—but not devoted Demi Moore, whose hubby Ashton Kutcher is facing a new, pretty convincing round of reports that he cheated, a source close to the couple tells HollywoodLife.com.

“Demi’s not going anywhere,” says the well-placed source.

Why? Well, it’s combination of good old-fashioned sentimental reasons, and the cold hard truth about staying relevant in Hollywood.

“She loves him, she just does,” says the insider. “And being with Ashton has made her hot again, and relevant. That’s the honest truth. There’s no question about it: She benefits more by being with him.”

And the source tells HollywoodLife.com that 47-year-old Demi’s well aware that Ashton, 32, has much less to lose if they were to split.

“The reality is, he’s more valuable on his own. His brand and celebrity is far larger.”

The source acknowledges that Ashton’s behavior has put stress on the marriage, but they’re trying to take the high road.

“How stupid is he? To be so sloppy and not cover his butt. But they’re rising above it.”

And while Demi’s remains committed to their marriage, so is Ashton in his own way.

“He know he has a beauty at home, he’s not going to end that. It’s just the nature of the relationship, and it works for them, even their marriage is being scrutinized and judged by outsiders. They just don’t care, which is why he hasn’t said anything yet.”

People Magazine sort of concurs with this view – after running a cover story that seemed critical of their marriage, People is back to climbing up Demi’s ass. They have a new story that seems written by Demi’s publicist:

There may be rumors swirling around Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, but the couple in the center of the storm has been all smiles – that is when they aren’t giggling, joking around and engaging in all manner of PDA. On Monday, Kutcher, 32, was on the Michigan set of Moore’s new film The Reasonable Bunch, quietly watching his wife work, and happily accepting her hugs between takes.

Says a set source, “Demi and Ashton got here in the early hours of the morning and you could hear them laughing and carrying on from inside her trailer.”

Indeed, if the couple, who will celebrate their fifth anniversary Friday, are at all troubled by recent reports that Kutcher cheated with a 21-year-old, they are keeping it to themselves.

While the internet buzzed about the alleged infidelity, Moore, 47, “gushes over Ashton on set,” says the source.

“She’s on the phone with him all the time,” says another source. “It’s pretty lovey-dovey – lots of ‘I love you, baby’s.’ ”

Kutcher arrived in Michigan over the weekend on his way to the Clinton Global Initiative, where the two are set to appear Thursday to launch “Real Men Don’t Buy Girls” campaign to end child sex slavery. The pair, who practice a form of Jewish mysticism called Kabbalah, observed Yom Kippur together, breaking the traditional fast at a nearby Applebee’s.

While Moore told people on the set that she was “coming off a good weekend,” she admitted that the fasting was a real challenge.

“I could never starve myself,” she was overheard saying. “I love food too much.”

And I wasn’t even fasting for Yom Kippur. Yom Kippur is the day of atonement, by the way. You have to repent and atone for your sins before God (and your wife). I wonder if Ashton came clean? Probably not. He probably just put on his red string and got hammered, and then hit on the Applebee’s waitress.
