Why would he show her the txt on air unless it was for shock value. I’m guessing it wasn’t live so why didn’t they just edit it out? Unless Billy was just letting everyone know that he and Lindsey are ‘buds’

I didn’t see in that anywhere that it said that she wanted to date him, I think it said he the was amazing and she wanted to meet him. Which, he is amazing and I would want to meet him too. Back off everyone, you’re reading too much into something so simple.

Lindsay’s message echoed what a lot of people think, he is fucking amazing!!! Her message was to Billy, not to Mrs Phelps. If she had been communicating to Mrs P, I don’t think she’d phrase it like that. I think she has more than half a brain and talent trying to get out of the mess her mother helped land her in ie no responsible parental supervision in Hollywood. But besides that Billy should not have shown the message, just passed on the sentiment. Why does he treat non-Hollywood people like fucking idiots?

Add me to the don’t find Phelps attractive group. My husband says he looks like a mako shark – all upper torso and big round head and short legs. We both agree that he’s pretty fricking incredible in the water though and seems like a sweet guy.

Believe it or not…there are still people in this world for whom manners and class and respect mean something.
I use the word “fucking” as an adjective all the time…but I don’t do it in front of strangers, and I don’t say it in front of people who I know will be offended by it.
That’s called manners, class, and grace.
In LL’s defense, she probably was texting a person…not thinking her message would be shown to the woman.

Mrs. Phelps needs to chill out with the horrified horrification drama. Has she never heard the “f” word used in conversation before? Get a grip, Momma Phelps. And Lindsay’s not gonna try and bed your boy, so if that’s what’s gotten you so goshdarn horrified, I wouldn’t worry so much about it.
Lindsay has a conversational style similar to mine, that is – “Tell him he’s fukking amazing, and I want to meet him” is totally something I’d also have said, word for word, pretty much. Horrifying, I know.
