Kaiser and I are somewhat amazed that Lindsay Lohan has managed to stay out of trouble for a full let’s see… four weeks since getting out of rehab. It seems like stalking Samantha Ronson and fabricating relationships with up-and-coming actors agrees with her. Now I’m not saying that she’s in any way sober, just that she hasn’t been busted yet and for her that’s progress.
A few months ago, Glee mocked Lindsay in their Gwyneth Paltrow episode, during a segment in which Gwyneth showed off her Spanish skills. She said in Spanish “Lindsay Lohan is totally crazy right?” and “How many times has Lindsay Lohan been to rehab?” the answer to which was five and it was accurate. Lindsay’s mom Dina subsequently threatened Glee with a lawsuit and went on to say that her daughter found the segment “hurtful” and was “so upset” with Gwyneth Paltrow because she considered her “a friend.”
Well some Glee castmembers were supposedly out at dinner and ran into a completely sober Lindsay, at which point they apologized to her supposedly for that episode and those very tame remarks. Ten bucks says this story comes from Dina and that no apology was offered and Lindsay and the Glee kids just happened to be in the same place at the same time. It’s not like it’s anyone’s issue except the writers and maybe Gwyneth Paltrow, who possibly suggested the lines. (Although we haven’t heard anything about it.)
The cast of “Glee” apologized to Lindsay Lohan for mocking her during an episode last year … TMZ has learned.
Lindsay was out at dinner in West Hollywood Sunday night when she ran into the cast (minus Jane Lynch and Lea Michele) … and naturally, that episode — mocking Lindsay’s frequent trips to rehab — came up .
Sources tell us the cast walked up to LiLo … apologized for the jokes … and said they didn’t mean to hurt her feelings. Lindsay accepted their apology and everyone parted ways.
Don’t expect the same thing to happen if Lindsay bumps into Jay Leno. Or David Letterman. Or Jon Stewart. Or Jimmy Kimmel. Or …

We’re so sorry our writers called you crazy when you were in court-ordered rehab and subsequently had a meltdown and got a staff member fired. We’re sorry they pointed out the actual number of times you’ve been in rehab, which is well documented. Your mother’s persecution complex doesn’t make us more likely to believe her lies.
In other news that suggests that TMZ is the Lohan’s mouthpiece, they report that Lindsay is super worried about Charlie Sheen and is “thrilled” that he’s in rehab. She’s probably hoping to do the same at-home rehab scam that he’s working.

What a bogus story. The whole cast (-2) is still about 8-10 people. So 8-10 people walk en masse up to Lindsay and spontaneously apologise for essentially nothing, a non-event. What makes any of the cast even sure she was upset about anything? Because it may or may not have come from the delusional bitch that is her mother (in biological terms anyway)?
Can you imagine the conversation at the table? Oh, there’s Lindsay Lohan, who thinks we should all go over and apologise for what Gwyneth’s character said?

However if there’s any semblance of truth to this story the Glee “kids” need to get a freeeeeking clue.

This sounds highly unlikely, at least as described. And those were some of the tamest jokes about Lohan in recent years. The only reason Dina raised a huff about it is for more headlines.

It seems every week, the Lohans try to get their name out there by attaching themselves to someone/thing that is actually relevant (i.e. Tom Hardy, Glee).
Next week we’ll learn that one of Lindsay’s deep secrets is that she suffered from a terrible stutter and that Colin Firth and Geoffrey Rush have met with her to empathize…

I know this makes me the most shallow person in the world but I’m thoroughly enjoying how big she is getting. Her legs look like tree trunks in those leather knee padded (ummmm?!) legging things. The whole outfit looks like she picked something off every rack at goodwill and threw it all on together. Complete with cowboy boots. Those are so value village to me.

I really think she shops like regular folk now…at Target, or TJ Maxx, or wherever you get discount designer stuff. I really don’t think she shops at high end boutiques or gets designer gifts anymore.
I just pity her at this point. Her career is done, and she is still so young.

I totally think that TMZ has some sort of arrangement set up with Lindsay. All the stories lately have been “Lindsay is awesome!”. In fact they had a story about how she was done with clubbing and then the next day or so there was pics of her out with SamRo at an obvious party but were still Lindsay is sober and awesome.
Also the “Lindsay is worried about Charlie Sheen” story was pinned to the top for almost the entire weekend.
I’m just saying. Something shady with TMZ is going on as this is beyond fake, fake, fake. They pick and choose who they love and/or hate.

@ Innocent – I’ve noticed your posts, as you keep saying “her sobriety is being enforced” and “all she has to do is stay sober until Feb. 25″.
You seem to be implying that after Febuary 25, Lindsay’s going to be back to be back doing coke/crack and boozing, which no doubt she will be. So obviously, even you have no faith that she is taking her sobriety seriously.
And I highly doubt that Glee even cares about Lindsay enough to apologize to her. It’s not like they wrote the script, so shouldn’t the writers really be the ones “apologizing”?
Also, didn’t Dina say the scripts were rolling in? What happened to that?

I don’t understand the harsh judgment people have towards Lindsey. I agree that she seems like an obnoxious, narcissistic, lying manipulator but she’s a child star. If you look at the pattern of child stars they end up addicted to substances and with lives that are spiraling out of control. She was a Disney kid at 10 or something. Disney girls always end up tragic the opposite of the fairy princess stories.

No one believes for a minute that she wants this forced sobriety. and she has almost injured several people on different occasions with her reckless, drunk driving.

What is this so-called LL talent so many people are nostalgic for? She’s up there with the K Klan in terms of trashy, delusional, narcissistic famewhoring. Yes, she’s young, it’s a pity, but truth is — there’s more to loathe than there is to like (e.g., she’s a bottomless pit of entitlement). Personally, I prefer the ‘averting camera candids’ to the ‘glamour fail’ poses.
