It turns out that the story that Belinda Carlisle wants Jessica Alba to star in a movie about her life is just not true:

Alba revealed recently that does she Tae-Bo to stay in shape, but that it can get smelly at the gym.

To balance out our previous information-filled posts today, we’re also including pictures of Jessica Alba’s jean-clad butt.

Jessica Alba is on the short list for a film about the life of former Go-Gos frontwoman Belinda Carlisle. Carlise is producing the film herself and wants Alba to star in the lead role.

Pictures from what looks like a kinder, gentler after-party, the “Crash” Cool Down Party held on March 6th at the Beverly Towers in LA. It was hosted by director Paul Haggis and Chris “Ludacris” Bridges. Attendees included Jessica Alba and Cash Warren, Julie Delpy, Larenz Tate, Kathleen York (the mom of the redhead that used to be on the OC) and the ubiquitous Bai Ling.

Jessica Alba showed off a new tattoo on the base of her neck at the Oscars. Alba, along with her mom and aunt got the tattoos as a “bonding experience”:

It’s nice to see that most celebrities have tattoos, considering that my mom warned after my first tattoo that laser removal surgery was painful and expensive. (Plastic surgery is painful and expensive too, but I never heard her complaining about that.)

What’s a ladybird? It looks like some kind of Japanese character. Can anyone confirm this?
