In news that I should feel guilty about quietly rejoicing over, Hayden Panettiere and her hulk of a man, world heavyweight boxing champion Wladimir Klitschko, have broken up. Hayden, 21, and Klitschko, 35, both issued statements about each other that were so gracious that I felt momentarily sorry for them. Then I realized that Hayden grates my last nerve and that I find Klitschko dreamy. Maybe he’ll go for someone closer to his age next time instead of messing with young starlets. These two have been together about two years and the last we heard from Hayden she was bringing up their sex life in a TV interview.

After two years of dating, Hayden Panettiere and Ukrainian heavyweight boxing champion Wladmir Klitschko are calling it quits, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

“Even though we’ve decided splitting up is best for both of us, we have an amazing amount of love and respect for each other and remain very close friends,” says the Scream 4 actress, 21.

Klitschko, 35, the reigning IBF, IBO and WBO heavyweight world champion, cites the physical distance as a stumbling block for the couple.

“We had a great time together, but it’s not that easy to manage a relationship between two continents,” he says. “I have a lot of respect for Hayden as a person and as a friend, and I believe we’ll keep our friendship even after the separation.”

The two most recently appeared together at the Tribeca Film Festival for the premiere of the documentary Klitschko, about Wladmir and his brother Vitali’s boxing careers.

I’m just surprised they lasted as long as they did. They may have broken up briefly around this time last year, only to reunite again. So was it Hayden or Wladimir that did the dumping? I’m thinking she wanted more of a commitment and he wasn’t ready. Still, she’s young. She’ll rebound with the next much older guy soon enough.

Pipsqueak Hayden Panettiere has been dating gorgeous hunk of a man and boxing great Wladimir Klitschko on and off for about two years. I’ve made it clear how I feel about her in the past, and how I think she is in no way deserving of Klitschko. It’s not that she’s not cute in a very adolescent way, it’s just that she seems insufferable both in interviews and in stories I’ve read about her. Anyway Hayden’s hot boyfriend is 6’6″ and she’s just 5’1″. In an appearance on Ellen yesterday, she explained that people come up to her and ask her all the time how she manages to have sex with Klitschko. She didn’t get into specifics but she said the question didn’t bother her, because of course the bitch is proud that she’s nailing the world’s (current)* greatest heavyweight boxing champion, who wouldn’t be?

In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres that aired today, the Scream 4 star revealed that people actually come up to her to ask how the 5-foot-1 actress and her 6-foot-6 boxer beau, Wladimir Klitschko, um…you know.

“He is quite a bit bigger than me,” Hayden said, when Ellen commented on the height differential. “I get the prudest people [to] come up to me, and they’re like,” she said, lowering her voice to a whisper, “‘Does it work?’”

“Yeah, it works. We find a way,” the 21-year-old actress said.

To which Ellen replied, “I know what you’re talking about and I’m in shock.”

“Where there’s a will, there’s a way!” Hayden insisted.

“People ask you that?” Ellen said, still apparently rather shocked.

“They do!” the one-time Heroes hero said. “And they’re very conservative people most of the time. They just have to know. Like have to know, ‘I just have to ask you this question!’”

Ellen called such questions “crazy and rude,” but Hayden replied with a wave of her hand, “I don’t mind it. I find it amusing.”

“Really?” Ellen wondered. “Well then, how does it work?”

Yes Hayden, now we’re all picturing you having sex with Klitschko. Mission accomplished. There are enough pictures of Hayden sitting on Klitschko’s lap to figure out how they work it out.

I guess she’s promoting Scream 4. I’ve only seen segments of the Scream movies and don’t really get their appeal. I watched the trailer though and I’m embarrassed to say it actually looks pretty good and that I want to see it now. It riffs on horror movie cliches but still manages to use them to entertain us. See, Hayden’s little story about how she gets to screw Klitschko served its purpose.

*I put in “current” because I don’t know much about sports and he could have been preceded by better boxers. According to wiki he “is historically the longest reigning Heavyweight Champion for the IBF, WBO & IBO Heavyweight Titles of both measurements of defenses and time.”

This week’s National Enquirer has a story about how Hayden Panttiere was drunk and crying on top of a pool table at a small party earlier this month. Her friends helped her out and made sure she got home safely. The Enquirer is unsure why Hayden would have been so upset, but I bet it had something to do with a certain heavyweight champion of the world, who may have called time on the relationship so he could focus on defending his title. (Which he did with ease over the weekend.)

Hayden Panettiere suffered a meltdown at a recent bash, drunkenly climbing on top of a pool table and breaking down in tears, according to eyewitnesses.

The 20-year-old “Heroes” star “turned into an out-of-control party animal” at the home of Dole Food Company heir Justin Murdock, a fellow partygoer told the Enquirer.

“Hayden was the party guest from hell!” added the source. “She was a complete drunken mess!”

More than a dozen guests, including socialite Nick Hilton and Topher Grace of “That ’70s Show,” attended the March 6 bash hosted by Justin, 37…

“Hayden was sobbing uncontrollably on her hands and knees on top of the pool table with her boobs hanging out of her dress,” said the eyewitness.

“Her girlfriends tried to help her down and pull up her top, but she kept pushing them away.

“Everyone was shocked at how drunk Hayden got.”

A friend finally talked Hayden down from the pool table and made sure she got home safely, said the source. It was unclear why she was so upset.

I’m betting it was all about that hot brick sh*thouse of a man she’s been escorting all around town. She looks like she’s been hitting the town single since around the beginning of March, as I can’t find Klitschko in any photos with her post mid-February. (Plus she was seen out with an ex in early March.) I generally find Hayden insufferable, but I kind of feel for her in this case. She’s only 20, and she could have been hung up on a guy, only to find her heart broken. Still, Hayden is such a snot that she can go to a party with less than 15-20 people and end up having someone blab about how she was wasted and crying on top of a pool table. She’s surely pissed off enough people to earn some back-biting gossip.

Hayden Panettiere is looking much more stacked lately, and this week’s National Enquirer claims that she’s had some surgical intervention. Looking at the difference, I don’t think she’s just wearing a pushup bra, but it’s possible she’s using external bra inserts. Maybe she did get some implants to go along with that new haircolor and the hot boyfriend she doesn’t deserve. She looks more busty in some pictures than others, but there’s definitely something enhanced about her. The Enquirer says she did it to get roles, and they quote a surgeon who hilariously guesses that she dyed her hair to distract from her boob job:

“Hayden went from an A cup to a C cup and she couldn’t be happier,” a close pal revealed. “She’s wanted bigger boobs since she was 17, but the timing and scheduling were just never right. She finally decided to do it right after the holidays.

The 5-foot-1 starlet, who is now dating 33-year-old, 6-foot-6 boxer Wladimir Klitschko, has publicly admitted to being dissatisfied with her body.

“There are parts of my body I don’t mind and parts I absolutely can’t stand,” Hayden told an interviewer. “I don’t need somebody pointing them out to me. Trust me, I know they’re there.”

Hayden recently changed her hair from blonde to red – and it may be she’s trying to take the focus off her newly enhanced figure, says Dr. Anthony Youn, director of YOUN plastic surgery in Troy, MI.

“It appears she may have had her hair dyed as a way to attract attention away from a possible breast augmentation,” Dr. Youn, who has not treated the star, told The Enquirer.

“Her breasts appear to have gone from an A to a C, judging from photos.”

For all the fools like Hayden Panettiere and Heidi Montag that get boob jobs there are always beautiful, fit, small-chested women that opt out, like Kate Hudson and Kelly Ripa. I was not blessed with bountiful assets, but I console myself that implants usually look super fake and that there are plenty of women with naturally large tatas who have back pain and trouble exercising. Hayden probably thinks her fake boobs look ok because they’re not enormous, and maybe she’s right. I think she looked better before, and that the dark hair ages her. I really don’t like her, though. She’s such an entitled brat.

Little Hayden Panettiere, 20, was spotted all over boxing legend Wladimir Klitschko in Miami over the weekend. We don’t have rights to the photos but TMZ has one of them in which Wladimir looks more into Hayden than in the other photos I’ve seen, in which she’s preening for the cameras while he seems distracted. (I’ve also seen the photos at the photo agency and she’s definitely preening in the rest of them.)

Wladimir Klitschko, 33, is a Ukranian boxer who holds multiple heavyweight boxing titles. His older brother Vitali is also a legend in the sport and is the WBC world heavyweight holder. The brothers moved to Germany in their late teens and they’re practically heroes here. Both hold PhDs from Kiev University, Wladimir in sports science and Vitali in sports medicine and philosphy. They made a pledge to their mother never to fight each other. Wladimir speaks four languages, loves to play chess and does charity work for Unesco. He moved with Vitali to Beverly Hills in 2004, but these two often come to Germany to make television and press appearances, where they’re widely loved. I see them on TV all the time.

This is the second time that Wladimir and Hayden have been spotted out together. In Touch reported in March that they were seen out flirting at an LA bar.

I really think Hayden Panettiere is full of herself and that Wladimir is too good for her. I’ve seen Hayden in interviews and there’s something snotty about her. She gave a kind of holier-than-thou interview to Details in July in which she said she was different than other people, which sounded like she meant to say “better.” Later she berated the public for having an interest in her and claimed that people who want to know more about her are responsible for destroying her relationships. “They destroy [relationships]. The paparazzi and the public. The public wants to read about your personal life, and the paparazzi give it to them by nosing into your personal life and saying things that are just not true and horrible.” Of course she’s more than willing to smile and pose when she hopes the press will be positive.

Wladimir looks like Hayden’s type – a dark-haired older guy. She’s cute for sure, and because I’m trying to say something nice about her I’ll also add that she loves animals. She’s young still and maybe she’ll get off her high horse and grow into a decent person. She seems to have good taste in men at least. Damn her.

19 year-old Hayden Panettiere is really playing the field since she broke it off with her co-star Milo Ventimiglia. She was linked with Jesse McCartney, who seemed entirely her speed, but is also said to have been spotted on the lap of boxing great Wladimir Klitschko, 32, the current IBF and WBO heavyweight champion.

Just days after splitting from her Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia, Hayden Panettiere has found a new hero. On February 19, she was spotted with heavyweight boxer Wladmimir Klitschko at Guy’s in LA. “She was sitting on his lap and flirting with him all night,” an onlooker tells In Touch. “It seemed as if they had known each other for a while.”

I live in Germany and am married to a German guy who occasionally watches boxing and I have to admit I’ll watch with interest if either of the Kitschko brothers are competing. Wladimir and his older brother Vitali Kitschko both hold separate world heavyweight boxing titles and are pretty much national heroes and huge celebrities here in Germany. They were born in Kazakhstan) Russia but moved to Germany in their late teens and the press and people here love them.

The brothers have vowed never to fight each other, after a promise they made to their mom. Both of these guys have PhDs, Wladimir has a doctorate in sports science from Kiev University and Vitali, the WBC heavyweight champion, has a PhD in sports medicine and philosphy. I think older brother Vitali is the hotter one, but he’s been married since 1996 and is off the market.

Hayden Panettiere is not even close to being in Wladimir Klitschko’s league in my opinion. He needs to throw that small fry back and get a real woman. She seems ok for a young starlet, but she’s too young for him.
