Mel Gibson has already conceded that he slapped Oksana, and now he’s got a new charge to answer: Oksana claims that Mel Gibson used to beat her while they were having sex. Technically, though, they weren’t in the middle of making sweet love because Mel couldn’t get hard. And the only way he could get hard, according to Oksana, was if he beat her. I swear, this is like an episode arc of Law & Order: SVU. Mariska Hargitay is going to say “Who’s the bitch now, Mel?” while Christopher Meloni puts Mel into a headlock in the holding cell.

TMZ has learned … Oksana Grigorieva has just made an explosive allegation under oath that she never before made — that Mel Gibson beat her during sex.

Sources tell TMZ … during Oksana’s deposition Tuesday in her custody war with Mel … she testified that Mel had problems performing and the way he got aroused with her was to beat her.

The claim is as curious as it is shocking, since we’re told Oksana never uttered a peep about such violence in her multiple interviews with the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department.

Oksana has claimed that Mel struck her on January 6, but there is no other allegation of physical violence in the court file — much of which has been reviewed by TMZ — or with law enforcement.

Should we bash Oksana for not bringing this up before now, thus giving this tidbit the whiff of implausibility? Why do I even ask? I know some of you Mel-lovers/Oksana-haters will yell at me, but I’m buying Oksana’s story. Because Mel just seems like he would be impotent, right? I feel like that explains so much of rage. It also explains why he always sounded so turned on in those audio recordings where he’s screaming at Oksana. The only thing that can get him hard at this point is screaming slurs and punching women.

Back when Life & Style reported that the Teen Mom castmembers earned $60,000 a season, I wondered how MTV could show these kids barely scraping by, bouncing checks and relying on social services like free daycare to make ends meet. It turns out that they make much more than $60,000. Rageaholic star Amber Portword was ordered by a judge in her domestic violence case to state her salary, and it’s a whopping $140,000 for each six month contract, not the $60,000 we’ve heard. That doesn’t sound extravagant by reality show standards, but it is far in excess of what we’ve heard. MTV has so far refused to comment on the salaries of the Teen Mom stars and I guess we know why – the numbers in no way reflect the “reality” that they present on the show.

A reporter for The Herald Bulletin was inside the jail as Portwood exited. The reality star seemed surprised by the number of reporters outside, and instructed her mother, Tonya Portwood, and her grandmother to keep their chins up. She also told them not to block their faces from the cameras.

Earlier in the day, Portwood appeared before Madison County magistrate Steven Clase via a video feed from the jail for her initial hearing.

During the hearing, Portwood told Clase her occupation was a “television personality” and he asked her to reveal her annual income.

Her attorney, Kathleen Sweeney, responded, “I object.”

“You what?” Clase asked Sweeney.

Sweeney questioned the relevance of the question and Clase promptly overruled the objection, forcing Portwood to reveal that she makes $140,000 for a six-month contract with MTV.

If she works the entire year, Portwood said, the 20-year-old makes $280,000 annually.

This explains the various new cars and spending sprees that Amber and Gary have been going on recently. In Touch reports this week that Gary has been going out to local strip clubs and regularly drops $200 a night on drinks alone. He recently purchased a new Dodge Charger, and dropped $6k on a trip to Vegas. Amber bought herself a new Dodge Magnum, along with reportedly paying for her boyfriend Clint’s rent and taking him on shopping sprees.

Meanwhile Gary has asked that Amber’s no contact order with him be lifted, but it’s not like he’s clamoring to see the mother of his child. E! Online reports that it’s probably more about ensuring he gets face time on MTV – and more cash to pay for his toys.

Amber has been reunited with her daughter, Leah, who was brought to her home by Child Protective Services on Tuesday after she was released from jail. Leah stayed overnight with Amber and was picked up by CPS and escorted to Gary’s house the next day. If Amber is convicted of any of the felonies she’s accused of, she could lose custody of Leah.

TMZ reports that a hearing has been scheduled for January 19 to determine Leah’s placement. They also have an audio recording of Gary Shirley telling a girlfriend named Ashley that Amber attacked him recently, and that Ashley should always say “no comment” to the media. It’s clear that either Shirley or his buddy made the recording and released it to TMZ. These idiotic kids are making a lot of money by fighting on camera and ignoring their toddler. At least Leah has two grandmothers that live nearby and can care for her.

Teen Mom’s Amber Portwood, 20, has been released from jail after being put on a 24 hour hold for three felony counts of domestic violence and one misdemeanor for child neglect. Many of us were relieved when we heard that Amber had been given a “no contact” order for her daughter Leah, 2, who had previously been placed under state supervision but was returned to Amber’s custody after she moved and actually bought a bed for the toddler. Now that Amber is out, having posted 10% of her $5,000 bail and entered a “not guilty” plea, her lawyer assures us that Leah will soon be back in Amber’s care. I hope this guy is wrong, but sadly it will probably take a lot more than neglectful parenting and some beat-downs on camera for Amber to lose custody:

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood’s life is about to get a whole lot better.

The reality TV star, who was released from jail Tuesday after spending 24 hours behind bars on charges of battery for fighting with her ex-fiancé Gary Shirley, will soon be reunited with her 2-year-old daughter, Leah, according to her lawyer.

“It’s my understanding that Leah will be placed back with her,” attorney Robert Schembs tells PEOPLE.

On Monday Portwood, 20, was charged with three felonies, including two counts of domestic battery and one count of neglect of a dependent, as well as one misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. She was booked Monday afternoon and kept overnight at the Madison County jail in Anderson, Ind.

She is no longer allowed to have contact with Shirley, according to Schembs. Still, he adds, “To my knowledge, they’re on good terms.”

“I’m really proud of her,” Schembs says, adding that he saw the reality TV star Monday night in jail. “She was staying strong. Her outlook was positive. She had shock, of course, but having said that, she was in good spirits. She’s really trying.”

Radar Online has the details from court papers filed by prosecutors. They state that Amber told them “the incidents were out of anger and were not staged for the reality show” and that she did “not remember everything due to some medical issues in which she is under a Dr.’s care for currently.” That story also reveals that the judge chose not to enforce the no contact order between Amber and Leah, which probably explains why her lawyer is so positive that Amber will get custody again. The judge did enforce the no contact order between Amber and Leah’s dad, Gary Shirley, however.

There’s a follow up article on Radar claiming that Amber wanted to break up with her boyfriend and reconcile with Gary but was prevented from seeing him by that no contact order. Meanwhile TMZ has a video of Gary on the phone with Amber while she cries and yells at him. He’s obviously mocking her to his friend taping him, and is seen laughing at her while he makes empty promises and apologizes. What a mess these kids are.

20 year-old Amber Portwood of MTV’s Teen Mom has officially been charged with three felonies and a misdemeanor stemming from three separate attacks on Gary Shirley, the father of her two year-old daughter. (Earlier reports had Amber charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor, but those seem to have been premature.) Two of Amber’s assaults on Shirley were shown on Teen Mom, and another was captured in unaired footage that was subpoenaed and screened by prosecutors. Amber was jailed in her hometown of Anderson, Indiana on Monday night (mugshot here) and was placed on a 24 hour hold with bail set at $5,000. She is expected to get out today, Tuesday, at 4:15 pm.

The two felonies are due to the fact that her daughter, Leah, “allegedly” witnessed those two fights. The other fight was a misdemeanor as their child was not thought to be there. Amber previously denied that she attacked Gary at all despite all the video evidence. She told Hollywood Life last month. “I didn’t hit Gary in front of Leah so there are no felony charges. None of this is true, there’s nothing against me. They can’t charge me if they don’t have proof.” It sounds like she means “proof” that Leah was there, not proof that she choked and smacked Gary repeatedly, although of course she’s wording it like she’s entirely innocent.

This woman is an unfit mother and is in dire need of anger management counseling. At least now Leah will be cared for by Gary’s family and hopefully won’t have to live with an abusive mother with a hair trigger temper. Radar reports that Amber was given a “no contact” order which states that she cannot see Leah at all. There’s no word on how long that lasts. (If she’s feeling sad about it she can always lift up her shirt and look at a poorly rendered tattoo of her daughter.) Amber is scheduled to meet with a judge today, at which point she is expected to enter a plea.

The video below is just one of the incidents in which Amber attacked Gary. The other one is nearly impossible to find at this point.

Back in the September issue of Vogue, Halle Berry used the platform of a cover interview in one of the biggest magazine issues of the year to spotlight her work with the Jenesse Center, a non-profit that helps abused and battered women who have left their abusive situations. Halle has been working with the Jenesse Center for a decade, and you can just tell that this is one of her great passions. Anyway, CNN continues to do their spotlight on “CNN Heroes” and they decided to do a sit-down interview with Halle, to profile her work with the Jenesse Center, and why she was drawn to this work:

Halle Berry has been busy dazzling photogs on the red carpet recently, hamming it up for a new Farrelly Brothers comedy, and enjoying a new romance with Olivier Martinez — but she says that despite her glamorous adulthood, she’s still healing from the trauma she witnessed in her childhood home.

The Oscar winner, 44, opened up to CNN recently about what motivates her to work with an organization that supports women who escape violent homes.

Berry recalls being terrified that her violent dad, who physically abused her mom, would turn on her, adding, “I think I’ve spent my adult life dealing with the sense of low self-esteem that sort of implanted in me. Somehow I felt not worthy.” As incredible as that sounds coming from a highly paid, highly photogenic movie star, she explains, “Before I’m ‘Halle Berry,’ I’m little Halle….a little girl growing in this environment that damaged me…I’ve spent my adult life trying to really heal from that.”

Of her dedication to supporting others trying to escape domestic violence — including frequent volunteering at Jenesse Center, a Los Angeles shelter, and helping to renovate apartments for women leaving abusive relationships — she says, “I have a spot in my soul that understands the devastation that this causes a family.”

CB and I were just talking about this, and whether Halle comes across as “authentic” when talking about the abuse in her past and how it has affected her as an adult. Personally, I have enormous respect for Halle’s work with the Jenesse Center, and I think it’s great that she’s turning her own troubled past into something positive for other women, and it’s obviously something she’s enormously passionate about. BUT – the chick is still really screwed up about men. Even Oprah has called it a day on trying to help Halle through her issues.

This disappointing news came out a few days ago, and I’m sorry I didn’t get to it before now. Apparently, my Team Random Fired Betty Ford Employeee status is in major flux. Dawn Holland, the Betty Ford ex-employee who allegedly was the victim of a Lindsay Lohan drunken-smackdown several weeks ago, is no longer “working with the authorities” on the battery incident. Meaning that Holland is no longer interested in pressing charges against Lindsay, which also means that a potential assault charge won’t be going on Lindsay’s record and affecting her probation. Which means we’re even further away from seeing The Crackhead in jail.

The ex-Betty Ford staffer who claims Lindsay Lohan assaulted her earlier this month will not only drop her criminal complaint, she’ll refuse to cooperate with authorities … TMZ has learned.

Dawn Holland, who told TMZ earlier this week how Lindsay ripped a phone from her hand causing a severe sprain, now says Lindsay should not be prosecuted.

Holland’s lawyer, Keith Davidson, tells TMZ, “Dawn will not continue to press charges against Lindsay, nor will she be assisting any further in the investigation or prosecution.”

And this is interesting … we asked Davidson how his client would respond if she’s subpoenaed, and he said, “She won’t.”

Davidson says Holland and Lindsay share a common bond — they’re both recovering addicts, Holland does not want “in any way shape or form to do anything that would violate Lindsay’s probation or cause an arrest.”

Davidson says, “A crime has quite simply not been committed by Ms. Lohan.”

Ugh, I hate this. I really do. I was all prepared to completely go to bat for Holland. But the crack hustle never ends… which brings me to another point: was this part of some kind of pay-off situation? Did Mother Crackhead open up her checkbook? More details are coming out about the incident at Lindsay Lohan’s halfway house in which she allegedly abused a staff member who busted her after she snuck out with some girlfriends to drink at a local bar. As is typical for Lindsay, her family has denied that she’s done anything wrong and are hard at work spinning their side of the story to celebrity outlets. They claim that Lindsay just pushed the female staff member in self defense, that she called 911 and that she supposedly passed a sobriety test administered by the Betty Ford Clinic.

Meanwhile the Betty Ford staffer, Dawn Holland, has spoken to TMZ. Holland makes it clear that Lindsay was wasted, violent, and refused a breathalyzer. The other two patients were compliant, according to her account. Holland granted a video interview to TMZ telling her side of the story. In the video Holland is wearing a brace on her wrist and claims that it was strained severely when Lindsay grabbed a phone out of her hand. The Betty Ford staffer who claims Lindsay Lohan assaulted her tells TMZ … Lindsay had been drinking before the incident and hurt her so badly, she’s now on workers’ comp.

Dawn Holland, who works as a chemical dependency technician at the Betty Ford Clinic, tells us on Sunday, December 12, just after 1 AM, Lindsay and two roommates came home from a night on the town … violating the curfew policy.

Holland says Lindsay and company jumped a wall, trying to get inside the place she was staying without being noticed. Holland says security stopped the three women, and that’s when Lindsay became belligerent and started swearing up a storm.

Holland says she was called to do a breathalyzer on the 3 women, but Lindsay refused and then pushed her. Holland says she went back in the house and Lindsay called 911 on the house phone.

Holland says she picked up another house phone to speak with 911, and Lindsay confronted her again and ripped the phone out of her hand, causing a severe sprain which caused Holland to go out on workers’ comp.

Holland says she could smell alcohol on Lindsay’s breath.

As for Lindsay’s claim Holland touched her first, she says, “I did not touch the woman.”

As TMZ first reported, Holland filed a police report and the cops are investigating Lindsay for criminal battery.

Holland also said she didn’t think Lohan has made progress at Betty Ford because she “has been defiant and broken just about every rule.” Holland claimed that she is out on workman’s comp. Radar reports that Holland admitted she was paid upwards of $10,000 for that interview by TMZ. Both Radar and TMZ report that Holland was fired for violating patient confidentiality by speaking to the press.

There are so many new stories coming out about this incident that it’s hard to cover them all. The jist is that Lindsay’s people are pulling the same old victim card that they always do and there’s little more to it than that. The official statement from Lindsay’s lawyer reads: “We are declining to comment on the underlying facts surrounding this incident, as we await the completion of the police investigation. It should be noted, however, that it was Ms. Lohan who called 911 to request police assistance at the time this incident occurred.” As if that means anything. Lindsay’s mother called 911 when Carvel refused to give her a free cake!

According to the latest report, and there are so many more, Lindsay claims she was “out getting her hair done” and wasn’t at a bar at all. Radar reports that while she did refuse a breathalyzer that evening, (and the Betty Ford incident report written by Holland states that Lindsay’s mom Dina told her in a phone call not to submit to one) she took one the next day and passed. Of course she did. This account from Holland is very typical of Lindsay and is in no way surprising, nor is Lindsay’s response.

Do not pass go, do not collect $200 Lindsay. I can’t believe that this girl has yet to spend more than a month in jail. She is not special, but it’s not hard to see how she keeps copping that attitude when she continually acts like this and gets so many damn chances. Lindsay is facing six months in jail for violating probation.

Well, it didn’t take long for yet another layer to be added to the Lindsay Lohan debacle. First, there were stories about how she had a “stalker” and that’s why she had to be moved out of the Sober House. Then, yesterday, TMZ reported that Lohan’s roommates were busted drinking, and somehow Lindsay got caught up in it and that was the real reason she was moved to another facility. Now, this morning, Radar reported that Lindsay was accused of drinking again, then she was tested, and when the tests came back clean (really?), she got abusive with one of her Betty Ford minders. Lindsay Lohan has been moved to a new location after a clash with a Betty Ford Center staffer who tried to reprimand the Mean Girls stars after she returned late to the sober house one night, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.bbWhile some reports had suggested Lohan was moved back to the center’s main treatment facility amid fears for her safety, the real reason behind the sudden transition was a major blow-up with a staff member, believed to be a resident technician.

“Lindsay was moved to another property owned by the Betty Ford Center in order to preserve her safety, yes, but also to deal with any differences she might have had with anyone in that house,” said a source, familiar with the 24-year-old’s treatment.

The clash occurred in the wake of a booze fueled party which was supposedly hosted by Lohan’s roommates over a week ago. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the actress’ father Michael said Lindsay was getting her hair done “while the other two girls went their own way”.

When the actress returned to the house just 10 minutes after her curfew, the technician ordered her to undergo a drug and alcohol test, which she passed. However, Lohan was so angered with her treatment she confronted the staffer.

“Because of the way last Saturday night’s incident was treated, Lindsay had an obvious clash of personalities with one of the staff at the house,” said the insider. “Between the incident with the apparent stalker and this difference of opinion, Lindsay was moved to another location to remove her from a potentially hostile environment that had the potential to undo all the good work that she has achieved in her recovery.”

While Lohan’s once estranged father Michael refused to comment when confronted with the reason behind the house-swap, he insisted to RadarOnline.com that his daughter’s recovery had not been compromised. He also rejected reports she was now undergoing intensive therapy and supervision.

“It’s important to note that Lindsay’s sobriety has not been affected in any way and her resolve to beat her addictions is stronger than ever,” Michael told RadarOnline.com. “If she had violated any rule, in any way, she wouldn’t be getting out on January 3 nor would she have a spotless record at the Betty Ford Center.”

The reformed wild child was said to have left the facility following reports she has been receiving strange phone calls, with Britney Spears’ former manager/companion Sam Lutfi alleged to have been in contact with her.

While Lufiti has been in contact with the actress, the Lohan patriach said he was not the stalker.

Yeah, the unnamed source who spoke to Radar smelled like tequila and menthol cigarettes, so we can be sure what version of events is being pushed, and Mother Crackhead would like us all to know that we are ALL FIRED, BASICALLY. Anyway, TMZ also has a report about this alleged incident, and it appeals the whole thing is much worse than Radar’s “sources” claim:

Lindsay Lohan is a suspect in a criminal battery investigation and the alleged victim — a staff member at Betty Ford — wants Lindsay prosecuted … this according to law enforcement sources.

The Palm Desert Police Department is now investigating an altercation that occurred after Lindsay and her roommates reportedly went to a bar and came back home. Upon arriving at the house, the incident with a female staffer from Betty Ford allegedly went down.

The police received a call at 1:03 AM on December 12 for “hand-to-hand battery.”

Cops came to Betty Ford after receiving the call and interviewed both the staffer and Lindsay. We’re told the staffer “desired prosecution.”

We’re told when the police finish the investigation, the case will be forwarded to prosecutors for review.

So Lindsay, in some kind of crack sober rage, smacked the f-ck out of a Betty Ford staffer. Shocking! BUT SHE’S JUST A CHILD. No, who wants to place a bet that while Lindsay was smacking the staffer, she was screaming “Don’t you know WHO I AM?”

UPDATE: More wrinkles. If Lindsay is charged with battery, she could do jail time. Maybe even six months. What will it take for this crackheaded bitch to get three strikes? I have no idea. Anyway, TMZ also has a more Lohan-friendly story about what happened in her crackhead mind. According to “friends” - Lindsay did not strike first, but she did “push back”. The staffer was treating Blohan “unfairly” after Blohan arrived “12 minutes late” for curfew. When the staffer told Lohan to take a drug and alcohol test, their exchange became “heated” and the staffer “put her hands on Lindsay.” Probably to get Blohan to settle down, considering she was probably high as kite. Lindsay claims she told the woman, “Take your hands off of me” and then “pushed back.” So… did Lohan ever have that drug or alcohol test, or did she just come up with a quick crack hustle to avoid the test by becoming physically abusive towards a staff member?

UPDATE #2: Oh, and TMZ is now reporting that Lindsay “will” file a formal complaint against the woman who abused her so badly, and that Lindsay is asking the Clinic to fire the staffer. You know this stuff happened almost two weeks ago, right? If Lindsay was so upset with the way she had been treated, wouldn’t she have already filed a complaint?

Yesterday we posted a story from both In Touch and Star Magazine that claimed that 20 year-old Teen Mom star, Amber Portwood, was pregnant with what would be her second baby. Amber has a history of lashing out at her ex boyfriend, her baby’s father Gary Shirley, and is under investigation for felony domestic abuse. She’s also a neglectful mother who pays very little attention to her two year old daughter Leah, as is documented on the show. The thought of this girl having another baby launched a very interesting discussion in the comments on sex ed in school and teen responsibility. I really enjoyed reading about your experiences and thoughts on this issue, and was so impressed by some of the things you wrote. (Props to OnceWas, MSat, and Shannon just to name a few.)

The good news is that Amber has announced that she is not, in fact, pregnant for whatever reason. It’s unclear whether she was pregnant and chose termination or if she was never pregnant this time. She just says that she’s not pregnant and that the “rumors are absolutely false.” So, did she cook up this story to land a tabloid cover at a crucial time for her career? It’s possible. Teen Mom 2 is coming with a whole new crop of girls from 16 and Pregnant, (they’re on the cover of US Weekly this week) and Amber could soon be forgotten. If only.

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood is slamming two new tabloid claims that she’s expecting her second child.

“The rumors are absolutely false. I’m not pregnant,” Portwood, 20, tells UsMagazine.com in a statement.

“I’m working hard to be the best mom to my daughter,” she adds of Leah, her 2-year-old with ex-fiance Gary Shirley. “I have no plans to have more kids anytime soon.”

After several weeks of living apart, little Leah was reunited with her mom Dec. 6 at Portwood’s new home in Anderson, Ind. (Portwood’s former home had been besieged with photographers and curious neighbors.)

This just shows how irresponsible it is to make teen motherhood into the subject of a reality show. For as much of a cautionary tale that “Teen Mom” can be, it’s also making some very troubled dysfunctional mothers into young stars. At least in Amber’s case her daughter is getting more care and attention that she probably would without the cameras. I feel for that little girl.

Amber is not only a crappy mom, she’s also driving under the influence. She was pulled over yesterday for weaving all over and while she passed a field sobriety test it was obvious that she’s on way too much “medication.” Cops cited her for driving with a suspended license.

I had this whole story written and ready to publish when Radar posted a new story that Amber allegedly attacked Gary on Tuesday night for trying to win her back with flowers and texts while romancing another woman on the side. Amber befriended the other woman to see if there was anything going on between her and Gary, and when she found out there was she went over to Gary’s house and hit Gary and got up in his other girlfriend’s face. I thought Amber had a new boyfriend, that Clinton Yunker guy, but maybe she’s just as hot and cold with him as she is with Gary. This woman needs to get supervised visits with her daughter. She’s not fit to be with Leah alone.
