Kanye West was ATTACKED! By a sign! Yes, he was mercilessly assaulted by a “Wrong Way” sign that was part of some parking garage or something. Kanye was with Kim on Friday, checking out some real estate and then going for lunch. According to TMZ, Kanye was attempting to “duck his head” to avoid getting his picture taken but he missed the low “Wrong Way” sign and smacked his head into it. It left a mark!!!

Do you see the mark? It’s just a little boo-boo on his forehead. There’s video too!

At first Kanye got mad at one of the paps but then he seems to walk away. But then this happened (NSFW language):

Dude. People walk into things all the time. I still have a small scar on my nose from the day that my car trunk door decided to fall on me when I was loading groceries. I still have a scar on my leg from when I was 8 years old and I accidentally slammed a sharpened pencil into my leg. I’ve fallen going UP the stairs. My point? Having a hissy fit about it doesn’t make it any better. Just be thankful you weren’t seriously injured and laugh at yourself. But of course Kanye cannot do that.

…On the bright side, at least we aren’t talking about what Kim is wearing.

For all of us waiting for some kind of justice to come to Amanda Bynes after a DUI, several hit and runs, getting pulled over while driving with a suspended license and getting stoned in her car, something has finally happened yesterday! Cops pulled Amanda over and they ran her license this time, which lead to her car being impounded. You know she’ll find another way to drive, but for now she’ll have to cab it or get a driver. I only hope the paparazzi are the ones who called the cops and that they’re keeping an eye on her. They need to be useful somehow. Here’s the story from TMZ:

Amanda Bynes’ suspended license finally caught up with her today — TMZ has learned she was pulled over by police and had her car impounded.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Bynes was pulled over in her black BMW around 9:00 AM in Burbank, CA. We’re told when cops ran her license they discovered it was suspended.

According to our sources, cops impounded the vehicle and issued her a misdemeanor ticket for driving on a suspended license.

As TMZ first reported, Bynes was pulled over on September 9 — but despite having the suspended license, she was given only a verbal warning and let go.

TMZ has the photos of Amanda’s car getting pulled over and her car being taken away. You can’t see her face because she’s pulled a jacket over her head, and her legs look incredible in some jeggings. We know that Amanda has been hitting the gym in between getting baked and driving around aimlessly. Several sources fom Amanda’s gym told TMZ that she’s in there a lot and that she often talks to herself. Her neighbors think she’s having serious problems too. Uh oh:

Several people from her gym — Equinox in West Hollywood – tell us, she has been showing increasingly alarming signs of delusional behavior. One person says Amanda came to the gym Thursday looking dazed and began speaking with herself — making comments and then answering back.

Another person says when Amanda was on the elliptical, she would stop suddenly and start “laughing hysterically for no reason.” She did this periodically throughout her workout. This person says he’s seen her dozens of times in the last few months, and says it’s apparent her condition is “deteriorating.”

Several of Amanda’s neighbors echo the concern over Amanda’s condition. One tells us he observed her on several occasions having long conversations with inanimate objects. Another person says people in her condo complex are aware of her condition and her conduct but haven’t called her friends or relatives or authorities because they just don’t want to get involved, given her profile.

Some of the people in the building have been upset over the last few weeks, because they believe the media is painting Amanda as a garden variety pothead and they say her problems are much deeper.

If this is true, I hope that someone will step in and make sure she gets the help she needs to be stabilized. It sounds like she’s having serious problems and is deep in denial. TMZ has a follow-up story on this from a source close to Amanda (read: Amanda) who insists she’s just fine and everything is being “blown out of proportion.” The source also insists that she was only smoking tobacco out of that special pipe designed to look like a car cigarette lighter.

Meanwhile the Cracken has chimed in on this, because she faced the ultimate sentence of a full 14 days in her own segregated jail cell for a DUI, a high speed car chase involving unwilling passengers, missing scheduled hearings, failing court-ordered drug tests, and failing multiple times to complete her court-ordered education and community service. (Not in that order, but it’s impossible to recap her legal problems without writing a treatise.) Lindsay tweeted “Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?” Maybe because you had a LOT more chances, particularly after the legal system got involved, you stupid cow. Look at that, Lindsay Lohan just made me defend Amanda Bynes. Lindsay’s just pissed that Amanda is getting more press than her.

I had to revisit our Amanda Bynes coverage to realize that the former Nickelodeon star, 26, just had her third known hit and run, and that’s not even counting her DUI arrest where she hit a cop car. To recap: Amanda got arrested for DUI in April after she hit a police car. A week later she was photographed after a night out at the Chateau Marmot texting while driving, during which she ran over a curb. Then in May she hit a car while trying to pass on the right and acted like she had no idea it happened when cops caught up with her. Amanda was not charged for that incident. Then we heard that Amanda had another hit and run in April on the freeway (the news of which didn’t come out until late May) and that she wouldn’t be charged for that either due to a lack of witnesses.

In response to all this news about what a terrible drunken driver she is, Amanda tweeted President Obama in June that the arresting officer (probably the one whose car she rammed into, since she wasn’t busted for any of the other incidents) should be fired. No joke. She wrote “Hey @BarackObama… I don’t drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don’t hit and run. The end.” It appears that Amanda has since shut her Twitter account down. And here I was hoping that she would get indignant about this latest story that she rear-ended yet another car on Saturday night and fled the scene. The woman whose car she “allegedly” rammed into described her as a “hot mess” and told TMZ that Amanda tried to downplay the damage, even pushing her bumper back up. Amanda left the scene before cops could get there and refused to provide any contact information. Here we go again.

A Los Angeles woman filed a police report yesterday afternoon claiming Amanda Bynes rear-ended her and then, after a brief conversation, drove off without exchanging insurance information … TMZ has learned.

Kisa (last name witheld) tells TMZ she was driving her Toyota Corolla on Ventura Blvd. in the San Fernando Valley when she was struck by a woman in a black BMW. Kisa tells TMZ she didn’t recognize the woman at first — because she “looked like a hot mess” — but once they began talking, she realized it was Amanda Bynes.

Kisa says she got out her insurance card to exchange information, but says Bynes “seemed nervous about that.” She says Bynes told her the damage to the Corolla didn’t look that bad and proceeded to push her bumper back into place.

Bynes then, according to Kisa, said they didn’t need to exchange info since neither car was damaged badly. Kisa maintains, however, that Amanda’s car had “significant” damage to it.

Kisa says she continued to try and exchange info with Bynes, but Bynes just got in her car and drove off.

Kisa tells TMZ she called the police, who responded to the scene and took a hit and run report. Kisa says when she told the officer who hit her, the officer replied, “Didn’t she just get a DUI?”

Amanda wasn’t charged for the other two hit and runs, so I’ll doubt she’ll be charged for this one. Considering how many times we’ve heard that she’s hit other cars and fled the scene in just a few months, it’s doubtful that she’ll voluntarily sober up or hire a cab whenever she gets blotto. In Amanda’s mind she’s completely innocent and able to drive. “Gimme da keys!” I just hope someone steps in before she seriously harms herself or someone else. This is in LA, though, do you think that’s going to happen? It seems like her DUI case is still pending after she plead not guilty. She wasn’t cited for three separate hit and runs, I doubt they’re even admissible.

Have you ever gotten into a “it barely happened” fender-bender? I have. When I was parallel parking several years ago, I put a 2-inch paint scrape on a HUGE PINK SUV that was parked (OVER THE LINE) and the girl behind the wheel freaked the f—k out. I tried to give her my information and she insisted that we call the police because she didn’t trust me and my attempt to calmly and efficiently offer to pay for the cost of buffing out the minor paint scrape. She called the cops and told them I tried to “leave the scene of an accident”. The cop looked over the “damage” (I swear he laughed at her) and he basically told her that it wasn’t really an accident, and suggested that she just take the information that I offered and take me up on my offer to pay.

My point? That’s something that happened to me in the middle of the day, with two sober drivers involved in a minor incident, and even then the cops were called and it became a “thing.” Yet for whatever reason, Lindsay Lohan crashes her crackmobile every two seconds, gets charged with felonies, drives drunk, stoned and crackie, and SHE STILL HAS HER LICENCE. She’s still allowed to drive around. My other point? Crack bitch got into another accident. This time it was minor (she didn’t hit any babies), but she was still allowed to just drive on. No cops were called. The other driver didn’t even get her information.

Call Guinness … Lindsay Lohan was just involved in her 5,412th car accident — but luckily, this one didn’t require tow trucks or ambulances.

Here’s the blow-by-blow: accident-prone Lindsay chose to get behind the wheel of her black Porsche Panamera after a shopping trip in Bev Hills this afternoon.

A short while later, while cruising down Sunset Boulevard, Lindsay tapped the back of a silver Mustang … that wasn’t moving.

A woman in the Mustang says, “We were sitting at a light and somebody hit us.”

The woman says a male passenger in Lindsay’s car apologized and left his phone number … before telling her they had to keep going because paparazzi were following them.

The Mustang’s damage appears to be extremely minor and cosmetic. It’s unknown if Lindsay’s car suffered any bumps or dings.

WTF? So “the paparazzi are following me” is an excuse to not exchange information? How is it possible that Lindsay can continue to pull this kind of dumb crackie BS constantly? Did the LAPD simply give her a “Crackhead For Life” pass?

Lindsay Lohan totaled her car on Friday. I’m sure you’ve heard. When I saw the news, my first thought was “Of course she did.” My second thought was “I’ll be damned if I’m going to treat LL’s latest cracktastrophe like breaking news.” At first the story was relatively basic – Lindsay was driving her rented, black Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway and something happened and she plowed into the back of an 18-wheeler. The Porsche is a goner and Lindsay and her assistant (who was traveling in the car with her) were both taken to the hospital, although neither LL nor her assistant were seriously injured, although the assistant went to the hospital in an ambulance. The (male) driver of the 18-wheeler was not seriously injured either. Anyway, you can see some photos from the crash here.

Lindsay was already back at work just hours after the accident – she was actually on her way TO work when she hit the 18-wheeler. She’s allowed to come into work at noon? That’s when the accident took place. Still, TMZ dutifully reports that “Lindsay Lohan is so determined to prove she’s no longer a slacker — she’s hiding extensive injuries she sustained during her massive car wreck yesterday … just to keep shooting her new Liz Taylor movie.” She apparently “refused” to allow producers to cancel for the day (once again, she was coming in at NOON), and Lindsay ordered the makeup people to simply cover up all of her bruises and she “refuses to let the crash become a distraction.”

But things got interesting quickly. TMZ’s “law enforcement sources” claimed that LL and the truck driver were both sober at the time of the accident. Lindsay or someone close to her immediately ran to TMZ to claim that the truck driver was to blame for the accident because he cut her off. But the driver of the 18-wheeler has a completely different story. Of course.

The guy driving the giant truck that got rear ended by Lindsay Lohan Friday tells TMZ … LiLo was trying to flee the scene and when he tried to stop her … her people tried to buy his silence.

Lindsay was driving on the PCH yesterday when she collided with a semi-truck driven by James (we’re leaving out his last name). Lohan was trailed by a Cadillac Escalade (which James refers to as a limousine) … driven by someone connected with her Lifetime movie.

James tells TMZ after the accident, he called 911 as Lindsay and her male assistant got out of the Porsche and into the Escalade. James says the assistant picked up a pink bag, “filled it up with something” and then put clothes on top of it.

James claims the driver of the Escalade was trying to keep him away from the SUV. James says he wanted to exchange info with Lindsay (whom he did not recognize) but it was apparent to him she was about to flee the scene.

James says the Escalade driver offered him money, saying they could “go to the bank” and withdraw some cash.

James says the Escalade driver and Lindsay’s assistant put on a full court press: “Him and the guy took me across the street and told me this was some kind of famous person and they didn’t want to be in the media. But I’d already called 911 because they were trying to get away from the scene. But they packed a bag and then the limousine driver told me, ‘Don’t mention the bag to the cops.’”

Steve Honig, Lindsay’s rep, tells TMZ, “Lindsay is cooperating fully with law enforcement. She has answered all their questions and provided them with everything they have asked for.”

James also tells TMZ that he did not cut her off, and that multiple witnesses saw her “flying” down the highway and besides all that, he was in the right lane when she hit him.

So… was Lindsay on “something” when she hit this guy? Was she carrying? Did her people try to bribe the driver? Is this all her fault? Will the police do anything about it. Yes, yes, yes, yes and NO. Dumb, dangerous crackhead. I don’t want to hear anymore about Lindsay “deserving” a “comeback” or anything about how she’s NOT a crackhead. THIS is who she is.

We heard yesterday that two police officers in Florence, Italy had to be treated at a hospital after a car driven by Jersey Shore star Snooki slammed into their escort vehicle. MTV made some feeble attempts through TMZ to assert that “no one was injured,” but that doesn’t seem to have been the case. Now we’ve learned that Snooki’s license was revoked by the Italian government and that the officers, each of whom will miss a week of work as a result, could potentially take her to civil court for their injuries. They were taken on stretchers to the hospital after the accident, but that seems to have been a precaution as reports have their injuries as minor including bruises, scrapes and more seriously, whiplash.

Snooki was seen out yesterday wearing yet another pair of hideous furry Uggs (the last ones we saw her in were white) and sporting a soft neck brace. She removed it later in the day. Here’s the story from US Weekly:

Snooki’s driver’s license was revoked following her Monday afternoon car crash in Florence, and she might be heading to court, Us Weekly confirms.

The pint-sized Jersey Shore star (real name: Nicole Polizzi) was behind the wheel of a Fiat Multipla with co star Deena in the passenger seat when the fender bender happened. Tests revealed that Snooki, 23, did not have alcohol in her system at the time of the crash.

The incident, which sent two Italian police officers to the hospital for minor injuries, wasn’t without consequences. While Snooki is unlikely to face a criminal prosecution, she could be taken to court in a civil action suit by the two police officers injured in the crash. (The officers, ironically, were hired to escort the reality star through the ancient Italian city.)

“It was nothing serious and they have been released, but they will not be back at work for a week,” a Florence police spokesman said. Under Italian law, the male and female officer — who suffered whiplash injuries and cuts and bruises — have up to 90 days to decide whether to take civil action against Snooki.

As per Italian law, Snooki — having injured fellow motorists — automatically lost her license to drive in the country.

Since the Jersey Shore cast arrived in Italy three weeks ago, they’ve accumulated more than 300 Euro worth of fines for various traffic violations

Years ago my aunt was hit by a cabbie while she was driving, got whiplash, and had to have multiple surgeries on her jaw. Those kind of injuries can be debilitating and last for years.

This won’t do much to derail this show, but maybe Italian officials will put the crack down on filming there. We’ve already heard that they don’t want the show filming around historical locations. Now that Snooki smashed her car into some cops we can see that the Italian officials had good instincts. Really though, it’s not hard to call it like you see it with this lot.

In response to this “accident,” the President of a national Italian American group, UNICO, that has criticized Jersey Shore in the past, blasted Snooki. Radar has some choice quotes from UNICO head Andre Dimino. They’re pretty funny, but seem to give Snooki too much credit:

“She really is the lowest of the low and will do anything for attention, even hitting a police car.

“She is our worst ever export and is an embarrassment for Italian Americans and our whole country.”

“For MTV to go and film in Italy was totally ill conceived, and this latest incident has just added insult to injury as far as I’m concerned.”

21 year-old Jamaican-American singer Sean Kingston, who you might know from his 2007 hit “Beautiful Girls,” is in critical but stable condition at an intensive care unit in Miami. Kingston was injured when the jet ski he was driving crashed into a bridge in Miami on Sunday. A female passenger on the jet ski is listed as “uninjured” by the accident. Luckily a Coast Guard member boating on his day off happened on the accident and tended to Sean and his passenger until help arrived.

TMZ has the story from the guy who rescued Kingston from the water and it all sounds very serious. Apparently Kingston’s life jacket had come off and he was spitting up blood but conscious and able to respond. His passenger said her head hurt, but she was ultimately fine. If no one had been boating in the area right after the accident Kingston could have easily drowned. Here’s more from People:

Hip-hop star Sean Kingston was operating a jet ski in Miami Beach early Sunday evening when the watercraft collided with the Palm Island Bridge. His condition has now been stabilized.

“Sean was heading west from the MacArthur Causeway and Miami Beach Islands when his personal watercraft collided with the bridge, and he and his female passenger ended up in the water,” Jorge Pino, spokesman for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission, the lead investigative agency of the accident, tells PEOPLE.

“A good Samaritan tended to the two of them until Miami Beach Fire Rescue arrived and saw there were injuries,” added Pino.

The rescue team’s assessment was to transport the star and his female passenger to Jackson Ryder Trauma Center in Miami around 6 p.m.

The singer’s publicist, Joseph Carozza, issued the following: “Sean Kingston is now stabilized and has moved from the trauma unit to ICU. Sean’s family thanks everyone for their prayers and support during this time.”

Pino said investigations into the cause of the accident are still underway, but “nothing indicates there was alcohol involved.”

“Nine times out of 10, recklessness on the water involving personal watercraft contributes to accidents,” Pino tells PEOPLE. “That is not necessarily the cause of this one, but we spend a lot of time patrolling the areas looking for violations with jet skis and motor boats.”

Kingston, 21, best known for his 2007 hit “Beautiful Girls,” recently collaborated with Justin Beiber for “Eenie Meeni.” As the 17-year-old Tweeted: “Got my friend @seankingston in my prayers tonight. a true friend and big bro. please keep him in your prayers tonight as well.”

A friend of mine died in a white water rafting accident and another friend’s relative drowned at a young age while boating. It’s scary to think of what can happen on the water. Hopefully Kingston will make a full recovery. These kind of stories remind you of how fragile life is.

Pregnant singer Jewel, 36, was involved in a scary car crash over the weekend in Stephenville, Texas with a firetruck. (You can see the photo below, credit to the Stephenville Empire Tribune.) The truck hit Jewel’s car in the passenger side and caused a ton of damage to the point where it looks like if someone was sitting there they could have been seriously injured. Jewel was taken to the hospital for observation, and the Empire Tribune reports that it was just a precaution and was “only due to the fact that she is pregnant.” She’s fine and the baby is fine thank goodness. Jewel tweeted that her car, a Cadillac SRX (which is characterized as a mid size crossover SUV – it looks like a half sedan, half SUV), absorbed the shock of the accident and “kept me safe.”

It was a scary accident, but things could have been much worse.

Singer/songwriter Jewel, who announced in January that she was pregnant with her first child, had her car smashed by a volunteer fire engine in Texas on Friday. Luckily, she was okay, and she took to Twitter to reveal why.

“1 thing I do know is my car saved my & baby’s life-definitely going 2 get another Cadillac SRX! It absorbed all the damage & kept me safe!” the star tweeted.

Cadillac certainly appreciated that tweet.

She also gave an update as to her health:

“Hey everyone-just got released from the ER & my Dr’s office- everything is fine-me & the baby r ok- thanx 4 all your thoughts & prayers,” she wrote. “Dr said no working out- so I’m going to take it easy this weekend. Just a little sore and banged up- but feeling so blessed this morning.”

Those SUVs may by safe for the drivers, but they’re not considered as safe for other cars on the road since they’re so high and can hit smaller cars right where people are sitting. (Minivans are generally safer than SUVs, although what makes the difference of course is the driver.) Jewel’s car is lower to the ground though, and it looks like she could have been seriously hurt by the height difference between the truck and her own car. At least this story has a happy ending and everything is ok for Jewel and her baby. It’s unclear who caused the accident or if anyone is at fault. You never know what could happen when you’re driving and stories like this remind us that it’s important to stay alert and cautious.

Here’s a funny video of Usher serenading an overzealous fan on stage in concert at Madison Square Garden on Monday night. Usher was singing “Trading Places” to a woman who was all over him, really getting into it and knew all the words to the song. The two were lounging on a recliner on stage when the woman tried to flip around to get face to face with him – and ended up kicking him in the face with her boot! That’s at 5:23 in the video above.

The woman apologized, wiped Usher’s face and seemed embarrassed that she got so carried away. Usher immediately stopped singing and the crowd was roaring. He joked “We play most of the day, you know, we kick each other in the face and all kinds of stuff.” He then stopped the song, gave the fan a hug, and then stepped off stage.

Aw, I like how he handled that! Usher could have been mad but he played it off well.

Rumor has it that Usher is cheating on his current girlfriend, his co-manager and stylist Grave Miguel, with a backup dancer named Saidah. Usher divorced his first wife and the mother of his two young sons, Tameka Foster, in 2009.

A couple of days ago, Radar Online posted video of Dancing with the Stars hostess Brooke Burke getting super pissy in a videotaped deposition regarding potentially stolen goods purchased by her and her boyfriend, David Charvet. We didn’t report it at the time because the story seemed somewhat vague to me and I wasn’t sure if there was interest in it. Brooke and David are being questioned as part of a civil lawsuit in which a high end appliances store is suing a former employee for stealing and fencing their inventory. These two bought about $70,000 worth of appliances for their new home from the employee, who instructed them to write out checks directly to her. They’re claiming they had no idea the goods were stolen, but they only paid about 1/2 the value on the items. The lawyer for the plaintiff insists tahat Charvet and Brooke knew exactly what was going on. Charvet’s brother-in-law is a friend of the accused employee’s boyfriend, who is said to have introduced Charvet to her. Here’s more from Radar, which has quotes from the plaintiff’s lawyer:

Brooke Burke’s live-in boyfriend –former Baywatch star David Charvet — knew he was buying stolen goods from a high-end design store, charges the attorney representing the victimized store.

The Dancing with the Stars host was deposed in a lawsuit brought by EuroConcepts versus Zalfa “Zee” Halaby, a former store employee.

RadarOnline.com broke the story Monday that Burke was heavily questioned about buying and receiving stolen merchandise. Her deposition is on video and you can see it here.

In a new exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Sanford Passman, attorney for the plaintiffs in the civil suit, said he believes Charvet knew he was buying stolen goods.

“I absolutely believe that Charvet knew what was going on,” Passman told RadarOnline.com. “As for whether Brooke knew, who knows? She very well may have turned over all the financial dealings to David but my problem with that is that she went to EuroConcepts, she had Halaby into her house on more than one occasion.

“Maybe David was running the show but how she couldn’t have found out I find hard to believe.”

Burke and Charvet have two children together. Checks from one of Burke’s accounts were made out directly to Halaby instead of to the store in 2007. Halaby was also paid in cash. In her deposition Burke reveals that Charvet sometimes has the ability to authorize checks from her account and also strongly contends she had no idea that Halaby was allegedly cheating her employer.

In the civil complaint another person accused of purchasing stolen goods is Charvet’s brother-in-law Daniel Kessouss.

“Our position is that Halaby had this thing going on for some time and that she had a romantic relationship with one of the defendants, Naftali Amiel,” Passman told RadarOnline.com. “Amiel introduced David Charvet to Halaby and also knows another one of the defendants, Charvet’s brother in law, Daniel Kessous.

“I think it was one of those situations where one person told another person about the great deal they could get with this woman.”

According to Passman, there is also a related criminal case and he theorizes that he can get Halaby to tell all about who knew what.

“If the investigation continues, Halaby will most likely cop a plea deal on her criminal matter, she’ll lose her 5th amendment right and I will put her on the witness stand in the civil trial and she’ll spill her guts,” Passman told RadarOnline.com.

Passman says he tried twice to schedule a site inspection of Charvet’s Malibu home, (which he shares with Burke) but the couple continue to cancel.

He charges that they purchased an outdoor stainless steel gas BBQ, fridge, freezer, microwave and a six burner range from Halaby.

“We wanted to take pictures of the merchandise they had installed in their home so we could match it with the serial numbers of what they bought. But they keep canceling,” Passman told RadarOnline.com.

Burke and Charvet allegedly bought roughly $70,000 worth of appliances and, in the deal of a lifetime, only paid about half of that price. According to the complaint, Burke and Charvet paid Halaby directly for the merchandise with a check and in some cases, cash. EuroConcepts never saw a penny of the money.

As far as celebrity scandals go, this one is relatively minor but it’s still interesting. Brooke was really annoyed in that deposition so I’m inclined to think she had no idea about this and is fed up with being blamed for it. If her boyfriend knew he could still face some legal charges. It seems suspicious that these two aren’t letting the lawyer get the serial numbers off the appliances they purchased. I used to see Brooke as this kind of sunny happy-go-lucky person but now that I’ve seen this deposition I’m getting the impression that her whole media persona is an act. This could do some minor damage to her reputation.
