Cameron Diaz is dating Jude Law?

The British actor, who played Cameron’s lover in festive comedy The Holiday, is set to spend a romantic week with the stunning actress.

A source is quoted as saying: “Jude is going to take her on a series of romantic dates this week.

“They had a lot of fun while making The Holiday and this is the key to their relationship.”

Cameron, 34, met Jude, also 34, on the set of The Holiday last year, when she was still with Justin Timberlake (Not that I’m suggesting anything improper!). She was quoted at the time as saying “Jude is charismatic, fun, open and charming. It is very easy to fall in love with him.”

Tell that to the former nanny! Actually, Daisy Wright (the nanny who had a fling with Jude Law and broke up his engagement with Sienna Miller) was just interviewed by Marie Claire magazine about her life post-sex scandal, and had this to say.

“I know this sounds naive, but I didn’t realise how big the story was going to be. To this day, I can’t bring myself to read it. I went against everything I stood for. It was just what I though was right at the time.”

I always wonder what happens to those women who sleep with famous people and sell their story. Six months later are their mothers talking to them again? How hard is it to get work again after? Do people come up to you on the street for a long time after? Seems a lot to give up for a couple of hundred thousand from a tabloid newspaper.

Daisy says she plans to use the money she made to open an African orphanage, and now works full time again as a nanny.

Note by Celebitchy: Jude Law’s spokesperson denies that there’s any sort of romance between these two, saying “He hasn’t seen her for months. Joanne Sarantakos, the estranged wife of “illusionist” Criss Angel has claimed that he forced her to keep their marriage secret so as not to discourage female fans and that he emotionally abandoned her. She’s also claimed that he hasn’t paid her promised expenses. Oh, and that Cameron Diaz broke up their marriage.

Angel went on the attack over the weekend, refuting all of Sarantakos’ claims. He says he met Cameron in May, which by all public reports seems to be about accurate. Celebitchy reported that after escaping from a block of concrete in Times Square on June 5th, Angel said “I’d like to dedicate this escape to my girl ‘Trouble,’ a.k.a. Cameron. I love you baby. Have a safe trip to Europe for your Shrek tour.” Classy. I’m sure the promoters of “Shrek” really want to be associated with Criss Angel, and are so grateful for the free publicity. By many (though not all) accounts that was likely the end of their relationship. However it’s been widely reported that Angel and Sarantakos separated some time last year. That would make it pretty hard for Cameron Diaz to have split up their marriage. Sarantakos’s lawyer has threatened to subpoena Diaz and drag her into court over her relationship with Angel.

Angel’s response to his estranged wife’s allegations accuse her of doing whatever it takes to get more money.

Cameron is a good friend and an amazing person and to defame her and myself and paint her as the reason for my marriage’s demise is factually inaccurate, ridiculous and just plain wrong… It seems clear, and very unfortunate to me that Joanne and her attorney both hope that these false statements will provide my estranged wife, who has also been dating during this time, the financial windfall she is obviously seeking.”

Furthermore, he denies that he hasn’t supported her as promised.

She has had unlimited access to credit cards that I pay for. I have paid for her cell phone, her car, her gas, her car insurance, her health insurance, trips she has taken–even the smallest thing like her cat food,” he said. “Essentially, I have paid for her every expense. I have also paid for her housing the entire time.”

You really can’t argue with the cat food. What woman in her right mind would be all that upset if her husband slept with Cameron Diaz, as long as he paid for the cat food? Seriously, I don’t like Cameron Diaz even a tiny bit (she’s been reported as the rudest celebrity to fans for years now) but it doesn’t sound like she has much to do with this debacle. She got dragged into it, first by Angel to get him some publicity, and then by his estranged wife, to get her some money. All I can say is run, Cameron, grab that talking donkey and run to Duloc and get the hell away from all those crazy people.

Scarlett Johansson is said to have gotten Justin Timberlake’s hopes up after he dumped albatross Cameron Diaz and thought he scored a real actress. She was seen flirting with him at the Alpha Dog after party and people said they were a new item. Justin is said to have hired Scarlett to appear in an upcoming video in order to get closer to her.

She was toying with him, though, according to sources who say she’s not ready for a commitment with the arrogant singer turned actor. He was said to be too clingy and needy for her, so she got the hell away from him:

The hunky “Sexy Back” singer, who’s 25, rushed into 22-year-old Scarlett’s arms after his split with Cameron Diaz - only to discover the big-screen bombshell “just wasn’t that into him,” sources say.

“Scarlett loves male attention, but there’s no way she’s ready to settle down at her age,” a pal told The Enquirer.

“Justin was crazy about her, but Scarlett? Not so much.

“She said she was more than happy to share a fling with Justin, but then he got all clingy and wanted a commitment. That’s when Scarlett backed off…”

“She let Justin down easy, but she made it clear that she’s not looking for anything heavy. The bottom line is Scarlet just wasn’t that into him.”

I kind of love that the tables were turned in this relationship and that the woman was the one who wasn’t into the guy. When it’s Justin Timberlake that’s getting the brush off, it’s all the better. Maybe there’s another snotty actress he can publically humiliate. Britney is said to be out of the question, but Lohan only has a couple of crotch slips to her credit and she’s going to be sober soon.

Justin’s ex, Cameron Diaz, is rebounding in style with hot surfer Kelly Slater. Kelly’s a guy, unfortunately, or this story would be more interesting.

Scarlett’s ex, Josh Hartnett, is said to be romancing drunken Brit Sienna Miller. Yeah, I know.

This was on the front page of Yahoo! this morning, and they have an ABC News online video discussing it, so I didn’t think of it spontaneously, but several A-listers have commercials running in Japan. They say that despite the fact that we can easily find these commercials thanks to the Internet, it shouldn’t really hurt their branding in the US.

I don’t know how current these are, but I think the ones with Cameron and Brad are new. Let me know.

Clown-faced Cameron Diaz ignored the cardinal rule of breakups - act like you’re having a good time and ignore the bastard. She was said to have followed Justin Timberlake to two different Golden Globes after-parties, and to have had an awkward talk with him. She even got all up in gorgeous Jessica Biel’s face after she saw Biel talking to Timberlake. That doesn’t seem like a smart move considering that Biel could probably kick her ass. Diaz has crazy going for her, though, and sometimes that trumps brawn.

CAMERON Diaz is not over Justin Timberlake just yet, and things got heated when she saw her ex chatting up Jessica Biel in L.A. after the Golden Globes. Sources say the temperamental star “blew up” at Biel after she saw Timberlake flirting with her. Diaz followed Timberlake to the In Style party at the Hilton Oasis, where “they had an awkward conversation.” The “Charlie’s Angels” star then trailed Timberlake to the Beverly Hilton rooftop for the Universal party, where she found him chatting up Biel - and screamed at the “Illusionist” star. “If that’s how she wants to get him back, it won’t work,” said our insider. “She’s desperate.” Reps for Diaz did not return our call.

It’s just common sense not to act all crazy around your ex. Do not contact him. That means no drunk dialing! If you want to get him back, and are willing to go through all the crap you dealt with for him but are conveniently ignoring due to fresh heartache, then you have to feel good about yourself. Go hang out with your friends, get a new hairdo, exercise, and spoil yourself. Once you feel good again you’ll realize you’re better off without him anyway.

Drew, J.Lo, and Evangeline all looked lovely at the Golden Globes. I’m impressed with J.Lo’s makeup, which has looked mismatched recently but seems just right and not overdone here. Drew is a vision in white. She’s appearing in the upcoming film Music and Lyrics By with Hugh Grant, and judging from the way they’re posing kind of far from each other I would say this appearance is for professional reasons, but I would like to be wrong.

Evangeline Lilly’s dress is a gorgeous swirl of muted pastels and I love her loose curly hair.

Cameron Diaz is a haughty mess. She tried to pull off upswept carefree hair, but her hair is too straight and it just looks messy. Those bright red glossy lips look clownish, and I can’t stand her frilly white dress. She’s taking too many risks here at once, and falls flat. Am I being too harsh on her?

Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake issued a joint statement confirming the demise of their relationship. They said that there are “innacurate stories” about their breakup, that we’re talking too much crap about them, and that Cameron’s nose really does look better now after the operation:

“It has always been our preference not to comment on the status of our relationship, but, out of respect for the time we’ve spent together, we feel compelled to do so now, in light of recent speculation and the number of inaccurate stories that are being reported by the media. We have, in fact, ended our romantic relationship and have done so mutually and as friends, with continued love and respect for one another.” And that’s that!

Rumor has it that Justin has been getting cozy with Scarlet Johansson, and that he hired her for a cameo in a recent video in order to get to know her better. They were seen talking and flirting at the after party for his Alpha Dog movie premiere.

My favorite recent source, The National Enquirer has photos and a story of Justin’s holiday hookup, an ex-girlfriend from his hometown in Tennnessee named Veronica Finn. Finn was in the now-defunct girl group Innosense, and is now a real estate agent in Tampa, FL. Finn stayed over at Justin’s parents’ house for a few nights and was seen out with him playing indoor golf and going to a club in nearby Memphis. (I said Timberlake was from Nashville before, ans as commentors pointed out that was incorrect.)

What’s really surprising about this story is how Cameron and Justin lasted so long. They both made statements that kind of half-revealed their relationship was shaky, and Justin publically dissed Cameron on this season’s premiere of Ellen, essentially admitting he’d never marry her.

Cameron and Justin’s long relationship may finally be over. These two have been plagued by breakup rumors for ages, and the latest news is that they spent the holidays apart and Justin was spending quality time with a hot realtor in his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee while Cameron was off on a separate ski vacation in Colorado. Star magazine claims that Justin was overheard claiming that it’s done between him and Cameron:

Cameron Diaz, his girlfriend since 2003, went skiing in Vail, Colo., with her family. Separate vacations? At this time of year? What’s the reason?

Sources say the glamorous due broke up and went their separate ways after a serious discussion that ended with Justin deciding that his days with Cam were numbered. “They had been planning to be together in Tennessee with his folks,” says a source. “But he came out alone and she stayed in L.A.” And on Dec. 23, as he partied with friends in Senses nightclub in Memphis, the source says, Justin told fellow revelers: “Me and Cameron? We’re done.” He also confided to those friends that “the breakup is for keeps!”

Their reps denied it the last time they were said to be over due to Justin’s commitment issues. Cameron has since claimed that she’s also afraid of commitment, but it sounded to me like she was just trying to save face. Justin has talked so much crap about how he’ll never marry her that I’m surprised they lasted this long.

Ashton Kutcher bought Demi Moore a rare photography book for Christmas. It’s supposed to be a surprise but if Demi reads the tabloids she’ll be tipped off:

Ashton Kutcher was out doing some early Christmas shopping at Barneys New York in Beverly Hills with a buddy on Wednesday, Dec. 6, when he came across a great gift.

“He was so thrilled with the it — a $2,500 art and photography book with it’s own stand by Peter Beard. It’s a collector’s edition and only 2,500 books are available,” said an eyewitness. “Ashton said it was the ‘perfect gift’!”

And Cameron Diaz bought Justin Timberlake a coveted Sony PlayStation 3. She had one of her flunkies wait in line for hours to get the game console, but it doesn’t matter that the news is out, because Timberlake got his gift early and is already addicted to it:

David Beckham has hinted that he wants some frying pans for Christmas because he loves to cook.

Kate Winslet told a funny story on David Letterman about how she made an inadvertent play on words during a recent interview. She said the journalist asked her what was the most surprising thing she learned about Diaz while working with her on their upcoming film “The Holiday.” She wanted to explain that she was surprised how much Cameron eats considering how thin she is and said “Cameron Diaz could literally eat me under a table!”

Kate had another funny mishap during yesterday’s appearance on “Good Morning America.” Diane Sawyer showed an old breakfast ceral commercial clip featuring an 11 year-old girl that was thought to be Winslet. It was some other child actress, though, and Winslet didn’t have the heart to tell Sawyer on the air that it wasn’t her!

She explains, “Recently, I’ve been doing a lot of press. Odd things keep happening. People keep digging up little nuggets of research that they think no one has ever seen before and it’s not going quite according to plan. I was on Good Morning America with Diane Sawyer, who is a wonderful, lovely woman and they thought they would surprise me by showing a clip of a breakfast cereal commercial that I was in when I was 11 years old, but it wasn’t me. I just didn’t have the heart to say, ‘Oh, God, Diane, I’m really sorry, but your researcher got it wrong. It’s just not me.’”

A stunned Winslet didn’t say anything at the time about the faulty clip because she didn’t want anyone to lose their job. She adds, “I just didn’t want the researcher to get fired!”
