Heather Locklear emerged from rehab on Wednesday– and it only took two days for a rehab snitch to divulge some of what went on during her stay. Luckily, everything the source said was pretty good, and it sounds like Heather had a lot of support from her friends and family. According to the source, Heather’s ex-husband Richie Sambora called her every single day while she was there.

Heather Locklear’s ex-husband Richie Sambora (who struggled with alcoholism) called her daily during her recent four-week stint in rehab for depression and anxiety, the Chicago Sun-Times reports. (The paper claims she also may have been treated for prescription drug issues.)

The source says that Locklear, 46, told the other patients at the Arizona facility that she felt the world was closing in on her before she sought help. The source adds that Locklear felt people expected her “to be perfect, always beautiful.” During her stay, the source says Locklear “couldn’t have been warmer or more approachable. There was no diva behavior. She was totally genuine, down-to-earth and warm.”

She often enjoyed riding horses. She even told patients that she wanted to make a Western film “so I can better work on my riding skills,” the insider says. At one point during rehab, Locklear was overheard singing and said she’d love to record an album, the source says.

Heather might want to keep that album idea on the down low. That’s probably the only thing in the article you could say was slanderous. I kid, I kid. But I don’t think a Heather Locklear CD will be sitting on my shelf anytime soon – and I’m guessing the same goes for most people, unless they’re interested in the novelty factor.

Boyfriend Jack Wagner got a bit of flack for only visiting Heather twice during the month she was in rehab. There was no mention of how often he called, but supposedly their relationship is still going strong, and Heather thinks they might get married soon. I think it’s really great that Richie Sambora was there for her like that. I can’t think of a whole lot of ex-husbands that would care or want to be helpful in that way. And Heather is the mother of his child – it makes sense that Richie would want her to be as healthy and happy as possible.

Actress Heather Locklear has emerged from her stint in an Arizona rehab facility, where she was allegedly be treated for anxiety and depression. Locklear began a quiet downward spiral earlier this year after her psychiatrist called 911 in March to report his fear that Heather was suicidal. Initially, Locklear’s rep denied the incident, calling it a misunderstanding. But in June, she quietly checked herself in for treatment. Four weeks later, she’s out, and according to friends is feeling like her old self again.

After successfully completing four weeks of treatment for anxiety and depression, Heather Locklear is back home.

“Heather’s feeling really great,” says a close friend. “And she looks beautiful, just radiant.”

While the actress’s recovery is “a work in progress,” Locklear seems rejuvenated by her month away, says the friend. “She told a really funny story and she laughed from her core,” says the pal, who has seen Locklear since she returned home last weekend. “That’s when I knew she was going to be fine. I think that’s the best part of all – it’s so nice to hear her laugh.”

During her time at the Arizona facility, Locklear, 46, remained under doctors’ care while getting therapeutic spa treatments, riding horses and spending quality time alone. Her spirits were lifted by two visits from boyfriend Jack Wagner.

Since she checked herself in on June 19, Locklear has enjoyed the support of her ex, Bon Jovi rocker Richie Sambora. Their daughter Ava, 10, spent the last few weeks with Sambora but is now with her mom. Locklear is most excited, says the source, to be “back home with Ava.”

Sometimes depression medication has some scary side effects, one of them being suicidal thoughts. It sounds like Heather needed some more intense therapy to help her. But do spa treatments and horseback riding really work?

Best wishes to Heather on her continued recovered- and most of all, best wishes to her daughter. Between the nasty divorce, her father dating her mom’s former friend and then getting busted for DUI, and now her mom dealing with depression, this kid has had a rough time recently. In March it was reported that Heather Locklear was suffering from severe depression and possibly alcoholism. The rumors were quickly swept under the rug by her publicist, but it quickly became clear that they were actually legitimate. Heather’s doctor called 911 on March 9th after talking with the former Melrose Place actress. The conversation left him worried that she might overdose on antidepressants. Paramedics arrived at her home, and after ten minutes decided she was okay and did not take her to the hospital.

Heather has now checked herself into a facility in Arizona to deal with her depression and anxiety.

Heather Locklear is seeking treatment for psychological issues at an Arizona facility, her publicist confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.

“Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment,” says Locklear’s rep, Cece Yorke. “This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released.”

It’s great that Heather is being responsible and taking control of her mental health. It’s easy to sweep those sorts of things under the rug or self-medicate. Clearly her depression must have gotten pretty severe if she’s had to check herself into an in-patient facility. But it sounds like she’s doing the right thing and taking it seriously. Hopefully she’ll have a positive experience and start feeling better.

It looks like there may be more to the phony 911 call to actress Heather Locklear’s home than originally believed. At first, it was reported that the 911 call was a mistake, but since the 911 tape has been released, sources say that the individual who called was actually Locklear’s psychiatrist, who received a late night phone call from her in which she revealed that she “felt like killing [her]self.”

An audio tape of a man, reported to be Heather Locklear’s psychiatrist, requesting emergency assistance at the actress’ house has been publicly released. “I have a patient and I have a feeling she’s suicidal. And I would want someone to go [check on her],” says the caller whose name was apparently redacted before the tape was released to the public.

The 911 call came in on Saturday, March 8. Authorities said they found no problems when they responded to the call and Locklear’s rep said the actress was “fine.”

But The ENQUIRER can exclusively reveal that Locklear has had a years-long battle with booze, drugs and depression, she has detoxed in private, lived with sober companions and secretly been hospitalized for her problems, according to a source.

“Heather was on the phone with her psychiatrist when he became alarmed because she was upset and seemed intoxicated,” a close pal told The ENQUIRER. “At one point Heather said: ‘I’m just so sad and bummed out, I feel like killing myself right now!’

“Her doctor did not take it as an idle threat.”

As usual, any story in the Enquirer is suspect by nature. I certainly hope that if Heather is battling substance abuse and depression, she gets treatment. She’s been around forever and seems to be very well liked in Hollywood. It should be noted that her ex, Richie Sambora, has a longstanding alcohol problem and was just in rehab at Cirque in Utah. This may not mean anything, but considering how long Richie and Heather were married, perhaps they were both enabling each other all those years.

Whatever the truth is, Heather has every right to keep her situation to herself. There’s still not a definitive confirmation that the man in the 911 tapes really is her doctor, or that Locklear is even seeing a psychiatrist. I just hope she’s okay.

On Saturday night, the Ventura County Fire Department received a 911 call claiming that someone at Heather Locklear’s residence was in danger of attempting suicide. When the fire department arrived at the actress’ house, they found nothing out of the ordinary.

TMZ has learned the Ventura County Fire Department and two paramedics units were sent to the home of Heather Locklear yesterday after getting a “suicide attempt” call. Sources say the person they responded to was Heather Locklear — however paramedics quickly determined there was no suicide attempt.

Capt. Barry Parker of the Ventura County Fire Department tells TMZ they received a 911 call last night and went to Locklear’s home in Thousand Oaks, but the call did not originate from her home. An engine, a squad and two ambulances were dispatched. When they arrived, they spoke to Heather and found “no problem.”

A Fire Department source added, “If there was a problem, we would have taken her with us.”

Sources tell us when responders arrived, Heather was fine, completely responsive, and they left after about ten minutes. These sources say Heather was never in any danger and there was absolutely no need to take her in on a 5150 hold.

As we first reported, the person who called 911 was not at Heather’s home.

Update by Celebitchy: TMZ reports that Heather’s psychiatrist the the one who called 911 after speaking to her on the phone, and was worried that she might overdose on prescription medication.

Her rep said earlier that she is “fine” and that “she never requested medical assistance and did not place a 911 call. Nor did anyone from her house call 911 or place a call requesting medical assistance.”

Denise Richards has a reality show on E! to promote, so she’s not above talking about Richie Sambora and Heather Locklear again even though her relationship with Sambora ended a year ago. Some people thought she was behind her neighbor and supposed friend Heather Locklear’s breakup with her husband of 11 years, Richie Sambora, about two years ago. Richards started dating Sambora shortly after his relationship with Locklear ended and it all looked a bit suspicious to the outside world. Richards said at the time that she wasn’t really best friends with Heather Locklear, and now she digging up that old dirt again to say that her friendship with Locklear had ended before she bedded Locklear’s husband, and that Locklear and Sambora were over by then too. Richards tried to set us straight about the love triangle no one remembers or even really cared about at the time in an exclusive interview with Access Hollywood.

JayBird reported last week about how Richards said that she initially “was going to take the high road” and not respond to all the negative reports in the press about her, but now that two years have passed she thinks it’s time for a reality show so that people can judge for themselves. She won a court battle with her ex husband, Charlie Sheen, to have their two young daughters appear on the show. Even though we know Sheen loves hookers and porn, and probably e-mails pictures of his peen to women, he’s coming off as the more mature and trustworthy party in their divorce and custody battle.

Now we can look forward to clips of Richards everyday life, spliced and packaged and available in bite-sized bits for our Internet viewing pleasure. If there’s anything that will make her look bad, it’s reality TV. She’s sounding super naive when she says that she thinks it will give her a chance to show people what she’s really like. She’s going to become a caricature so that the show has a cohesive story line. Maybe she’ll just be portrayed as a bland ditz, though, and not a crazy conniving one to boot.

Oh, Pamela Anderson back before she became a big breasted joke, running down a beach in slow motion in that skimpy red bathing suit. She deserves the sexiest woman on television crown, she’s the reason that Baywatch is the most watched show in the world. I doubt it’s for the storylines.

Heather Locklear was said to be super pissed to see yet another one of her exes, David Spade, in a public clutch with Pamela Anderson. Anderson was married to Locklear’s first husband, Tommy Lee, in 1995 after his divorce from Locklear in 1993. It doesn’t look like Lee was cheating on Locklear, at least with Anderson, because they got married after only knowing each other for a few days and that was well after his separation from Locklear. Supposedly Locklear told Lee at the time they broke up that he could date anyone he pleased - except Pamela Anderson!

So Heather Locklear understandably dislikes Pamela Anderson and was none too pleased to see pictures of David Space kissing and rubbing Pam’s tummy. Locklear was thought to have had a recent relationship with Spade despite insisting that they’re just friends. What’s more is that Spade knows that Locklear can’t stand Anderson and that she’s strictly off limits as far as she is concerned:

The article goes on to say that back when they were dating, Spade was joking around to Locklear about how dumb Anderson was. Locklear can’t believe that he would go around and hook up with her given their history. Despite a new relationship with Jack Wagner, Heather is still mad at Spade for going after the one woman that is strictly taboo. (Well, maybe one of two women since she surely wouldn’t like it if he started shagging Denise Richards either.)

Maybe Locklear hates Anderson so much because she’s more like the former Baywatch babe than she cares to admit. At 45, Locklear doesn’t have much to worry about as she has it all over 40 year-old Anderson, who also looks great but needs to hang up the bikini and move on.

David Spade may be set to pop the question to bitchy hottie Heather Locklear. The mismatched couple has tried to lay low during Locklear’s high profile divorce from Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora. Sambora is putting the blocks to publicity hound Denise Richards, who lived right next door to Locklear and Sambora and encouraged Locklear to divorce him.

Spade and Locklear were said to have broken up back in mid-May after a romance that hit the tabs in April that no one believed anyway. When these pictures of Space and Locklear at the beach [via] came out at the beginning of the month it seemed like the unbelievable could be true.

Locklear isn’t likely to accept Spade’s proposal if this is true. While Spade has defended her, saying she’s still “nursing the knife wounds in her back” from her failed friendship with Denise Richards, he doesn’t seem like a good match for Locklear. He’s a short comic with no sex appeal, and she’s well - Heather Locklear. She surprised her husband with divorce papers and she doesn’t seem ready to settle down again in a rebound relationship.

I never believed these two were a couple, because there was only one report of them going out to dinner and kissing that got repeated a couple weeks after it first came out. Other than that there wasn’t much evidence and no pictures, although Spade did defend Locklear to the press by saying that “She’s still nursing the knife wound in her back” [from Denise Richards] He also did a dumb skit on his show about it, using paper dolls to pretend that Richards apologized for saying he dated Locklear before she split up with her estranged husband, Richie Sambora (video below.)

Locklear’s ex, Richie Sambora, is still dating his neighbor Denise Richards, despite reports that the two have broken up. Richard’s rep confirmed that they’re still together and said that Sambora’s recent comment at a Bon Jovi gig in Germany, in which he claimed to be “Single and ready to party” was just part of his rock-star personae.

Now Richards is flying to Europe to join Sambora while he’s on tour.

That sounds kind of desperate and we’ve joined team Sheen in the Richards/Sheen divorce battle. With the latest news that Richards is starting her own children’s clothing line to directly compete with her husband’s business venture, she’s clearly out to get him. Plus, whose rep ever confirms a rebound relationship? That’s just lame.

As for Sambora and Locklear, we’re not sure who to root for because it doesn’t seem like anyone is at fault. Denise Richards can take the blame there as well.
