Please stand up and give a slow clap to Kim Kardashian. Look at this flattering outfit! Amazing. This just goes to show that Kim sometimes chances upon a full-length mirror and decides to dress for her real shape, not the delusional shape that she thinks she is. Black, stretchy material? Check. Flattering leggings that actually fit? Check. Proportionally showing off her assets (in the form of some cleavage)? Check. And a long, appropriate cardigan/spring jacket that covers the biggest problem area? Check. This outfit might actually believe that she’s somewhat close to 151 pounds. No joke! Also: she just looks so much better without bangs. Seriously.

Anyway, Kim’s divorce trial is coming up in less than a month. Expect several weeks’ worth of legal shenanigans being played out in TMZ and Radar. Right now, we’ll just have to make due with this OMG Breaking News that Kim is going to call Kris Humphries as a witness. Which basically means Kim’s lawyer will probably rip him to shreds. “Um… basketball?”

Kim Kardashian just filed her divorce witness list … and it’s now clear as can be — Kim’s lawyer is calling a bunch of witnesses who were involved in the prenup to show Kris knew EXACTLY what he was getting into before saying “I do.”

As you know, Kris is claiming he was defrauded into marrying Kim … left in the dark about her true intentions. But now we know 6 witnesses will testify that Kris was actively involved in every detail surrounding the prenup.

In fact, sources connected with the couple tell us … Kim and Kris were constantly bickering over details in the prenup and that he was as interested in the business of marriage as she was.

Among the witnesses … 2 managers who were heavily involved in the prenup, at least one lawyer involved in the document and a court reporter who was present when the prenup was signed.

There are other witnesses who will testify about the prenup, including Kim and Kris Jenner.

Here are some new photos of Kim Kardashian yesterday in Sherman Oaks, where she went out for some fro-yo with friends. I’m assuming that this was part of her reality show, because I’m including a photo where it really looks like Kim has stuffed a mic pack into the back of her dress. Either that, or Kim is only functioning these days with batteries. As for the Renaissance Faire dress… on another woman, this wouldn’t look so weird. But because it’s Kim, it just seems bizarre. Also: 140 pounds my ass. She’s gained so much weight in her boobs alone. And it’s painful to see her boobs in this dress – I’ve been trying to figure out what foundation garments she’s wearing underneath the Ren Faire dress, and I think it’s a strapless bra and maternity Spanx. Why not a regular bra (your girls will thank me, and you won’t be spilling out of anything) and a comfortable pair of drawers? For the love of…!

Meanwhile, there’s some new drama with Kim and Kris Humphries’ divorce case. I think the court date is set for May 6th, correct? Well, Kim’s lawyer Laura Wasser asked the court to move the case up to May 3rd because Kim scheduled an appearance for the 6th. Kim did not get the move.

Kim Kardashian is not going to attend the first day of her divorce trial … but it turns out she’s not needed.

Kim has a commitment for an appearance in New York City for her perfume line on May 6, the opening day of her courtroom face-off with Kris Humphries.

Kim’s lawyer filed legal docs asking the judge to move the trial up to May 3 so she could attend, but the judge wouldn’t allow it because of a schedule conflict.

But sources say the solution is simple. Kris has the burden of proving fraud in his annulment request, so he’s first up in calling witnesses, and Kim won’t have to take the stand until day 2 or 3.

Bottom line — she doesn’t have to see Kris’ face as much as she feared.

I know most of you probably won’t care about this story, but I find it really, really interesting and I already have a conspiracy theory cooking, which I’ll get to in a moment. First of all, Mamie Gummer is the actress daughter of Meryl Streep and Meryl’s husband Donald Gummer. Backstory: Don and Meryl have been together for literally decades – she was engaged to John Cazale until Cazale passed away too soon (in 1978). Meryl met Gummer a short time later, and they proceeded to get married and live happily ever after.

Anyway, Mamie is 29 and she married actor Benjamin Walker in 2011. Walker is mostly known as a New York stage actor who has starred in stage productions of Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, and he’s currently starring on Broadway in Cat On a Hot Tin Roof. He also starred in Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. You may know Mamie from her guest spots on The Good Wife (she plays a recurring character of a conniving lawyer who fronts like she’s naïve and innocent) or from her failed series Emily Owens MD. Anyway, Mamie and Benjamin have just split after less than two years of marriage:

Mamie Gummer’s marriage is ending. The Side Effects actress — and Meryl Streep’s daughter — has split with husband Benjamin Walker, reps for both stars confirm exclusively to Us Weekly. “It’s very amicable,” Gummer’s rep tells Us.

Adds another insider: “[The split] is very new.”

Actors who’ve earned their chops on the Broadway stage as well as in TV and film, Gummer, 29, and the Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter star, 30, first announced their engagement to Us back in October 2009. So, it seems to me like two bright, attractive, well-born, well-educated actors fell apart really quickly and that things probably are NOT as “amicable” as they seem, right? If it was so amicable, why are they splitting up? Which brings me to my conspiracy theory… Benjamin is currently starring as Brick in Cat On a Hot Tin Roof. Scarlett Johansson is playing Maggie the Cat. While ScarJo is still dating that bizarre Frenchman, would anyone be shocked to learn that she was fooling around? And the last time she was on Broadway, her costar’s relationship also seemed to falter too, and there were widespread rumors that she was fooling around with that guy too (and that was when she was married too). So, is infidelity the reason Walker and Gummer split? As I said, it’s just a theory.

Granted, I’ve never been pregnant, but it seems like most women would prefer maternity wear with some “give” and some stretch, right? As for yesterday’s story about Kim’s divorce case deposition and the subsequent rants directed at me… I give up. Seriously. All of you Kim-haters are right, Kris Humphries is a genius and his plan to take down the Kardashians is working SO WELL and Kim sucks at everything and she planned everything, forever, always. Seriously? Ugh. Anyway, some of you questioned why Kris wasn’t at Kim’s deposition considering Kris and his lawyer made such a huge fuss about it during one of the pre-trial hearings. Apparently, Kris had “practice and travel obligations” on Tuesday, the day Kim was deposed. But Kris still plans to attend the May divorce trial of course. Some of you wanted Radar’s versions of events too, so here you go:

Kim Kardashian‘s much anticipated divorce deposition took place on Tuesday at her lawyer Laura Wasser’s office, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the proceedings grew rather contentious when the reality starlet absolutely refused to answer questions about what media outlets she talks to, off the record.

“The deposition was long and grueling, and Kris Humphries‘ attorney, Lee Hutton, was extremely thorough. Kim was asked what media outlets she talks to, off the record, because Kris believes she has planted negative stories about him in the press,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“It’s very well known that Kim talks to a tabloid gossip website on almost a daily basis, with no attribution to her. Kim refused to answer that line of questioning, on the instruction of her lawyer. Kim’s refusal to answer could force her to take the witness stand at the divorce trial, which is scheduled to take place in May,” the insider added.

Team Humphries also grilled Kardashian about recent media reports that she had a miscarriage scare, and that all of the divorce drama played a role in it.

“Lee peppered Kim with questions about her relentless travel schedule, including flying to Nigeria and remaining in the African country for less than 24 hours. Kim hopped a twelve hour plus flight back to Los Angeles. Lee wanted to know specifically what Kim’s doctor had told her about pregnancy troubles. Kim admitted that it wasn’t just the divorce that caused the scare, but rather her very active lifestyle, which has included numerous promotional appearances that require travel,” the insider revealed.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Humphries was livid that some reports seemingly blamed him for her recent miscarriage scare – and he believes people close to Kim planted those reports.

“Kris feels this is yet another ploy by Kim’s camp to make him look bad, our source said.

“The only stress Kim is experiencing is temper tantrums because Kris isn’t just going to give her a divorce because it’s convenient for her. Perhaps Kim should also stop filming Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and stop the jet setting lifestyle,” an insider previously told us.

Yesterday we heard that Demi Moore is planning to go for the jugular in her divorce with Ashton Kutcher. She’s filed divorce papers separately, and is firmly set on latching on to a nice chunk of Ashton’s fortune – if the reports are accurate, and I believe they are. Some may argue, and this is said to be Demi’s opinion, that she boosted his career to a level he would not have attained without the publicity and fame that came from marrying her. Others say that Demi is a very wealthy woman in her own right and should not be asking for things like spousal support and her lawyer’s fees paid. She may not be making as much as Ashton at this point, but does she really need the money or is she out for revenge?

Radar has a follow-up that may reveal the heartache and longing behind Demi’s divorce fight. She’s said to have tried to conceive a baby with Ashton for years, but it just wasn’t working for her and she still wonders what would have happened if it did. Demi started dating Ashton in 2003 when she was already 40 with three daughters. According to Radar, Demi believes that if only she would have been able to have another baby, Ashton wouldn’t have cheated on her. I hope this isn’t true.

Would a baby have saved Demi Moore and her estranged husband Ashton Kutcher‘s ill-fated marriage?

The heartbroken 50-year-old Ghost star believes so, and she’s telling close friends that if she’d been able to have a baby with the 35-year-old Two and a Half Men actor they would still be together, a source tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“Demi tried for YEARS to get pregnant with Ashton,” the source says.

“She was in her early 40s when they first got together, and she put her body through hell trying to have his baby.”

Demi, already a mother to daughters Rumer, Scout and Tallulah Willis, desperately wanted to fulfill her much younger husband’s wish for his own biological children, the source says.

“Ashton wanted a child from day one, and Demi knew he would make an amazing father after seeing how great he was with her girls,” the source says. “Sadly though, time wasn’t on Demi’s side, and she was never able to fulfill his baby wish.”

The actress now believes that the tragic situation is what led to their eventual breakup, the source says.

“Demi believes in her heart that if they had had a child together, there wouldn’t be a divorce going on right now,” the source says. “She thinks if there had been a baby at home Ashton wouldn’t have been out partying with friends, and he wouldn’t have had the chance to cheat on her.”

We’ve seen how Demi isn’t able to let go, and how she’s behaved like a high school girl trying to make the guy who dumped her jealous. She seems perfectly capable of this line of faulty reasoning. I still hope she doesn’t really believe that a band aid baby would have solved everything. Cheaters are going to cheat, and putting an innocent child in the middle of everything would only have hurt the kid and made it worse. Of course Demi should let go and stop wondering about this guy. She has the whole world at her feet, but all she’s doing is focusing on how her youth and young lover are gone without realizing how truly great she has it. She got rid of Ashton doucheface Kutcher. That’s something to celebrate, not mourn.

Last week we heard the news that Demi Moore had filed her own divorce papers against her estranged husband, Ashton Kutcher, and that she was planning on going for spousal support as well as legal fees. Ashton had already filed for divorce from Demi over the holidays, but apparently talks had stalled between their lawyers, prompting Demi to file separately. TMZ had a report claiming that it wasn’t true that negotiations were at an impasse, and that they were moving along but Demi was still determined to stick it to cheating Ashton. TMZ’s story sounded like it came from Ashton’s camp, because their version had Demi as the party with the higher net worth.

Now Radar has a story that sounds like it’s from Demi’s perspective. Their insider acknowledges that Demi’s “finances are solid” but cites her contribution to Ashton’s career during their marriage. I can’t argue with that point, Ashton’s career did benefit quite a bit from Demi’s high profile. I bet she put him in touch with plenty of industry insiders as well. Here’s more:

As previously reported, last week Moore formally filed her response to Ashton’s divorce papers, which he filed on December 21 of last year. And, it’s evident from Moore’s response that she wants Kutcher to pay! The 50-year-old is seeking spousal support from the super rich actor and wants him to foot the bill for all of her legal costs.

“Demi’s finances are solid, but she took a back seat during their marriage and allowed Ashton to be the star – and big earner – of the family,” the source says. “Demi believes she provided crucial guidance to Ashton that helped him get to where he is today, and she thinks it is only fair she is compensated for that now they are no longer together. She’s been unhappy with the settlement talks so far because she feels that Ashton doesn’t recognize the impact she had on his life.”

Further spurring on Moore to go after Kutcher’s finances was his extramarital affair and subsequent new relationship with Mila Kunis.

“Demi is still really p*ssed off at Ashton,” a source previously told Radar.

“He humiliated her and then he treated her badly, which she didn’t expect and it really made her mad. She basically wants to hurt him the way he hurt her, and this is the only way she knows how.”

So Demi is going for monetary revenge I guess. I really can’t argue that she didn’t contribute to his career. As I mentioned last week, Ashton had done “The 70s Show,” “Punk’d” and Dude, Where’s My Car? before he met Demi. People paint him as some kind of Internet genius but he seems like more of a doofus who knows how to operate a computer and has a propensity to overshare. I doubt his career would have surpassed Wilmer Valderrama’s if he hadn’t hooked up with Demi, is what I’m saying. He’s not a good actor.

However, it’s not like Demi needs the money at all, she’s not struggling and she’s not some single mom trying to make ends meet. All her daughters are grown and likely not even talking to her. She’s doing this because she’s mad and still hurt. I don’t blame her, but I don’t feel any sympathy for her either.

TMZ has a follow-up with details of Demi’s demands, and it sounds straight from Ashton’s camp. (Which is understandable since the last story we heard was probably leaked by her people.) According to TMZ, Demi wants spousal support from Ashton and a she also wants him to foot the bill for all her legal fees. They report that she is worth more than Ashton, though, and has millions socked away. Ashton is the highest paid actor on television, so I’m not sure I believe that Demi is worth more and has more saved. It’s all incredibly relative when we’re talking about such sick amounts of wealth though, isn’t it? Here’s more:

I’m of two minds about this story. The first is that Demi should STFU, grant Ashton the divorce and go on her way. You get the impression that she’s doing this because she’s pissed that he cheated on her and so quickly moved on to another serious, high-profile relationship. A lot of outlets are pointing out that the date of separation she cites in her divorce papers is after he cheated with that Sara Leal chick. (And told her he was separated.) She wants to make him pay, I get that, but if she doesn’t need the money what’s the point except to be vindictive?

Just to play devil’s advocate though, a lot of women get screwed in divorce settlements. Sometimes they played pivotal roles in boosting their husband’s careers and supporting them at home and they’re treated like their contributions were worthless. (I’m thinking of Steve Harvey’s wife in particular, she was left with almost nothing after all she did for him.) Consider this: would Ashton be as famous and popular as he is if he hadn’t married Demi? He was the dude from “Punk’d” and Dude Where’s My Car when he met her. Really though this is Demi Moore we’re talking about. She has enough money to never work another day in her life. She wants to make Ashton as miserable as she’s made herself.

This story is confusing to me, because I thought that Demi and Ashton’s divorce was finally moving forward after Ashton served Demi with divorce papers over the holidays. The story went that he was waiting for Demi to pull the plug, since he wanted to give her that chance at dignity, which she’s of course incapable of having any semblance of. After Demi kept stalling and leaking stories about the boy toys she was dating instead of attempting for closure on her long-over marriage, Ashton finally filed for divorce. Rumor had it that Ashton’s girlfriend, Mila Kunis, convinced him to make it final.

Now we have the news that Demi has filed her own divorce papers. I don’t get it, couldn’t she just continue to negotiate with Ashton through their lawyers instead of incurring tens of thousands of additional legal fees by filing again? Maybe she figures she’ll more than recoup that with Ashton’s money. According to the NY Post, Demi has been trying to work with Ashton but he’s being a tightwad and doesn’t want to pay up, hence her filing again:

An insider tells us she tired of trying to reach a confidential settlement with Kutcher, and that the couple’s divorce could go to a trial.

But negotiations got bogged down, and, “Ashton has been very difficult during the talks,” the insider said. “You could even say he has been hostile.” Kutcher is the highest-paid actor on TV, pulling in $24 million last year for “Two and a Half Men,” and he’s also become a savvy investor in various tech start-ups.

“After over a year of attempting to reach a settlement, Demi is definitely ready to move on,” the source said of her decision to file. “It’s hoped lawyers for both sides can reach a settlement this spring, otherwise the divorce will go into litigation and trial.”

Kutcher’s being repped by LA celebrity lawyer Laura Wasser, while Moore’s retained powerhouse New York attorney William Beslow, who recently helped Linda Evangelista land a generous settlement in a child support battle with mogul François-Henri Pinault.

Since Moore, 50, announced she was ending her six-year marriage to Kutcher, now 35, in 2011, speculation has run rampant as to why they haven’t reached a settlement.

Demi was in New York on Monday night with friends. The source added, “She is healthy and happy, and just wants to move on with her life.”

Kaiser thinks that Demi is trying to go public with the news that Ashton isn’t playing fair, by Demi’s estimation, in order to get a bigger settlement. That would make sense. Also, of course Page Six has this news. They’ve run stories in the past about how sexy Demi is and which much-younger guy is her flavor of the month. I’m not buying that Demi has been trying to reach a settlement with Ashton for “over a year.” Ashton just filed at the end of 2012. Madge’s party, which she holds each Academy Awards night at her manager Guy Oseary‘s mansion, was THE place to be Sunday night if you are ANYONE in the Industry.

John Travolta, Bradley Cooper, Daniel Day Lewis, Channing Tatum, Anne Hathaway, Ryan Gosling & Eva Mendes, Jack Nicholson, Selena Gomez, Salma Hayek, George Clooney and Leonardo Dicaprio were among the hundreds of Hollywood heavyweights partying till the wee hours.

However, despite the mega-star power, Madonna was — as ever — the center of attention!

So “hundreds” of people were invited, but not Demi, who used to be tight with Madonna. That’s got to sting.

Last year Demi was in rehab and couldn’t go, and Ashton brought his girlfriend of the month, who has long since been forgotten, so this year Madonna didn’t even bother to invite Demi. I guess I don’t blame her, Demi can be incredibly embarrassing. Just consider how she behaved at Art Basel.

Oh and Demi has a new boyfriend, of course she does, but almost no one picked up that story except Perez Hilton. He’s apparently a Spanish guy who was a contestant on Big Brother in Spain and his name is Piero Righetto.

Can something be a surprise and yet… you were expecting it somehow? That is the mix of reactions I’m experiencing at this news: Josh Brolin and Diane Lane are divorcing after eight years together. It was just this New Year’s when Josh was arrested for public intoxication, and the tabloids have claimed several times this year that Diane and Josh were on the outs. Looks like the tabs were right!

Josh Brolin and Diane Lane are going their separate ways. A little more than eight years after they tied the knot, the Cinema Verite actress, 48, and her Gangster Squad actor husband, 45, have split, reps for the couple tell Us Weekly exclusively.

“Diane Lane and Josh Brolin have decided to end their marriage,” the reps tell Us. Adds an insider: “It was a mutual decision. It is very amicable. It’s not ugly, it’s just over.”

The spouses, who married in August 2004, split a couple of months ago. They have no children together.

This will be the second divorce for both stars. Lane was previously wed to actor Christopher Lambert from 1988 to 1994 — the same years in which Brolin was married to actress Alice Adair, with whom he has two kids, Trevor, 24, and Eden, 18.

Both Oscar-nominated, Brolin and Lane enjoyed some happy times together. Speaking about his wife in 2010, the actor said, “I mean, check her out, man. My relationship with my wife is fantastic.”

Diane has a daughter from her marriage to Christopher Lambert as well. I know some of you will bring up the domestic violence rumors and how maybe this news means that Diane has finally stood up for herself… but I don’t know. Diane has always maintained that Josh was not physically abusive, although if you told me he was a moody, nasty alcoholic bastard, I wouldn’t be shocked. Hopefully this divorce will be drama-free. *fingers crossed*
