This news came out over the weekend but I’m just seeing it now and it’s too good to pass up. Radar Online got ahold of the documents from Kris Jenner’s 1991 divorce from the late legal powerhouse Robert Kardashian. We’ve already heard that Kris cheated on Robert during their marriage. Kris freely admitted to an affair in her memoir and that’s how Khloe was rumored to be conceived. Well according to the divorce papers, Kris unsurprisingly cheated on Robert with her latest husband, diva Bruce Jenner, as well. That’s this lady’s M.O. so it’s to be expected, as is the massive child and spousal support she felt she was entitled to. It’s a pretty interesting read and reveals exactly what matters to this family, and the lengths they’ll go to get it. Here’s more:

According to the divorce papers, which you can read exclusively here on RadarOnline.com, the couple went head-to-head over Kris’ lavish spending and Robert accused his then-wife of flaunting her new relationship with now-husband, Bruce Jenner in front of the children even letting the kids see them in bed together!

In the documents, filed in the Los Angles Superior Court, Robert revealed he was so upset when he found out about the affair, after almost 12 years of marriage, that the court feared he was a threat to his family and awarded Kris temporary custody of Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Robert Jr.

But Robert claimed the court ordered psychologist found his anger problems were “only situational.”

“This is true,” Robert said. “It was true that I was very upset when I found out the respondent was having an affair and I wanted a divorce.”

According to the documents, after discovering the affair an angry Robert cancelled Kris’ credit cards, store cards and stopped paying for her extravagant lifestyle ­ something Kris bitterly fought against as she claimed she deserved the “luxury lifestyle” she had been leading.

“The petitioner and I shared a luxury lifestyle,” Kris said in her petition for spousal and child support. “Nothing was too good for our family. Even our children’s clothing was purchased at exclusive boutiques.”

In her petition, Kris goes on to detail her tastes for fancy restaurants and boutiques, high-priced European holidays and lavish home entertainment ­ “The New Year’s Eve party alone cost between $10,000 and $12,000. Since January 1990 the petitioner has essentially cut me off from all funds.

“In order to have some cash at my disposal to meet the basic needs of myself and my children, I have taken a job offered to me by my friend who has just gone through a divorce.

“(But) I am earning less money than our paid household help,” Kris said.

Robert, at the time, claimed to be unemployed and only earning $2,000, but Kris told the court it was voluntary as he wanted more money than what had been offered to him by a law firm, so she demanded he be ordered to work to cover her and the family’s expenses ­ which monthly added up to a massive $37,189!

According to Kris’ sworn statement this included the $15,000 a month mortgage payment on the Beverly Hills home, wages for a gardener, a maid and housekeeper as well as clothing costs. According to Kris, each month she spent $800 on clothing for all four children but spent $2000 on herself.

Kris’ lawyers also demanded Robert pay for the family’s extensive debts on store cards for some of Los Angeles top stores including Neiman Marcus and Saks 5th Avenue ­ which had grown to more than $21,000.

Money problems aside, Kris accused Robert of emotionally abusing her with a then 9-year-old Kim forced to witness the aftermath. “As a result of (Robert) and my irreconcilable differences, there is a tremendous amount of discord at the family residence,” Kris claimed in her petition.

“Every time (Robert) and I speak, (Robert) emotionally abuses me to the point that I am unable to handle the simplest tasks for hours after our conversation. In every conversation (Robert) and I have, (Robert) calls me a whore, a bitch, a slut and other names I can not repeat.

“On May 3, 1990 Kimberly found me crying after a brutal conversation with (Robert) and she became so upset I had a difficult time getting her to her carpool on time. Kimberly called my office twice that afternoon crying hysterically, begging me to come home.”

Because of the alleged abuse and Robert’s erratic but “excessive doting attention” on the children, Kris demanded Robert be banned from the family home. However, Robert argued he be allowed to move back into the home to protect the children from Kris’ now husband Bruce Jenner ­ claiming Bruce and Kris’ relationship was detrimental to the children and Robert Jr. even witnessed his still-married mother in bed with Bruce!

According to Robert’s statement, while he was forced to live with relatives Kris had moved Bruce in, along with his four children ­ including reality star Brody Jenner ­ as well as his extended family.

“I believe this situation is inappropriate for several reasons,” Robert said. “Firstly my children are exposed to another man living with their mother. I believe that is inappropriate and I ask the court to enjoin and restrain (Kris) from living with any member of the opposite sex in or about the presence of our children.

“As a matter of fact, my son Robert said he slept on the couch in (Kris’) bedroom when (Kris) and her boyfriend were in bed together in the bedroom. In my option this situation is detrimental to the children,” Robert told the court.

These are 1991 numbers remember, you can at least double them to estimate what they would be today. Poor Kris. She cheated on her husband, got caught and then complained that she could no longer afford to buy her kids designer clothing and go out to the best restaurants. The gall of these people is astounding. So if she didn’t get caught, would she have continued to cheat on the side? She probably never would have married Bruce if she didn’t need another meal ticket. She just wanted to get her rocks off during the day when she had nothing else to do, just as she explained in her memoir about the other guy. I doubt those were the only two affairs she had either.

Speaking of Bruce, he was seen out over the weekend with a large scar on his face that looked like it was the result of plastic surgery. He claimed it was from the removal of a cancerous growth. He’s had several facelifts and has admitted to plastic surgery, so maybe he’s telling the truth. Or maybe he took a stiletto in the face from Kris.

Also, check out the photo of Kris above. It’s from January 14. Compared to the photos of her below which are older, she looks like she got even more work done. So she probably went to the surgeon with Bruce.

Over the weekend, photos came out of Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez attending a press conference together for their new South American talent search reality show, “Q’Viva”. (You can see some of the photos here) Plans were in the works for the show well before Marc and Jennifer separated, and we’ve heard that there have been problems with production given their issues with each other. They were the picture of togetherness during the press conference – sort of. It looked more like Marc was trying to his exert some kind control over Lopez than trying to get along amicably with his ex. It was uncomfortable although she seemed to roll with it. (You can see a brief segment of an interview they did with ET at about 10:15 into the full episode on ETOnline.) I’ve heard before that Marc was controlling, and is rumored to have been abusive, but this really brought it home for me. He put his arm around her waist during the photocall, led her by the hand, and repeatedly touched her. During the ET interview he brushed something off her skirt.

Lopez smiled throughout everything and said “We’re like Sonny and Cher.” She knows what she has to do for business but I get the sense that she’s happy with her new young piece, and she’s also happier with the new dynamic in her latest relationship. She’s in control of baby doucheface, monetarily and probably otherwise, and she doesn’t have some husband telling her what to wear and how to do her job.

Maybe that was Marc’s way of showing J.Lo that he still loves her, and wants her back. I know a few dudes who have cheated on their wives but are devastated at the thought of losing them. I think Marc and Jennifer had serious problems, that he had some sort of affair with Jada Pinkett Smith, emotional or otherwise, and that Jennifer pulled the plug. He’s obviously insanely jealous of her new boyfriend, and he even got himself a little model to show off. He still loves Jennifer, though, and I bet he would take her back. I think she’s well rid of him.

We’ve heard plenty of stories that Jennifer Lopez’s estranged husband Marc Anthony doesn’t want her 24 year-old boyfriend, Casper Smart, around their nearly four year-old twins. There were photos of Casper horsing around with the twins while on vacation in Hawaii that were said to particularly enrage Marc. We’ve also heard that Marc refuses to let Casper, who Was convicted of drag racing, drive with his kids in the car. Well if this latest story is true it obviously bugs Marc more than all of that. The twins supposedly call Casper “Daddy Casper” even when he’s not around. You would think that “hermano” would be a more natural name for him.

Marc Anthony exploded in a fit of rage after his kids called Jennifer Lopez’s much-younger new boyfriend “Daddy”!

While staying with their famous father recently, Marc and Jennifer’s 3-year-old twins, Emme and Max, referred to J.Lo’s 24-year-old backup dancer beau, Casper Smart, as “Daddy Casper,” say sources. An enraged Marc immediately called Jennifer and blasted her, telling her that if she didn’t fix the situation pronto, he was going to let the kids call his new girlfriend, 24-year-old Venezuelan model Shannon De Lima, “Mommy Shannon”!…

“Marc mockingly told Jennifer that if Casper wants to be called ‘Daddy,’ he needs to start acting like it and pay some of their children’s expenses instead of just sponging off of her!

“Jennifer freaked out and told Marc he was childish, but she promised to correct the situation.”

Isn’t that ripe that they’re both dating 24 year-olds? Casper is paying expenses now, he’s paying them out of the $10,000 a week allowance J.Lo gives him.

Kids that age often get names confused. This probably pisses off Marc immensely, but that doesn’t mean the kids actually think of Casper as their dad. My son sometimes accidentally calls me “grandma” right after he’s been hanging out with her. When he was around Lopez’s twins’ age, he called an older man who was babysitting him “opa” (grandpa in German) because he didn’t know what else to call him. I explained it to him later. The thing that makes the difference, though, is that Casper and Jennifer encourage the kids to call him “Daddy Casper.” Jennifer has only been going out with that man child a few weeks. She shouldn’t have even introduced him to her kids yet, and having them call him “daddy” is just ridiculous. Marc has every right to be upset, but he’s as much of an ass as J.Lo if he retaliates by having them call his latest girlfriend “mommy.”

As most people are quite aware of by now, Russell Brand filed for divorce from Katy Perry on Dec. 30, and I think Kaiser was correct when she pointed out that the only really surprising aspect was that Russell was the one who pulled the trigger. In retrospect, maybe Russell’s plans were clearer than they seemed due to his wavering ability to wear his wedding ring during the final months of marriage. While the absence of a ring alone doesn’t mean everything (after all, Prince William has never worn one), Russell either had a conscious or unconscious desire to leave the thing at home, and I think it said a lot that the guy went ringless on his one-year wedding anniversary while he was photographed alone and stalking the streets of NYC. Perhaps that was his way of getting back at Katy for being out of town on what should’ve been a romantic occasion. Then Russell was spotted a few weeks later wearing the ring at a sports event, but that’s probably because Katy said something about it to him. Not that I blame her at all, for I’d have done the same.

Now a (sort of) new video has surfaced of Russell in November while he was promoting a weeklong stand-up comedy tour of various U.S. colleges. From what I gather, the tour was sponsored in part by pr0n website Nudevista, which is where this video was originally posted. He rambles on for a few minutes and takes possible aim Katy’s parents with a joke about the New Testament — “the return of the son of God … that for me was diluted” — and then states the following:

“I am going to meet people from sororities and fraternities. I don’t know what a sorority is except for what I have seen on Nudevista – that they are sort of sex clubs for women. A week of revolution and, more importantly, I am going to learn first-hand about sororities.” [Russell takes off his wedding ring.] “I’m just going to place this somewhere very, very safe for the next week.”

At one point, I’d probably have considered Russell taking off his ring as merely a sly joke in the context of the video. However, the guy filed for divorce one month later, so maybe he was also trying to send a warning to Katy. Who knows if she ever saw the video, or if she even cared about it at all.

Meanwhile, Katy has pulled out of her first scheduled public appearance in the wake of the divorce. She posted a note on her Twitter page stating that she will not be attending Wednesday evening’s People’s Choice Awards:

Since filing for divorce from Perry on December 30, the British comedian has remained resolutely silent on his Twitter page.

However, estranged wife Perry came forward over the weekend to thank her fans for their support in the difficult times.

Perry also pulled out of what was scheduled to be her first public appearance since the split at the People’s Choice Awards, writing her apologies on Twitter.

But new claims have suggested Perry is considering flying into the UK in a bid to resolve things with her former spouse.

A source told Grazia magazine: “Katy was absolutely crushed by Russell’s decision. She’s furious after everything he’s done, but still insists there must be a way to reconcile and try to work things out. She told Russell that if he’d agreed to marriage counselling, they wouldn’t be in this mess and tried to persuade him to fly back to the States and meet her. She’s now considering jetting to the UK as she’s desperate to see him and talk to him. She said she can’t stand that everything has been done over the phone and says she needs to see him before she can truly accept it’s over.”

Has Katy decided to skip the awards show so that she can fly to London and beg Russell to call off the divorce? I sure hope she’s not that deluded and wouldn’t humiliate herself in such a way. From the looks of things, Russell is working on moving on with life. Yes, he’s been looking quite Lonely in London, but he’s been busying himself with making strides professionally by signing on to host his own late-night talk show on FX. Further, the man has actually filed for divorce. He’s done with the marriage.

The last we heard about Marc Anthony, he was dating a young model type and posting photos of them together on Facebook. It was just as obvious a move as all the paparazzi photo ops that J.Lo has been staging with her much younger, facially challenged boyfriend, backup dancer Casper Smart, only J.Lo started it first. Well Marc and Jennifer aren’t getting along at this point, and they’re fighting over custody of their nearly four year-old twins. Radar has the news that Marc sniped at Jennifer that she needed to see a psychiatrist because she’s incapable of being alone.

The former couple had yet another fight over the weekend, with Marc complaining that he wanted to see their toddler twins more frequently.

“As always with things between Jen and Marc recently, the conversation quickly turned heated,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “Jen said Marc wasn’t being attentive enough as their father, and Marc scoffed at that remark and said she was always changing her travel plans with the children at the last minute.

“The real source of Marc’s anger is Jen’s relationship with back-up dancer, Casper Smart. Jen is VERY serious about him, and it makes Marc extremely jealous. Marc told Jen that she [should] see a psychiatrist to deal with her issues to figure out why she always needs a man in her life. Remember, Jen and Ben [Affleck] had just broken up when she got hot and heavy with Marc. Jen’s relationship with Marc was the longest relationship she ever had with anyone, about seven and a half years.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Marc is now dating sexy Venezuelan model Shannon de Lima and the two have been Tweeting up a love storm to each other. Marc wrote in Spanish to Shannon “To my @Shadelima my statue of liberty. Kisses, baby.”

The Latin crooner has told JLo though that her boyfriend, who has been arrested for drag racing and had warrants out for his arrest, is banned from driving their toddler twins, anywhere.

Even though Marc and Jennifer haven’t formally filed for divorce yet, the Latin superstar told the American Idol judge he would take legal action if she went against his instructions.

“This wasn’t a threat that Marc gave Jen. He will go straight to family court if he needs to get a judge involved to make sure Casper doesn’t get behind the wheel with his kids in the car,” the insider says.

Smart formally pleaded no contest last week to exhibition of speeding, and was sentenced to one year probation, and was ordered to pay a $500 fine.

I agree with Marc that a guy who was convicted of drag racing should not be driving with his kids in the car. Other than that he just sounds jealous. This “you need to see a psychiatrist” dig is the oldest line in the book. When a current or ex partner isn’t behaving in a way the other one wants (or when they want out) they often pull that “something’s wrong with you, you need to get professional help” line. It’s an easy way to place blame on the other person. In J.Lo’s case she may benefit from talking to someone about her need to be in a relationship, but I think she’s just sowing her oats and trying to feel sexy after being committed to one guy for the longest stretch in her life. When men do it, it’s normal, when women do it they’re crazy and need help. Gah I can’t believe I’m defending J.Lo. If she does end up marrying baby douche face, then I’ll concede that I was wrong and that she should have sought some kind of help.

When Russell Brand filed for divorce from Katy Perry on Dec. 30, many people assumed that the long pop cultural nightmare was over. No such luck. Instead, we’ve had to endure an endless dissection of their presumed relationship issues, which include Katy allegedly eschewing motherhood, Russell’s alleged wheelchair fetish, and a bunch of crap from last week’s tabloids. Now the blame game seems to have slowed to a dribble, and the pair are looking towards their own respective separate futures. On an immediate note, the Mail is reporting that organizers of this week’s People Choice Awards have “unceremoniously uninvited” Russell from the ceremony so as to avoid a potential showdown (as if) on the red carpet and not disturb “Katy’s big night” in her lead up to the Grammys. Something tells me that Russell (a.k.a., “Lonely in London“) isn’t too terribly torn up about this turn of events. Hell, this awards show probably wasn’t even on his radar.

In other Katy news, I’m actually starting to feel a bit of pity for her in one regard, which is that her parents are clearly using this divorce (just like the rest of Katy’s career) for their own financial advantage:

Katy Perry’s religious parents have managed to see something positive in the breakdown of their daughter’s one year marriage. The pair spoke about their daughter’s divorce for the first time – from the pulpit of their evangelical church, which was unusually packed it seems.

Pastors Keith and Mary Hudson were seen taking to the stage to speak out about their famous daughter and the audience appeared captivated. The ministers suggested her split with Russell Brand was a gift sent by God – to help them fill churches.

Mary, 63, preached to the Church on the Rise congregation in Westlake, Ohio: “I’m sure that Katy’s trending on the Internet was to get you here to church tonight. I mean all over the world, who knows how God is bringing them in? The most important thing is you are here and God wants to put the fire in you in 2012.”

Mary was dressed in an all black ensemble with over the knee bots and a black jumper which she accessorised with a chunky silver necklace. She and husband Keith, 63, billed themselves as “Katy Perry’s parents” in marketing materials for the event, reported CNN. They spoke for about 90 minutes to 300 worshippers in the first service since Katy’s split with the comedian on Friday. A video was shown before the Hudsons took the stage in Ohio showed them at award shows with Katy.

Keith told the crowd he converted from a drug user to a Christian when he was 24 years old. He added that his daughter’s success had helped the couple share their beliefs with Hollywood superstars. “What has taken place in my daughter’s life has opened many opportunities to go in and be with guarded and gated people. God has given us a platform to go in and meet people — and they like us because we are cool. We are not threatening.

“I love my daughter and I will always love her. Stop being judgmental and critical. Do not close the doors to your loved ones, especially your children. Just because they do not like what you do or what you are, they are still praying that you stay in the race. They are counting on you. I believe in God, for every one of my children.”

In response, Katy has taken to her Twitter account not only thank her fans for their support but also to dress down her family for talking out of school without permission:

I certainly can’t blame Katy for being so irritated with her parents, who have seen their own fortunes rise along with Katy’s career. It’s rather sickening that they have no problem exploiting their daughter’s personal life for their own financial gains, but this has been an ongoing problem with Katy’s family. Will they actually listen to their daughter this time? Probably not.

After Christmas there were several reports that Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver might be getting back together. Their marriage famously imploded after it came out last spring that a longterm maid of the family had a 14 year-old son with Arnold, and that she had continued working for them for 20 years, up until just a few weeks before the scandal broke. It was a mind-numbing and very public betrayal, and Maria filed for divorce in July after 25 years of marriage. Maria seemed like she was willing to forgive Arnold though, and TMZ and People reported that they had spent the holidays together with their four children and were trying to work it out. Well now celebrity mouthpiece People is saying that they’re not going to get back together. Maria has been wearing a ring on her left ring finger, but it has nothing to do with Arnold and is her late mother’s ring. That’s good news.

While Internet reports that Maria Shriver is wearing a suspicious ring on that finger fueled rumors of a possible reconciliation with husband Arnold Schwarzenegger, PEOPLE has learned there’s a different explanation.

The bling seen on Shriver’s left hand is actually her late mother’s engagement ring. Shriver, who was extremely close her mom, has been wearing the ring since Eunice Shriver’s death in August 2009.

As for rumors that Shriver is having second thoughts about divorcing Schwarzenegger, a source close to the couple denies it.

“The reports of a reconciliation are not true,” says the source.

The former couple, who announced their separation in May after 25 years of marriage, still spend quality time as a family with their four children, Katherine, Christina, Patrick and Christopher.

Most recently, Shriver and Schwarzenegger enjoyed Christmas together with the kids at their Los Angeles home, and attended the L.A. Lakers’ season opener game that afternoon.

While it appears their divorce is still on track, “Arnold and Maria will always come together when it comes to supporting and loving their children,” says a family insider.

So what happened? Did the holiday glow wear off and did Maria realize that all the presents and sweet talk in the world weren’t going to make her husband into a faithful partner? I get that it may seem scary to face life without her husband. She’s been making strides to do that though, and she moved out and filed for divorce. Maybe it was never true that she was considering taking him back, but I tend to believe those earlier stories.

The Enquirer has a possible alternate explanation this week for Maria’s change of heart – her family talked some sense into her. They claim that her cousin, Caroline Kennedy, and her four brothers are telling Maria that it would be foolish to take Arnold back:

“Caroline has been Maria’s harshest critic, saying, ‘Don’t do it, Maria. Don’t be a fool. Once a cheater, always a cheater,’” a Kennedy clan insider said…

“A combination of Arnold lavishing gifts on her, courting her at family dinners, spending Christmas and Christmas Eve with her, and the kids begging her to change her mind and call off the divorce has her seriously contemplating reconciliation.

“But the reaction of Maria’s other relatives has been shock and horror – and the most vocal opponents include Maria’s four brothers and cousin Caroline. They are warning her that she is just asking for more heartbreak and devastation…’

“Arnold has been working on Maria and getting their kids to put pressure on her as well. And he’s told her that she’s the only woman he has ever really loved and that he couldn’t live without her and the children.

“He’s also said that he has been so devastated by her leaving him that he will never cheat again.”

Despite Arnold’s pleas, the Kennedy relatives remain united in their opposition to a reconciliation.

That’s low of him to get the kids to put pressure on her. Well at least Maria’s family is warning her about Arnold. That’s probably why we’re now seeing reports in People that they’re not reconciling. I’m actually relieved for her.

Look! It’s Russell “Lonely” Brand roaming the streets of London again. As you can see, he’s wearing one of his oh-so-stylish scarves, but this one is different from the autoerotic-asphyxiation themed scarf that Kaiser so astutely pinpointed a few days ago. This one sends more of a somber, vanilla vibe. Perhaps Russell is just sad because TMZ is reporting that a couple of moving pods were spotted outside he and Katy Perry’s $6.5 million Hollywood Hills home, in which they probably only spent a handful of days together since purchasing it in June. So who’s moving out? I’d guess both of them are, but Katy’s probably the one on the scene right now. Russell is obviously cornering the “Lonely in London” market at present.

Of course, this isn’t really news. We’re really just seeing more of the same from this couple, who were never together for the last several months, and now it’s just official. So while Russell will likely continue to spread his skinny-trousered fashion through further solo walks, it has been announced that Katy will make her first post-divorce public appearance at the People’s Choice Awards on January 11. Surely, her outfit will be ridiculous too, and she’ll be spotted “canoodling” with a hot guy at an after party.

Meanwhile, this week’s tabloids must have been cursing themselves over Russell’s Dec. 30 divorce announcement, which was timed so that most of the dirt had already spilled before their next publication date. Naturally, we’ve heard from insiders on both sides and depending on who you believe, Russell either divorced Katy because she wouldn’t start a family or because she couldn’t satisfy his wheelchair fetishes. Now, the tabs are forced to make sh-t up just to have something to add to the story. This week’s In Touch has a story that frames Katy in a flattering light; that is, she’s the one who wanted to start popping out babies but couldn’t get over Russell’s friendships with other women:

When Katy Perry decided to marry Russell Brand after a whirlwind romance two years ago, many worried the self-professed drug and sex addict would eventually break her heart. “If you’re wild, like a wild animal, marriage won’t contain you,” Russell once even admitted. “I think that’s how a lot of people get into trouble.”

It appears obvious he’s a “wild animal,” unable to be tamed. And it seems the reason for the split was all too predictable: According to insiders, Russell’s infamous wandering eye doomed the relationship. “Katy was really upset with Russell’s behavior around certain women,” a pal says, adding that his close “friendship” with British songstress Jessie J “Left her in tears.” And In Touch can also reveal that Russell had a variety of other eyebrow-raising relationships. The actor, according to insiders, was getting very close to All Saints model Sophie Dickens, and as In Touch has previously reported, he was spending more and more time with comedian Sadie Turner. Regarding rumors that his brother-in-law was cheating, katy’s younger brother, David Hudson, tells In Touch, “Nobody’s perfect.”

Russell, 36, was far from perfect, but for a long time, Katy, 27, ignored the red flags about his questionable behavior. The singer — who spent much of 2011 on a grueling world tour — was even planning to put her career temporarily on hold to start a family. “She wanted to take a year off,” an insider says. “She was ready to be the perfect wife and mother.”

But with Russell filing for divorce, Katy’s baby dreams have officially come crashing down. Painful now, but in the long run, she’s better off starting a family with a man who only has eyes for her!

Right. So we’re supposed to believe that Miss Bait & Switch suddenly wanted to be Betty Draper? Not for a second, but I have no problem buying that Katy was jealous of Russell’s female BFF Sadie Turner (that blonde he was photographed hugging), and perhaps that caused a lot of friction within the marriage.

Meanwhile, Star is patting themselves on the back over calling the split in advance back in July. C’mon, everyone knew the divorce was coming even before the marriage happened, but sure, let’s humor this tabloid too because it contains the new angle of a “sexless” marriage:

Slightly more than a year after their Oct. 23, 2010 wedding in India, Russell filed for divorce from Katy on Dec. 30. And now Star can reveal how cheating accusations, parting, and sexless nights finally drove them apart.

The duo had already been living separate lives in recent months, as Star reported, and found it difficult to weather the stresses of a new marriage while separated for long stretches of time. “Neither of them thought about the crushing reality of their demanding careers and the effect it would have on their marriage,” one source says.

Katy, 27, has a party-hard attitude, while Russell, 36, struggles to stay sober, insiders explain — and Russell continued his womanizing habits, even after they wed following a whirlwind four-month courtship.

But still other sources insist that Katy was no angel either. “Katy was talking to her ex Travie McCoy the whole time she was married,” a source close to Katy tells Star. “Just like in her song, he was the one that got away. Russell couldn’t have been totally OK with that.”

What’s more, “Her relationship with Kanye West raised a lot of eyebrows too,” the source reveals. “He made it clear to everyone around him that he was really into her from the start, so everyone always thought they were going to hook up.”

As Katy and Russell began to look outside their marriage for intimacy, their love life cooled behind closed doors. “They haven’t slept together for weeks,” one source claims. “No sex and no sleeping in the same bed.”

In the end, an insider explains, “They just didn’t like each other that much anymore. They fought all the time. They were in love with being in love with each other, but hte reality ended up being different than the fairy tale.”

Star also gloats over a letter from Katy’s (unnamed) lawyers, who previously sent the tabloid a letter denying that the marriage was in danger of imminent collapse. Maybe Star really is saying something with this story though. Perhaps the marriage was bad from the very beginning, but sex (when they were both actually in the same city) could have held things together for about a year. Both parties probably assumed that sex was enough until Katy’s world tour ended, but then all of the sudden opportunities for togetherness didn’t seem so appealing. In other words, they had nothing else in common, so the sex just faded in response. Stranger things have happened.

Kelsey Grammer has repeatedly shown himself to be a petty vindictive jerk by throwing his mistress, now fourth wife, in his ex wife’s face at every turn. On the first season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, we saw Kelsey invite then-wife of 13 years, Camille, to New York to be his date at the Tony Awards in 2010. Only Kelsey had already been seeing his mistress at that point, and she had been living with him while his wife and two kids were away in LA. Kelsey then proceeded to dump Camille after making her play the role of wife one last time, for his career. He even made an obnoxious veiled reference to his mistress in a toast shown on RHOBH. He actually toasted “to love” in front of Camille’s friends and said “I’m particularly thrilled with the love I’m getting from the British people.”

Well on last night’s Jimmy Kimmel, Kelsey established the timeline for his romance with his now fourth wife, a British flight attendant 27 years younger than he is. He admitted that he first met her in December, 2009, around Christmastime, which was a full six months away from the June 13th 2010 Tony Awards, when he finally broke the news to Camille.

Later, Kelsey showed a present that Kayte gave him, some kind of vintage poster for the movie Viva Las Vegas. He also said that her pet name for him was “Pop,” and not for obvious reasons but because he likes to make popcorn. At least she doesn’t call him “daddy.”

Kelsey has admitted setting up Camille to do Real Housewives as a “parting gift,” even though it took him months to reveal the nature of that gift. So I’m not surprised to hear that he had something going with Kayte a full six months before he told Camille they were over.

This led me to wonder if Kelsey possibly booked his gig in New York doing La Cage Aux Faux after he claims to have met Kayte. Kelsey was announced as the lead in early December, 2009, which means he lined up a much younger girlfriend/new wife right around the time he decided to leave his family for “work.” He made sure to test the waters with his jump off before severing ties with the wife who stood by him for over a decade. I can’t feel too bad for Camille, though. All the financial details aren’t worked out in her divorce yet, but she’ll probably get at least $50 million.

Indie poster girl Zooey Deschanel has officially filed for divorce from her husband, Death Cab for Cutie’s Ben Gibbard. Zooey and Ben announced their split in November after just two years of marriage. We didn’t hear much insider dirt on why these two called it quits, and just had a statement from their people that it was “amicable” and that “no third party was involved.” I doubt that it was “amicable,” as Bedhead often points out about celebrity divorces, but maybe it’s true they just drifted apart or had different goals or whatever. The thing that really interested me about this story is that the divorce filing was made public and it lists Zooey’s assets and expenditures. She’s very sensible with her money, saves more than she spends, and has no consumer debt. Girl has over $3 million in assets and she’s only 31. Good for her! Here’s more:

Zooey Deschanel is worth millions, spends relatively modestly, and has a zero balance on her credit cards … this according to documents her lawyer just filed in her divorce case.

TMZ broke the story … Zooey just filed for divorce from her hubby of 2 years — Ben Gibbard, the lead singer of Death Cab for Cutie.

For some reason, her lawyer attached Zooey’s income and expense declaration.

Here’s the lowdown:

– Zooey — who stars in “New Girl” — makes an average of $95,000 a month
– Her expenses average $22,550 a month
– She has 3 credit cards … AmEx, Visa and Mastercard, all of which have a 0 balance.
– She has $1,578,000 in the bank
– Zooey has an additional $1,645,000 in stocks, bonds, etc.
– Zooey has real and personal property valued at $693,300

As for what she spends a month, Zooey says she drops $1,000 on groceries and household supplies, $500 eating out (really?), $800 on utilities, $300 for her various phones and email accounts, $600 in laundry and cleaning, $2,000 for clothes.

She also donates $1,500 a month to charity.

So did Zooey mean to make all this public or was it a mistake by her lawyer? I wonder if she’s going to have to pay out the nose to her ex. Death Cab for Cutie is well known, but not many musicians are rolling in it.

Do you guys ever watch Suze Ormon’s show? I download her CNBC podcast, and she helps people go through their finances to see if they’re on track for their retirement and goals. It’s all about saving for a rainy day and earning more than you spend. That’s what these financials from Zooey brought to mind, because Suze would give her high marks for saving her money. Even though Zooey is wildly rich to most of us, look at how people like Lindsay Lohan have squandered small fortunes living at high end hotels and buying designer goods. It’s just nice to hear about a celebrity who appreciates what she has, doesn’t live above her means, and donates to charity. It kind of solidifies my high opinion of her. She may act somewhat ditzy and precious, but she has a good head on her shoulders. I would love to hear about a new romance for Zooey, preferably with someone like Joseph Gordon Levitt who is doing well in his own right and isn’t interested in her cash. I doubt she’d spend it on some guy anyway.
