Victoria Beckham co-hosted “The View” this morning, and I have to admit that she was rather personable. I missed the first few minutes, but when I caught it she was talking about how proud she was that the Spice Girls, her former all-girl music group, had won at the Brit awards, which are like the British equivalent to the Grammys. She said “I haven’t sung for some time. It seems like so long ago.” She said they’re creating a musical now that’s in development, but it wasn’t clear whether she and the other Spice Girls would star. I’d assume not. She also talked about her Glamour photo shoot with the adorable puppies, which inspired her to get an English bulldog for her family.

The panel discussed the controversy over the size 4 model who is too “big” to walk the runway, and pin thin Victoria mentioned the CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America) campaign “Health as Beauty” for more healthy models. She even said that some of the girls were too thin at her the showing for her fashion line.

The ladies complimented Victoria for designing clothing for all body types, using the example of Jennifer Hudson in one of her dresses at the Grammys. Posh then brought up the point that she didn’t think it was the models’ fault, though, they were just born like that. “Most of these girls are naturally thin. I don’t think we should be discriminating against someone because they’re too thin, or too curvy or too large.. What I loved about dressing Jennifer Hudson [for the Grammys] is how sexy she looked and it shows that you don’t have to be tiny.” I’ll give her some credit for making dresses that flatter larger women, but super tiny Victoria isn’t about to bash emaciated models because to her it’s “natural” to look like you’re starving.

My favorite quote, though, was when Sherri asked Victoria why she makes that lemon-sucking face in all her photos. I’ve seen this woman interviewed before, but I am still always surprised at how normal and likable she seems. She doesn’t seem like the hungry snob with the stick-up-her-butt that you might assume from photos. Victoria feigned surprise and laughed and hung her head. She said “I don’t know… I think it’s just the way they edit the pictures.” She then changed the subject to talk about the puppies in her Glamour photoshot.

When the group started talking about the men’s Olympic figure skaters, Victoria made a little joke. “There’s nothing good about those outfits. I wear the feathers in my relationship, if David came dressed home like that… can you imagine?… David would never ever wear a lycra catsuit.” Tiny cotton underwear, though, that’s no problem.

We’ve already seen the cover shot from Victoria Beckham’s not-so-triumphant return to the October issue of Elle Magazine. Poor girl wants the cover of American Vogue so badly, but it’s just not happening. Anyway… now we have some new images, as well as some somewhat funny interview excerpts. I know a lot of people are very “meh” on Victoria, but she’s growing on me more and more. She tries so hard, it makes me look at her with a mix of pity and amusement. Which is totally wrong, considering she’s nailing David Beckham every chance she gets - she should own it more and not try so hard.

The Elle interview is pretty funny. Posh talks about how everyone thinks she’s a “moody bitch” - and she talks about walking the red carpet as her “job”. Ha! She also says that she loves America and living in America. Oh… what’s that, Anna Wintour? Still no Vogue cover? But she loves America? Too bad! My favorite part is where she will neither confirm nor deny whether she had her horrible, ghastly, nasty-looking implants taken out:

On being perceived as a cold person:
“People think I’m a moody bitch. I do have my insecurities. Maybe that is why I look a little bit serious. The kind of person who’s going to stand on the red carpet and love the attention and have the big grin—I’m just not like that. I want to get in there, do what I’ve got to do, and get home to my kids.”

On adjusting to life in America:
“You know, I love America. It’s such a positive country. When people say to me, ‘How long did it take for you to adjust? Poor you, it must’ve been really difficult’ – poor me? I’m living in Beverly Hills. I’m very, very lucky. I wake up every morning and I recognize that I’m blessed.”

On being separated from husband David Beckham for six months while he was playing soccer in Milan:“I felt like someone had chopped my arm off, to be completely honest. Everything we do, we do together. I very rarely go out on my own, unless it’s a work commitment.”

On keeping herself busy with TV while David was away:
“I’ve done Nip/Tuck, Brothers & Sisters, Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice. Then I got into Gossip Girl. I’m beyond obsessed with that show.”

On the Los Angeles style of dress:
“I find it odd that people will go to a nice restaurant or to theater in jeans and T-shirts. You know, it’s great, David loves it. But it’s very different to my personal style.”

On her ever changing personal style: “There are celebrities who always look great, always look pretty, but it’s always the same hair, the same makeup, and I find that quite boring. I want to change it up, do something really creative. I think that might be why women like me.”

On whether her look has changed since moving from England to Beverly Hills:
“I haven’t changed the way that I dress at all, which is probably why people stare a lot.”

On her rumored recent breast augmentation to a smaller size:
“We should just not talk about each other’s boobs.”

On her private family life:“David and I have a working relationship together, and we also have a private life together. Someone used the example recently of Brad and Angelina. They might be in a movie together, but that doesn’t mean they’re going to let someone film them at home. I don’t do ‘at homes’ with my family. I don’t march my kids down red carpets. It’s just not how we choose to do things.”

On the prices of her own dresses:
“Would I think twice about buying a dress that costs $2,000? Yeah! Of course I would. I’d try it on and go home and think about it before I bought it.”

On raising her children:“[They] bloody well will work. Same as myself, same as David. They’re not going to be the kind of kids that just hang about. I want them to be able to fulfill their passions, but I think it’s important that the children grow up and have respect for themselves.”

I’m pretty sure Posh had her implants taken out, so I don’t know why she won’t just admit it. Perhaps because she doesn’t want to admit she had them in the first place? There were rumors Posh had multiple procedures over the course of the past five years or so - why not come and out and talk about it? I wonder if David likes bigger boobs - he probably does. He’s probably trying to talk her into getting the implants again.

Think about this - in a few month’s time, we could be seeing a scantily-clad Megan Fox draped over a bronzed, oily, half-naked David Beckham, all to promote Armani underwear. I have to admit, that sounds hot. And it’s close to happening too! It seems Victoria Beckham isn’t renewing her contract as the face (or “T&A”) of Armani. She’s starred in ads for Armani internationally for the past two years, mostly solo, but sometimes with her husband David. Posh gave her reason for quitting: that she wanted to “focus” on her clothing lines. At first I chuckled at that, because why turn down a fat modeling contract just to “focus” on your own clothing line? But then I read that Posh’s line is doing really well:

Just days after the release of Mrs Beckham’s Armani AW09 campaign, Victoria decided not to renew her yearly contract with Armani. She instead announced she will invest in her career as a fashion designer.

The launch of her latest collection at Net-a-porter.com was acclaimed by fashion editors all over the world. However, her true success came with some of her designs selling out within hours of going online.

With prices from £1200 to £1750 it surprised me how quickly it sold out. Last season the dresses sold out in the luxury department store, Selfridges within a day. There is no better barometer for a fashion designer than this.

While I’m still unsure if dropping the contract was a wise move, I understand it if Posh really does want to devote more time to developing her brand. But something tells me Posh will be regretting her decision soon enough, if these most recent rumors are true. It seems that Armani might be interested in hiring Megan Fox to replace Posh. Imagine Megan Fox, oiled up and posing on top of David. Now imagine Posh’s head exploding:

Megan Fox is reportedly replacing Victoria Beckham as the new face of Armani. The “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” star is said to be the next spokesperson of the Emporio Armani underline line.

Beckham, who stars in the ads with husband David, allegedly will not renew her one-year contract with the brand and will instead concentrate on her own numerous fashion and beauty projects.

News of the World has quoted a source saying that Fox is “perfect” for the Italian brand.
Neither Beckham nor Fox confirmed the report.

Last month there was a funny rumor that Angelina Jolie was about to sign on to represent Armani fragrances, jointly with David Beckham. Nothing ever came of that rumor, and David hilariously denied it by going off on a tangent, something about how amazing she is, saying: “She’s an amazing person and so is Brad. They’re an incredible couple — got an amazing family. You know she wouldn’t do it and I wouldn’t do it. At the end of the day, I wouldn’t do it because I’m married.” I think the gist is that Posh won’t let David model with anyone she thinks he would sleep with. So… that’s probably a “no” on the Megan Fox rumor.

Would you take relationship advice from Tom Cruise? Just ignore Xenu and the Crazy for a second, and just look at Tom as a man. Two divorces, married to his third wife who is 17 years younger than him, and who doesn’t even want him around while she’s working. Do you take relationship advice from that guy? You do if you’re David and Victoria Beckham. It seems Tom is hellbent on being the third wheel in the Beckham’s marriage while he and Katie are on different continents. Tom has taken it upon himself to tell Posh that she better get her house in order, and follow Becks wherever he goes, or their marriage will be in trouble. Because Tom is following the same advice…?

TOM CRUISE has become a self-appointed “relationship guru” to his good friends David and Victoria Beckham. The Hollywood actor, who is himself in a happy marriage with actress Katie Holmes, has been counselling Posh and Becks on how best to stay happy while juggling diverging careers, we hear.

A friend revealed that Tom’s pep talk has since had a “profound effect” on Victoria, 35, who is looking to make things easier for David during this tough time in his career.

“After an evening with David, Tom decided to have a friendly chat with Victoria about the family’s future, saying it was because he cared so much about all of them,” revealed a source.

“They love each other dearly but Tom is a big believer in talking about issues . He could see they were both worried about the future and what it might hold.”

The Mission Impossible actor is understood to be concerned that the former Spice Girl – who runs a successful fashion empire from her home in the US – will want to stay in Los Angeles while her husband, 35, heads back to Europe.

“He talked to her about David ageing, his football career, the pressures of disgruntled fans, his loneliness when away from the family and how time apart is how marriages can fall apart,” adds the source.

“Victoria knows that Tom has a point because she saw how their recent trip to the Seychelles really improved their relationship. It seems his heart to heart made a huge impact on her.”

If I were Posh, I would be screaming “Get off my husband, Tiny Tom!” You know, because Tom is all over the Golden Balls. But Posh isn’t me, and I could see how she would listen to Tom’s advice. And honestly, the advice isn’t that horrible. Yes, it’s not really feminist to think that a woman has to drop her career plans so that she can fully support her husband, but sh-t happens. Posh and Becks have been together ten years, and I’m sure there’s lots of compromises on both sides. David and Victoria Beckham recently celebrated their tenth anniversary - a wonderful achievement facilitated by several compromises within their marriage. Posh and Becks have a mutually beneficial relationship, all about celebrity and money and fame. But at the heart of it, I do think they love each other and they obviously adore their sons. Still, after ten years together, I tend to think Posh has to put up with a lot from Becks. She has to put up with Tom Cruise constantly ogling her husband, for one thing. She also has to put up with Becks ogling everything in a skirt. Unfortunately for Posh, those two compromises came to a head on Sunday night, when she, Becks and Tom Cruise went out to a bar after David played a home game in L.A.:

What did David Beckham do after being booed at his first home game with the Los Angeles Galaxy Sunday? He partied with wife Victoria and celeb pal Tom Cruise at L.A.’s swanky hotspot Hyde –and when Posh got snooty, Becks grabbed some booty.

Our spies tell RadarOnline.com exclusively that Tom and the Beckham’s settled into a cozy table right near the entrance to Hyde after the game. Katie (aka Mrs. Tom Cruise) was nowhere to be seen. Guess she was at home doing mommy duty with Suri.

The ever-so-chic Victoria sat cross-legged on the couch the entire time while Tom and David rekindled their bromance and partied like frat boys. Our spies it was all fun-fun-fun until three girls wearing very skimpy dresses (and apparently feeling no pain) approached the soccer stud and asked to take pictures with him.

Posh looked peeved, but before she could shoo the trampy trio away, David blurted out “sure!” and grabbed two of the ladies and put his buff arms around them. Sources tell us the girls tumbled over Victoria in excitement and she came very, very angry!

Our spies say David was overly flirtatious with the girls, even grabbing the camera and taking photos of them as they pawed at each other for David’s benefit, no doubt. That set Victoria over the edge! She moved to the other side of the couch and gave her hottie husband the cold shoulder.

Our spies say she wouldn’t even look at him! David didn’t seem to notice, or even care. He and Cruise then grabbed a body guard and pushed their way through the packed crowd to get to the bar to get some more cocktails. Our sources say that’s when Becks grabbed a girl’s behind! The girl looked at him in shock, but he kept walking.

Tom and David drank away, while Tom boogied down to Jackson 5 songs. It was definitely a boys’ night out. Victoria must have felt like a third wheel!

So Posh could handle it when Tom Cruise was all over her husband, but she couldn’t handle it when her husband was all over some random drunk chicks. I can understand that. But do you think Tom was upset that David was ignoring him in favor of flirtations with random drunk girls? And where is Katie Holmes when all of this went down? Oh, right. Was it really any secret that Victoria Beckham has had her boobs done? Not only has that always been the consensus - in my mind - but Posh seems to have gotten the worst, most fake-looking implants around. Lainey (at LaineyGossip) refers to them as “Concrete T-ts”, which I think aptly describes the look. They didn’t even look like they moved at all, they just seemed like hard cylindrical globes attached to her small frame.

Posh may have heard our complaints, and decided to take action. Either that, or she thought her allegedly double-D implants didn’t fit in with the “upmarket” (re: “small-boobed Vogue-friendly fashion-forward”) look she’s now trying to go for. According to The Sun, Posh recently had her double-D implant taken out and has now gone down to a 34B. First, let me say that I don’t really think Posh’s implants were double-Ds. I have natural double-Ds, and Posh wasn’t anywhere near my size. I’d put her implants in the full-C or maybe small-D range. Secondly, I can’t wait to see Posh with natural boobs! Hurray!

VICTORIA BECKHAM had an op to reduce her Double D boobs - because she was sick of her busty WAG look.

Posh, 35, felt her mega chest didn’t fit in with her new role as an upmarket fashion designer and mum of three.

So she saw a Los Angeles surgeon for her third boob job last month and had a set of implants removed to make her a smaller 34B.

She is now recovering in France with soccer star hubby DAVID, 34, and their sons BROOKLYN, ten, ROMEO, six, and four-year-old CRUZ.

A source said: “Victoria has wanted her implants taken out for a while. She felt that was part of her old WAG image - the big hair, big boobs, fake tan - and that she has moved on since those days.”

“She had the op three weeks ago and is very pleased with the results. After the op she came to London for business then went to France to heal properly in private.”

Ex-Spice Girl Victoria had her first boob job in 1999, when a London clinic increased her bust from its natural size of 34A to 34D.

Further surgery two years later took her to a 34DD. Posh hid her chest with a hand as she arrived in the French Riviera to recuperate following her latest operation.

The mum, who has also swapped her fake orange tan for a more natural pale look, plans a two-week holiday before returning to LA. Last night her spokesman declined to comment.

“WAG” is the acronym the British papers have use incessantly for “wives and girlfriends”, generally meaning the trophy girls of Britain’s sportsmen. I hate the term, it seems demeaning. Anyway, I totally buy that Posh get her implants taken out, and I buy that she probably had the surgery for fashion and image reasons rather than because everybody thinking her implants looked terrible. But did she take out her implants because she and David are going to try to get pregnant again? David just told a journalist this week that he was dreaming of a daughter. I’d love it if Posh got pregnant again - and I think the tabloids would like it too, which should be an added bonus for Posh.

To promote the newest ad campaign for Armani underwear, David Beckham sat down with the UK’s Sunday People, and talked about his family. David and Victoria have famously weathered many storms in their marriage, and they honestly seem pretty strong right now. They seem look good parents to their three sons - Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruise, ages 10, 6 and 4 respectively. Now David Beckham seems to be putting some public pressure on Posh to give him a daughter, telling People “I want a little girl.” He also says that he thinks Posh always looks amazing. Interesting.

David Beckham is desperate to have baby No4 with wife Victoria and admits: “I want a little girl.”

Becks, 34, spoke to The People about his baby plans last week as he launched his new trendy underwear range.

The dad of three sons - Brooklyn, 10, Romeo, six and Cruise, four - said: “I really want more kids and I hope it happens soon. I want a little girl. That would be amazing.”

The England and LA Galaxy star turned up at London’s Selfridges store last Thursday with Posh, 35, who looked sensational in a see-through sheer black top.

Fascinating David - who played in England’s 6-0 thrashing of Andora last week at Wembley - said: “My wife looks just amazing. She always does. Whenever she tries something new she manages to pull it off.”

Chaos hit Oxford Street, the capital’s busiest shopping strip as Becks turned up for the unveiling of an enormous poster showing him promoting his new Armani pants range.

Becks also gave his verdict on Cristiano Ronaldo’s astonishing £80 million move to Real Madrid. The superstar who made the same switch from Manchester United six years ago said: “I think Ronaldo will love it in Madrid, especially the shopping.

“Madrid is a fascinating city, with so many things to do there. And the nightlife is pretty good too.”

I’d imagine that it’s the fantasy of many women to have David Beckham talking about how much he wants to get you pregnant. I’d also bet that it probably gets Posh hot - but I still doubt she’s going to get pregnant again. I think Posh decided she was done with having babies, after giving David three beautiful, healthy sons. Still, how cute with a little Beckham girl be? Posh has to pass on all of those exquisite purses to someone, you know. If not a daughter, it will probably be a daughter-in-law. I would totally date a Beckham boy for access to those purses.

We haven’t talked much about this chick Bethenny Frankel and she knows that. She’s the annoying single woman who stars in the reality show “Real Housewives of New York” despite the fact that she is not now, and doesn’t seem to have ever been, a housewife. Frankel is a natural foods chef and has written a book about staying thin. She gets press for whatever petty arguments she’s having with her co-stars and for talking smack about more famous and successful people.

Bethenny, supposedly 38, stepped out at an event on Monday wearing a see through catsuit. She obviously wasn’t wearing a bra because her boobs completely showed through. (These pictures don’t do the outfit justice, Huffington Post has better versions.) She does seem to be wearing some tiny underwear, however. Is this as lame as all the crotch-flashing that was the rage two and a half years ago? In my opinion, not really. It’s just as desperate though. She’s in good company - Posh does this frequently and just nipped out in London yesterday. (Photos below.)

Frankel has a new blog up on E! Online with her bitchy thoughts on the New Jersey housewives. One commenter says she’s like the “skank calling the whore trash.”

Victoria Beckham has a new interview in the latest edition of Hello! Magazine. The 35 year-old clothing designer and model for Armani underwear says that contrary to rumors, her family is staying put in LA. It was widely reported that Victoria, her husband David and their three children would pick up stakes and move to Milan for David’s soccer career. He’s now on loan from the LA Galaxy team to Milan and it was thought that Victoria and their boys would join him there permanently. It’s not true that they’re moving, Victoria maintains, and says that her family loves it in LA and isn’t about to leave:

There has been a lot of talk about you and David buying a house in Milan…
“There’s no truth to that whatsoever. So many people have been coming up to me saying, ‘I hear you’re moving…’ but we’re not - we’re staying in LA. It has been great for David being in Milan, and we’ve all enjoyed spending time there - I’m going over there in a couple of days to see him. He’s coming back to the States in June, though - he has his first game in New York on the 16th of July, which he is very excited about.”

So you’re still very much a California girl?
“You know, LA is our home and the boys are happy. We’re not looking for a house in Milan - I don’t know where that story came from. The last thing I want is another house!”

Victoria also talks about how she keeps her relationship strong when she’s apart from David, and about their plans for global style domination:

With you and David both so busy, what’s the secret to keeping your relationship so strong?
“We are parents, best friends, and soulmates, and we appreciate the time we spend together. We spend hours on the phone when we’re apart. David has loved spending time playing football with AC Milan, but we’re all really excited about being together again in June.”

What’s the next project we can look forward to?
“Just this week we announced two significant steps forward in the growth of our brand. We signed a multi-year manufacturing deal for the sunglasses with the British eyewear firm Cutler and Gross, which is great. We’re also taking control of all denim production and distribution, so all of the Victoria Beckham denim will be handled in-house at the brand’s London headquarters. This structure has worked so well with the dresses so I am excited about pushing and exploring the future development and opportunities for the denim.”

Posh really has that marketing speak down, and you can tell why she’s so successful in the fashion business. She also covers how she prepared for her Armani shoot, saying she works out every day still and that “I started running four to five miles a day, and focused on eating healthily.” She says she felt confident posing in her underwear and that “as a 35-year-old mother of three, I’m looking okay.” Such false modesty from the super thin Victoria. At least she’s eating and exercising it off instead of not eating at all. Now that we know the Beckhams will remain in LA we can rest assured that there will continue to be a flood of paparazzi photos of Posh showing off those tiny legs in outrageous outfits and wild shoes. She’s not my favorite celebrity, but I have to say that she does her job well and keeps us talking about her.

Posh is going to be pissed! Rumors abound in the fashion world that Victoria Beckham is about to be axed as the face of Marc Jacobs. Not just fired, but replaced with a younger American star - Anne Hathaway.

Posh became “the face” of Marc Jacobs in 2008. Some of the print ads were really cute, like the one of Posh in one of the oversized Marc Jacobs purses, with only her legs hanging out. When Posh launched her own clothing line in late 2008, some people took note of how similar some of her pieces were to some of Marc’s designs. The horror! Even though Marc and Posh still seemed to have a professional and personal friendship, word around the street was that Marc was looking for a new face. He may have found his new muse with Anne Hathaway.

Victoria Beckham may have been replaced in the affections of one of the men in her life. Fortunately it is not her husband David, but her friend and designer Marc Jacobs who is on the look out for a new leading lady. Jacobs unveiled Beckham as the face of his eponymous line in 2008 but, with the former Spice Girl focusing on her own design collection, he is reportedly courting a younger woman; actress Anne Hathaway.

Hathaway appeared last week in Beverley Hills to present Italian design legend Valentino with his Walk of Style award. The young actress was nominated for a Best Actress award at this year’s Oscars and was highly acclaimed for her role in 2005’s Brokeback Mountain, but latterly her red carpet appearances have stolen the headlines.

“Marc and Anne have forged a fast but very intense friendship,” a friend of the star revealed to the Mail on Sunday. “They’re going to start doing public appearances together soon.”

“Anne hasn’t signed up to do any advertising yet but, by dressing her, Marc can infuse his line with a fresh but famous face and Anne can revamp her image,” the source continued. “If it works well, Anne would be happy to model for some of Marc’s campaigns.”

Yes, I’m sure Anne would be “happy” to model for Marc Jacobs. Spare me! A Marc Jacobs contract is one of the most sought-after modeling gigs in fashion. It has the “cool” factor, it pays well, the ads are hip and fresh, and it’s great exposure for any actress or model. Anne should be thanking her lucky stars that Marc Jacobs is interested in her, even if it’s just a rumor.
