Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry had another hearing in their custody case yesterday following a battery and child endangerment allegation against Aubry. Halle previously tried to block Gabriel from all contact with their nearly four year-old daughter, Nahla, until the investigation is complete. According to a new report on Radar, she’s now backed down slightly and is requesting supervised visitation. (I assumed that a previous supervised visitation order was still in place, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.) In an earlier court appearance for Halle and Gabriel, the judge put off making a decision until the sitting judge, who is familiar with this case, returned from vacation. Well the original judge is back now and according to TMZ he didn’t make a ruling yesterday and needs more time, and an additional hearing, to sort it all out. Child and Family Services has interviewed both Halle and Gabriel separately and together and is reportedly suggesting that Gabriel attend anger management classes, that Halle get counseling, and that both of them take parenting classes together. They’re also recommending counseling for Nahla. Here’s TMZ’s take on what happened, since their coverage is brief and they aren’t being fed details by Gabriel’s team like Radar.

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have been urged to get some serious counseling for the benefit of Nahla, but their marathon court hearing today was contentious and largely unproductive … law enforcement sources connected with the case tell TMZ.

We’ve learned the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services submitted more than a dozen recommendations to the judge, including mediation … in which a 3rd party would sit with Halle and Gabriel and try to figure out how they can peacefully raise their child. We’re told Halle was receptive but Gabriel wasn’t.

And our sources say … Halle agreed to continue her individual counseling, which will help her deal with what has become an impossible situation.

As for Gabriel, he’s agreed to counseling for his anger issues.

And, as we first reported, both parties agreed today to send 3-year-old Nahla to counseling.

We’re told the judge did not make any decision on the fate of the nanny, whom Gabriel wants fired.

And the judge hasn’t ruled on Halle’s request to keep Gabriel from Nahla until the child endangerment investigation runs its course.

Sources say Gabriel has objected to most of the recommendations and the judge is on the verge of holding a full hearing — similar to a trial — so he can firmly call the shots.

I’m firmly team Nahla as both of her parents seem unable to reach an amicable co-parenting agreement. I think that Halle vilifies her exes and that Gabriel is responding by lashing out and is playing right into her hands. Prior to this whole fiasco I would be on his side, but the details he’s been leaking to Radar make him sound like an a**hole who is definitely capable of pushing and screaming at the nanny. Incidentally, Radar is also reporting that Halle has been paying Gabriel’s legal fees, as is supposedly standard when one party in a custody agreement makes vastly more than the other.

Also, Halle and her new man, Oliver Martinez, staged some “happy family” beach photos over the weekend with Oliver kissing Nahla. Multiple agencies have these photos so you know they were prearranged to present an image of Halle as a more capable parent and of Oliver as some kind of would-be stepfather. This is how Halle uses the paparazzi that she professes to hate. How would Halle react if Gabriel did that to her? She was reportedly livid when he even dared to go on a date with Kim Kardashian. How petty she is. This is a J.Lo move, except J.Lo is much more publicly civil towards, and gracious about, her ex.

Halle has a cast on her foot, which is probably related to breaking it last September. She’s also wearing what looks to be an engagement ring, although she’s often worn a ring on that hand and reports vary as to whether it’s official. She hasn’t made an official announcement, and all we heard so far is a tweet from Oliver’s ex, Kylie Minogue, congratulating them.

We’ve heard plenty of stories that Jennifer Lopez’s estranged husband Marc Anthony doesn’t want her 24 year-old boyfriend, Casper Smart, around their nearly four year-old twins. There were photos of Casper horsing around with the twins while on vacation in Hawaii that were said to particularly enrage Marc. We’ve also heard that Marc refuses to let Casper, who Was convicted of drag racing, drive with his kids in the car. Well if this latest story is true it obviously bugs Marc more than all of that. The twins supposedly call Casper “Daddy Casper” even when he’s not around. You would think that “hermano” would be a more natural name for him.

An enraged Marc immediately called Jennifer and blasted her, telling her that if she didn’t fix the situation pronto, he was going to let the kids call his new girlfriend, 24-year-old Venezuelan model Shannon De Lima, “Mommy Shannon”!…

“Marc mockingly told Jennifer that if Casper wants to be called ‘Daddy,’ he needs to start acting like it and pay some of their children’s expenses instead of just sponging off of her!

Isn’t that ripe that they’re both dating 24 year-olds? Casper is paying expenses now, he’s paying them out of the $10,000 a week allowance J.Lo gives him.

Kids that age often get names confused. This probably pisses off Marc immensely, but that doesn’t mean the kids actually think of Casper as their dad. My son sometimes accidentally calls me “grandma” right after he’s been hanging out with her. When he was around Lopez’s twins’ age, he called an older man who was babysitting him “opa” (grandpa in German) because he didn’t know what else to call him. I explained it to him later. The thing that makes the difference, though, is that Casper and Jennifer encourage the kids to call him “Daddy Casper.” Jennifer has only been going out with that man child a few weeks. She shouldn’t have even introduced him to her kids yet, and having them call him “daddy” is just ridiculous. Marc has every right to be upset, but he’s as much of an ass as J.Lo if he retaliates by having them call his latest girlfriend “mommy.”

The last we heard about Marc Anthony, he was dating a young model type and posting photos of them together on Facebook. It was just as obvious a move as all the paparazzi photo ops that J.Lo has been staging with her much younger, facially challenged boyfriend, backup dancer Casper Smart, only J.Lo started it first. Well Marc and Jennifer aren’t getting along at this point, and they’re fighting over custody of their nearly four year-old twins. Radar has the news that Marc sniped at Jennifer that she needed to see a psychiatrist because she’s incapable of being alone.

The former couple had yet another fight over the weekend, with Marc complaining that he wanted to see their toddler twins more frequently.

“As always with things between Jen and Marc recently, the conversation quickly turned heated,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “Jen said Marc wasn’t being attentive enough as their father, and Marc scoffed at that remark and said she was always changing her travel plans with the children at the last minute.

“The real source of Marc’s anger is Jen’s relationship with back-up dancer, Casper Smart. Jen is VERY serious about him, and it makes Marc extremely jealous. Marc told Jen that she [should] see a psychiatrist to deal with her issues to figure out why she always needs a man in her life. Remember, Jen and Ben [Affleck] had just broken up when she got hot and heavy with Marc. Jen’s relationship with Marc was the longest relationship she ever had with anyone, about seven and a half years.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Marc is now dating sexy Venezuelan model Shannon de Lima and the two have been Tweeting up a love storm to each other. Marc wrote in Spanish to Shannon “To my @Shadelima my statue of liberty. Kisses, baby.”

The Latin crooner has told JLo though that her boyfriend, who has been arrested for drag racing and had warrants out for his arrest, is banned from driving their toddler twins, anywhere.

Even though Marc and Jennifer haven’t formally filed for divorce yet, the Latin superstar told the American Idol judge he would take legal action if she went against his instructions.

“This wasn’t a threat that Marc gave Jen. He will go straight to family court if he needs to get a judge involved to make sure Casper doesn’t get behind the wheel with his kids in the car,” the insider says.

Smart formally pleaded no contest last week to exhibition of speeding, and was sentenced to one year probation, and was ordered to pay a $500 fine.

I agree with Marc that a guy who was convicted of drag racing should not be driving with his kids in the car. Other than that he just sounds jealous. This “you need to see a psychiatrist” dig is the oldest line in the book. When a current or ex partner isn’t behaving in a way the other one wants (or when they want out) they often pull that “something’s wrong with you, you need to get professional help” line. It’s an easy way to place blame on the other person. In J.Lo’s case she may benefit from talking to someone about her need to be in a relationship, but I think she’s just sowing her oats and trying to feel sexy after being committed to one guy for the longest stretch in her life. When men do it, it’s normal, when women do it they’re crazy and need help. Gah I can’t believe I’m defending J.Lo. If she does end up marrying baby douche face, then I’ll concede that I was wrong and that she should have sought some kind of help.

Fallen country star Mindy McCready’s interview with 20/20 aired on Friday. We’ve previously heard segments in which she defended the fact that she kidnapped her son from his grandmother, the boy’s legal guardian, by claiming that he was her property since she gave birth to him. (That’s pretty much what she said, but not in those exact words.) She also made some vague allegations of abuse against her mother. In the full interview, I didn’t get a better impression of Mindy at all. She seemed just as defensive and in the wrong as she has in the past. However I sort-of believed her story about her mother potentially abusing Zander. It was hard to tell if she was telling the truth or not.

On how the police response to her kidnapping her son was overkill
“It was a swat team. They had riot gear. Assault rifles. Zander saw all of it.”

On if she was hiding in the closet with Zander when the cops came
“We were sitting on the couch. I think that [the closet version] just makes a better story.”

On how Zander saved her life
“I couldn’t imagine loving something so much that instead of wanting to just lay down and die I wanted to stand up and fight… I lived for Zander, and I live for him still.”

On why she kidnapped Zander from Florida
“I have tried to comply (air quotes). I have tried to follow the rules of the court. I have tried to be heard through the system. I did what the system told me to do in overabundance… for four years. After four years, do you know what I got, nothing. I didn’t even get unsupervised visitation.”

On if she worried about the risk by taking Zander
“No. I’m his mother, I would risk anything, my life, my freedom. I would risk anything for my child.”

On if she knowingly broke the law
“I do not, and will not ever think that me taking my child that I carried for nine months that I gave birth to in the hospital by myself would ever be breaking the law. What I did is to protect my child.”

“That sweet grandmother is not sweet at all. He says that nana is so mean that her heart is black, and that she’s so mean she doesn’t know how to be nice anymore.”

Mindy’s grandmother issued an affidavit that her daughter (Mindy’s mom) abused Zander.
They showed an affidavit from Mindy’s grandmother claiming that she witnessed harsh discipline from the grandmother to Zander involving him being “jerked by the arm” and “hit with a wooden spoon.” She wrote that “I feared Zander would be physically harmed permanently.”

“I have vigorously gone out and tried to learn from my mistakes… There’s nobody that wants to be better at being me than me.”

Just because I find this woman narcissistic and distasteful doesn’t mean she’s not telling the truth about her son. However, that’s doesn’t change the fact that she kidnapped him cross country and is now complaining that the police response was overkill. (20/20 claimed that the police in Florida said that it wasn’t a crime. However if that was the case why were the US Marshalls there? It doesn’t add up.) That doesn’t change the fact that the court never granted her unsupervised visitation. This whole story is just sad for Zander. I don’t give a crap about Mindy.

Mindy would not reveal the Arkansas court’s ruling on Zander’s fate last week since it was sealed, but she said that Zander remains in Arkansas and that’s where he’ll stay. He’s currently with a foster family. Mindy claims to be six months pregnant with twins.

So last week there was a multi-state manhunt on for country star Mindy McCready and her five year-old son, Zander. Mindy took Zander from his court-appointed guardian, Mindy’s mother, in Florida. She went all the way to Arkansas, where US Marshalls and police officers found her hiding in a closet of a summer home with the boy. The home was owned by Mindy’s boyfriend. This woman has multiple DUI, drug and assault charges, and she’s claimed that she couldn’t have kidnapped the son she doesn’t have legal custody of because “it would be impossible for me to kidnap what already belongs to me.” In a recent court hearing in Arkansas, Zander was allowed to stay in Arkansas, for now, with a temporary foster family. The court details were sealed so it’s unclear what the judge’s reasoning was or how long the ruling was for. Mindy considers it a victory of sorts.

Well now Mindy is on 20/20 defending herself. Good Morning America had a preview today and she was just as defensive and haughty about her actions as you would expect. She also claimed that poor Zander was screaming and pleading with the police with drawn guns who found them. Mindy claims Zander said “Please don’t touch me, please don’t touch me, please don’t touch my mommy …. I want to be with my mommy!” She’s complaining about how her son was traumatized by a situation that she created. The kid is five years old. Of course he wants to be with his mom, but a judge ruled that she was an unfit parent. Her reasoning for seizing Zander was the same we’ve heard from her before: she gave birth to him, so she pretty much owns him.

“What I did was to protect my child,” she said, “and there’s not a person in the world who will tell me I am wrong.”

The country singer, 36, said when authorities found she and her son at her boyfriend David Wilson’s Arkansas lake house Friday, the boy began screaming and crying for his mother.

“Please don’t touch me, please don’t touch me, please don’t touch my mommy …. I want to be with my mommy!” McCready said Zander, 5, was screaming.

McCready’s mother, Gayle Inge, has had custody of her son since 2007, but the country singer says she feels taking him was not illegal.

“I do not, and will not ever think, that the child who I carried for nine months, who I gave birth to in the hospital by myself … that that would ever be breaking the law,” she said…

Zander has been in foster care in Arkansas since Friday night; after her most recent court appearance Monday, McCready said things in the sealed case were moving in the right direction.

The details of why McCready took her son were not revealed in this teaser clip, but the interviewer said McCready “reveals some of her family’s deepest, darkest secrets and they were shocking.” Given how she justifies taking him by claiming that she gave birth to him, I would bet that she doesn’t need much of an excuse. We’ve heard that she’s accused her mother of abusing Zander, but no specifics have yet been given and she’s spent a lot of time defending herself and claiming that the boy is hers anyway. If he were being abused, you would think that she would lead with those details instead of continuing to insist that he’s her property. If she has specific details and evidence that Zander was abused though, I’ll gladly eat my words. If she did have that, why would she have stolen the child in the first place?

Also, the reporter said that McCready is six months’ pregnant with twins. Last week McCready told the AP she was seven months pregnant, and her rep told People she was five months pregnant.

Country singer Mindy McCready attended a court hearing yesterday to find out the fate of her son, Zander, who was recovered by police over the weekend after Mindy absconded with the boy from Florida to Arkansas. Following a scheduled visit last week, Mindy was supposed to return Zander to his legal guardian, his grandmother, who has had custody of him since 2007. Instead she fled with the boy cross country, leading to a missing persons report and a multi-state manhunt. US Marshalls and police eventually found Mindy and Zander cowering in the closet of an empty summer home in Arkansas owned by Mindy’s boyfriend. Zander was put in foster care temporarily before a judge could rule on his fate.

After the custody hearing yesterday, Mindy was smiling broadly and said that she just loved the judge. (You can see video of Mindy outside of court, above.) The court details are sealed, but it’s known that Zander will remain in Arkansas with a foster family for now.

“I can’t talk about it, but I can tell you all I’m a happy girl,” the 36-year-old McCready said after the proceeding in Izard County Court.

While she didn’t disclose exactly what was decided in the closed-door session, the troubled entertainer did heap praise on Judge Lee Harrod.

“I love Judge Harrod, I’ll tell you that. I love that man. He’s a good man,” she also told the gaggle of media before driving away.

Later that evening, according to ABC News, McCready texted HLN’s Jane Valez Mitchell, which the host read on the air.

WE WON!!! ZAN STAYS,” wrote the I’m Still Here singer. “Court details sealed but we love Judge Lee W. Harrod.”

Given it’s a family matter and court documents are sealed, it’s unknown if, in fact, the judge granted the country star permanent custody or temporary custody, like allowing her to take her son back with her to Nashville, or whether he ordered Zander remanded to his grandparents.

An attorney for McCready was unavailable for comment, but her camp did issue a statement to E! News confirming that “Mindy and Zander both remain in Arkansas at this time” and that “Zander remains with a foster care family” there.

In the video of her leaving the court room she’s wearing a big poncho and it’s hard to tell, but she doesn’t look seven months pregnant with twins. That was one of her excuses for not returning Zander. Another excuse was that he was her property and “it would be impossible for me to kidnap what already belongs to me.” She also accused her mother of abuse. Mindy has a long and storied history with the law and with addiction. I’m thinking she would easily lie to get her way, since she had no problem breaking the law. Still, many of you commented that it’s not unlikely that Mindy’s mother could be abusing Zander. Look at how her own daughter turned out.

Country singer Mindy McCready, 36, made headlines for something other than a DUI or a drunken fight last week when she kidnapped her five year-old son, Zander, from the care of his legal guardian, Mindy’s mother. Instead of returning the boy after a scheduled visit last week, Mindy fled from Florida to Tennessee and then Arkansas. A missing person’s report went out for Zander and a court order was issued for him to be returned to his grandmother last Thursday. Mindy claimed she didn’t do anything wrong because her son was her property. She said “I did not steal my child, as it would be impossible for me to kidnap what already belongs to me! There never was any missing persons report and never an Amber Alert.” There was definitely a missing person’s report but that didn’t seem to faze Mindy. Also, she claimed she couldn’t return Zander since she was either five or seven months pregnant with twins, depending on which outlet she was talking to. Well all that is over now because authorities found Mindy and Zander at her boyfriend’s home in Arkansas. When cops stormed the home, Mindy and the boy were hiding in a closet. Is anyone else getting Elian Gonzales flashbacks? Zander has been taken into custody and will be returned to his grandmother shortly.

Country music singer Mindy McCready was hiding in the closet with her son when authorities took the 5-year-old boy into custody in Arkansas, officials said early Saturday.

Authorities found Zander McCready and his mother in a home in Heber Springs, Arkansas, according to David Rahbany, the chief deputy U.S. Marshal in eastern Arkansas.

“The child appeared to be in good condition when we found him … he was in the closet with his mother,” Rahbany said.

Local sheriffs and marshals had placed the home — believed to belong to the singer’s boyfriend — under surveillance for hours before they found the boy late Friday, he said.

The boy is in the custody of the Arkansas Division of Children and Family Services, who will make arrangements to take him to his legal guardian in Florida, his maternal grandmother.

Until recently, the boy has been living with Mindy McCready’s mother and stepfather, Gayle and Michael Inge, who have legal custody. The singer, who has fought a public battle against drug addiction, has visitation rights.

McCready took her son from her mother’s Florida home late last month and asked a court to restore custody to her out of concern over the boy’s safety.

A Florida judged signed an emergency “pickup order” Thursday authorizing law enforcement officers to get the boy.

McCready’s mother and stepfather said they are relieved.

“We feel sorrow for Zander because he’s traumatized, and for Mindy,” they said. “We just hope she does the right thing from here on out and that this is a wake-up call for her.”

McCready was not charged with a crime Friday, Rahbany said, adding it is unclear whether she faces any future charges.

What an awful thing to do, and to put your child through. That kid is going to be upset and confused, and for the rest of his life he’ll remember being taken away by cops from his mom while she clung to him in a closet. Mindy doesn’t care though, because Zander is her property! He’s not a vulnerable little kid who needs love and guidance, he’s something she owns. It’s obvious why she doesn’t have custody of him. I hope authorities keep a close eye on those twins she claims to be having, but hopefully she’s lying about that too.

Last night Charlie Sheen and his ex wife Brooke Mueller played happy families for Entertainment Tonight with their twin two and a half year-old boys, Bob and Max. Brooke was high as a freaking kite and could barely speak while Charlie was maintainin’ and acting somewhat normal, for him. I always find it amusing when people are totally wasted on TV and everyone around them is acting like there’s nothing wrong and seems to be ignoring the problem. That’s the appeal of Kim Richards on RHOBH, and Brooke Mueller is basically the same – slurry, barely functioning, and struggling to explain basic concepts. It would have been funny if these clowns didn’t have two little boys with them who think of them as parents. I guess there are always nannies and adult film star mistresses to serve as sober caregivers.

Here’s what Brooke and Charlie said, but to get the full effect you should watch the video on ET’s website. (Their segment is at 12:00 into this video.) Notice that when Brooke calls Charlie a good dad, she immediately starts talking about how he just bought her a house with a tennis court. She’s been in rehab umpteen times and it obviously hasn’t worked for her. Charlie is still pretty wasted too.

Charlie: These guys [Bob and Max] have nothing to do with whatever. It’s not their fault but they do deserve the benefit of two parents in their life.

We’re friends and we’re co-parents and that’s what we decided is the most important thing.

Brooke: Charlie and I are so blessed and fortunate to have such amazing kids, and that’s really the glue that holds our friendship and relationship together…

He’s an amazing father. He’s amazing with the kids ’cause he teaches them sports, plays baseball with them. In fact he just bought me a house, well for the boys, and it has huge tennis courts with lights and everything.

There’s a selfless nature about her and that’s the only way you can really be available for your children is to be compassionate and be selfless.

They go on about co-parenting, but I’m really just reporting this so that I can share these screengrabs of Brooke’s crazy face. Charlie was wasted too, but he hid it better. I think that Brooke and Charlie get along when they’re both really high on whatever. Again it would be funny if they didn’t have kids. I hope that Charlie’s ex Denise Richards steps in and tries to be an influence in Max and Bob’s lives. They need more sober adults around. Also, those boys are adorable.

Remember when Britney Spears refused to hand her kids over for their regular visit with their dad in early 2008, and was subsequently hauled off to the hospital on a 5150 hold? She was violating a court order and acting erratically and there was a standoff of several hours with police. Something similar happened earlier this month during a visit between Scary Spice Mel B’s 12 year-old daughter, Phoenix Chi, and her dad, Mel’s first husband Jimmy Gulzar, 42. Gulzar refused to let Phoenix leave his home and Mel’s current husband, Stephen Belafonte, called the cops after a few hours. Phoenix claims Gulzar of grabbing her by the arm to keep her there, and she subsequently filed a report with police accusing him of battery.

FORMER Spice Girl Mel B is furious at ex-husband Jimmy Gulzar after he allegedly held their daughter Phoenix Chi captive during a custody visit.

The distraught 12-year-old has filed a police complaint accusing Gulzar, 42, of battery.

She claims she feared for her safety after he grabbed her arm and refused to let her leave his LA home.

Sources close to Mel, 36 – real name Melanie Brown – said the schoolgirl was so afraid she considered climbing over a balcony to escape.

She was finally allowed to go after Mel’s current husband, Stephen Belafonte – who had arrived to collect her – called the cops.

Sources close to Mel, who is currently in Sydney filming the Australian X Factor, said she was “disgusted and appalled” by Gulzar’s alleged behaviour.

Police have taken a full statement from Phoenix and are due to speak to Scary Spice Mel about the events leading up to the incident on October 10.

The distraught 12-year-old has filed a police complaint accusing Gulzar, 42, of battery.

Sources close to Mel, 36 – real name Melanie Brown – said the schoolgirl was so afraid she considered climbing over a balcony to escape.

She was finally allowed to go after Mel’s current husband, Stephen Belafonte – who had arrived to collect her – called the cops.

Sources close to Mel, who is currently in Sydney filming the Australian X Factor, said she was “disgusted and appalled” by Gulzar’s alleged behaviour.

Police have taken a full statement from Phoenix and are due to speak to Scary Spice Mel about the events leading up to the incident on October 10.

This is the same guy who spanked a three year-old autistic boy at the playground at the zoo when the boy pushed another child (presumably Pheonix) in 2002. Gulzar was also arrested two years prior, in 2000, when he refused to hand over Phoenix to Mel’s sister. I guess when he was married to Mel for all of 14 months he loved to spend her money – the Mirror says his nickname was “Jimmy Goldcard.” She also had to pay him a settlement of about 1.9 million dollars.

We heard some similarly negative stories about Mel’s current husband being abusive, but he seems to treat her and her daughters well as far as we can tell. They’re also still together after rumors last year that they were just about to get a divorce. Mel just had her third daughter, her first with Stephen, Madison Brown Belafonte on September 1. She was just named the new Jenny Craig ambassador in Australia and New Zealand.

I would have sworn that everything was all settled in the Kesley Grammer divorce, but Kelsey has just thrown a wrench into the works by filing for sole custody of his two young children. Let me get this straight: Kelsey goes off to New York to “work,” replaces his wife Camille with a younger model behind her back after 14 years of marriage, immediately marries the side piece, and then thinks that he’s entitled to sole custody of their two young children. That sounds about right. I wouldn’t presume to say that the children are better off with Camille. She seems like a self absorbed piece of work and we do know that she has four nannies. Kelsey may be influenced by his new young wife, though, and could be filing for custody in order to create some sort of plot for his reality show. I wouldn’t put it past him. In court papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Kelsey, 56, is requesting primary physical custody of Mason, 9, and Jude, 6 – the two children he has with the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 42.

The filing, which offers Camille time with the kids during half of their summer and half of their winter break, asks for the new custody agreement to begin after July 2, one year since the reality star filed for divorce from the now remarried actor. – From People

“He abandoned his family and got married within months of separating from Camille, all of which speaks volumes about his parenting and his respect for his current children,” says the friend, who describes Camille, 42, as a “loving and compassionate mother.”

“Camille looks forward to a full and complete professional evaluation,” the friend continues, “which she is more than confident will show her to be the more appropriate person to be primarily responsible for the custody of the children.” – From People

Meanwhile Camille tells Radar “Kelsey is being insensitive to our children.” They also quote her crazy alcoholic “psychic” friend, Allison DuBois, who says “Camille is an excellent mother, and Kesley truly doesn’t have a leg to stand on. Good luck with that battle Kelsey, you are going to need it.”

I would say that I’m team Camille on this one, but she had to go and let Allison DuBois give a quote and now I’m reminded of the dinner party from hell episode. My personal investment in the outcome of this custody battle is pretty low. Still, if you just look at the circumstances and ignore Camille’s personality, it looks really vindictive on Kelsey’s part.

Rumor had it that Camille was out of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and that she’d quit after a difficult first season. However reports since have claimed that that the entire cast will be back, with the addition of Brandi Glanville, Eddie Cibrian’s ex wife.
