Paris Hilton’s cokevadge vows to return to Japan

LAS VEGAS - SEPTEMBER 20: Paris Hilton appears in court at the Clark County Regional Justice Center September 20, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Hilton pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors, drug possession and obstructing an officer, as part of a plea deal worked out with prosecutors following her August 27 arrest for cocaine possession on the Las Vegas Strip. As part of the agreement, Hilton will serve a year of probation, pay a USD 2,000 fine, serve 200 hours of community service and must complete a drug abuse program in order to avoid jail time and a felony conviction. (Photo by Isaac Brekken/Getty Images)

I’m a bit of a World War II nerd (and these are difficult days to be a WWII nerd, what with everyone raping history just to call people they disagree with “like Hitler” or “like Stalin”). So when I saw the headlines “Paris to Japan: I Shall Return,” I got a chill. Thankfully, Paris Hilton has no idea who General Douglas MacArthur was, so I don’t think we should worry. Anyway, after Paris Hilton’s little wonkblocked jaunt to Japan, she has vowed – on Twitter – that she will return at some point to visit all of her Asian fans. Note to Asia: Do NOT encourage this.

Sayonara, Paris. The controversial socialite was spotted Wednesday at Narita Tokyo Airport in Japan after being kicked out of the country because of her recent drug arrest in the U.S.

“I’m going back home, and I look forward to coming back to Japan in the future,” Hilton- wearing a black baseball cap and a navy sweat suit-told reporters before departing on her private jet.

“I’m really tired,” she added.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Hilton, 29, was detained and questioned for several hours over two days after arriving in Japan late Tuesday. Japan has strict immigration laws that bar entry to those convicted of drug offenses, although exceptions are occasionally granted.

Only a day before she arrived in Japan, Hilton copped a plea stemming from her arrest in Las Vegas last month on cocaine charges. In exchange for prosecutors dropping a felony charge, Paris pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors and was given a suspended sentence, fined and ordered to perform community service.

Hilton was to appear Wednesday at a news conference in Tokyo to promote her fashion and fragrance lines. In addition to canceling that appearance, Hilton also abruptly nixed planned appearances in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Jakarta, Indonesia. Her publicist, Dawn Miller, said Hilton plans to make the trips at a later date.

“Paris is very disappointed and fought hard to keep her business commitments and see her fans, but she is forced to postpone her commitments in Asia,” she said in a statement. “Paris understands and respects the rules and laws of the immigration authorities in Japan and fully wishes to cooperate with them.”

Just before taking off, Hilton tweeted a message to her fans.

“Going home now. So disappointed to miss my fans in Asia. I promise to come back soon. I love you all! Love Paris xoxo.”

[From Radar]

I do feel slightly bad for Paris, only because you know that flight was long and hellish, and you know it sucks hard to get right back on the plane for another long flight home. Still, it’s Paris, so she deserves it. And good on Japan. You know what I don’t understand though – why did she have to cancel her whole Asian tour? Those other countries don’t have the same laws as Japan – I bet Malaysia and Indonesia would let her come in. Another brilliant plan. I bet it didn’t even occur to her that she could skip Japan and still do the other countries. Paris thinks, “If my cokevadge can’t go to Japan, that must be the rule for all of the not white countries.”

Also, have we talked about this yet: When did Paris’s boobs get so f-cking big?

Paris Hilton denied entry to Japan after cocaine plea

parisnicky

After Paris Hilton plead guilty in Nevada yesterday to two misdemeanors in conjunction with a Vegas arrest for cocaine possession, she boarded a private jet, Louis Vuitton shopping bags in hand, headed for Japan. It was just another day in the life of a woman who makes a living going to events and slapping her name on tacky purses, cheap clothing and fake-looking hair extensions. We thought that might be the last we heard of her unless (until) she violated probation and got sent to jail again. Only Paris wasn’t allowed into Japan following her high profile guilty plea and has been staying at a hotel at the airport while immigration figures out what to do with her. She was in Japan to show her Fall/Winter 2010 clothing collection. I’m sure hoodies and leopard prints are involved.

TMZ has learned Paris Hilton is a captive in a Japanese hotel tonight and can’t enter the country … after being detained at the airport for hours over her guilty plea for cocaine possession.

A source close to Paris tells us she flew to Japan on business and was questioned by immigration authorities as she got off the plane. Immigration authorities are allowing Paris to stay at an airport hotel until the matter is resolved. For her part, Paris hasn’t decided whether to stay or leave.

Paris’ rep tells TMZ, “Paris Hilton was delayed by immigration authorities at a Japanese airport this evening after arriving for business obligations planned many months earlier. Paris was contractually bound to her business trip and didn’t want to let down her brands and many Asian fans.”

An employee at the Consulate-General of Japan in NYC tells TMZ … Japan is strict about letting people into the country with recent drug convictions but these matters are handled “on a case by case basis.”

Paris’ rep added … she will fulfill her contract but right now things are beyond her control.

We’re told there was a conflict within the ranks of those who questioned Paris — some of whom felt it was for show.

[From TMZ]

Radar has some quotes from an insider in Paris’ camp, and they say “Paris is beyond upset as she was looking forward to this trip for months. Paris doesn’t want to let down her business partners, nor her fans. Paris loves Japan, and Asia and is hoping this can be sorted out so she can proceed with the meetings, store opening, and meet her fans. Paris has the utmost respect for Japan and this mishap has truly devastated her.” Aw, Poor Paris can’t promote her shoddy clothing in Japan because she got busted with cocaine and lied about it.

Oh and remember how Paris bought up all the rabbits at a pet store and set them loose in her backyard? She did it in a misguided attempt to “save” them from potentially becoming reptile food. The rabbits are predictably breeding, and she recently posted a photo of herself on Twitter with a baby rabbit, writing “My Bunnies had Babies! So cute.” That’s just so dumb and irresponsible. She’s letting them run around her backyard and breed and she’s about to have dozens more rabbits in a very short period of time. Incidentally Paris has tweeted absolutely nothing about her court appearance or guilty plea.

I would tell Japan to send her back, but we don’t want her either. Let’s send shots of sake to the officials who denied her. At least now she’ll probably have to come back early and look after her poor animals.

Top and bottom pic below from Paris’ Twitpic account.

Paris Hilton sentenced to a year in jail after guilty plea – only if she messes up again

parisheader
I watched Paris Hilton’s live guilty plea on TMZ, (highlights video is here) and while the details that were reported over the weekend about the deal she struck were accurate and there were essentially no surprises, it was still fun watching her squirm. There were moments when I thought the hammer was going to come down on her, as the judge did announce that she would get six months in the Clark County Detention Center for each of her two misdemeanor pleas, but alas those moments were short-lived and the sentence was suspended as long as she stays out of trouble. So she’s not going to jail unless she really messes up.

Paris was wearing a low cut white blouse that showed off her new boobs or overworked pushup bra. (I’m voting new boobs.) She also had on huge false eyelashes and kept blinking and kind of swaying back and forth nervously while her sentence was read. She was respectful and calm and said “yes, your honor” often. She plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts, drug possession and lying to a police officer. As part of her guilty plea she had to admit that she lied and that it was her purse after all and that she was in possession of cocaine.

Paris: “I was in possession as well as telling an officer the bag wasn’t mine, the purse
Judge: “As to the possession, what did you possess?
Paris (said lower): “cocaine
Judge: “As to part two, charging you with obstructing a public officer, a misdemeanor… what did you do… that causes you to plead guilty to that offense?
Paris: “I said that the purse wasn’t mine to the officer, your honor.”

Paris will also have to pay a thousand dollar fine for each offense, or $2,000, and do 200 hours community service as well as enter a substance abuse program. It’s not like Paris is going to do hard labor or even go to a chi chi rehab, though, her attorney said she will be in an “outpatient program” for which they’ll have to show proof to the court and that Paris will “continue to do the kind of charity works she’s been doing.” I guess that means she’ll show up to charity events and count four hours of drinking and partying as community service. I shouldn’t be so bitchy – she’s visited sick kids in the hospital a couple of times I think. She also went to Africa when her then-boyfriend Benji Madden was on tour and handed out bikini photos of herself to kids who had no idea who she was.

The best part was the judge’s admonishment of Paris, and while he wasn’t as harsh as Lindsay’s judge he did make a wisecrack at her expense:
When you break the law here [in Nevada] there are consequences.
I’m going to warn you Miss Hilton you’re now sentenced to one year…
The Clark County Dention center is not the Waldorf Astoria.
If you do violate your probation you’re going to serve time.”

Unlike Lindsay, I think Paris has better odds of avoiding jail this time around. It’s not like she really learned her lesson from the last time though.

Paris Hilton isn’t going to jail, got 1 year probation for cokepurse incident

44100, LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - August 24, 2010. Booking photo of Paris Hilton, who was arrested late Friday night in Las Vegas on possession of cocaine. According to police, Paris was the passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over by police just outside the Wynn Hotel. The driver was arrested for DUI (drug-related, not alcohol) and after conducting a search of the car and Hilton, they found her in possession of a controlled substance. According to Police, tests revealed the substance to be cocaine. The hotel heiress was arrested and released on her own recognizance. Paris' boyfriend, Cy Waits, was also arrested and booked on a charge of DUI. Paris Hilton just doesn’t have the sociopathy necessary to keep up the coked-up legal drama of an arrest. If Lindsay Lohan had been arrested on felony cocaine possession in Las Vegas, we would be getting breezy daily comments by Dina Lohan and the incessant crack drama of Lindsay telling the world that none of it was her fault and that she will fight the charges indefinitely. Paris went for the lesser drama. According to E! News, Paris has accepted a plea deal offered by the Las Vegas DA in which she’ll plead guilty to misdemeanor drug possession and “obstructing an officer” – and her sentence will be a year of probation, a suspended sentence, a fine, completion of a drug abuse program, and 200 hours of community service. Well… good for Paris?

C’est la vie, Paris Hilton. The recently busted heiress has accepted a plea deal, agreeing to cop to misdemeanor drug possession and obstructing an officer in order to avoid a felony cocaine rap. Look who’s getting smarter by the minute…

Hilton will enter her guilty plea Monday and be sentenced to a year of probation, Clark County District Attorney David Roger said Friday.

The plea agreement also entails that she complete a drug abuse program, pay a $2,000 fine and serve 200 hours of community service.

In return, two consecutive six-month sentences in the Clark County Detention Center will be suspended. Interestingly, a felony cocaine-possession conviction carried mandatory probation, not jail time.

“We fashioned a resolution which would give us complete control over her future,” Roger told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “If she does not toe the line and stay out of trouble, she will do one year in the Clark County Detention Center.”

Hilton was arrested Aug. 27 in Las Vegas following a traffic stop outside the Wynn hotel after boyfriend Cy Waits failed a field sobriety test and officers started asking questions. She reached for a lip gloss, .08 grams of coke fell out of her purse, yada yada yada…

FYI, the obstruction charge was recently tacked on, added because authorities determined that Hilton was lying when she told officers her bag belonged to someone else.

“In truth, the Defendant purchased the Chanel handbag months earlier,” the complaint states.

Waits was arrested for misdemeanor DUI and is due in court Nov. 29.

Meanwhile, with jail off the table, Paris has booked a trip to Asia!

Hilton’s rep announced this morning that the Jill of all trades will be holding fashion shows in Tokyo, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur next week and visiting her seven boutiques, including a new one opening in Jakarta’s Grand Indonesia Mall.

[From E! News]

Poor Asia. Anyway, regarding Paris’s sentence… I’m disappointed. I really was hoping for jail time, but I guess I should have predited this, considering everything about Paris’s arrest screamed special treatment. I do, however, appreciate that Paris has to admit that the cokepurse was hers. Small justice, I know. Sigh… to be rich, famous, talentless and entitled. Must be nice.

Paris Hilton buys 20 rabbits from the pet store to save them from snakes

parisbunniesheader
It’s hard to know where to start with Paris Hilton. She admitted on Ellen Degeneres’ show in 2008 that she had 17 dogs, and explained that “they keep having babies and I feel bad to give them away.” When Ellen asked her why she didn’t have them fixed, she said “they all just got fixed,” but then admitted that two of them weren’t fixed when Ellen told her that she could tell she was lying. Paris recently bought all 20 rabbits from a pet store after she was appalled to learn that snake owners sometimes purchased them as food. She tweeted several photos of herself posing with her menagerie of bunnies, which she apparently set free in her backyard. She’s going to have a hell of a lot more than 20 rabbits if she doesn’t put them in individual hutches soon.

More pets for Paris.

The 29-year-old heiress has Twittered that she recently walked into a pet shot and was shocked to learn that several rabbits would become food for snakes.

“I had to save them,” she wrote. “I rescued 20 of them. They are now happy living in my backyard. They are all so happy, so nice to have changed their fate.”

Hilton’s playtime with her pets may soon be strained.

The heiress was recently charged with felony cocaine possession following her Aug. 28 arrest in Las Vegas. If convicted, she faces four years in prison.

[From US Weekly]

Just looking through Paris’ twitpics – she has countless dogs, several cats including a new kitten she just adopted, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs, something called a “miniature possum” and some kind of bird. I’m sure there’s more. She basically has a small zoo in her house and I hope she has people taking care of those creatures when she’s away. Many of you are hoping that Paris might be going away for some time, but that might not be the case. E! Online reports that she’s been offered a potential plea deal through which she could avoid jail time for her cocaine bust. I figured that was going to happen.

These are all recent photos from Paris’ Twitpic. She’s an animal hoarder.

Paris Hilton got special treatment in Las Vegas jail, police chief explains

Photo by: KGC16/starmaxinc.com 2010 7/24/10 Paris Hilton vacationing in St. Tropez. (France) Photo via Newscom

Paris Hilton is in Hawaii, on vacation. You know, because it’s just so grueling being such a dumbass cokehead. There are photos of her here – she’s posing in a bikini, absolutely thrilled that she’s getting attention again. Anyway, regarding her arrest in Las Vegas a few weeks ago – apparently, Paris got special treatment. Shocking, I know. The police chief of Las Vegas just gave an interview where he tried to explain why Paris got “special treatment” when she was booked for possession – basically, he says that she would have caused major hassles for the other inmates, etc:

When Paris Hilton was busted in Las Vegas last week for alleged cocaine possession, she went straight to the express line at the Clark County Detention Center — where she was processed in half the time (three hours versus six) it normally takes for charged criminals. But it wasn’t V.I.P. treatment, authorities insisted.

“She was treated differently,” Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Deputy Chief Jim Dixon told The Las Vegas Review-Journal. “So I don’t have a disruption of my process here at the county jail.”

Dixon continued: “When you bring somebody in like that, everybody comes over and tries to look at them. I’d have officers attempting to keep inmates away from her. I’d have disruptions.”

Dixon insisted that the heiress was still subjected to normal booking procedures despite the speedy entrance and exit.

After cops found cocaine in her purse two weekends ago, Hilton, 29, was charged with felony cocaine possession and faces up to four years behind bars.

The “matter will be dealt with in the courts, not in the media” her attorney said August 28. “I encourage people not to rush to judgment until all of the facts have been dealt with in a court of law.”

“I’m so thankful to all my fans for all the love and support you are giving me,” Hilton Tweeted to fans shortly after being released.

[From Us Weekly]

Eh. I mean, I can understand his argument, I suppose. And if she was still booked the same way as everyone else, what does it matter if she didn’t get the same treatment in the jail cell as everyone else…? But I still think that everything should have happened according to how they treat everyone else. Would a normal, everyday, non-famous hooker have to sit in a jail cell, waiting to be booked, for half the night? If the answer is “yes” than why is THIS hooker getting special treatment? It’s not like Paris is even some award-winning artist or something, you know? If this was about Meryl Streep getting special treatment for cocaine possession (perish the thought), I would say “Yes, she deserves some leeway, she’s fabulous.” But it’s Paris. Eh.

Paris tweeted, caught with purse she ‘borrowed’ w/ coke in it 6 weeks before arrest

fp_5624371_hilton_paris_fp6

Paris Hilton told the cop she stupidly (or deliberately, more on that in a moment) asked to hold her purse that it was borrowed from a friend after the cocaine dropped out. She later changed her story, by way of a “source” that told TMZ that Paris lent the purse to a friend, who put the coke in it and returned it with the drugs still in it, “setting her up.” The sleuths at Radar Online went through Paris’ Twitter account and found a picture of the bedazzled Chanel purse in question that she proudly tweeted six weeks ago, bragging about her purchase “Love My New Chanel Purse I got Today. :) ” They also found photos of her toting it in July in St. Tropez. So I guess that story that the purse was someone elses has fallen through. No wonder she tried to switch it up.

There’s suspicion that Paris Hilton set up the whole cocaine bust in an attempt to earn some headlines to compete with Lindsay’s incarceration. After all, she put the damn purse in the cop’s hands before the coke fell out. I don’t give her that much credit. I think that she just forgot the coke was in there and expected the policeman to act as her valet. It’s just a coincidence that she had her hair expertly styled with perfect makeup on before her mug shot was taken. She was in Vegas partying with her boyfriend and she usually looks put together like that. Here’s In Touch’s take on this story. They note that it’s the most attention Paris has received in years:

Though she probably could have avoided interaction with the police, the 29-year-old allegedly dropped a small bag of cocaine from her purse in front of attending officers – resulting in her arrest and subsequent charge with felony drug possession. In the report, Paris denied that the purse she was carrying was hers. But Paris seemed to encourage the sudden explosion of news coverage, despite the fact that she faces up to four years in the slammer.

Could Paris’ recent run-in with the law be just another attempt to reclaim the spotlight? Some media experts have publicly questioned her motives…

Once Hollywood royalty, she has fallen by the wayside while the likes of former friend Kim Kardashian, 29, are conquering the red carpet. “She has been plotting for a way to get back into the limelight, and getting arrested for cocaine is extreme but it worked,” a friend tells In Touch

[From In Touch, print edition, September 13, 2010]

I could be convinced that Paris saw an opportunity when the cops pulled her over and took advantage of it to drop drugs into their hands. It’s possible. I’m still thinking it was a stupid mistake, but she would also be stupid enough to think she would get off with a slap on the wrist. It might happen for her after all. We’ve heard that Paris is facing serious jail time for this latest incident, but it’s possible her charge could be reduced to a misdemeanor. If she’s charged with a misdemeanor instead of a felony she could get off with community service and a fine. It’s possible that the DA won’t throw the book at her after all. (Radar has more on that.) It’s thought that her lawyer is going to try and get her off on a technicality anyway. Cops didn’t ask for a blood test to verify whether she was on drugs and her lawyer may also argue that the search of Paris was not legal since it happened inside the hotel and not at the scene. It’s not like they had to do much to find the coke, though.

Paris Hilton is now banned from being a cokehead at Wynn Las Vegas

paris1

Paris Hilton tweeted the above photo – of herself – late Tuesday night. Can you believe it? How f-cking narcissistic is this bitch? Anyway, I’m starting to 100% agree with the popular theory that everything Paris Hilton touches turns to sh-t. The effects of Paris’s hilariously stupid felony possession of cocaine charges continues to reverberate throughout her life, and the life of others. Her boyfriend Cy Waits – who was driving the vehicle that was stopped by Las Vegas police – was fired from his job at The Wynn Hotel and Casino, and now Paris has just been formally banned from Wynn Las Vegas as well. That’s how they do it in Vegas, bitches. Paris should be thankful she wasn’t knee-capped by gangster. Seriously, though, consider Paris was formally arrested inside The Wynn (the officer had taken her there because she had to go potty), I guess it’s up to the hotel discretion whether or not they want known cokeheads using their facilities. Survey says: Go to the Palms, crackhead.

Paris Hilton was banned Wednesday from two Wynn resorts on the Las Vegas Strip, and her boyfriend was dismissed as a nightclub partner following their arrests in a vehicle that police said reeked of marijuana. Wynn Resorts Ltd. spokeswoman Jennifer Dunne told The Associated Press that Hilton is barred from Wynn Las Vegas and Encore.

Meanwhile, boyfriend Cy Waits was “separated” from his job after less than a week as top managing partner of the Tryst Nightclub at Wynn and XS The Nightclub at Encore, Dunne said in a statement.

Waits and a lawyer and publicist for the 29-year-old Hilton did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

The moves come after Hilton was arrested Friday for investigation of felony cocaine possession. Waits was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Charges have not yet been filed. Hilton was arrested inside the Wynn resort, where a police lieutenant reported a small plastic bag containing 0.8 grams of cocaine fell into his hand when Hilton reached for a tube of lip balm in a purse.

The celebrity socialite is scheduled for arraignment Oct. 27 and would face probation if convicted. A police report made public Wednesday said the suspected butt of a marijuana cigarette was found in the Cadillac Escalade in which the couple was stopped in front of the Wynn Las Vegas hotel-casino.

Waits, 34, was driving. He had bloodshot eyes, smelled of alcohol and wobbled as he failed balance and walk-and-turn field sobriety tests, the arresting officer said.

Attorney Richard Schonfeld, who represents Waits, said his client passed an eye test checking the dilation of his pupils. Schonfeld said he was troubled that Waits wasn’t stopped because of a traffic infraction “or any other indication that he was impaired while driving.”

Waits allowed blood to be drawn when he was booked into the Clark County jail in downtown Las Vegas, Officer Bill Cassell said. Results won’t be released until the case reaches court. Waits spent a night in jail on suspicion of misdemeanor driving under the influence before being freed on $2,000 bail with a Nov. 29 court date.

Dunne said Waits’ twin brother, Jesse Waits, is continuing as general partner of the Wynn resorts’ Tryst and XS clubs. The brothers were hired by Steve Wynn five years ago and became the casino owner’s top club managers last week when Wynn bought out Victor Drai.

Cy Waits’ lawyer sounds like a douche, claiming that Cy didn’t seem like a drunk driver whil he was driving – and then the officer’s report is all “yeah, he couldn’t even stand up straight he was so hammered.”

Anyway, is anyone else getting the feeling that there’s a growing movement to stop letting Paris get away with her “I’m a dumb, innocent little whore” act? Could be. I hope the Las Vegas DA sticks to his guns and refuses to cut a deal with her.

And what does Paris think about all of this? She tweeted this late Tuesday night/Wednesday morning:

Of course, that was probably written by her lawyer. I doubt Paris knows how to spell any of those words.

Kim Kardashian explains why she isn’t coked up like Paris Hilton

wenn797643

Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton have a tortured history. At first they were friends, back when Kim had a normalish looking face, circa 2006. No one really knew who Kim was, but then she hooked up with Nick Lachey (remember that?) and started clubbing with Paris Hilton. Then Kim made a sex tape and then Kim became “famous” in her own right and she didn’t need Paris Hilton’s ricochet fame anymore. And the two became enemies… sort of. They just basically started acting like they didn’t give a sh-t about each other, but every now and then a tabloid story would come out about how they were really bitchy to each other at this or that club. The latest stories have been about Kim being nasty to a drunken, drugged Paris, and how Paris is jealous that Kim gets all of the good appearance bookings, and how Kim is basically the bigger whore now.

In most worlds, getting arrested for the third time would be considered tragic and impossibly tacky. Not for Paris, though, and not for a lot of “celebrities” who are jealous of the attention Paris is getting with her current cocaine scandal. So when Kim was asked about her wonk-eyed nemesis on Jay Leno last night, Kim was kind of, you know, like, totally, like, you know, a BITCH. And it was funny:

Kim Kardashian’s frenemy Paris Hilton was arrested over the weekend for felony cocaine possession — her third link to drugs this summer. How has Kardashian, 30, managed to stay out of trouble?

“I’ve never been a drinker, I’ve never gotten into drugs,” she said on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno Tuesday. “You know, I think I have such a close family. I think, you know, at a young age. I think you know my sisters do enough drinking to kind of fill up the whole family.

“From a young age, my dad made it very clear that, ‘OK, you’re the responsible one and you have to watch your sister, and (he) taught me how to drive when I was 14 in case my sister or her friends were going to be drinking and I always had permission to drive,” continued Kardashian (whose younger sister Khloe was arrested for DUI in 2007). “You know, I had to call him from the destination and the final place. I always felt this sense of pride that he had in me that I was the responsible one so I always wanted to make him proud. And I hate the taste of alcohol.”

She does, however, indulge in a White Russian occasionally.

“I said at 30 I’m gonna at least have a drink to lighten-up ’cause my sisters say I’m so boring,” she told Leno. “So I tried a White Russian a few months ago. If I have one, it tastes like chocolate milk and it’s kind of amazing. So every once and a while, but I’m 30 so it’s OK.”

YOU KNOW. Ugh, Kim stop saying that. I have conversational crutches too, but you said “you know” about twenty times in the span of five minutes. You know? That sucks. Anyway, I like how Kim is basically saying that Paris is a cokehead because her family is f-cked up. And I will give Kim credit for not being a cokehead, crackhead or a drunk – good on her. But Kim has other addictions. CoughcoughKatFaceplasticsurgerycough.

Oh, and I love White Russians too but I had to stop drinking them because nothing will put on the weight like a White Russian. It sucks, because they are so, so good.

By the way, here’s Kim “not drinking” when she used to hang out with Paris:

And here’s the current Kat-Face Kardashian who is addiction free, YOU KNOW:

Paris Hilton “highly unlikely” to get a plea offer, will hopefully go to jail

wenn2965525

The Las Vegas district attorney is trying to ensure that all of us have a really great week. Yesterday, Paris Hilton was formally charged with felony possession of cocaine. And now Radar’s sources are saying that the DA is hell-bent on locking Paris away. HURRAY!!! Finally, a legal system with a sense of real celebrity justice. Granted, all of this happy-talk from Radar’s sources could be total crap, and I think that the Hilton money will be employed to pay off a number of people to ensure that Paris’s stupidity haunts the world forever. The DA, David Roger, is some kind of notorious legal badass, though, so I am allowing myself to dream of a world with Paris Hilton locked away in a dank hole. Coughcoughspeakingofdankholescough.

Paris Hilton is about to discover what O.J. Simpson already knows: when it comes to justice, Las Vegas can be a lot tougher than Los Angeles. District Attorney David Roger is highly unlikely to offer Paris a plea bargain deal on her cocaine possession charge, a source close to the case told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

The veteran Clark County, Nevada prosecutor put Simpson behind bars on robbery charges after the former football great beat murder charges in Los Angeles.

“Roger won’t tolerate celebrities coming to Las Vegas and thinking they can get away with illegal behavior,” the source close to the case told RadarOnline.com.

“It’s going to be extremely difficult for Paris to get out of these charges, even with the brilliant legal skills of her lawyer, David Chesnoff.”

Hilton is facing a felony drug possession charge that carries a prison sentence of one to four years. She claimed the purse she was carrying, where the cocaine was found, did not belong to her. Roger is running for reelection and has a record of high-profile victories in the legal arena.

“This is a high profile case, right before a very important election, and it’s very likely that there will be no plea bargaining down of these charges,” said the source.

According to an arrest report obtained by RadarOnline.com, Hilton, 29, told cops she didn’t own the purse in which 0.8 grams of cocaine was found, but admitted she owned other items that were in the purse.

She reportedly told a Las Vegas police lieutenant that she had borrowed the purse from a friend, but acknowledged owning money, credit cards and a broken tablet of the prescription drug Albuterol that was also found in the bag.

The man who arrested Hilton, Lt. Dennis Flynn, said a small plastic “bindle” of the drug fell out of her purse when she reached for a tube of lip balm. Hilton is taking the charges “very seriously,” said a source close to the socialite.

“Paris has been advised to lay low,” said the friend. “Paris is 100 per cent adamant that the cocaine found in the purse, wasn’t hers. She says she borrowed the handbag from a girlfriend because the handbag she was going to use for the night didn’t match her outfit.”

Hilton’s boyfriend, 34-year-old Las Vegas nightclub mogul Cy Waits, was also arrested.

Police say Waits failed field sobriety tests after he was stopped while driving the black Cadillac Escalade from which a police motorcycle officer reported smelling marijuana smoke. The Vegas bust was the third encounter in three months with law enforcement for Hilton.

Well, here’s hoping. This reminds me a little of the Charlie Sheen case, where the Boulder DA seemed to think he had a pretty awesome case against Charlie and then the whole thing fell apart in a matter of weeks, because Charlie’s team is so skilled at crisis management. Does Paris have a great team of PR people and lawyers and handlers? Eh. I think the Hilton team seems more like a coven of sycophants, but we’ll see.
