We’ve heard for some time that Demi Moore is dragging out her divorce from Ashton Kutcher over money issues, as in she feels she’s entitled to more than he’s offering her. Back in March, Radar reported that Demi Moore thought it was “only fair that she be compensated for the nearly 10 years she was with Ashton. They claimed that she was still hurt and humiliated by their breakup, and was striking back “the only way she knows how.” Demi’s career has cooled considerably since she hooked up with Ashton in 2003, and she wants a chunk of his money. The NY Post has details of her monetary demands in the divorce, and they say she’s going after stock Ashton owns in an Internet investment fund he co-founded. Ashton’s share is worth $20 million and Demi wants half.

Ashton Kutcher’s contentious divorce with Demi Moore has now spiraled into a $10 million battle over his venture capital fund with Madonna’s manager Guy Oseary and billionaire Ron Burkle, Page Six can exclusively reveal.

Kutcher and Oseary earlier this month announced their fund A-Grade investments, set up to invest in tech start-ups, was valued at $100 million and they were raising money from outside investors.

But a source familiar with the proceedings between Kutcher and Moore, who split in November 2011, told us, “Ashton and Demi are still not divorced, and no settlement has been agreed, even though they have been in negotiations for over a year. Ashton made a lot of money after they married, but he doesn’t believe he owes her as much as she is asking for.”

Our source continued, “Ashton set up A-Grade with Oseary and Burkle in 2010, when he and Demi were still together, but he recently told her lawyers the fund had not made substantial money. In fact, he claimed he had only put about $1 million into it.

“Now it seems Ashton and Oseary were working towards a private offering based on a valuation of $100 million. Ashton owns 20 percent of the fund, under California law, Demi should be entitled to half of his share — $10 million.”

Kutcher and Oseary made their announcement at Techcrunch’s Disrupt NY conference in early May, a move that sources close to Demi describe as “audacious and narcissistic.” Companies their fund has invested in include Airbnb, Shazam, Path, Flipboard, Foursquare, Uber, Spotify, Fab.com and Soundcloud.

Kutcher, 35, is TV’s highest-paid actor for “Two and a Half Men,” which netted him $24 million between May 2011 and May 2012. The last major payday for Moore, 50, was $2 million for 2003’s “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle.” Kutcher is now dating Mila Kunis.

Kutcher’s rep didn’t get back to us. Moore’s lawyer William Beslow wouldn’t comment.

So I guess the Post is saying that Ashton claimed the fund was worth the $1 million he put into it, but he tried to hide the fact that the company was valued at $100 million. The company probably makes only a fraction of that, but she wants a percent of what Ashton and his partner claim it’s worth.

Many of you will say that Demi should just stop going after Ashton’s money and should try and live off whatever she has and is making – which should still be considerable by normal standards. It’s hard to feel sorry for a woman who made millions during her career and still does an occasional movie. I get why she’s doing this though, she’s used to living the high life and she doesn’t want to have to cut back at this point. Plus you can’t say that she didn’t raise Ashton’s profile considerably. He was the kid from Punk’d, That 70s Show and Dude Where’s My Car? before he got with Demi. I don’t think he’d be as big of a star without her. So I understand Demi’s stance and I won’t condemn her for trying to get a chunk of Ashton’s money. Whether she’s due some of his Internet investment company is up for debate though.

Demi is too stuck in this old relationship. She’s been bedding random young guys to console herself but she still seems hung up on Ashton. She should focus on her professional career and try to get something going. She would be great on television and it would do wonders for her image. Whether she gets what she’s asking for in the divorce or not, she needs to switch things up. Maybe that’s what she’s doing with her yoga practice and that young Sikh guy she’s boning. Things may already be looking up for her.

Demi Moore was spotted coming out of yoga class with a blonde, bearded long-haired guy with his mouth hanging open. (At the paparazzi, presumably. Those photos are at the Daily Mail.) He looked hot but dumb, and it turns out that he’s dumb enough to confirm their relationship to a major tabloid, sort of. Maybe he thought he was giving a nice, neutral response while being honest. He said to Star Magazine, of Demi “She’s an amazing woman. We know each other through yoga, and we’ve become close.” Star claims that closeness has extended to loud sex in the sauna. I hope that part isn’t true. I use the saunas at the gym and it grosses me out to think of people getting it on in there.

Anyway Demi has been going to yoga at the same place as Russell Brand. That’s where she met this guy, a 30 year-old Australian pearl diver who is a Sikh (hence the long hair) and is into a lot of spiritual, granola-type stuff. It sounds like it’s getting serious, and like Demi found another young dude right away when her relationship with Harry Morton went south. (We heard just last week that Harry was moving in with her!) Here’s some of Star’s story, with more in this week’s print edition.

Demi has cleaned up her act and buried the hatchet with Rumer – and she’s loving it up with a hot new boytoy: Will Hanigan, 30, a commercial pearl diver and adventurer from Perth, Australia.

“She’s an amazing woman,” Will tells Star in an exclusive interview. We know each other through yoga, and we’ve become close.”

Demi and Will made an arresting pair when spotted at Nine Treasures Yoga in West Hollywood on May 1. While Demi was dressed all in black and carried a traditional rolled yoga mat on her back, towering Will looked more like a Viking, with his long blond hair and beard and a mat made out of a shearling robe slung over his shoulder.

The couple were back at the yoga center again three days later – and a source tells Star thay’ve been making naughty use of the facility’s sauna. “They get massages before going in – and they can actually be heard making wild sexual noises inside. Will is clearly a passionate individual, and Demi seems to be enjoying every moment with him.”

Will is affiliated with Pinc Pearl, a high-end Australian jewelry company featuring his precious bounty from the sea, and has worked as part of the road crew for the Australian hip-hop/reggae artist Dub FX. He’s also a deeply spiritual individual who appears to follow the Sikh religion…

Last year, Will spent time at an Amazon jungle retreat in Peru, where he experimented with ayahuasca, a liquid brewed from local vines and leaved that contains the hallucinogenic drug DMT and is illegal in the U.S. Will described his trippy experiences in an internet video.

That stuff about the guy doing hallucinogenics is true. There’s a video of him in the Amazon rainforest talking to a friend, the Certified Health Nut founder, about his experiences there. (That’s below.) It isn’t about doing drugs, though, it’s about raising consciousness. He actually seems like a nice guy, albeit somewhat spacey, and from what little I understand of Sikhism, it’s a gentle, open religion that has many positive aspects. Demi would do well to hang out with this guy and learn from him, and I’d love to see her ditch that Kabbalah cult.

Would it kill her to be single for a few months though? At least she’s reuniting with her daughters and looking sober. Even if she’s still dating young guys and is having sex with them in the sauna at the gym. Baby steps.

Demi Moore seems to be rebuilding her life following her well publicized overdose, and self-imposed exile, after her split with Ashton. She resurfaced last week at an event looking healthy, happy and like she was over Ashton and ready to move on. And move on she has, to another guy who is 18 years her junior, an entrepreneur named Harry Morton. You might remember Harry from his very-public romance with Lindsay Lohan in 2006. We first heard about Demi dating Harry this January, and according to the National Enquirer he recently moved in with her. What’s more is that Harry dated Demi’s oldest daughter, Rumer, briefly in 2007. Why does that not surprise me? She usually dates in her daughters’ peer groups. Here’s more, thanks to the Enquirer:

Sources tell The ENQUIRER that the smitten film beauty, 50, has allowed Hollywood play­boy Harry Morton, 32, to move into her Beverly Hills home.

“Demi is crazy about Harry,” revealed an insider.

“She says that he makes her feel more alive than she has in years. She’s convinced this relationship is built to last – despite Harry’s reputation for loving and leaving women.”

Restaurant tycoon Morton – who’s worth an estimated $120 million – has dated a slew of Hollywood beauties, including Lindsay Lohan and Jennifer Aniston.

He also had a brief fling with Rum­er, 24, in 2007, and when the starlet found out that Demi was now dating him, she “was absolutely disgusted,” said the insider, adding that it led to a bitter falling out between the two.

Well if Rumer was upset at her mom for dating her ex she seems to have made peace with her. Rumer and Demi were spotted together outside a yoga class earlier this week, suggesting that they’ve mended fences. We’ve heard for months that Demi’s daughters aren’t speaking to her, but now that she has her act together maybe they’ve reconciled.

I kind of wish Demi was single at this point. Good for her if she’s happy with Harry, but it would be nice to see her single and thriving. She seems like one of those women who feels incomplete without a man. At least she hasn’t done a bunch of photo ops with him yet.

These are the first red carpet photos of Demi Moore we’ve seen in months. The last time we saw her at an event was last December, when she was acting the fool at a party for Terry Richardson. So Demi hasn’t been putting herself out there, she hasn’t been tweeting, and we’ve only heard some scattered stories about how she’s still upset over Ashton’s romance with Mila Kunis and is trying to stick it to him in the divorce.

These photos of her looking healthy and happy last night at the AFI Night at the Movies will go a long way to change the narrative. (Update: Demi was presenting her movie Ghost at the festival, Cher was there for Moonstruck, and Sally Field was there for Norma Rae.) She looks like she’s gained some much-needed weight, her eyes look normal and not-glazed over and she looks perfectly at ease and like she’s having a good time. I’m so glad to see her like this. It’s as if she’s come out on the other side of her Ashton obsession and is ready to face the world anew.

In terms of her outfit it’s fug to me but not terrible. Just Jared points out that this is a Valentino jumpsuit. There’s something so 90s about wearing a see through blouse with lingerie underneath and big white cuffs, but it’s not terrible. Her tits aren’t assaulting us, and she’s covered up well enough and looks comfortable. It’s appropriate for the event. This is a win for Demi. Something negative: her extensions look really fake. Maybe she needs them to cover her bra, though.

Cher was there in a long black jacket and pants paried with a black and white bustier thing. The Daily Mail points us to a picture of Cher and Demi together and notes that they “sport identical unlined foreheads.” Isn’t that how all the monied LA ladies look?

Yesterday we heard that Demi Moore is planning to go for the jugular in her divorce with Ashton Kutcher. She’s filed divorce papers separately, and is firmly set on latching on to a nice chunk of Ashton’s fortune – if the reports are accurate, and I believe they are. Some may argue, and this is said to be Demi’s opinion, that she boosted his career to a level he would not have attained without the publicity and fame that came from marrying her. Others say that Demi is a very wealthy woman in her own right and should not be asking for things like spousal support and her lawyer’s fees paid. She may not be making as much as Ashton at this point, but does she really need the money or is she out for revenge?

Radar has a follow-up that may reveal the heartache and longing behind Demi’s divorce fight. She’s said to have tried to conceive a baby with Ashton for years, but it just wasn’t working for her and she still wonders what would have happened if it did. Demi started dating Ashton in 2003 when she was already 40 with three daughters. According to Radar, Demi believes that if only she would have been able to have another baby, Ashton wouldn’t have cheated on her. I hope this isn’t true.

Would a baby have saved Demi Moore and her estranged husband Ashton Kutcher‘s ill-fated marriage?

The heartbroken 50-year-old Ghost star believes so, and she’s telling close friends that if she’d been able to have a baby with the 35-year-old Two and a Half Men actor they would still be together, a source tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“Demi tried for YEARS to get pregnant with Ashton,” the source says.

“She was in her early 40s when they first got together, and she put her body through hell trying to have his baby.”

Demi, already a mother to daughters Rumer, Scout and Tallulah Willis, desperately wanted to fulfill her much younger husband’s wish for his own biological children, the source says.

“Ashton wanted a child from day one, and Demi knew he would make an amazing father after seeing how great he was with her girls,” the source says. “Sadly though, time wasn’t on Demi’s side, and she was never able to fulfill his baby wish.”

The actress now believes that the tragic situation is what led to their eventual breakup, the source says.

“Demi believes in her heart that if they had had a child together, there wouldn’t be a divorce going on right now,” the source says. “She thinks if there had been a baby at home Ashton wouldn’t have been out partying with friends, and he wouldn’t have had the chance to cheat on her.”

We’ve seen how Demi isn’t able to let go, and how she’s behaved like a high school girl trying to make the guy who dumped her jealous. She seems perfectly capable of this line of faulty reasoning. I still hope she doesn’t really believe that a band aid baby would have solved everything. Cheaters are going to cheat, and putting an innocent child in the middle of everything would only have hurt the kid and made it worse. Of course Demi should let go and stop wondering about this guy. She has the whole world at her feet, but all she’s doing is focusing on how her youth and young lover are gone without realizing how truly great she has it. She got rid of Ashton doucheface Kutcher. That’s something to celebrate, not mourn.

Last week we heard the news that Demi Moore had filed her own divorce papers against her estranged husband, Ashton Kutcher, and that she was planning on going for spousal support as well as legal fees. Ashton had already filed for divorce from Demi over the holidays, but apparently talks had stalled between their lawyers, prompting Demi to file separately. TMZ had a report claiming that it wasn’t true that negotiations were at an impasse, and that they were moving along but Demi was still determined to stick it to cheating Ashton. TMZ’s story sounded like it came from Ashton’s camp, because their version had Demi as the party with the higher net worth.

Now Radar has a story that sounds like it’s from Demi’s perspective. Their insider acknowledges that Demi’s “finances are solid” but cites her contribution to Ashton’s career during their marriage. I can’t argue with that point, Ashton’s career did benefit quite a bit from Demi’s high profile. I bet she put him in touch with plenty of industry insiders as well. Here’s more:

As previously reported, last week Moore formally filed her response to Ashton’s divorce papers, which he filed on December 21 of last year. And, it’s evident from Moore’s response that she wants Kutcher to pay! The 50-year-old is seeking spousal support from the super rich actor and wants him to foot the bill for all of her legal costs.

“Demi’s finances are solid, but she took a back seat during their marriage and allowed Ashton to be the star – and big earner – of the family,” the source says. “Demi believes she provided crucial guidance to Ashton that helped him get to where he is today, and she thinks it is only fair she is compensated for that now they are no longer together. She’s been unhappy with the settlement talks so far because she feels that Ashton doesn’t recognize the impact she had on his life.”

Further spurring on Moore to go after Kutcher’s finances was his extramarital affair and subsequent new relationship with Mila Kunis.

“Demi is still really p*ssed off at Ashton,” a source previously told Radar.

“He humiliated her and then he treated her badly, which she didn’t expect and it really made her mad. She basically wants to hurt him the way he hurt her, and this is the only way she knows how.”

So Demi is going for monetary revenge I guess. I really can’t argue that she didn’t contribute to his career. As I mentioned last week, Ashton had done “The 70s Show,” “Punk’d” and Dude, Where’s My Car? before he met Demi. People paint him as some kind of Internet genius but he seems like more of a doofus who knows how to operate a computer and has a propensity to overshare. I doubt his career would have surpassed Wilmer Valderrama’s if he hadn’t hooked up with Demi, is what I’m saying. He’s not a good actor.

However, it’s not like Demi needs the money at all, she’s not struggling and she’s not some single mom trying to make ends meet. All her daughters are grown and likely not even talking to her. She’s doing this because she’s mad and still hurt. I don’t blame her, but I don’t feel any sympathy for her either.

A couple of days ago, we heard that Demi Moore was frustrated that talks had stalled with Ashton in their divorce negotiations, and that Demi was planning on filing her own divorce papers. This would be over two months after Ashton filed over the holidays late last year. Apparently Demi felt that Ashton wasn’t being fair with her in the financial settlement and she wanted a larger cut of his earnings during their six year marriage.

TMZ has a follow-up with details of Demi’s demands, and it sounds straight from Ashton’s camp. (Which is understandable since the last story we heard was probably leaked by her people.) According to TMZ, Demi wants spousal support from Ashton and a she also wants him to foot the bill for all her legal fees. They report that she is worth more than Ashton, though, and has millions socked away. Ashton is the highest paid actor on television, so I’m not sure I believe that Demi is worth more and has more saved. It’s all incredibly relative when we’re talking about such sick amounts of wealth though, isn’t it? Here’s more:

It’s almost out of the question Ashton will have to pay Demi spousal support — a judge certainly would never order it.

One thing they both agree on — they both checked the box citing irreconcilable differences.

I’m of two minds about this story. The first is that Demi should STFU, grant Ashton the divorce and go on her way. You get the impression that she’s doing this because she’s pissed that he cheated on her and so quickly moved on to another serious, high-profile relationship. A lot of outlets are pointing out that the date of separation she cites in her divorce papers is after he cheated with that Sara Leal chick. (And told her he was separated.) She wants to make him pay, I get that, but if she doesn’t need the money what’s the point except to be vindictive?

Just to play devil’s advocate though, a lot of women get screwed in divorce settlements. Sometimes they played pivotal roles in boosting their husband’s careers and supporting them at home and they’re treated like their contributions were worthless. (I’m thinking of Steve Harvey’s wife in particular, she was left with almost nothing after all she did for him.) Consider this: would Ashton be as famous and popular as he is if he hadn’t married Demi? He was the dude from “Punk’d” and Dude Where’s My Car when he met her. Really though this is Demi Moore we’re talking about. She has enough money to never work another day in her life. She wants to make Ashton as miserable as she’s made herself.

This story is confusing to me, because I thought that Demi and Ashton’s divorce was finally moving forward after Ashton served Demi with divorce papers over the holidays. The story went that he was waiting for Demi to pull the plug, since he wanted to give her that chance at dignity, which she’s of course incapable of having any semblance of. After Demi kept stalling and leaking stories about the boy toys she was dating instead of attempting for closure on her long-over marriage, Ashton finally filed for divorce. Rumor had it that Ashton’s girlfriend, Mila Kunis, convinced him to make it final.

Now we have the news that Demi has filed her own divorce papers. I don’t get it, couldn’t she just continue to negotiate with Ashton through their lawyers instead of incurring tens of thousands of additional legal fees by filing again? Maybe she figures she’ll more than recoup that with Ashton’s money. According to the NY Post, Demi has been trying to work with Ashton but he’s being a tightwad and doesn’t want to pay up, hence her filing again:

An insider tells us she tired of trying to reach a confidential settlement with Kutcher, and that the couple’s divorce could go to a trial.

Moore’s lawyers could file paperwork in Los Angeles as early as today, we hear. Kutcher filed divorce papers in December, a year after the couple split, but this would be the first time Moore responds. She’d been hoping to quietly negotiate a settlement and then file the papers once an agreement was reached.

But negotiations got bogged down, and, “Ashton has been very difficult during the talks,” the insider said. “You could even say he has been hostile.” Kutcher is the highest-paid actor on TV, pulling in $24 million last year for “Two and a Half Men,” and he’s also become a savvy investor in various tech start-ups.

“After over a year of attempting to reach a settlement, Demi is definitely ready to move on,” the source said of her decision to file. “It’s hoped lawyers for both sides can reach a settlement this spring, otherwise the divorce will go into litigation and trial.”

Kutcher’s being repped by LA celebrity lawyer Laura Wasser, while Moore’s retained powerhouse New York attorney William Beslow, who recently helped Linda Evangelista land a generous settlement in a child support battle with mogul François-Henri Pinault.

Since Moore, 50, announced she was ending her six-year marriage to Kutcher, now 35, in 2011, speculation has run rampant as to why they haven’t reached a settlement.

Demi was in New York on Monday night with friends. The source added, “She is healthy and happy, and just wants to move on with her life.”

Kaiser thinks that Demi is trying to go public with the news that Ashton isn’t playing fair, by Demi’s estimation, in order to get a bigger settlement. That would make sense. Also, of course Page Six has this news. They’ve run stories in the past about how sexy Demi is and which much-younger guy is her flavor of the month. I’m not buying that Demi has been trying to reach a settlement with Ashton for “over a year.” Ashton just filed at the end of 2012. BUT if Ashton is trying to make sure Demi doesn’t get a fair portion of his earnings during their marriage, I understand on some level why she’s pushing for this. Isn’t she filthy rich in her own right though? I’m having trouble mustering up any sympathy for her, probably because she’s been trying to get the public’s sympathy for so long now.

You know how Madonna, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are all in that Kabbalah cult, and how they used to be tight and do things like take trips to Israel together? Well not anymore. Madge’s party, which she holds each Academy Awards night at her manager Guy Oseary‘s mansion, was THE place to be Sunday night if you are ANYONE in the Industry.

John Travolta, Bradley Cooper, Daniel Day Lewis, Channing Tatum, Anne Hathaway, Ryan Gosling & Eva Mendes, Jack Nicholson, Selena Gomez, Salma Hayek, George Clooney and Leonardo Dicaprio were among the hundreds of Hollywood heavyweights partying till the wee hours.

However, despite the mega-star power, Madonna was — as ever — the center of attention!

So “hundreds” of people were invited, but not Demi, who used to be tight with Madonna. That’s got to sting.

Last year Demi was in rehab and couldn’t go, and Ashton brought his girlfriend of the month, who has long since been forgotten, so this year Madonna didn’t even bother to invite Demi. I guess I don’t blame her, Demi can be incredibly embarrassing. Just consider how she behaved at Art Basel.

Oh and Demi has a new boyfriend, of course she does, but almost no one picked up that story except Perez Hilton. He’s apparently a Spanish guy who was a contestant on Big Brother in Spain and his name is Piero Righetto.

(An earlier version of this story incorrectly stated that she wore this to her Oscar party. I wouldn’t put it past her, but apparently this getup was for a costume party.) She shared this on Instagram, where she’s been put on notice by the company for posting photos of her cleavage and ass. I wish I was kidding.

This is just a reminder that Demi Moore is still up to the same old antics of seeking affirmation from younger guys. What’s more is that she wants us to know about it. She’s not hiding away wallowing in the wake of her divorce, at least not anymore – she’s partying with young guys and they find her sexy and do-able! In Demi’s world, that’s what matters the most.

To recap, Demi went on a vacation after Christmas, right after Ashton finally filed for divorce, to a “bikini boot camp” resort. Both Star and The National Enquirer reported that Demi was hitting on much-younger guys, natch, and that some of them were responding. Demi was said to have been overheard having very loud sex in her bungalow, loud enough that the neighbors complained to management. Both of the tabloids had pictures too, one showed Demi flirting with a younger guy, and a photo of an activity sign-up board had evidence that Demi was going by the name “Topper” while at the resort. (Radar has pictures up of Demi in a bikini for a “mud bath” session there.) What’s more is that Demi was downing Red Bull constantly, even during her yoga classes, and is said to have brought two cases of the stuff with her on vacation.

In response to all these stories about how she’s off the rails, again, Demi’s people leaked a story to E! claiming she has a new boyfriend. There are paparazzi pics and everything, so it definitely looks like a planted story. The guy is a 31 year-old fast food chain entrepreneur and he’s dated several other “famous” women, which I’ll get to in a moment. The takeaway here is that Demi, and her people, think this is something to brag about:

“They have been trying to keep it a secret,” the insider says. “It’s not a serious thing…but it may develop into something. They have a lot of fun together and have been meeting in secret places in New York and Los Angeles.”

But the actress and the young nightlife mogul, who dated Lindsay Lohan some years ago, apparently decided to let the cat out of the bag, going on a not-so-secret dinner date Wednesday at South Beverly Grill in Beverly Hills.

According to eyewitnesses, Moore and Morton arrived at around 8 p.m. and, over the course of a little over two hours, were noticeably flirtatious, laughing and appearing to have a great time.
Morton was first up to check for paparazzi outside (Guess what? There were some out there) and then they waited together for the valet to bring his car around. They drove back to Moore’s place and he went inside, outlasting the paparazzi who hung around waiting for him to leave before giving up.

“It’s no surprise that she would be attracted to him, as he’s a catch,” the source says, noting the thirtysomething Morton’s success in business as owner of the Viper Room and the Pink Taco restaurants. His father, Peter Morton, founded the Hard Rock Café chain.

“They are just getting to know one another,” the source adds. Moore is “in a really good place at the moment and is hopeful about the future.”

This is exactly what happened when Demi dated that 26 year-old art dealer – she told the press about it, hung all over him, and the guy went running for the hills. A similar outcome is not hard to predict here.

Oh and Harry Morton has dated Lohan of course, he did a makeout bikini photo op with her in 2006, spoke to the press about their split, and then denied ever dating her. He’s also been linked to Jennifer Aniston, Kimberly Stewart and Hayden Panettiere. So he’s a real catch.

You know what would have been a better PR move for Demi? To have scored an invite to present at the Golden Globes somehow. She hasn’t worked in some time, but she could have called in a favor. Look at Halle Berry. Halle has a more solid resume than Demi for sure, but she’s still hanging in there, career-wise, even though she has a reputation for being unhinged. Of course Halle is an Oscar winner and an arguably excellent actress. She’s moving forward in her way. Demi is clinging to a time in her life almost 20 years ago when she was on top of the world. That’s why she dates guys around that age.
