Taylor Swift continues to impress me with the gracious way she’s handling both her fame and those who would try to bring her down. Last fall, Taylor released a song on her first album called “Forever and Always,” which she explained was about her split with Joe Jonas. She told Ryan Seacrest that when she finds the right guy she won’t remember the superstar who broke up with by voice mail, and said “When I look at that person, I’m not even going to remember the boy who broke up with me over the phone in 25 seconds when I was 18.”

Taylor has a new interview with Star Magazine in which she’s asked if she’ll ever forget Joe Jonas, and her response made me laugh out loud. Imagine your ex constantly staring at you from various poorly-made products aimed at young girls. She also addresses the Kanye “Imma let you finish” speech, and tells a story about an old crush surprising her after he’d realized that she’d written a song about him. I think I’m becoming a fan:

How upset were you after Kanye’s rant?
I can’t say it didn’t affect me. I had to perform live five minutes later. It wasn’t easy. But all the other artists showed me a lot of love in the hours after that.

Speaking of love, you write a lot about boys. Do they worry you’re going to write a song about them?
Look, if guys don’t want me to write bad songs about them, then don’t do bad things!

“Forever & Always” is about Joe Jonas dumping you over the phone. Is it hard when an ex is famous? Can you forget him?
Not when he’s on pencil sharpeners, T-shirts and the sides of buses!

But not all your songs are about heartbreak.
I’ve named names in songs about people I’ve had crushes on. Sometimes they won’t contact me about it, but they’ll put it on their MySpace page and get a big head about it.

The guy from “Teardrops on My Guitar,” Drew, showed up in my driveway two years after the album came out. I was like, “You’re late!”

Last November, Taylor recorded a video blog that made fun of Joe. (Linked video is an excerpt from a longer video) She held up a Joe Jonas doll and said “See, this one even comes with a phone. So he can break up with other dolls.”

I love her humor about her past and optimism about how she’ll find her match at some point. I really believe that you have to think that way if you want to find the right person, and that there’s someone out there for everyone. Whoever Tyler ends up with is going to have to stay on his toes, though, or she won’t hesitate to call him out on his bad behavior. This girl has a lot of spunk and class and we’re sure to hear much more about her.

The rumor going around last month was that Camilla Belle was stepping out on her Jonas Brother with none other than sparkly Robert Pattinson. Camilla denied it of course, and organized a very fortuitous and well-timed photo-op with Joe Jonas, both of them looking casual and very much together. Perhaps Camilla got tired of the purity rings though, because her rep confirmed to E! that Camilla and Joe are no more. Of course the rep remembered to mention this little bit: “There is no third party involved…” Who said anything about a third party?!? Oh, right. I did. Camilla better keep her hands off Pattz, I swear to God:

Looks like the lovebug has taken its last bite. At least when it comes to Joe Jonas and Camilla Belle.

With rumors running rampant around the Internet that the middle JoBro and his 10,000 B.C. babe had called it quits, Camilla’s rep tells E! News that she and Joe are, in fact, no longer making beautiful music together…

“Yes, it’s true, they have broken up,” says Brad Cafarelli. “There is no third party involved, and they care deeply about each other and will remain friends.”

The unfortunate news comes on the heels of older bro Kevin’s recent announcement that he’s engaged. Hey, Nick, what do you got for us?

Joe and Camilla have been together since last September. They met when Camilla appeared in the JoBros’ music video “Love Bug”. I don’t really know what to say about this split other than… yeah. Expected it. Wasn’t invested in it. They’re two very attractive, wholesome-seeming young people, and I’m sure both of them will bounce back in good form. Ah, young love.

In an interview with Larry King, Joe Jonas confirmed that his brother, Nick, is dating Miley Cyrus again. Here’s how it went down: Larry asked how the boys’ love life was going, and Joe replied (for the first of many times in the interview) “we date, and we’ve always said we do.” But when Larry King asked if Joe’s girlfriend (Camilla Belle) was as famous as Nick’s, Joe replied offhandedly, “I don’t think anyone is as famous as Miley Cyrus.”

The interview came after Miley broke up with her 20-year-old boyfriend Justin Gaston last week. Miley has dated Nick before, and after both said in separate interviews that they had “reconnected,” there was speculation that they were back together. You can be sure that Disney execs are pleased about the news. Miley and the Jonas Brothers are vocal about their choice to remain virgins until marriage, but it is easier to believe when they are dating each other.

You can’t help but feel a little sorry for Justin Gaston. Although there might have been some part of him that was in the relationship with Miley for the money and the fame, he clearly cared about her. He also dealt with a lot of flack due to their age difference, and many people thought he was skeevy for it. But he was willing to put up with that to be with her. I’m sure Justin is no saint, but Miley just publicly broke up with him for her (younger) ex-boyfriend. That’s got to hurt.

There is also speculation that Miley was getting cozy off-screen with her co-star Liam Hemsworth in the movie version of the Nicholas Sparks novel The Last Song. But the “photo evidence” of them is just the two of them jetskiing. I don’t see how that means they’re hooking up, but you never know. Maybe Miley is keeping her options open.

Note by Celebitchy: Nick Jonas and Miley Cyrus had a surprise duet on stage over the weekend in an encore during the kickoff concert for the Jonas Brothers tour in Arlington, TX. The Jonas Brothers are touring with Jordin Sparks and Miley was not expected at all. Nick and Miley looked a flirty on stage and Nick even gave Miley a little kiss on the cheek afterwards.

Camilla Belle needs to get off my boyfriend. Robert Pattinson is mine! Or Kristen Stewart’s, whatever. All I know is that Camilla Belle is unworthy of Robert Pattinson’s lovely jawline. The National Enquirer is reporting that Camilla and Robert have had an undercover romance for a while now – one of her friends totally sold her out, saying, “She and Rob have been meeting up with each other for months, and she talks about him all the time.” Seriously, get off my boyfriend. No matter that Camilla is still dating Joe Jonas, the oldest virgin Jonas Brother. No matter that Joe’s mother probably thinks Camilla is trying to “seduce” her mama’s boy every two seconds. That could be the explanation for the Pattinson hookup, actually. Camilla needed to get laid. Go ahead, girl. It happens to the best of us:

Joe Jonas is the latest Hollywood hunk to lose his girlfriend to Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson!

Pattinson has secretly been hooking up with Joe’s gorgeous 22-year-old squeeze Camilla Belle, sources tell the Enquirer.

“I’ve known Camilla for most of her life, and I’ve never seen her so crazy in love,” a close friend of the actress told The Enquirer.

While Camilla’s publicist denies she’s been seeing Rob, the friend added: “She and Rob have been meeting up with each other for months, and she talks about him all the time.”

But Joe Jonas isn’t the only guy smarting from 23-year-old Rob’s mega-pull on Hollywood’s young beauties.

Rob was eyewitnessed kissing Kristen Stewart in Vancouver AFTER the cameras stopped rolling on their sequel New Moon.

News of that hookup certainly unsettles Kristen’s steady boyfriend, former “24” actor Michael Angarano, who’se been dating the brunette beauty since she was 16.

Pattinson has also been linked to Emile Hirsch’s friend Erika Dutra, Twilight costar Nikki Reed and actress Shannon Woodward.

“Obviously, Camilla has some competition,” said her friend.

As soon as there was even a whiff of a rumor, Camilla’s people got on it and arranged an outing for her and Joe Jonas. They were practically posing while “grabbing lunch” yesterday in Los Angeles. I seem to remember hearing that Camilla is extremely ambitious, and she has no qualms about using her relationships to get famous. So was the photo-op to contain the damage, or perpetuate the drama? If you were a hot young starlet, wouldn’t you want a rumor involving you and Robert Pattinson? Thought so.

No joking. The Jonas Brothers appear on July’s cover of Good Housekeeping with their mother, and their mom sat down for the interview (story via US Weekly). The Jonas Brothers are famously virgins, and they wear their purity rings proudly, and mom Denise seems to be defending them and their chastity. Denise Jonas says she totally gets that her son are “men” who have “desires” and “testosterone”. Then Denise comes out with this bold statement – “I don’t think they’re above or beyond being seduced.” Seduced? Because it’s the girls who are sluts, right? Not her little boys:

The Jonas Brothers may be virgins, but that doesn’t mean they don’t look at women, their mom admits in the July issue of Good Housekeeping.

“They are men. They have desires. They have testosterone,” Denise says of Kevin, 21, Joe, 19 and Nick, 16. “If they make a mistake, I’m not going to hate them. I don’t think they’re above or beyond being seduced.”

“They have been hurt in relationships by girls,” Denise goes on — without naming names. (Nick has dated both Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez, while Taylor Swift has written songs about her split from Joe.)

“But it’s just about growing up and learning what it means to be in a relationship,” she continues.

Denise defends her sons’ decision to wear purity rings and talk about waiting until marriage to have sex.

“They’ve been criticized for proclaiming things they never proclaimed. And what’s the criticism?” she asks. “They don’t want to go out there giving everyone an STD? What’s so terrible about that?”

When her boys do fall in love, she only has one requirement before accepting her: “She must sincerely and totally love my son!”

So how to land a Jonas Bro?

“People always ask, ‘What’s a girl have to do to get your attention?’” Joe says. “She has to be good to Mom.”

I don’t have a problem with the whole idea of waiting until you’re in love, or waiting until marriage, or teaching kids that it’s okay to be a virgin, et cetera. But there comes a point – perhaps when you, your brothers, and your mother are appearing on the cover of Good Housekeeping - when parts of it become a little creepy. Like Stephen King’s Carrie creepy. Like Denise Jonas is going to start talking about “dirty pillows”. It becomes less about waiting for love, respect and safety, suddenly virginity and “purity” becomes a fetish. Maybe I’m totally off-base, though. I think it’s great that there’s a movement afoot to teach both boys and girls to wait to have sex. But, I hope these kids realize that their virginity isn’t the property of their parents, that having sex doesn’t make them bad people, and that it’s not the end of the world to experiment and find what gives them pleasure.

Another day, another tween scandal. Does everyone remember the Miley Cyrus racist photo scandal? Quick recap: first, photos were released of Miley and some friends making “slant eyes” at the camera. When some people got outraged, Miley gave an epically bad non-apology apology. Miley got slammed some more, and finally Miley gave a real apology. Other stuff happened along the way, but once Miley gave a real apology, the furor pretty much died down.

Now it seems we’re going for a remix. And I didn’t even care for the original song. Middle Jonas brother Joe Jonas has done the exact same thing as Miley – he was photographed making “slant eyes” at the camera. The only difference is that Miley was surrounded by friends, and Joe Jonas is alone in the picture. I’m not sure if that makes it better or worse. The Huffington Post has more:

Weeks after Miley Cyrus apologized for posing in a similar manner and denied that she is a racist, middle Jonas Brother Joe Jonas appears to be the gentleman in a photo pulling down his eyelids with his pinky fingers.

Jonas, who like the guy in the photo wears a purity ring, is an older brother of Miley’s ex boyfriend Nick Jonas.

Joe is 19.

No word when the photo was taken or where it came from before surfacing on Gossip Teen.

What is with these tween stars and their anti-Asian racism? Do they not understand what a huge market the Asian and Asian-American communities are? It’s just bad business, in addition to being rude and nasty.

If this picture is from after Miley Cyrus’s photo scandal, Joe Jonas is not only racist, he’s just dumb. If it’s date of origin is from before Miley’s scandal erupted, Joe might have a plausible excuse (“I didn’t know.”). In either case, Joe should look to the first part of Miley’s scandal to see how not to behave. He should just offer a quick, heartfelt apology and say that he’s learned his lesson. Then I can go back to ignoring him.

Note by Celebitchy: There is also a chance this is a Photoshop job, in which case Joe can just issue a statement that he never did this. It’s hard to tell because the image is so grainy.
