Last year, Molly Sims quickly became engaged to a dude named Scott Stuber. Within a few months, they got married, and now just a few months after the wedding, Molly has announced her pregnancy. Stuber is a producer, and he used to (maybe?) date Jennifer Aniston – he definitely runs in that crowd. Some thought that once Molly married a movie producer, she would really try to become a “movie star.” I kind of like that she went a different route though – quick engagement, quick marriage, quick pregnancy. Sometimes, you just know and everything falls into place, I guess.

Anyway, Life & Style was the first outlet to report her pregnancy – they got a tip from one of her friends, who said: “Molly Sims is pregnant! She’s very happy. She’s wanted to be a mom for a long time.” Soon after that report, Molly announced it herself on her website:

The last time I had news that I was this excited to share with everyone was when Scott proposed last May. Today, I am absolutely, positively, downright over the moon to announce that we are pregnant! There are simply no words to describe the feeling… I finally get what they mean when they say pregnant women GLOW.

Our little bundle of joy is a honeymoon baby, due at the end of June. A first pregnancy is a nerve-wracking experience of course, but mostly we are just thrilled and excited. We can’t wait to meet him or her.

And if you’re wondering where the fortune cookie comes in, that is how I told Scott that I was pregnant. I hijacked the fortune cookie and typed a new message so that when he opened his cookie at the end of the meal, he found out he was going to be a daddy. You can only imagine how nervous I was during the entire meal (I think I ate a total of two bites…), but the look of surprise and pure joy on his face was priceless.

As I’ve said before, I like Molly. I think she’s a sweet woman, inoffensive and genuinely easy-going. As I was looking up stuff for this story, I was surprised to learn her age – I thought she was in her early 30s. She’s 38! She turns 39 in May. Now I kind of understand why she got pregnant so quickly – time was of the essence. That being said, she looks great, I know she takes care of herself, and I’m guessing she’ll have a very easy pregnancy. I wish her well. And I hope she always remembers to put on her eyebrows before she leaves the house!

Here are some new photos of Molly Sims, leaving an LA salon yesterday. Is this Molly without makeup? I’ve been studying the photos for a few minutes, and it actually seems like she is wearing some makeup… but it’s like she forgot to put on her eyebrows? Something funky is going on in the eye area. Now, I’m not going to yell and scream about how ladies should put on their “faces” before leaving the house. I hate wearing makeup, so it would be hypocritical of me. But surely Molly would normally put on her eyebrows and some concealer before heading out? Maybe she just had a really great facial? Whatever. Stars: They’re Just Like Us. They forget to put on their eyebrows too.

You know what, though? Overall, I kind of like Molly Sims. I’ve seen her in interviews and at best, she’s sweet and funny and at worst, she’s just harmless. She’s now appearing as the Heidi Klum-type hostess of Lifetime’s Project Accessory, which I haven’t watched. My mom is watching though – she says Molly isn’t as good as Heidi Klum, but Molly isn’t actively bad. Are you watching it? Is it any good? I’m happy to report that I didn’t watch any of this last season of Project Runway (my mom said it SUCKED), so I probably won’t catch Project Accessory either.

I wasn’t going to do this story, but it’s looking like a slow morning, so why not? Model and actress Molly Sims is engaged! The dude’s name is Scott Stuber, and when I saw that, I had a moment of “I’ve heard that name before…” Turns out, Scott Stuber and Jennifer Aniston were rumored to be dating off and on in 2009 and 2010. He’s a producer of such films as Love Happens and The Breakup, so that’s how he and Aniston knew each other. When the rumors about Aniston and Scott began in 2009, CB and The Enquirer dug up some information about him – he was married and when he was newly separated from his wife, Aniston jumped on him. But, according to People Magazine, Scott and Molly Sims have been dating for a year and a half? Then it’s extra weird that ten months ago, blogs were talking about a “date night” Aniston and Scott had, right?

Yes, man, it’s true: Molly Sims is getting married.

The actress and jewelry designer is engaged to Love and Other Drugs producer Scott Stuber, her rep tells PEOPLE.

Sims, 38, dated Stuber, 42, for a year-and-a-half before he popped the question the weekend of May 20. As a bonus, he flew her parents into Los Angeles to celebrate the occasion.

Sims starred in TV’s Las Vegas and the movie Yes Man.

Congratulations to Molly Sims. I mean, I guess. I don’t really follow news about her, and the last time I remember writing about her was when Aaron Eckhart dumped her for talking. That was back in December 2009 – so she probably moved right on from Aaron to Scott, who is now her fiancé. Odd timelines, all around, though. Anyway, congrats to the happy couple. I’m sure it will be a classy wedding.

A few weeks ago, I read that Molly Sims and Aaron Eckhart were dating. I think I even read it in this Fox News 411 story, where Molly confirmed their couple status by nodding her head and saying “Aaron’s a great guy!” Scandal! Anyway, we didn’t report it because who really cares, right? I mean, I think Aaron is pretty hot, sort of. His receding hairline bothers me a little, but I like that he hasn’t gone for a bad rug or plugs (cough cough Piven cough). And Molly… well, I don’t love or hate her. She’s just there. I’ve read some interviews with her where she seems cool, but she just kind of seems “meh”. That’s my reasoning for not writing it up.

That was before things got a little juicy, though! Apparently, Aaron Eckhart did not appreciate Molly’s big mouth (once again, she said “Aaron’s a great guy!”) and he dumped her immediately. Er… what a douche.

Talk about a rude awakening for Molly Sims! Days after she fessed up in a mid-November interview to her under-the-radar romance with Aaron Eckhart, he dumped her for spilling the beans.

“Aaron flipped out,” says a source, “He’s an incredibly private guy.”

Still, the sudden breakup might be a blessing in disguise for Molly, who had been growing disenchanted with Eckhart.

“Molly was surprised that he ended it with her – and by phone – but she was starting to realize he’s not right for her. He’s so closed off from the world,” says the source. “She wants someone a bit more chill. Besides, she feels she deserves a guy who isn’t afraid to tell the world they’re in love!”

Chuckle. This is good, right? I mean, what do we really know about Aaron Eckhart? Nothing, right? He is a very, very private person. And personally, I don’t know if anyone else has this, but he sort of beeps on my gaydar. I’m not calling him Elton John or anything, but this whole “I will never tell anyone anything about anything in my life, ever” stuff reeks of “I’ve got some big secrets.” And for goodness sake, it’s not like Molly Sims is the kind of girl anyone would be ashamed of! She’s pretty, she’s successful, she seems nice. Why treat her like a shamef-ck?
